We have been looking for a place for a farewell dinner in Minsk for a long time. And clearly they were not mistaken. The interior of the restaurant is very interesting, a combination of rustic style and modernity; a kind of fusion. From the moment of entry to the table, you are accompanied by polite and friendly staff. The waiter's service at the table is above all praise. He knows the menu perfectly and thoroughly, gives unobtrusive recommendations, is polite and attentive. The submission of blue is strictly in accordance with the agreed procedure. As for the restaurant's cuisine itself, it's a delight. Each dish is original, original and most importantly delicious, with an interesting presentation. I will not describe each of the dishes, some photos below. Many thanks to Bulbashi restaurant, for an interesting gastronomic experience and for an unforgettable evening in Minsk.

We arrived at this institution. Half of the tables are completely empty. There are no guests. The receptionist and waiters were extremely unfriendly. They said if you didn't book, then there are no tables for you. It was raining outside and we decided to wait out the restaurant.we were in this institution for 40-50 minutes. The tables and halls were still empty. The receptionist and waiters were extremely unfriendly. When the locals came from the street to ask something, they were offered blankets to warm up.. Nothing was offered to us but angry faces and looks. They don't like Russians, cafes are only for locals. And the whole team is just negative. I do not recommend it!! Of course, the fish goes out from the head, which admin is such and the composition, by age it seemed that they were serving youngsters who decided to work part-time in the summer. I haven't seen a single adult, sane person!

Good time of the day!
I didn't want to write a review, but today I received an advertisement for "Forget about Vaselki" from the Bulbashi restaurant. This is the bottom. And so on in order.
We decided to go to Minsk for the November holidays, and in three weeks we booked three of the best restaurants in our opinion, one of which turned out to be Bulbashi.
After visiting this restaurant, the eldest son had severe food poisoning. It's a shame in this situation that we came to a medical conference at the BDMU and, accordingly, we had to skip part of the conference.
The restaurant replied that everything was fine with them and this could not be, and what we took for poisoning was an allergic reaction to celery.
After the answer about "celery", I was "undermined" and I "got" the SES service-despite all their objections during the day to take a statement and measures for this restaurant, in the evening the statement was accepted. At the time of writing the application, the SES employee did not know how to accept the application from the Russian and called the head for consultation, but she was deaf and turned on the phone on speakerphone: I learned new information about myself, but the main thing is that already in the morning in the restaurant all the spoiled products on a call from the SES had to be thrown out and "this" let there He won't find anything anyway.
I think Russia is a sample of the 90s, but no, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an official response about the inspection and the violations identified, for this the employees of the SES "offset".
It is better not to go to this restaurant with children, otherwise celery allergy is a contagious thing.

Были в Минске 5 дней, два раза ходили в этот замечательный ресторан, все очень вкусно, интересные необычные сочетания, все свежее. Официанты очень внимательные, особенно понравился парень с дредами, рассказывал подробно про каждое блюдо, выбрали салат по его рекомендации и не пожалели. Наливка пряная клюква порадовала мягким вкусом. Пельмешки с олениной просто восторг. Дранники нужно заказывать на двоих, большая сытная порция. Приятное место, советуем.

Небольшой уютный ресторан расположенный в подвале рядом с Ратушей, есть летняя веранда. Кухня на высоте, персонал молод и отзывчив, посуда красивая, интерьер приятный, санузел чистый. Нам очень вкусно рассказывали из чего и как делаются выбранные блюда - это большая редкость. Мы заказывали борщ, похлёбку, котлеты из индейки и говядину с картофельной запеканкой - все было очень вкусно! Рекомендую к посещению

Мы гости замечательного города Минск . Были в этом ресторане первый раз. Понравилось все! Приятный интерьер, приветливые официанты и невероятно вкусная еда! Очень хотелось попробовать национальную кухню, выбор пал на драники. Попробовали с говядиной и семгой! Ну прямо оченььььь вкусно! Вкус и подача превзошли все наши ожидания!!!! Всем рекомендуем!

The restaurant is booked 3 days in advance, while there are plenty of empty tables under armor, but we were put at the bar. 6-7 people are placed quietly behind it, a very professional bartender. And when they turned off the air conditioner, which was blowing in the back, our happiness became complete...We recommend you to visit. Questions are only for booking. We arrived, the restaurant was half empty and after 1 hour most of the empty tables continued to wait for guests....

I went to the much-praised Bulbashi just now. You cannot sit down without prior reservation. I spent most of the time waiting for the dishes, although the lunch landing was incomplete. Either it's me eating fast, or it's you cooking for a long time.

Хороший ресторан с профессиональной командой сотрудников. Все блюда свежие, «из под ножа». Красивая подача и очень вкусно. Продукты все местные, из разных регионов Белоруссии, поэтому в названиях блюд присутствует местность - откуда был привезён основной продукт. Мне понравилось рагу из оленя, шикарный борщ, отличный ассортимент драников, натёртых на крупной тёрке.
Но особо рекомендую их фирменные наливки: свежий и правильно насыщенный вкус (я попробовал наливки во многих близлежащих заведениях, никто с ними не сравнится!).

We were in Minsk with a friend for a couple of days and really wanted to get acquainted with the local cuisine. And we can say with confidence that the most delicious pancakes are here! Amazing, delicate, the oil does not feel at all. Trout is a delight. And cheese is something incredible. Very delicate cottage cheese. We definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.
