I want to share my experience of visiting the Bulbashi institution. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely unpleasant.
First of all, I want to mention the terrible service. The waiters are not friendly, do not smile and are cold in communication. Moreover, the administrator Anastasia allows herself to be rude in communicating with guests. I consider this behavior unacceptable for employees of an institution that positions itself as a premium class.
However, the food at Bulbashi is really delicious. I liked the pancakes and borscht. But, unfortunately, the quality of the dishes does not cover the negative impressions of the service. Therefore, I no longer plan to visit this institution.

The beer is excellent! But on a rainy day, with a half-empty place, saying that all the tables are booked is ridiculous!they put me at the bar where it's inconvenient to eat. We sat for 2 hours, the bookings never came. You immediately write at the entrance that the bar is closed for special service, so that people do not waste their time! And then the administrator first evaluates and calculates how much profit there will be from the guests, and then sorts) I read the reviews of two establishments and realized that this is exactly the policy of the establishments (we will put two people do not understand where, suddenly 4 will come and bring more profit) but sometimes it happens that 2 people will bring in more money than a company with 4 glasses of beer 😏
