Convenient location next to the TV tower. There are a lot of seats. A comfortable environment. The service is average, but the administrator is great. He keeps everything under control, understands everything at a glance.
Now about the food.
Achichuk is just no good. I got the wedding pilaf. In principle, everything is delicious, but the meat seemed bland. There was not enough depth of taste. As for the extra piece of kaza, it's just great! Amazingly delicious! However, the tortilla is also delicious.

A very popular place. There are a lot of seats, a lot of visitors, a lot of waiters. The order arrived quickly. The menu according to the person taking the order - 4 types of pilaf, tomato salad, two types of compote (or fruit drink - I do not remember), tea. Four stars - the pilaf did not quite meet (my personal) expectations. We ordered Tea house and Tashkent (festive, wedding). Both are delicious, but I was hoping there would be a bomb. The tea house went better - sharper than the Tashkent one, the corresponding pepper on the plate. I recommend the place.

We are from Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, came with the children, went to the TV tower and decided to have dinner in Beshkozan....This is the very last place I wish you to visit.
Very rude waiters, there is no menu, everyone speaks from memory, pilaf that stands over the stove in the morning and does not cool down is just trash.
Yes, yes, and on 08/27/2024, after having dinner there, my children of 12 and 15 years old lay flat due to poisoning (vomiting, green stools). Dysbiosis and our trip was disrupted for 2 days.. Well, there are many pharmacies in Uzbekistan - we drank stopdiar for 3 days, we drink coffee and charcoal for 3 days.
Don't go there, greasy and spoiled food and rude waiters

Among the endless variety of restaurants, cafes, snack bars in Tashkent, there are several iconic places where there is no end of curious tourists. One of them is the Central Asian Pilaf Center, the Besh Qozon restaurant (Five cauldrons). A very authentic establishment.
Rumors that the pilaf is very tasty here are greatly exaggerated. The pilaf is ordinary, without any special frills and emotions. However, I only tried Tashkent pilaf (one of several that are prepared here), perhaps not the most delicious. Conveyor service. Orders are processed and submitted fairly quickly.
There is an atmosphere of excitement and bustle at the tables on the huge outdoor terrace under the awning.
Nevertheless, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit, but not for the sake of eating, but to see how it is prepared. Giant cauldrons are floating on an open fire, a hose is watering the floor, a good dozen chefs are tirelessly conjuring at cauldrons and cutting tables. Fire is burning, water is pouring, people are working - a combination that, as they say, can be admired indefinitely. The Show Must Go On!
Traveling around Tashkent, look here for an hour, especially since you can kill two birds with one stone, since there is a TV tower very close by, from the height of which you will see the picturesque, colorful, contrasting panorama of the capital of the Star of the East.

It is colorful and interesting to walk around the "kitchen". Of course, the size of the cauldrons is surprising, the number of portions, how they bake tortillas, climbing right into the oven, in general, the whole flavor of the East in one place.
The prices are very pleasant, tea for 2,000, achichuk 7,000, a portion of pilaf (set) 40,000.
For just two people, we gave 66,000 soums for two salads, half a flatbread, tea and one portion of pilaf.
However, the disadvantages are also significant:
- we took a wedding pilaf, mutton was clearly felt in the taste. Despite the fact that everything else was in balance and quite tasty, the taste of mutton left us a little disappointed. Perhaps if we come to Tashkent again, we will come here again, in general it turned out well, we just counted on a different taste.
- long wait for the waiter. Not quite figuring out where the end of the queue is and how to buy pilaf on their own, we decided to sit in the hall. But the waiter did not approach us for 20 minutes, despite the fact that we made ourselves felt, approached them independently, addressed the staff.
The boy came up after a while, quickly accepted the order, quickly brought everything, but since we were very hungry, the waiting at the beginning was very stressful.

Then there are crowds of people at the ticket office, in order to take pilaf, well, then the standard situation of the usual food courts, there is plenty of room, but nowhere to sit. The outdoor tables are all occupied, and there is more in the room, but there is also a collapse. Well, if suddenly you are confused by the devil to want, in addition to pilaf, a salad or something to drink, stand in a huge queue also indoors. About the pilaf, I took it, special. Well, to be honest, I'm not thrilled at all. Incredibly fat, and while we were looking for a place and running around with plates, it cooled down and became just not tasty ((( I don't want to say that everything is bad there, but I definitely won't set foot there again.
