It was not possible to appreciate this restart, since the staff is not customer-oriented at all. There were 5 of us, when we entered the restaurant and two tables were free, we were asked to put a chair and place us, in response we heard boorish speech from the hostess and the waiters. The service is clearly not at 5.

This is the most beautiful place in the whole of Minsk! Eat here, you won't regret it! It's been a long time since we've eaten anywhere, the food is simply divine, the venison is the softest! Thanks to the chefs and waiters, we are just delighted! I haven't been looking at the reviews very much in the last few days, but for us it was the best place in Minsk.

Meal. Over-salted lard, over-peppered meat, in general, there are so many seasonings on the whole food that they simply interrupt the base of the taste.
Frankly speaking, this is the weakest rest where we ate in Minsk.

I would like to leave a review about this place, but I can't. We arrived late, but there were still about 1.5 hours left before the end of the restaurant's work. The manager met me ungraciously, said that waiting for any dishes is 40-50 minutes. She grimaced at the words that this did not frighten us, and if there were free tables inside, she led us out onto a dark outdoor terrace and pointed out the places behind the counter. In general, it was more honest to openly say that the kitchen was closing soon and recommend a nearby establishment that was open until 4 a.m. Or is the staff being fined for this? A very bad sediment remained.

It was the first time in Belarus and before we went, we looked at a bunch of bloggers with a list of places that are mandatory to visit, this place was one of them. The staff is friendly, the beer is light and delicious, I liked the Pancakes with mushrooms from the dishes, everything is very satisfying and nutritious. When visiting this place, keep in mind that prices are above average, as they said in the program 100 places to eat Pancakes for the price of 5 bags of potatoes.

Draniki with steak, as they say, came in.
The rest of the selected dishes are not enthusiastic. Basque cheesecake aka casserole, of course, should have a very ruddy crust, but not coal-black after all.
The impression of the service: at 14:00, the waiters seem to be very tired and not happy at all. Sadly.
There is one toilet for each floor and in order to banally wash your hands before eating, you need to stand in line.

On 12/28.23 we found ourselves in another bulbashi restaurant and were told that the opening of this one, and we booked a table on 12/31
A great family dinner, we had a novice waiter and he forgot a lot and we waited a long time for the dishes. Other more experienced guys joined him to help and saved the situation. But snacks and drinks were brought immediately, we had a great time and had a delicious meal. On New Year's Eve!
