We decided to book a table for 19.00 on September 12 ... we booked a table on the terrace ... it was raining in the afternoon, the evening was magnificent warm weather without wind. The receptionist said at first that there was no reservation, then she found it-she said that the reservation was for the terrace, but they did not cover it, because it was raining in the afternoon. There are no more places… Free))) Here is the real service. The establishment is located in the center of the Upper Town, we came here by chance and did not regret it! Beautiful interior, good service, interesting menu and very tasty food!!! We took dishes of Belarusian cuisine from potatoes:pancakes with stewed beef and porcini mushrooms and pancakes with trout!!! Great serving and everything is very tasty!!! If you are interested, you can try local moonshine...served in crystal glasses... I really liked the lusta with porcini mushrooms! It is definitely worth visiting this place!!! It is better to book places in advance!

Hello, we have arrived!
For the first time in Minsk. I chose the Bulbashi cafe with local national cuisine with a good rating. During the course of the cafe, the administrator specified how many of us there would be, there were two of us! There were 3 free tables for two people in front of us at the entrance. The receptionist first said that unfortunately there were no seats (Unexpectedly), then explained that due to the lack of waiters, they would not be able to serve us. Friday 04/21/2023 15:00. Curtain....
Updating the review. Exactly one year later, on 04/20/2024, I came to Minsk again, and again decided to eat at this restaurant, stayed for accommodation in a 2-minute walk from it.
Well, the second and third attempts were again in vain. We arrived without a preliminary reserve, three tables at the entrance were still free and the hall was half empty, but they did not seat us, due to the fact that all tables are reserved and will soon be occupied. We went to the second Bulbashi restaurant, it is located not far from the first one. We entered, the receptionist met us and informed us that she could only put us at the bar. There were 2 people in the hall!!! A human being and that's it. But the rest of the tables are reserved and are about to be occupied and they are about to start moving the tables for the banquet.
This is such a strange place! Always very heavily loaded, but always empty! It is good that this time we were not informed that they had no waiters, although to book a table, we were offered to call the phone number, whereas I am in the restaurant.

Отличный ресторан аутентичной белорусской кухни в современном исполнении .
Качественная кухня( все блюда зашли на Ура!) , грамотное обслуживание ( официант Никита -TOP , владеет информацией по меню виртуозно , с историческим экскурсом, оригинальным интерьером ( есть веранда в летнее время ) .
Рекомендую к посещению 👍

The furniture, dishes, tablecloths are pretty, based on national motives. The hall itself is clean. The toilet is terrible. Right down to the fact that there was no toilet paper. The service is fast, the waiters are nimble and polite. The liqueurs are excellent. Snacks - pate, deer tartare - delicious! Hearts are cruel. Vegetable salad - cheese cheese, it feels like they put all the cheese and cheese sauces that exist there. At the next table, people left an almost untouched portion of pancakes and beef stroganoff🤷♀️

Belarusian cuisine in a competent and modern design. Everyone advises soups, but I tried draniki - I was satisfied and very full, so the soup didn't fit anymore:( . I haven't met better waiters yet - they are perfectly oriented in the menu, so they will also tell you what to visit in Minsk (including where else to try another cuisine / have breakfast). Nice interior.

Disgusting! There is no wifi. (Good cuisine, large portions, professional staff), but no wifi! And not because it is technically impossible, but simply at the whim of the owner. Kind of a concept. Leave your concepts at home in the kitchen and enjoy the "live communication" there. And for tourists - for a second, in the most tourist place in Minsk - and at the same time for business travelers, for unhappy people like me, who could not go to my husband (girlfriend/ mom/children/etc), finally, for single misanthropes, make a Wi-Fi. Because these are maps of the city. These are train tickets. This is a taxi call. This is the 21st century and the capital, not a cave in Tibet. I had to take the waiters away from work out of boredom so that they would entertain me. Get it, sign it. And I won't come to you anymore. And I'll go to the neighbors "At the town hall", because they also have cool guys, delicious cuisine and pancakes with red fish, and they also have Wi-Fi. Хорошее место с интересным меню новой белорусской кухни. Есть блюда из дичи. Приятный персонал и достаточно быстрое обслуживание. Хорошее меню напитков, есть настойки. Если приезжают гости из другой страны - это правильное место, чтобы познакомить их с белорусской кухней.
Раньше посещал это заведение очень часто, но они убрали из меню бизнес ланчи - теперь я там редкий гость.
Рекомендую к посещению.

There's not even anything to say... They didn't let us in there! They said if they hadn't booked, then there were no seats, although half the hall was empty. They didn't ask if we were going to stay for a long time or not, we would have had enough to eat for 30 minutes, but no, it's booked, period, they will sit on guard at an empty table for half a day instead of working. The staff at the entrance is unfriendly and not hospitable. It was 19.10.2024 ~21:00. The table was not booked, there were no seats in the establishment, but this can be said in a friendly manner for "this level", and not rudely and unfriendly.

Если хотите вкусить современную белорусскую кухню, лучше забронировать столик заранее.
Очень приятный персонал, официанты знающие меню особенно радуют. Провели нам экскурсию.
Ели самые «популярные» закуски меню и пили настойки - все было нереально вкусно. Отдельное спасибо официанту Илье за проведенную экскурсию . В Минск можно приезжать ради Бульбашей <3

Прекрасное место! Отличное обслуживание, вкусная авторская белорусская кухня. Порции при этом большие и сытные. Драники - прекрасны, мясные блюда - нежнейшие, мини-закуски отличные. Десерт из топленого молока - просто безупречен.
И бонус для непьющих - есть безалкогольное вино и пиво.
Очень рекомендую это место!

Отличное место для «вкусно покушать». Если едете в Беларусь попробовать драники - после здешних не пробуйте нигде (шутка, конечно).
Обслуживание идеальное - без времени ожидания, быстрая смена блюд, официант всегда где-то рядом, но не назойливо. Официанты хорошо ориентируются в меню, очень хорошо подсказывают блюда у выбору.
Интерьер - 10/10. Очень интересные идеи в оформлении.

Два раза посещали ресторан. Обедали и ужинали. Интересный интерьер. Шикарное обслуживание. Официантов много, работают слаженно. Все рассказывают, и по меню и по напиткам. Очень вкусно. Чек средний. Бронировать на ужин обязательно, посадка полная.

From now on, and always only this restaurant! The dishes are very tasty, exquisite and unusual. The service is at the highest level. In general, everything is great here except for one thing - it's difficult to get here😃 you need to book places right in advance. Among the dishes I especially recommend: venison tartare with delicate mousse, eclairs with Red fish cream, venison tenderloin with mashed potatoes and poultry pate.

Guys, I certainly don't quite understand where you got 5 stars from. But with reviews of 1-3 stars, I still agree.
We came to dinner having booked in advance, went to a meeting and made gluten-free pancakes (without flour). Special thanks for that. It's nice.
But the fact is that it was extremely difficult to eat these pancakes, even I would say almost impossible. Before we finished the draniki, we told the two waiters everything. They agreed with us, but they didn't remove it from the bill. It was very insulting. And it left a very bad impression. If they had removed it from the account, I definitely would not have written this review. But to make oiled-through pancakes with black edges for 900 ~ Russian rubles, of course, this is no way at all. It literally can't be worth that money in ANY WAY. It could have been safely removed from the bill. And there would be no problems.
I can only say one thing about the service - it's not professional at all. A very young team that is just having fun. And everything.
It's not entirely clear how the waiter's story about snot should even be at a couple's dinner in a restaurant.
Personally, such things don't spoil my appetite at all.. But for a girl..? And anyway, where is the professionalism here.

Идеальное место! Во-первых, обслуживание на высоком уровне, официанты очень вежливые и внимательные, очень хорошо знакомы с каждый позицией: от истории кухни до деталей приготовления и правильного употребления в пищу. Во-вторых, атмосфера: музыка очень приятная и не мешает беседе, интерьер лаконичный и аутентичный. В-третьих, сами блюда: чувствуется авторское прочтение и доведение до совершенства традиций, сохраняется уважение к ним. Сервировка невероятна, время между блюдами - идеально! Рекомендую всем.

Вкусная еда. Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Красивый интерьер. Настойки к сожалению не понравились, но не было хреновухи. Грибная похлебка прекрасная. Драники с лисичками супер. С форелью не понравились. Ожидание блюд не заставило себя ждать.

Никогда не прохожу мимо этого заведения когда бываю в Минске!) Прекрасное место, приятный грамотный персонал, колоритный интерьер ресторана.
Отдельная песня - меню и прекрасное профессиональное исполнение! Все свежее, большие порции. Словами «очень вкусно» не описать то, что готовят повара - огромное спасибо!!)
И, хреновуха…. однозначно стоит попробовать)

Это топовый ресторан в Минске, для людей кто ценит время, хорошее отношение к себе и любителей получить гастро оргазм. Такого познания состава и подачи блюд официантом я не встречал ни где, это профессионалы своего дела, очень жаль что я не запомнил имени молодого человека с длинными волосами, но он отвечает всем требованиям на 100%
Знает подход к каждому клиенту индивидуально, даже чай который перепутали при подаче, заварили заново и принесли новый😁 блюда заботливо и красиво оформлены поварами. В общем впечатления от посещения данного заведения остались только положительные, и я с уверенностью говорю, что владелец ресторана не поскупился ни на что, интерьер ТОП, обслуживающий персонал ТОП, повара ТОП, блюда наивкуснейшие ТОП. Твердая 5+++

Well, first of all, there are the most delicious pancakes, with the right oil, and the rest of the dishes are very interesting, delicious and well served. Our waiter also deserves special attention, who could clearly give information on any dish and even some kind of light excursion, and most importantly, I was surprised that he advised me not to take obviously too much, repeating our order. He explained the portionality, etc. Usually, no one stops you.. in general, I liked the approach. And the interior is very cozy. There are not many places. I recommend it.

We had dinner there 2 times. There are not many seats in the restaurant. The staff is polite and friendly. The entourage is unusual, there are jugs with lamps on the ceiling, and in another hall there is an oak table made of half a trunk.... I would like to thank you separately for the dish: stewed beef cheek with spelt... - this is something, I recommend it.

The interior is beautiful. The kitchen is interesting. The tinctures are good.
But the service ruined everything, we waited for more than an hour. At first, they explained that the cook did not like how it turned out, decided to redo everything. And then they said - the waiter did not inform, they were cooking again.
