The restaurant of the same name is SUPER, and the PUB did not like the word at all. At the bar, they rub everything with one rag, they don't wash their hands (I watched while they were preparing 3 orders of drinks for me). Beer in the assortment for an amateur is precisely defined, local beer did not arouse confidence at all, the taste of water with chlorine and alcohol. The establishment has an idea, that's for sure, but the staff hasn't figured it out yet. At the entrance to the pub, 5 employees sit and explode at the sight of a guest, this is not the norm. In an empty hall, you can't offer a table, they say everything is on reservation, ... so-so. We left for 20 minutes without finishing a single beer...

Immediately, the first part of the set was brought to us, saying that the second one would be brought soon. The food itself is cold in places. The bill, by the way, was not brought. As well as the second part of the set. We were tired of all this, we couldn't stand this bullying anymore, we asked for the bill again, they brought it to us this time. Now what I didn't really like:
If you come with someone and want to sit alone together, then there are literally a couple of options and they are less comfortable compared to other places designed for large groups of people.
I drink only light alcohol and do not like bitterness, my choice is cider, scream and the like, and there was only one cider option, it's a pity.
We were offered a cold snack with beer and cider, and since it was a cold autumn outside, we wanted something hot. Personally, I wanted baked camembert, but there was no option with hot cheese on the menu, only cold, it's a pity.

So we sat in a half-empty stuffy hall with a view of an almost empty terrace.

I want to share my experience of visiting the Bulbashi institution. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely unpleasant.
First of all, I want to mention the terrible service. The waiters are not friendly, do not smile and are cold in communication. Moreover, the administrator Anastasia allows herself to be rude in communicating with guests. I consider this behavior unacceptable for employees of an institution that positions itself as a premium class.
However, the food at Bulbashi is really delicious. I liked the pancakes and borscht. But, unfortunately, the quality of the dishes does not cover the negative impressions of the service. Therefore, I no longer plan to visit this institution.

We were literally at the opening of this bar - the administrator Tatiana is just an amazing girl, the person is specifically in his place, understands what is needed in a half-word. They poured water for us without any problems. Although in Minsk, this is a problem, it will always be included in the bill - not here.
The waiter Kirill deserves special praise. A person orients himself on the spot immediately. There was even a birthday dance for us. He recommended the most delicious tinctures. They didn't drink like that anywhere. Without any doubt, he immediately said what was what. A wonderful waiter.
The place definitely deserves 5 out of 5. The service is excellent, people have heard what visitors need. Recommend.
