A place that all guidebooks recommend visiting. The place is as authentic as possible. 90% of visitors are local. 3 types of pilaf, several salads, tea, coffee, water. There are a lot of seats, 2 floors. The pilaf is gorgeous. The portions are large. The prices are reasonable. Definitely visit)

It is interesting to watch how pilaf is cooked in huge cauldrons. There is a summer terrace and a main hall. In the main hall, it is clean, modern, a conder is blowing. The service is relatively fast. They recommended pilaf " Wedding ", to be honest, I personally did not like it. Mutton smells very much like wool (but I think it's for an amateur) I ate it without pleasure. In general, several types of pilaf are prepared. It's a pity I couldn't try them all. I recommend a visit.
The most delicious pilaf in Tashkent! You can see how they cook!!! Pilaf, tortillas, tea - everything is very tasty! Everything is fresh and hot!!! I recommend everyone to come here and try all kinds of pilaf!!!
I do not miss the moment to appear here, I will be in Tashkent! Delicious, satisfying, reasonable price. Wedding pilaf, homemade lemonade and fresh salad - evening set.
Atmospheric - I agree. A hyped brand that is no longer the same. Tourists are driven by habit. Pilaf 3 out of 5, tea 4 out of 5, achuluk 3 out of 5, tortillas 4+ out of 5, service 3- out of 5.
Very tasty. I recommend a wedding pilaf. The place is colorful, you can see how all the pilaf options are prepared. You can eat inside, you can take it with you. The price of the receipt for 4: pilaf + salad + lavash + tea = less than 2000 rubles
The place has been advertised too many times. Nothing special. The pilaf was waited for 35 minutes because it was not ready - and this is in an institution that deals only with pilaf. The food is good, but it's not 5, I'll put 3 for the waiting time and a paid toilet "on the street"
Info for barano haters. The wife does not eat sheep and chicken. There was a beef pilaf in butter on the menu. Tasty. I took it on a ram, super-delicious! There is also a good salad with tomatoes and tortillas.
An institution worth visiting! We were in Tashkent when we docked, and the first thing we did was go to this place as a business card of Tashkent! It's the tastiest pilaf I
've ever tasted in my life, I recommend it!

Well, it's a purely tourist place. Pilaf tastes better in some cafes. But it's worth a visit) + there is a TV tower nearby and a relatively close Japanese garden, so you can close several locations at once💁🏻♂️
It's a cool place, we've been there 3 times, tried different pilaf, I liked the wedding one the most. The portions are large, the prices are pleasing, the tortillas are the most delicious. There are a lot of people, but everything is fast. It is necessary to arrive before 13 o'clock, later it may not be all pilaf
I've never eaten more delicious pilaf. It is very interesting to watch how it is prepared. There are a lot of visitors, but the staff is doing a great job. We took a wedding pilaf, a full set and an amount of 0.7. At the same time, the serving volume for one would be enough for two. They ate too much. I was surprised by the price. They paid about 350 rubles for pilaf, salads, and drinks for each of them. I recommend everyone who comes to Tashkent to visit this complex.
After a week spent in Uzbekistan in this institution, I liked pilaf the most, in comparison with Bukhara, Samarkand. Although the place is tourist, but the pilaf is very tasty, I liked it purely for my taste. A huge place with a lot of people at lunch, but the staff is coping, maybe you need to wait.
The service is just perfect!
You can lick your fingers with pilaf.
There are always a lot of people, which shows that a very famous place, and decent cuisine.
I will be in Tashkent again, I will definitely go there!
We were here at lunch-there's nowhere to fall. We thought the service would take a long time. No, we almost immediately went to the table, the order was brought in 7 minutes. We ate 3 types of pilaf-each is very tasty, the institution fully justifies its name and reputation.
At the entrance, you can see live how real Uzbek pilaf is prepared. It is definitely worth visiting here!
I didn't understand why it was so popular... just because of the scale it can.... we took the Samorkadian pilaf. ... only after arriving from Samarkand itself can I say that the tasteless one was better there!!!
Yes, in Krasnoyarsk, Samarkand pilaf is better!!!!! Oh, yes. I'm reading about tortillas....
This is also a failure.

The local "pearl" (c), where tourists are taken as a tourist attraction. Pilaf is quite tasty, it's worth stopping by and trying it in Tashkent to know what it is.
Not impressed
The size of the hall was impressive, but everything else was not! Pilaf did not cause gastro-delights, the search for a toilet turned out to be a quest, I will stop at ordering in more detail. Even before the trip, we read that you can place an order yourself at the checkout or, which is more familiar to us at the waiter's table, which is naturally a little more expensive. But the waitress tried to send me to the cashier, only the receptionist who appeared was able to take the order, and the time was early and there were few visitors. What then happens with the massive influx of tourists!? Bottom line: the place is tourist, not bad, but not impressed!
Delicious pilaf of the same type of Wedding with various extras. Everything is very tasty and satisfying, despite the large number of guests, they are served very quickly.
The place is definitely a tourist destination, but objectively the most delicious Tashkent pilaf in the city, you can see all the stages of cooking in huge cauldrons, the prices are very humane.

It is delicious, crowded, colorful, the service is fast, before ordering, I recommend going through the kitchen for an excursion, getting acquainted with the cooking technology and types of pilaf served. I definitely recommend you to visit
The place is too overpriced. There are a lot of visitors, you will have to be on duty around the tables to take a free one.
There are only a couple of types of pilaf: Tashkent wedding and teahouse. Because of this, it seems to me, the name of the institution is absolutely not justified. Other interesting types of pilaf are not represented: Ferghana, Samarkand, Bukhara, etc. Based on this, I would not call this institution as the "Central Asian Pilaf Center".
The prices are inexpensive, you can eat a lot for little money.
To my taste, I personally brought out the Tashkent Wedding, teahouse so-so.
Just come and take a picture, there's nothing else to do there, I visit for the third time, the service is full of slag, they wear it quickly, but to order you need to fight for the waiter to order, if you want to spend the whole day empty, then you are here
It's a cool place, not for nothing the most popular. The pilaf is very high quality, moderately fatty. The service is a little long, but it is justified by the large flow of guests. You can take pictures, shoot, stand next to each other in the cooking process. The size of the cauldrons is amazing. I recommend definitely to visit 👍
The best place for tourists and locals who want to taste the delicious pilaf of Tashkent. This is the most popular place in Tashkent where you can have lunch with family or friends.
We visited the Besh Qozon pilaf center in Tashkent with our family.
It is the largest restaurant in Central Asia serving pilaf.
Have some delicious pilaf!
2 types of pilaf are prepared in the pilaf center
1. Toy oshi - Laser rice wedding pilaf with raisins.
Light delicious pilaf. A portion of which everyone can handle)
2. Zigir osh - Pilaf with linseed oil rice varieties alanga or devzira are used.
Pilaf is fatty with a specific taste for an amateur.
I searched for the history of the Pilaf Center on the Internet, it is different.
The institution began its activity in the late 90s. As they write, one man rented a place to sell watermelons and one day watermelons were not brought to him and so that the point would not stand idle, he decided to put a cauldron and try to sell pilaf, as he did it superbly.
Gradually, the place became popular and the man put another cauldron and rented it out. As a result, two types of pilaf began to be sold at the point.
So later he put on more cauldrons and rented them out. New types of pilaf appeared and competition grew.
As a result, after the expiration of time, this type of pilaf won the competition and it began to be cooked in all cauldrons.
Now several tons of pilaf are sold in the center of pilaf per day and they have many satisfied customers + this place has become a tourist destination due to its scale.
I recommend visiting this institution when you are in Tashkent.
The place is purely for tourists! I didn't like the staff as I waited 15 minutes to order pilaf! Pilaf is not the same as it was before ! They only focus on tourists, not the population!!
The most delicious pilaf I've ever eaten!! If I visit Tashkent again, I will definitely stop by for lunch or dinner!
And also - the order is delivered super-quickly here.))
The center of Pilaf is an absolutely amazing place. You can see giant cauldrons in which delicious pilaf is cooked on firewood. The main problem is to find and occupy an empty table during rush hour. Order acceptance and delivery are fast and clear. Payment at the checkout at the exit, when you have already eaten. The pilaf is delicious, the portions are large. Pilaf is prepared in the morning, by 11 o'clock. Rush hour is around 13. Don't be late, or they'll eat everything!
To be honest, in general, a very cool atmosphere prevails in Bashkazan, but due to the fact that more pilaf is put on stream here, it was not possible to enjoy really delicious pilaf in Uzbekistan, therefore, from the point of view of tourism, this place must be visited, but from the point of view of gastronomy, it is better to look for another place🙏
I liked the place. My husband spat, as this is a popular tourist destination, and at lunchtime crowds of tourists are brought by buses. Accordingly, it is very difficult to find a place. But after three, the crowd subsided and it became calm. Pilaf is delicious, but achikchuk (tomato salad) it was so-so - the tomatoes were unripe, it was even difficult to chew.
You can see how pilaf is cooked in huge cauldrons - it is very interesting.
Everything is so beautifully laid out at the entrance that you just want to go in and try everything, but in fact not all the dishes turned out to be decent and the service was not very good
The pilaf is good. According to the service, the waiter got confused about the order. I needed wi-fi to order a taxi, it turned out that wi-fi works for the first 20 minutes... Strange. As a result, I had to improvise with a taxi.
The pilaf is quite tasty, the prices are reasonable, the service is fast enough, despite the huge crowds of people.
Among the disadvantages, despite the fact that the place is more focused on tourists, there is no menu and it is difficult for a tourist who is not familiar with local catering to navigate how to order, where to pay. In principle, the TVs in the hall show dishes and prices, but very uninformatively.
Well, about the "restaurant" - it's a strong word, more like a cafe. The seating, furniture, dishes - everything is simple in a canteen way.
A very colorful place, a lot of pilaf options, the atmosphere, the service began to work much better, orders are quickly accepted, they are quickly given away. And of course, a magnificent pilaf, just a pearl of Tashkent. One thing is - lately tomatoes in a salad are not sweet, I understand it's not the season, but I still don't want to eat sour
Very tasty pilaf. And a very interesting pitch. You can watch the whole cooking process. The cauldrons are simply huge.
There are always a lot of people, many are served quickly.
