A good hotel, very sincere and simple, without frills, an excellent animation team entertains all day, invites those who want to participate in various activities during the day, a lot of children, of course now it is no longer a youth hotel, a lot of foreigners, the food is simple but very tasty, there are always grilled vegetables, beef, turkey, chicken, fish (dorado, sea bass, sometimes farel), in the evening - very tasty Uzbek pilaf, soups of 2 types, French fries, rustic, various types of pasta, alcohol is quite decent, there is a cocktail card, but every barmer makes a cocktail as he pleases, the sea is the purest, excellent view of Takhtaly mountain, grandmothers and there are almost no grandfathers. A very pleasant coffee shop behind the main restaurant, in the bar on the pier there is only beer from alcohol. The only drawback is the small beds, both in length and width, although the mats and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are tired, there are - after repair, upon arrival, of course, a very old room was initially shown, but they offered to change it for an additional fee. We have been to this hotel 3 times already (2011, 2012 - youth concept, September 2023 - family). We skydived, the flight was excellent, we also took a diving tour from Victoria, we liked everything very much, the guys offer a 1.5 hour boat trip, do not refuse, this is much better than an excursion that is sold behind the hotel (for the whole day, it is very long, and they take you to the same coves for swimming).

We went to this hotel with two children (5 years old and 1 year old), and did not regret it. I'll start from the beginning, I strongly recommend taking an individual transfer, because the way is long from the airport. We went 1.30-1.40 on an individual transfer without different stops. On a shared bus, I think it would be about 3 hours, if not more.
Nice to meet you at the hotel, immediately your wet towels, it was so nice to wipe your hands and yourself and the children off the road.... We were given bracelets right away and sent for breakfast, warning that check-in would be later.
They gave us a room in the main building with a view of the mountain and the roadway (it didn't bother us), it was nice to wake up with an amazing view
The restaurant is wonderful, the abundance of food is incredible, so many greens, vegetables, various snacks, at one meal there were several types of animal protein - chicken, turkey, beef, fish and occasionally there was lamb.
The food is delicious, fresh, it was difficult with breakfast, we do not eat cereals, pancakes, etc., we ate eggs in different preparations, oatmeal on water and vegetables with herbs. For dessert lovers, it is also a paradise, lots of sweets.
The territory is clean, not big, but there is a lot of everything on it, the sea is beautiful 😁
The animation is not intrusive, they are so professionally touted that, despite my little daughter, I also wanted to go and participate everywhere 😁🤗
Special thanks for the kids' club, above all praise-the elder boy asked to go there, and after lunch he studied there, went out with some crafts, then made key rings, then cookies, then decorated the car.

A good hotel for your money.
It is located on the first line in Tekirova at the foot of Takhtaly Mountain. The views are gorgeous.
The territory is not very large, but very cozy and extremely well-groomed and green. The gardeners' service works for a solid five. Oranges, pomegranates, bananas, and other beautiful southern plants and flowers grow.
The hotel has a chic lobby! This is a kind of club where it's nice to drink a drink from the bar or coffee on the sand, sitting on chic sofas
A huge beach, a sea of sunbeds, there is no need to occupy in advance. The sea is deep. 3-4 meters from the shore already with his head. There is a pier with a bar and sun beds on it. It is more pleasant to go down to the sea from the pier, the water is cleaner there.
Number. We lived in garden deluxe. Despite the name, the room is not very large, after renovation. On a solid four. Sound insulation is good. The air conditioner is quiet, the temperature was maintained confidently.

Restaurants. The dishes in the main restaurant are varied and for every taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the absence of mountains of tasteless salads. During the break of the main restaurant there are snack bars, fast food cornets, ice cream parlors, waffles near the pools.
The hotel is perfect for families with young children and teenagers. Great kids club, water park.
The animation team deserves special thanks. Our bored child after meeting the girls from the team for the first few days was impossible to drive into the room: during the day yoga, saw EC, aqua aerobics, and in the evening disco until I drop. Every evening there are show programs, live music or themed parties.
In general, the hotel left only positive memories, there is nothing to complain about. The only drawback is the location, far enough from the airport. Therefore, with a group transfer, you will be delivered last and picked up first. I recommend taking an individual one. A comfortable, air-conditioned minibus runs to Kemer according to the schedule. The journey time takes 40 minutes. For $ 3 versus $ 30 by taxi and 20 km of the way is not bad.

And - rooms, initially they offered a room directly above the kitchen where the grill is being prepared, but after an additional payment they changed it, though by the road, and the noise started at 6 a.m. Reading other reviews for the same period, I don't understand if we were the only ones unlucky, but we rested for 3 weeks, or we got used to a different quality, but the service is really bad, every time the cleaner complained that she was paid less than promised.Dorada, which is usually disassembled always very quickly, was lying, no one wanted to take raw fish. And I don't want to write about rudeness at the reception at all, it's just terrible.

Excellent hotel, I recommend (vacation in June 2023)
Positive:
- food (all kinds of meat / 1-2 kinds of fish every day, ice cream/cake, everything is available)
- there are a lot of sun beds, there are always free ones
- sunshades, not umbrellas (larger area)
- own pier (with a bar), you can dive
- the staff is Russian-speaking, those who have problems with English will not be lost
- the room is clean, linen is changed every 2 days
- the minibar (non-alcoholic) in the room is replenished every day
- beautiful, large, well-maintained territory
- the air conditioner, despite the fact that it is not individual, works perfectly
- animation (good level, programs every day), entertainment (volleyball, water polo, darts, yoga, fitness, boccia, etc.)

- the staff is mostly friendly
Minuses:
- local beer and wine, to put it mildly, for three, wine for dinner can be bought, but beer is not, even for money you will not find an alternative in the hotel
- snacks by the pools work almost at the same time as the main restaurant, if you missed lunch (before 14:30) then you can only have a snack with sweets or French fries with hamburgers (cutlets are quite specific in taste)

We rested from June 17 to June 24, 2023. The hotel is very nice. There are a lot of plants, 2 swimming pools, a bunch of bars, a water park with 8 slides. The restaurant is large, there is enough space for everyone. Service and attitude at the level. Good animation, always something to occupy. They did not live in the main building, but in 3-storey houses. The room is clean, small, but for us it does not matter, the hotel has luxury rooms for those who need space. The beach is large, there are enough sun beds for everyone at any time. There are small pebbles on the shore, like sand. There are few small stones by the sea, the entrance is also with stones, but if it is annoying, there is a pier from which you can swim (either go down the stairs or jump off). The food is delicious and varied. There was mutton, then veal, there was even duck, beef tongue, fish was always there, etc. you will not stay hungry. By public transport you can get to Kemer (about 20 minutes), to the ruins of Phaselis (10-15 minutes). I recommend it!

Nice hotel, vacationed in 23. There were doubts due to the remoteness of the hotel, but for all seven days there was not even a desire to leave the territory. Almost every day in the afternoon there is some kind of movement-a party at the pool, interesting performances in the evening. I liked the food, there were a lot of people from the countries of the former Soviet Union on our arrival, but perhaps due to the fact that the hotel is not cheap, the contingent was pleasant. I recommend the hotel, I would definitely go again.

Good day. We rested from 30.09 to 07.10.2024. so our vacation at the hotel is coming to an end. There were a lot of doubts, a lot of information and reviews were read. And so I want to share my impressions.
1) the work of the reception 5! Solve all issues and almost from the first time. If not from the first, then it's because of the large number of vacationers. They are friendly, with a smile, have a good attitude and communication. We have been contacted repeatedly about laundry, blankets, etc. they solve everything
2) I can say the same about gastronomy) before leaving, I was interested about the iron) The reception could not answer, but the reception confirmed and the iron, as promised, was provided for an hour! 10 minutes after the request.
3) There is NO cleaning in the room. I'm writing about ours, we live in 6009. With God's help, towels were changed at 3.30 pm
, garbage was removed, soap and soap were added. However, yesterday, at the request, they put shower gel in a dubious jar, which differs from the rest in shape and without identification marks. There was never a wet cleaning (accordingly, no one wiped the bathroom mirror, toilet bowl.
4) the bar was replenished 2 times in 8 days. It is not critical, because Everything can be taken at the bar, of which there are many at every step.
5) The sea is super! Degrees 27-28. Pools are 24-25 degrees. The sea is magical, fabulous, turquoise. It has been calm for the last 4 days in the morning.

7) great respect to the animators. They did not participate themselves, but it is clear that the animation is on the level, theme nights, they are engaged with the kids. Adults and children like ice cream, which is available at the hotel from 11.00 a.m. to 22 p.m., depending on the place and time.
8) 4.5+ meals. There are certain stations: pasta, diet, etc. Yes, it's the same at every station every day, but you can choose: fried fish, meat, chicken, turkey, pasta, stewed meat or
vegetables. Lots of different vegetables and cheeses!
9) ala-maps! Any one time is free! We went to the fish market (I didn't leave any impressions. It's fish day on Saturday and it tastes a lot better there, in my opinion. Someone wrote that they had just ruined the products and, probably, I would agree (I was also upset. Although everything was much tastier on the fish day, mostly the restaurant
10) general impressions for 4.5. THE COST FOR TWO ADULTS FOR 8 nights is 245t.r. from Moscow

Bread in the restaurant often came across with mold.The entrance to the sea is rocky, it hurts to go in, all the people are in coral. The food court is open on the street, all the food is open, on the penultimate day she was poisoned and did not leave the room. Who doesn't like a bunch of screaming kids and European pensioners who are brought by buses, you are not here. There are sun beds on the beach in a row under a canopy, there are no tables, there is nowhere to put clothes and things, half of the hanger hooks are broken. One of the advantages is the Wonderful nature, the purest sea, a lot of greenery around the hotel and on the territory, but this is the merit of the past owners, according to other vacationers. And there is also a wonderful Ala carte Italian restaurant, the delights of which I could not fully enjoy, since poisoning had previously made itself felt. And a good pastry shop.
The room cleaning is good, people are trying their best. It is better to take a mountain view, as the sea view will be very noisy and there will also be smoke from the grill.
In general, the first time I was vacationing in Turkey on the fifth day, I wanted to go home. It's good that the prices are high and I took 7 nights, not 12-14 as usual.Where so many positive reviews come from is a mystery to me, because I have heard the conversations of some vacationers who are also unpleasantly surprised by the quality of their stay at this hotel.

One of my favorite hotels in Turkey.
Definitely one of the best in Tekerovo, The food is exclusively 10 out of 10!!! Beyond praise. The staff is friendly as always, the bartenders are always good-natured and ready to keep up a conversation. Rooms for 5-, so I had to pay $200 extra for a good room
But it was worth it. The territory is not very large, but there is a place to walk. Animation for 5+!!!
Drinks, if alcohol, then imported from tequila to whiskey, all imported!
Special thanks for the local ayran in cups and endless ice cream.
By the way, the slides are also very nice.
They didn't exist before.

The staff speaks Russian and English well. Suitable for both families with children and couples, entertainment for every taste) the only disadvantage is the remoteness from Antalya, respectively, on excursions, transfers, etc. you will be picked up among the first, and for about an hour and a half or two you will collect tourists from other hotels on the way, but for us it was not a significant disadvantage. The room was not heated, we managed without a conder during the day. And at night it was already fresh with an open balcony. The territory is well maintained. Gardeners are constantly working. The staff is friendly. We have hotel towels here, we left beach towels on the bar in the morning without any problems, we gave towels without cards. It is not unimportant that beach towels can be changed throughout the day as much as you want. In the restaurant, the waiters are smart, they work like bees. Dirty dishes are quickly cleaned. Drinks are brought.

The food is monotonous, almost everything is the same every day. The truth is both fried and stewed. There is meat, chicken, fish, turkey. But the same dishes, as well as the sweet table, are all the same. What I really liked was the ice cream. It is incomparable. Discos every day. The hotel is terrible!It's not 5 stars and certainly not ultra all inclusive.We checked in at night , there was no hot water , we were treated at the reception three times , the staff stood as if we owed them ! We rested from 06 to 16 August 2023. The hotel is very cool, beautiful, cozy, green. The staff is polite and courteous. We had a room with a view of the mountain in the main building, beauty. The check-in was at night, so nothing was visible from the window except the road, but when we got up in the morning, the view was super. The room was cleaned every day along with a change of towels, everyone, which was very pleasant. And without any tips. Replenishment of the bar is daily, regardless of whether we drank drinks or not. The bar was replenished with pepsi, fanta, mineral water, and plain water. Since there were two of us, the bar was replenished with 2 bottles of each type of drink (250 ml each). Replenishment of bathroom accessories 1 time every two days, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap. The cleaning was done at 11 o'clock, quickly and efficiently. What is important for me, the hotel had a free sauna, a hammam, an indoor pool with cool water, very invigorating after a sauna at 95 degrees. Time is unlimited, even if you swim all day. Massage is paid, be sure to bargain. The food was delicious and varied, there were delicacies, and lamb neck and tuna, and they were butchered right there in the restaurant and fried. Beef tongue, different types of chicken, and lamb and turkey kebabs. I really liked the pancakes, they are delicious. Ice cream was given from 11.30 to 16.00, be sure to try it, delicious, with different flavors, caramel, pistachio, vanilla, chocolate, lemon. The animation is great, the guys are giving their best. Bars by the pools, there are two of them, mostly Europeans rested at the far one. There are various drinks in the bar, if the bartender likes you, he will make an exclusive, I was lucky every time he surprised me with delicious cocktails. On the beach at the bar, beer, juices, ayran, nuts are needed, ask. You can also ask for backgammon at the main pool in the bar. The evening animation was both by the pool and in the amphitheater. An amazing hotel! We were there for the third time, already with a child) 15 years later! The hotel has not changed at all, it has even become even better! Luxurious area: large beach, pier, entrance to the water, water activities, hookah throughout. The beach is almost sand, the entrance to the water is small pebbles. The territory is surrounded by greenery and flowers, a variety of plants - just have time to take pictures!) And behind Takhtaly mountain, the view is breathtaking (I highly recommend a sunset tour of the mountain). There is a lot of food, there is always something new, delicious mutton, there is a children's menu and a children's table. Fiery children's animation, there are trips to the ranch!!! Great cocktails and evening shows for adults. We took a deluxe garden room in small houses - a very good location relative to all places, in the center. There are several pools, there is even a water park) I advise you to take Turkish sweets at the hotel - much cheaper and always fresher. I also recommend a spa at the hotel - it cannot be compared with any local excursions to spa centers (only you will waste money). The cleaning is perfect! Everything is always clean. We will definitely come back again!

I stayed at the hotel in July 2023, when the heat was +43°
Clean beach, well-groomed territory, standard room is not very large, but cozy and comfortable.
Room cleaning, towel change and replenishment of the mini bar daily, without complaints.
Very tasty food, lots of seafood daily, delicious and varied desserts.
In addition to the main restaurant, you could eat by the pool (salads, potatoes with fillers, pasta, grilled meat and fish, fruits, ice cream)
The a la carte fish restaurant impressed with the interior, dishes and service.
In the evenings, performances and discos are held on a special site and in the amphitheater. Noise does not interfere with those living in the main building of the hotel.
The sea is clean, a ramp for people with disabilities, a pier with ladders into the water at different depths, and the entrance to the sea with sand and very small pebbles is very convenient. On one side is the beach of another hotel, on the other - a wild beach and a landing area for paragliders.

We are currently vacationing with my husband at this hotel (August 2024), we have been here 3 times and I don't want to change anything! As our friend, who is also a frequent guest here, said - an unforgettable vacation!the rooms are new and clean (we live in the main building), the cleaning is on top, the service is also 5 out of 5, and the kitchen is a separate song!!! Shrimp, squid, fish, meat, chicken, turkey! The territory is huge, everywhere you look there is beauty! Animation too 👍 The review is my personal, truthful, I recommend only this hotel to my friends and acquaintances!!!🔥👍🥰

The hotel is wonderful. We rested here 3 times. The hotel has a wonderful concept. The territory is large, clean, well maintained. There is a water park. It is perfect for family holidays and for young people. Everyone will find a place to relax. There are children's pools and a kids' club (with gorgeous animators). There is a lot of Activity for adults. Volleyball 2 times a day, aqua aerobics, sawing, bocce and many others. The rooms are small. But clean and cozy. The Minbar is replenished daily.

A great hotel, spacious, green, and very cozy at the same time. The service is excellent. Several lobby bars. There are always empty sun beds at sea. Entertainment on the beach, there is an excursion to the island with turtles and it definitely needs to be taken, we went for a swim and brought back to the hotel))))). The cuisine is incredibly diverse and very tasty, there are always fruits, an incredible assortment of sweets. Delicious ice cream on the beach, several flavors. We are delighted with the hotel. We recommend it.

We rested at this hotel in September. The food is excellent, the choice is huge. Meat, fish every day in the assortment. The service is friendly. The staff is adequate. The rooms are clean, cleaning and change of linen and towels daily. The territory is green, clean. The beach is pebbly, the entry into the water is smooth, the children are fine, the water is clean. Of all the five where we rested, this hotel is the best.

It has been here for 6 years , the hotel is getting better and better with each code excellent service and staff excellent cuisine and bars with imported ( original alcohol ) and have never heard the word impossible ( there is something to compare ) . I will have the opportunity to come back here again and again . I also forgot to add about the wonderful sea and mountain views

Nice hotel. On a solid 5 . Food , cleanliness , territory . Service! But, in my opinion, this hotel is more for a family holiday or for those who have come to relax . There are no stormy parties . Parties , youth break - off . We were going for a relaxing vacation. Sleep , food , sea and pleasant surroundings . We were satisfied with everything as much as possible .

The hotel is clean, cozy, the food is good, two swimming pools, the beach is large. The sea is the purest. The hotel is family-run, mostly Russian. Two disadvantages: the partitions between the rooms are thin, you can hear the TV from another room; there are no delicious Turkish buns in the main restaurant....

We had a rest in early June 2023. I really liked the hotel. Lots of greenery, lots of bars and entertainment for children and adults. A good water park, the children were delighted. Animation for both children and adults. A free pier with sun loungers and a free bar. The food is on solid 5, but there are a lot of cats on site that climb into the dining room. After the rain, the hotel staff came out with mops and drove the water off the paths. We'll come back later..
