I am not a moody tourist at all, but I was dissatisfied with this hotel. First, I will share exactly what:
The entire territory of the hotel, restaurants - have the character of untidiness, the territory is sometimes unkempt and abandoned.
In the restaurant, the chefs shift dishes, cuts, fruits and vegetables without gloves; if you come 40 minutes or later before the restaurant closes, everything is already cleaned in front of you, nothing is replenished, absolutely nothing - empty racks, and the very sight of cleaning is not the most pleasant.
They pour wine and tea in the restaurant, but only if you catch them, they walk silently between the tables.
And the period of our stay - several families were poisoned, including us, we know about several families only when we approached the service to resolve guest issues - we were told that yes, this happens because of the heat. Well, it's never happened in other hotels.They were poisoned, because they recovered for 2 days, but it was unpleasant.
There are sun loungers on the beach to the left of the pier, and on the right there is a sewage river and a territory of all sorts of junk behind the fence, you can see in the photo.
Who cares - there is no baby food in cans in the hotel, there is a children's table - there are boiled vegetables or mashed potatoes.
There are no irons in the room and they are not provided, if desired, you can use the laundry service for an additional fee.the fee.
I'm attaching a photo from breakfast, which I came to 40 minutes before closing time.
About the kids' club - it works very little, it closes at 17, keep in mind.
The rooms are equipped with gel, shampoo, conditioner. There is no body cream.
This is a hotel that I definitely won't want to go back to.

Oh, this is the most gorgeous place, the best place I've been, an incredible selection of dishes in a restaurant where everything is included, I think I even failed to try more than half, a water park for children, 2 or 3 pools for adults, a gorgeous beach, a large pier with a bar and yes incredibly beautiful halls in the hotel itself, I once even opened my mouth from delight, in short, a very worthy place justifying its 5 stars!

We are staying at the hotel from October 11-19, 2021... more was expected from the hotel from the reviews....the beach is excellent, clean, there is a good pier from which you can dive, there is a volleyball court...the hotel grounds are well maintained, the rooms are clean, but old, there is no smell of renovation in the hotel. The food at the hotel is monotonous, the same thing every day, fruits in Turkey turn out to be apples, pears and oranges....that's all...They don't give any more fruits, there is no animation at all for children aged 8-14 years old. The water park is not bad, but the water is icy, and the joints of the slides are reflected in bruises on the back...according to the stated ultra, there is nothing from alcohol, only local drinks...so the hotel's rating is 4-...

The working staff in the kitchen is fine without masks, but to lay out food without gloves!!! They started eating something when the body already allowed food only on the grill and freshly cooked.I have never been afraid to touch food anywhere in my life as it was here.. The people just went to complain, after the complaint, the kitchen workers began to hand out gloves.. The room cleaning is disgusting.. Cleaning consisted only in taking out the garbage from the toilet, it stank so much from the toilet!!!! I had to go to the reception desk and beg for something to be done with the plumbing, they didn't even talk about replacing the room. In general, I can't say anything good about my vacation. We lived in a bungalow from August 5 to August 18, 2021. Numbers 5110 and 5109.

Ala kart restaurant to choose from: Turkish, Italian, fish. We chose Italian. Well, everything tastes better in the main restaurant. The dishes are Italian, but made in Turkish. Moreover, they were made in advance… of the advantages, only a beautiful serving and a table on the street.
Of the minuses: the food (I liked only pizza and soup), the service (we waited a long time for desserts), when other visitors came by 20.00, the staff could not cope.
The highlight of the hotel:

!!! Be vigilant!!! We were taken to the hospital, and on the way back the taxi driver demanded money. In general, such a circus lasted about 10 minutes. I felt sorry for my mother, who couldn't stand anyway (she fell on the pier), and paid. But then it turned out to be in vain!!! The insurance company could not answer the question: why the taxi driver, called by a medic, demanded money. They refused to refund the trip without a receipt. There was no examination at the hospital itself. They took an X-ray. While we were standing in the corridor, three different medical staff members came up and asked where it hurt. Then we sat for about an hour and waited for the results of the picture, and they all stood and talked about their own in front of us. I couldn't stand it, I went over to check if the picture was ready. Immediately, my mother was taken in a stroller, taken to a dressing room, and 2 fingers were tightened. Mom started asking questions: What's in the picture? The medical officer replied: fracture, crack. They didn't give me anything. When we were at home, we only came to our senses that there were no recommendations on our hands. The hotline was called. Ignore the day. Ignore the second one. Then they came to threaten, they sent a conclusion. And how surprised we were that there was no fracture or crack!!!! Stretching. Excursions: I encourage you to take them from the operator. We took a chance. We thought we would save money :) there was a booklet in the hotel, I think either the hotel cooperates with this Mars Tour travel agency, or the cleaners place ads for this agency in the rooms for an additional fee.
It is located opposite the faselis rose Hotel. The owner is Ravil. We took an individual tour of Pamukalla and Lake Salda from him for $ 350. He said to pay only for food. I told you to take a picture in the fields of blooming lavender. A minibus with a driver and a guide will be at your disposal. As a result: the guide (smoky and smoking at every stop, which made our whole family sick) repeated the same thing with a difficult accent, about how long the beaches are, the height of the mountains and other crap (about quoting: "historical history", "tourists") the appearance of Turkey. Alas, we have read the historical facts about Pamukalla and Lake Salda on the Internet. I ask him a question: is Lake Salda a volcano crater? And he: No. Full out. When we left Pamukkale, I ask you to stop at Burger King. He says you can't go into the city, there are traffic jams. He takes us to a restaurant, where he apparently gets a kickback for the visitors. There's dirt and lard in there. We all stand up and say that we don't eat fatty meat. In general, we are leaving. We have lunch at our chosen place. And what is our rage when we see burger king on the way back?! It's just that the dude needed a rollback. He took us everywhere. Textiles, got a kickback for our purchases. Stones, we didn't even want to go out. We simply chose an individual tour, went with the children and hoped to avoid these additional stops. He pretended not to hear us. And what was our surprise that we still have to pay $ 100 for the entrance to Pamukkale. We call Ravil, he says yes, pay. Lavender fields, by the way, have also dried up or faded. But how would Ravil, the director of the travel agency, know that? In general, we concluded that we will buy vouchers only from the operator. Let everyone fucking look for another job. And I think the hotel should think about whether it needs such partners?
A little bit of my subjective opinion of Turkey:
It feels like she's stuck somewhere in time. Cartoons Masha and the bear, men in lacquer macasins, girls touts on a trip to a fur store on the beaches (and these are either hotel employees or they pay the hotel for their presence on the territory), kalinka songs and hands up at discos, Selling sweets in the heat of 40 C, 1000 cheat on any products, the desire to circle you are around your finger everywhere (even in the pharmacy), sellers like gypsies promising super discounts and starting a dialogue with "dear", "my good".

I really miss the wonderful hotel, I went with a friend already in 2013, positive emotions still do not let go. Tip, the Turks offer a room for $ 100, supposedly better and immediately, do not be fooled, get the same number as you should and not at all immediately. You can use the hotel's services immediately upon arrival, change clothes at the spa, breakfast, beach, time flew by unnoticed and the room is ready.
Number. Clean, smells nice, cozy, balcony, mini bar, kettle, tea and coffee set. Everything is decent. Cleaning and changing of towels daily, bed linen is changed every 3 days.
Meal. Meals around the clock). The food is varied and delicious (seafood, different fish, salmon and dorado I know for sure, I don't know the rest of the names, chicken, turkey, beef in different versions, vegetables, fruits, desserts, etc.). Alcohol: imported- whiskey, several names, Martinis, Malibu liqueur, the rest of the drinks are local. The main restaurant is clean, there is a lot of space, everything is very beautiful.
The staff is friendly, responsive, work quickly and efficiently)
The beach is clean, the sand is leveled every evening, garbage collection. There are enough sun beds for everyone.
Shows and discos every day, different themes and surroundings. Animators work during the day.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, large and well-maintained, everywhere is very clean and at the same time it is imperceptible when it is done.

We had a rest in August 2021, I will be brief, I will list the pros and cons.
Advantages of the hotel:
1. A fairly large area
2. The food is quite good, although the menu does not shine with variety.
3. There are sun beds on the beach at any time
Disadvantages of the hotel:
1. Covid measures are not observed by either staff or vacationers.
2. The room stock is old and shabby
3. The hotel is very dirty - stained tables, elevator walls covered in snot and smudges, sticky bar counters
4. Dirty - wet cleaning of balconies is not carried out in the rooms, the carpet is not vacuumed (old age and humidity smell like dog meat), the balcony windows are stained, there are traces on the walls in the form of streaks from past guests.
5. Cleaning is mediocre - dirty mirrors remain, they make mistakes with the number of towels, they can come to clean at 10 a.m. or maybe at 3 p.m.
6. At the distribution, they throw them into a plate like pigs, saving on everything from watermelons to local sweets. I especially remember the bald distributor, who gestured to a lady of a magnificent physique that she had enough to eat and one cake was enough.
7. Fruits, except watermelons and grapes, are impossible to eat. Peaches and plums are sour, apples and pears are oak, melon is unripe, bananas are rotting on the contrary.
8. The staff, except for the reception, does not speak English well.
9. The hotel does not wash dishes very well, the glasses are constantly dirty.
10. There is a virus like rotovirus in the hotel - children and people with weak immune systems have fever, green snot and cough for 4-5 days. Everyone has the same symptoms, the hotel denies everything.
11. The level of importunity of sellers on the beach is off the scale. I especially remember the guy with a dirty dish in which there was boiled corn for 1 dollar.
12. Wi-Fi in the room? No, you haven't heard. The signal is very bad, the connection is constantly lost, even in the lobby at the expected evening load - there is no connection.
13. The TV in the room seems to be there, but it does not catch more than one channel.
14. The staff is generally not very friendly, doing everything from under the stick.
Bottom line: I highly recommend not to visit. The hotel does not correspond to the 5* level, it is at the level of a mediocre "four". In no way can it be compared with the nearby Marty Mira, Pirates, Alva Donna. I've been to all these hotels, the quality is 2 orders of magnitude higher.

We had a vacation in October with my mother, a friend and a 9-year-old child. I must say right away that this is not the first time in the hotel, and as always everything is on top! The sea, Takhtali Mountain and the local landscapes pacify and calm🌊 The kitchen is very decent both in the main restaurant and the food court by the pool, the main thing is that the fish is always there, cooked perfectly, not over-dried. And of course the meat is different, lamb, beef, chicken in different variations, you can't list everything! The child loved pancakes with chocolate for breakfast) The new water park for children is fire, and we adults frolicked like children) All the staff is trying, no one has ever refused a request or help. I would especially like to mention the animation team led by Ilkhan! There are different Activities by the pool during the day, and in the evening you won't get bored at all! Every day there are different theme nights, live music, different dance shows in the amphitheater, everything was fun and great 👍Thanks to the animators Alice Zumba, Alice, the fire girls, danced with the guests to victory!!! The beer looks like our old Zhiguli beer, back in the ussr, I liked it. The wife, of course, ate her grass.
