We came today Beshqozon in Iftihor street. We ordered 3 palovs. They gave us 1 of them after 5minutes. And we waited anothe 2 about 30minutes. And there was another type of order. It was not thing that we ordered. The waiters name was Sardor.
Its a good one for tourists for one time try .Those who are searching for the traditional uzbek plov , its a good option , also you can try horse meat .
Ambience is great
But comparing plovs all over the uzbek its not the number one
Very good and tasty. Only there will be a lot of people. I cannot rate the waiters highly enough. You will not wait for the pilaf, because it will be ready.
If you are after the best plov then it's the right place, There are 3 types of plov addition of peanuts and chopping of meat make the difference between them. Service is good, however the last time when I have been there the service was bad, we had to wait for a long time, because it was peak hours.
Pilaf is available everywhere in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. This place is huge. Price not much. Being an Indian it's time consuming hard rice. We eat a soft version of the pilaf called biryani. I like vegetables and dry fruits.
A little bit ignorant staff, hectic atmosphere, quick organization, excellent meals, cozy place, various beverages, clean dishes. All in all, if you're looking for eating well - an exce place
One of the most popular places to cook pilaf in Tashkent. The pilaf of this place is very tasty, I recommend it.

The waiter here is very impolite. I sit there for more than 15minutes, nobody come and ask me if I need something. Even I try to ask them, they just ignore me. Then there is 12% service fee in the bill.
