I really wanted to visit this restaurant, but the booking for the holidays is a few days in advance...we were lucky - the receptionist put us on the waiting list and we visited him a day later. Special Thanks! Very atmospheric place, beautiful interior, original serving of dishes. But in fact, everything is very greasy - there were unpleasant sensations in the stomach, we waited a long time for the last dish - for a whole hour.

The best restaurant in Minsk. Draniki are just a work of art! Cheeks, pike cutlets, borscht... the list is endless! But, a small but. "Reservation of tables with their eternal absence, but in fact you come and there is a table😜 An expensive restaurant, pay attention to this: hungry customers are not always good-natured in reviews. And your place is worthy to have breakfast-lunch and dinner in it. By the way, there are two Bulbashi restaurants on this patch, especially those who want to try this unique cuisine.

An assessment to the hostess, who categorically refused two people a bigger table, although only one table was occupied on the first floor, and we did not even get to the second one. The place is on fire. It's a rare case when I went in by accident, but got right into the heart. Arguments: an excellent selection of non-banal craft beer (not a cap bar, but also not an assembly of lagers from the store), amazing cuisine, which is very pleasing in the conditions of the bending catering culture of Minsk.
We were on Friday evening, on Saturday we went purposefully, tested about 10 menu items - we liked everything - soup, snacks, tartars and smoker dishes and Detroit pizza. One ambiguous recommendation for those who like to drink foam for good food, but who have money in their pocket. The average check to drink is to eat 30-50 USD for two.

"When it's delicious, then it's delicious" is exactly such an allegory worthy of a restaurant in the historical center of Minsk, which has rethought traditional Belarusian cuisine. Potato dishes and their derivatives in all types are at the head, as well as accents on the originality of the presentation. The restaurant opened recently, there are small flaws in the "coherence" of the kitchen, such as a long delivery of dishes, but you can write off such trifles for a full landing – it is worth booking in advance, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings.
The staff is friendly, courteous and sincere: the guys are really interested in your opinion and sincerely grateful for the tip.

We were with a girl on 02.09 and were waiting for an order for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
The appearance of the place is pleasant in the English style.
The drinks arrived 10 minutes later. Next, the most interesting thing…
We expected a gastrofest set of 1 hour and 20 minutes. We asked for the bill with the intention of leaving without food and we were immediately served the first part of the gastrofest set: absolutely cold and only the first part of the set (the second was not served at all)
I strongly advise against the establishment for several reasons:
-The kitchen is weak and does not cope with its orders
-The waiters do not know and cannot submit the menu of their establishment (you have to search on the Internet), the staff is not particularly concerned about the guest's desire, they deigned to submit the bill with 3 reminders, not taking into account 1 and 20 minutes of waiting for the order itself.
