The entire territory of the hotel, restaurants - have the character of untidiness, the territory is sometimes unkempt and abandoned.
In the restaurant, the chefs shift dishes, cuts, fruits and vegetables without gloves; if you come 40 minutes or later before the restaurant closes, everything is already cleaned in front of you, nothing is replenished, absolutely nothing - empty racks, and the very sight of cleaning is not the most pleasant.
They pour wine and tea in the restaurant, but only if you catch them, they walk silently between the tables.
And the period of our stay - several families were poisoned, including us, we know about several families only when we approached the service to resolve guest issues - we were told that yes, this happens because of the heat. Well, it's never happened in other hotels.They were poisoned, because they recovered for 2 days, but it was unpleasant.
There are sun loungers on the beach to the left of the pier, and on the right there is a sewage river and a territory of all sorts of junk behind the fence, you can see in the photo.
Who cares - there is no baby food in cans in the hotel, there is a children's table - there are boiled vegetables or mashed potatoes.
There are no irons in the room and they are not provided, if desired, you can use the laundry service for an additional fee.the fee.

About the kids' club - it works very little, it closes at 17, keep in mind.

The food at the hotel is monotonous, the same thing every day, fruits in Turkey turn out to be apples, pears and oranges....that's all...They don't give any more fruits, there is no animation at all for children aged 8-14 years old. Cleaning consisted only in taking out the garbage from the toilet, it stank so much from the toilet!!!! I had to go to the reception desk and beg for something to be done with the plumbing, they didn't even talk about replacing the room. In general, I can't say anything good about my vacation. It was the worst vacation of my life. There is no five here, the hotel is weak and I do not recommend it to anyone. Give 202 thousand for 8 nights and spend it over the toilet... Alas, we have read the historical facts about Pamukalla and Lake Salda on the Internet. I ask him a question: is Lake Salda a volcano crater? And he: No. Full out. When we left Pamukkale, I ask you to stop at Burger King. He says you can't go into the city, there are traffic jams. He takes us to a restaurant, where he apparently gets a kickback for the visitors. There's dirt and lard in there. We all stand up and say that we don't eat fatty meat. In general, we are leaving. We have lunch at our chosen place. And what is our rage when we see burger king on the way back?! It's just that the dude needed a rollback. He took us everywhere. Textiles, got a kickback for our purchases. Stones, we didn't even want to go out. We simply chose an individual tour, went with the children and hoped to avoid these additional stops. He pretended not to hear us. And what was our surprise that we still have to pay $ 100 for the entrance to Pamukkale. We call Ravil, he says yes, pay. Lavender fields, by the way, have also dried up or faded. But how would Ravil, the director of the travel agency, know that? In general, we concluded that we will buy vouchers only from the operator. Let everyone fucking look for another job. And I think the hotel should think about whether it needs such partners?
A little bit of my subjective opinion of Turkey:
It feels like she's stuck somewhere in time. 10. There is a virus like rotovirus in the hotel - children and people with weak immune systems have fever, green snot and cough for 4-5 days. Everyone has the same symptoms, the hotel denies everything.
11. The level of importunity of sellers on the beach is off the scale. I especially remember the guy with a dirty dish in which there was boiled corn for 1 dollar.
12. Wi-Fi in the room? No, you haven't heard. The signal is very bad, the connection is constantly lost, even in the lobby at the expected evening load - there is no connection.
13. The TV in the room seems to be there, but it does not catch more than one channel.
14. The staff is generally not very friendly, doing everything from under the stick.
Bottom line: I highly recommend not to visit. The hotel does not correspond to the 5* level, it is at the level of a mediocre "four". In no way can it be compared with the nearby Marty Mira, Pirates, Alva Donna. I've been to all these hotels, the quality is 2 orders of magnitude higher.

We had a vacation in October with my mother, a friend and a 9-year-old child. I must say right away that this is not the first time in the hotel, and as always everything is on top! The sea, Takhtali Mountain and the local landscapes pacify and calm🌊 The kitchen is very decent both in the main restaurant and the food court by the pool, the main thing is that the fish is always there, cooked perfectly, not over-dried. And of course the meat is different, lamb, beef, chicken in different variations, you can't list everything! The child loved pancakes with chocolate for breakfast) The new water park for children is fire, and we adults frolicked like children) All the staff is trying, no one has ever refused a request or help. I would especially like to mention the animation team led by Ilkhan! There are different Activities by the pool during the day, and in the evening you won't get bored at all! Every day there are different theme nights, live music, different dance shows in the amphitheater, everything was fun and great 👍Thanks to the animators Alice Zumba, Alice, the fire girls, danced with the guests to victory!!!
