A wonderful hotel! We were there in the first half of July’23. The beautiful nature of Kemer! All together it gives an unforgettable effect!! The room was completely satisfied, the good work of the air conditioning was pleasing. You can eat at any time of the day. Delicious and varied. Good volleyball courts, a spacious clean beach, a convenient pier. There is a basketball court. Decent imported shows in the evening. Overall, the hotel is good. But to say that I'm not thrilled. Beautiful territory and nature around. I'll start with a mini club and children's animators - HORROR! Honestly, in Turkey for more than 15 times, with children for the sixth time, but this is the first time ... the daughter refused to go right away, Dasha is just a rude woman there! They don't take care of children. And we have something to compare it with. The children always did not get out of the mini clubs on all trips, the quests were on site, the entertainment was cool. There's just zero here. And even do some kind of trick - pay the money. They called for a banana once and I heard it in passing when I was walking from the beach, by accident. So the children did not ride. I was unpleasantly surprised by the work of the children's club and those working there. The sports animators are cool, their manager is generally a fire, with a Russian sense of humor. The food is ordinary. In a la carte restaurants, it is delicious and varied, we did not live up to desserts in any of them, we overeated. They clean well. It's fun in the evening. True, there is a problem with sound insulation, but it did not bother us.

We were in early October 2023. There are no questions about the sea and the beach. The sea is clean, warm, the entrance to the sea is comfortable. There were enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone. There were a lot of free sunbeds at any time. It was very unpleasant to observe that during the 10 days of their stay, the cigarette butts on the beach were never removed. As for the rooms, they are very small, but clean and there is everything in the room. The first days came to clean between 14-15 hours, when you come to the room after lunch to change clothes and relax. After the request at the reception, they came to clean at 10 am. The mini bar was also changed only after a complaint to the reception. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. I liked the fish restaurant a la carte. Good menu. Nice waiters. The worst thing about the hotel is the food. The quality is disgusting. Sometimes yesterday's food was heated up today, The only edible thing was what was cooked with you and this product was not previously pickled. Again, after complaining at the reception, the chefs put on disposable gloves. And of course (the remark does not apply to the restaurant), many guests, in the presence of forceps and spoons, applied writing with their hands. There have been many cases of poisoning in the hotel. I won't go to this hotel three times.

We had a rest on 07/28/2023 to 08/04/2023 ,we liked everything very much, the territory, the service, the staff is responsive. The food is varied, very tasty, you definitely won't stay hungry. There is an evening program every day, they will not let you get bored. 2 swimming pools. We went on May 25, 2024 with a mini group of 12 people on an excursion to Kash Kaş, it's just a wonderful tour : the guide Emir speaks Russian fluently, told about the tombs and the history of this town, European in its architecture, there are many cafes, coffee shops for every taste and budget, you can swim on the beach of the city, very beautiful views, I liked the amphitheater overlooking the Mediterranean Sea! then we were taken by minibus to the romantic beach with azure water Kaputash Kaputaş, as we swam there, took beautiful photos, and in the evening we were brought back to Tekirova, the tour took about 8-9 hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the organization of the tour is at the highest level, thanks Marş tour! I definitely recommend this tour, we will definitely go somewhere else with them🌊💦🤩
The only thing to keep in mind is that the road is a mountain serpentine , and it takes about 1.5 hours to drive to Kasha from Tekirova 😉

The hotel is very neat and cozy, the food is good and varied, drinks are like everywhere else, but strong alcohol and sparkling wines are present. Now about what didn't seem convenient for a couple of 60+. The noise of the disco in the evenings can be heard almost throughout the hotel. They clean well, the cleaning time can be adjusted. You can refuse an excursion or other trip paid for by the tour operator either with a loss of 50% of the amount, or with a certificate from a medical institution. The staff is Russian-speaking and very friendly. We had a rest at the end of September 2022, we leave happy.

Solid 5 in food (fish, meat, greens, vegetables, in various cooking options, a cool seafood restaurant (free) the staff is polite, Russian-speaking, the room stock is good, not tired, the territory is large and well-groomed, there is a water park for children!!! The beach is excellent and clean, the pebbles are not large, you can go barefoot. The bars have both local and imported alcohol. I recommend it as a family hotel for a great stay. Next to the territory there is a mimosa restaurant on the street (do not go there) or look at the beginning of the price (small crayfish $ 80 per plate tin, beer $ 10 for 0.5 bottle).

When booking, pay attention to the room category. The standart room is located in the main building, the price is higher than the garden deluxe room. but!
The fact that the cost is higher is explained by a recently made repair, in fact, the repair is so-so, the entrance doors and doors to the bathroom were both yellowish-dirty in color, and remained. A small balcony like a birdhouse looks out onto the dusty streets, even 2 chairs are cramped there. The room itself is very small, cramped and dark.
The building is located so that on one side all rooms overlook the main street with active traffic + shops are being built on it – the constant noise of construction equipment and related work + it is very dusty.
On the other side, the room overlooks the road and outbuildings with equipment that are constantly noisy.
On the third side, the rooms overlook the wall of another building.
The fourth side is the sea view room, but the building is located far from the sea and the sea is actually not visible, the whole view is covered by trees and other buildings – there is no point in overpaying for it.
Now about customer orientation and consideration of wishes:
Both when booking and when checking in, they asked for a room in a quiet place, the upper floor. We got a lower floor, the room overlooks a dusty road with a view of a construction waste dump.
We rested in the first days of the opening of the hotel, accordingly, there was no full occupancy and there were definitely a lot of empty rooms.
After our request to change the room, they agreed to move us to 2 options to choose from:
1. Standart room in the same main building, side location, view of the road and the utility area with huge air conditioning units working around the clock, hoods and other things, smells and round-the-clock noise from this equipment were a bonus.
2. Deluxe garden room, located near the water park area (constant noise during the day) on one side and an amphitheater on the other side (wildest noise in the evening, contests like "miss and Mr. hotel").
No other options were offered, the staff behaved arrogantly, especially Alex – his duties include escorting guests to the room, taking a suitcase, giving initial information - but he behaved in such a way that he caused huge damage to the reputation of the hotel and the impression of its employees.
A few points to pay attention to when choosing a hotel:
1. The beach is absolutely not suitable for children. Large stones and not a convenient entrance to the sea, even adults barely came in, holding on to the handrails. It gets deep right away.
There are a lot of sun beds, they all stand right next to each other, it feels like at a train station, you can hear the neighbors talking. Someone is constantly walking: then women offering shopping, then a man calling for a parachute / banana, then animators with conversations.
2. Nutrition. From the category of "you will not stay hungry." Nothing special, a standard set of Turkish hotels. Not delicious desserts.
3. The hotel is tired, especially the common areas.
4. Bathrobes are only available on request. Washed, thin and hard. The towels are about the same.
5. There is an unpleasant smell in the sauna area, and the place itself is very untidy.
6. On weekends, locals come by, it gets very crowded and noisy, the restaurant is crowded
In general, the concept of the hotel remained unclear – this is not a children's hotel, because there will be no swimming in the sea, children's entertainment is at a low level.
The animation team is quite strange. There are no evening shows.
On the other hand, the hotel is not suitable for a relaxing holiday.
Some kind of average version of "neither this nor that" is the usual Turkish four. I am surprised by the reviews of people who write that they are returning to this hotel. There are so many really decent options.

We had a rest with our family at the hotel in the summer of 2022. Honestly, we left with tears in our eyes, we didn't want to part at all.
I'll start with children's animation, everything is at the highest level, the child constantly came happy with new crafts, then with a decorated face in the style of some character😅 so the place in the suitcase on the way back has decreased significantly) the girls are super, treat all the kids like their own, there are a lot of different dances at the mini disco and everything with a "spark" from the girls)))Elena Maltseva especially fell into her son's soul, who always greeted him with the song "Hello, Andrey!" and he joyfully ran to hug her. Lenochka, you're great!Andrey still remembers it fondly.
And also, together with the children's club, I rode a banana and went to the ranch, under such supervision it was not scary to send one.
The variety of food in the hotel is huge, I don't understand the reviews where someone had nothing to eat)))
As for the sea, the sea is turquoise, you can always find free sun beds, the only thing that caused discomfort were stones, my legs ached, but I'm rather so gentle) and adults and children all felt comfortable without corallines. Well, the fish bit if you stood motionless in one place for a long time.
And it became a big, even HUGE, plus for us - cartoons in the kids' club in the evening during adult animation. God bless the man who came up with this!And the child was under supervision, and we had time to have fun and dance a little.
They almost did not participate in adult animation during the day, the sea was a priority for us, but in the evenings at discos the animators charged with positivity and energy, there were even situations when the Turkish boys from animation stayed to sit with the child at the table (the child was afraid to be alone) so that my husband and I could go dancing (this is to the question, how warmly the guests are treated here!)
In general, the hotel is really 5 stars, the sea is clean, the food is delicious, there is entertainment, they will look after the child and dance in the evenings at the disco.

Of the pros: clean rooms (there was a large family room), well-groomed territory.
Of the minuses: A VERY SMALL beach, there are not enough sun loungers even when not fully populated. People are running to take seats from 6 am . The beach is very rocky, fish bite often and strongly.
At the buffet, they try to show diversity as much as possible, but everything is monotonous, just very smeared, but in fact the same thing.
Alcohol is only local, there is no import, so you should not overpay for "ultra" all inclusive at all.
Poor location, we were picked up first on all excursions, then 1-1.5 gathered people and then moved to the side of the place. And they were always the last to be planted , respectively . The one - way trip always took from an hour to three !!!

3) the hotel borders a wasteland, where a pack of actually homeless large dogs runs (there is a boat station on the side of the hotel near the wasteland, the dogs are baited there). Dogs are not aggressive, but when a huge dog stands across a wooden deck on the beach, you have to walk along the sand, bypassing the dog. Dogs are big.

The food is good! Diverse and high-quality.
