The only good thing about this place is the bed is super soft. Service is appalling. Rude staff. Restaurant is poor. Breakfast is really bad.

The May holidays were spent in the hospitable city of TASHKENT, which is beautiful in all plans. As for the hotel, you can put a solid three. Let's start with an early check-in, which was paid additionally, but unfortunately the room was not prepared: a bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush were all in one set, as it turned out, the call to the reception was not enough (30 minutes), I had to go down and hurry, I don't want to talk about towels at all since there was only one the kit was torn, it turned out that during the whole week they changed to the same ones, there was no water in the room and there was no safe either, to the question where? There was a clear answer during the repair, after long negotiations with the staff, they still managed to get a safe. In general, only its location can be noted as a plus. Unfortunately, the price does not match the quality.

First, about the advantages. Very clean room, cleaning every day, a wonderful spa complex, including three swimming pools (including one for children with warm water), hammam and sauna. Towels and bed linen are good. A good breakfast (except coffee).
Now about the sad part. If it is stated that the room has a refrigerator / kettle / mini-bar, it does not mean anything: somewhere there is, somewhere there is not. We were a big company (several rooms), so I can responsibly declare. But worse than that: asking for something to give /bring / fix is useless. They promised us for 5 days, but they never did any of the promised things.
Previously, the hotel belonged to the Sheraton chain, so it was built and equipped at a good level. But when he left this network, the human factor intervened, and so. In general, do not expect good service (except cleaning). And the most unpleasant thing is that Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, and it does not work in the rooms.

Located in the very center, the hotel is 4 stars. We lived in a standard room, but for most hotels it is at least a junior suite - large, comprehensively furnished with a business area and a large bathroom. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools (the outdoor ones apparently work in summer), a sauna, a hammam and this is included in the price. The breakfast is quite varied, it is delicious. The restaurant is open. But the bar in the lobby - it must be understood that for foreigners it is a business card, so a business card - works very poorly (even though the piano plays in the evenings ...), and the hotel is essentially designed not for the domestic market and this is strange for a country where gastronomic hospitality is very developed.

I've been visiting the pool at this hotel since I was 13, I really love it, but unfortunately for many years now - there are the same problems that don't solve.
I leave a review from the last visit:
1- when I first arrived at the pool, the guy standing at the reception in the pool told me we don't have any free sun beds, so you better not come in - we have a lot of people! I said no, show me - we entered the pool with him and there were several free sun beds... that is, I could have left and turned around after such words that there were no places and the pool would have been left without two more customers. But, I personally asked to show me that there are no sunbeds and they were, so I stayed
2- there are only 2 women's locker rooms and two of them have broken locks and handles (i.e. it is impossible to change clothes quietly). You undress with one hand, hold the door with the other.
And so it has been for 5 years.
3- there is also no lock in the women's restroom - accordingly, there is no chance that someone will not force you into it.
Plus, by 5 p.m., the toilet was completely closed and could not be used due to the fact that it could not be flushed (no water entered the barrel)
4- at 4 p.m., I went through and asked for the menu (several times) and it was never brought to me. At 6 o'clock, I went to look for a place to order food myself and was told that they no longer accept the order. The kitchen was already closed.
5- old renovation, nothing has changed over the years. The tiles have been falling off in the Jacuzzi for a long time.
At the same time, the entrance for men is 600 thousand, for women - 400 thousand, for children - 300 thousand.
I ask the management to take measures and eliminate technical problems in the women's locker room and conduct staff training in terms of service, because there are guys at the reception who do not understand their tasks at all.

They take a long time to register, entry is strictly at 14:00. I absolutely did not like the staff at the reception. As explained to us, if you want to pay half an hour earlier for a full day))) Jokers. The cost of the rooms is high, but many rooms have nuances. Somewhere a cheap shower hose is hanging out, pours water in all directions and does not fit an expensive faucet, in others the plaster has fallen off at the window in places, well covered with a curtain. All rooms are equipped with ONE bathrobe, one pair of slippers. We had a refrigerator, a safe, a tea and coffee set with an electric kettle. The higher the floor, the more beautiful the view, especially of the night city. The center, convenient location. The price includes access to the gym and SPA complex. Bathrobes and towels are clean, they are in the cells or you take them at the entrance yourself.
The staff is friendly, they work well.
Breakfast is a buffet, porridge, two types of soup, second courses and you can order scrambled eggs. The coffee machine is working intermittently. The staff in the hall is responsive. Desserts , fruits, etc.
Satisfying, delicious.
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the lobby, and the ladies' room.

A great location is actually the city center. Polite staff, decent rooms. But not without drawbacks. I ordered a room with a double bed, as a result, they put me in a room with 2 single beds, promising to move me the next day. But as everyone understands, this was done to distract the eyes. As I said, the staff is very polite. Of the 4 elevators, only 2 were working, which made it difficult to get down from the 14th floor in the morning.

Nice hotel. There are free outdoor pools and saunas for residents. For a fee SPA. Nice restaurant. The rooms are spacious, with a good interior, but there are problems in the rooms: something will fall off, the tank does not work, the mattress is uncomfortable. The air conditioning is not very comfortable - it is very cold. The staff should definitely work on it. All the staff is very friendly, thank you very much for that!

The network is gone, the quality has become lame, the hotel is gradually decaying.
Positive:
1. location - in the city center, which is very convenient.
2. cooking - chefs cook well.
Minuses:
1. Disgusting Internet, from the word "absolutely".
2. Air conditioning systems (in halls) and air heating systems (in rooms) are not functioning.
3. Chemical treatment of water in the pool does not work properly, which is why the staff uses bleach in excess.
4. Apparently, there is not enough staff in the restaurant. Perhaps the owners of the hotel do not hire additional employees in order to save money

The service is very lame. Just sooo. The reception doesn't know a damn thing. The waiters of the menu do not know what is and what is not.
All are slow. Long ones.
+ the restaurant service is long, we waited for a bottle of beer and sandwiches for more than two hours (we had to leave, without eating, for a meeting)
There is only one master in the spa, you can't go to a massage at the same time, well, the quality is 3..

На 5 звезд не тянет совсем. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Но сам отель уставший. Номера конечно большие, но требуют капитального ремонта. Многие розетки в номере не работали. Из двух рабочих, одна работала только со включенным общим светом. Окна не открываются, но в номерах можно курить. Соответственно может попасться прокуренный номер. Дверь никак не закрывалась изнутри. Была только цепочка, но не было крючка или еще чего. Розетки далеко от кровати. Туалет высоко установлен. В раковине не хватало деталей-были просто дырки слива. Телевизор-будто просто в розетку подключили и все-настроить забыли. Но кровати и подушки удобные, комфортные.
Завтраки на 2. Не очень разнообразные, овощи безвкусные (и это в сентябре в Узбекистане!). Помидоры пластмассовые, оливки и маслины не первой свежести. Шакшука с вареным желтком и холодная. Из всего смогли съесть сосиски и хлеб с маслом и сыром.

Отель, хороший. Прям рядом с центром города. Но есть нюансы, который бы хорошо администрации отеля взять на заметку.
1-е завтраки: если приходить позже, ближе к концу завтрака, то столы не убранные стоят, стаканов и кружек нет, салфеток на столах нет, надо постоянно говорить, официантам, что бы убрали, принесли и т.д. Это как бы очень не приятно. Плюсы завтрака, готовят при тебе омлет, яичницу и т.д
2-е на ресепшен стоят лимонады справа, но ни одного стакана чистого вокруг. Это уже прям издевательство, когда стакан надо спрашивать. Проводила встречу внизу в лоби, заказала у них с бара кофе, так и не принесли.
3-е бассейн на улице располагается прямо напротив ресторана причем этот ресторан, как-бы к отелю не относится ;). Сами понимаете не очень приятно плавать, перед зрителями. Администрация отеля, вы хотя бы живую изгородь что-ли посадите между или кусты. Создайте кулуарный уголок и вообще бы стало супер.

Очень чистые и приятные номера в гостинице. Сервис на уровне. Завтраки выключенные в проживание были на уровне отличных европейских отелей. Расположен в центре города. Очень удобно добираться в любое место в городе. Почти везде где необходимо было проводить встречи можно было добираться пешком, но с такой стоимостью такси можно ездить. Полотенца меняли каждый день кровать тоже перестилали.

However, a significant minus is the cold in the room, I do not know whether I got one, or everyone did, but the air conditioner working at full power at 30 degrees did not warm at all (all modes were set correctly), even requests for help from engineers did not help. It is very cold from the window and during the night the room manages to cool down so that in the morning you wake up with dryness and sore throat. Отличное расположение в центре города. Все рядом. Просторные номера. Есть номера для курящих и не курящих. Красивые виды из панорамных лифтов. Разнообразный завтрак. На территории 2 бассейна. Есть массажный кабинет. Очень удобные матрасы.

Довольно красивый отель в удачном месте. В номерах очень красивый текстиль.
Удивительно, что персонал не знал русский язык. Поселили с третьего раза: в 1 номере сразу сломался электронный замок, во втором было накурено. Всё сложилось с 3 раза.
Минус - окна не открываются вообще: глухие витрины. На на улице цвела вишня! Хотелось запаха весны в комнате.
Кондиционер температуру в комнате нескорректировал. Просто включался.
Завтрак скудный и не душевный. Все горячие блюда стояли холодными, на приготовлении яичницы повар отсутствовал. Кофе машина сломалась и никто даже растворимый кофе не удосужился поставить.
Вода в номере, мыльные принадлежности тоже.
Есть велосипеды.

Хорошая гостиница цена качество, до пандемии было очень неплохо. Хорошие номера, приветливый персонал, завтрак шведский стол с хорошим ассортиментом.
По факту самый центр Ташкента.
Шикарный летний бассейн, спорт зал и бассейн внутри здания.
До 2-х, 3-х командировок в год (у меня лично), если брать нашу компанию, то практически в последнее время (3-4 года) останавливаемся в ней.
Были в июне 2021 был сбой с завтраком, меняли шеф повара в гостинице, два завтрак был очень скудным.
Надеюсь, что сейчас ситуация выровнялась.
В целом рекомендую. В мае планирую командировку, скорее всего остановлюсь в ней.

When I decided to visit the pool, I was extremely surprised that the attendant let his friends in there. 9 people shouted and guffawed in their native language, they did not react to my remarks. Of course, I understand, we are guests... The rooms have double-glazed windows without vents, you will not be able to ventilate a breath of fresh air. In the middle of the room there is a desk, a lamp, reminiscent of the boss's office. No cutlery, no glasses, no cooler.... I don't recommend it for that kind of money!

Все очень понравилось. Обслуживпние, питание, сервис. Единстаеннвй минус в номерах не открываются окна, а кондиционеры давно не чистились и не держат температуру. Поэтому душновато. И спорт зал убогий. Надо реконструировать.Тренажеры все поломаны. По остальному претензий нет. Предпочитаю этот отель в командировках. Но они в последнее время стали задирать цену.

Расположение отеля, просто супер! Самый центр, с аэропорта совсем не далеко. Рядом куча других отелей и достопримечательностей., например легендарный ресторан Уголок, в котором готовят только "Цыплят табака" Уже на протяжении нескольких десятилетий, очень рекомендую! Рядом метро и рынок. Номер был стандарт, хорошей комплектности, и удобная кровать и подушки, вид из окна на телебашню, единственное разочаровала что окна очень грязные. Завтраки разнообразные, есть всё, вот только персонал не расторопный, столы грязные, ложки вилки не промыты. Банкомат не работал, поэтому пришлось идти в соседний отель Хаят, где без проблем понимают карту "Мир" и отличный курс, банкомат Узкард.

Удобное расположение в центре города, чистые и очень просторные номера, большой набор ванных принадлежностей, тапочки, халат. Учитывают пожелания клиентов (меня заселили в номер в 6 утра, хотя стандартное заселение в 14 часов). Завтраки стандартные, но Вам приготовят яичницу по вашему желанию. Терасса ресторана, где накрывают завтраки, требует небольшого косметического ремонта. Рядом находится клуб, вечерами может играть громкая музыка, но не очень поздно. Обмен валюты работает до 18.00

Отличный отель. Нам очень понравился номер и персонал. Жили на 14 этаже. ТВ огромный телевизор, 6 каналов на русском языке, уборка ежедневно, интернет не виснет (смотрели видео на ТВ).На ресепшн замечательные мальчики, готовые ответить на любой вопрос. И бассейн !!! Вернее 3 бассейна. Были в середине августа, народу немного, бывало, плавали одни. Есть небольшие недостатки (не новая мебель), но для нас это было непринципиально. Были ещё шумные соседи (индусы) не говорящие по русски, но одного эмоционального объяснения хватило, чтобы и по русски понять, что орать в 3ч ночи не стоит, от слова совсем. Больше мы их даже днём не слышали. Отдохнули замечательно. Спасибо персоналу! Расположение отеля тоже супер.

Жил на 14 этаже. Внешне отель хороший. Чувствуется отсутствие профессиональной команды. Начнем с бара . он никакой. Ряд Хеннесси и ряд водки и больше ничего. Кстати сам хозяин живет на 15 этаже (по мнению персонала очень скупой)завтраки на 3 . в бассейне не плавал. Было мероприятие во дворе возле бассейна и официанты пытались постоянно класть ледив вино(иностранцы были в диком ужасе) причем они даже не спрашивали об этом. Номера особо не убирают. В моем номере были длинные волосы везде.

Хорошая гостиница- прекрасное расположение в центре, красивые номера, приличный завтрак. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Номера убирают хорошо, есть бутылки с водой, набор для приготовления чая и кофе, наборы для личной гигиены, шампунь, гель для душа, лосьон. Полотенца и халат чистые, пушистые. В стоимость номера входит бассейн ( уличный и крытый, сауна, хамам). Единственный минус, что отель уже не новый, кое-где требуется ремонт.

Останавливаюсь здесь только в командировках. Рядом есть рынок, не столь дешевый. Но позволяет купить все, что можно увезти домой. Сауны так себе. Видимо спрос минимальный, поэтому они в неком полурабочем состоянии. Бассейн как бассейн. На улице только летом и оправдывает себя если на улице жара. Хорошо бы гостиницу подремонтировать. Есть много косяков, которые нужно устранить. Завтрак всегда отменный и большой выбор. Кстати, теперь можно у них и поужинать, чего раньше не было. Нет необходимости поблизости искать где перекусить
