The territory is large and well maintained! Lots of flowers, fruit trees

A large, green hotel with swimming pools and a small water park. Animation, unobtrusive staff, relatively delicious food. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed every day too. Of the cons, we can say that the hotel needs cosmetic repairs, it is a little tired, but in general it does not interfere with rest. From alcohol, only beer and wine, there are still some of their signature cocktails, but it feels like the bartenders themselves don't know them. You order some, others do. The rest of the alcohol is paid. Near the hotel there is an outlet and a bazaar where you can buy souvenirs, sweets, tea, coffee, etc. And cheaper than in the hotel itself. The beach is small pebbles. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Cons!!!: The hotel is considered a five-star, but honestly a good three, four is a stretch. It 's too expensive! Understood in the process.
From the first minutes after arrival, at the reception and the rest of the staff team do not understand Russian or pretend, young people laugh among themselves, it is understandable and visible, honestly it is not beautiful. I think at least the reception should know the language clearly, if I think that the hotel is 5 (((. Next, a sore topic, food, a lot of it, but stupid, not tasty, both in taste and appearance Yes, it's hard to stay hungry, you can puree (powder) and almost everyone ate French fries, he is a frozen semi-finished product, everyone can eat both children and adults (((Everything is done on stream, and then they eat, why bother. A wonderful hotel for families with children. FOR CHILDREN: 2 playgrounds - one near the sea, the other near the main pool (both under canopies). 2 children's pools with slides (one under a canopy, the other not). Huge slides for older children and adults.
sea: We had a rest from September 1-9. The sea is just fabulously warm, I didn't want to leave it. The beach is large, there was enough space for everyone, a beautiful pier near which many fish swim. The entrance to the sea is quite sharp, I was worried that a 4-year-old child would not be comfortable, but she got used to swimming in a circle herself.
The ROOM was in a bungalow. Everything worked, it was beautiful, but the cleaning was conditional (the floor was completely dirty when checking in and then it was not washed very well).
FOOD: I had enough of everything, it's a matter of taste, you'll never please everyone.
ANIMATION: it's a bit boring for both children and adults, Saturday is generally a day off.
Would you recommend this hotel to your friends? Definitely yes, the rest was a success. p.s. if you go without a mood, then everything will be annoying anywhere (as one lady at dinner was indignant that you see they do not come to the restaurant in dresses, but in shorts and T-shirts. It's from such eternally dissatisfied tourists that the reviews are bad).

We visited this hotel in August 2024 with a large company, 4 of them children.
+ a large area, a lot of greenery. Large swimming pool, spa pool, slides, there is a fitness club with fitness equipment, spa center, animation desk, adult, children's club and playground.

I really love Turkey, a green country with beautiful nature, wonderful sea, kind people. Everything that is in the above reviews of this hotel, good and bad, is all there. Good : beautiful large area, and wonderful sea, beach, large assortment of dishes, swimming pool with animation, water park, pools for children, cleaning of the territory, etc. The bad: it will seem to someone that the food is modest, without any special frills, but you will not be hungry, it seemed to me that the coffee from the coffee machine is chicory)) yes, there is a queue for meat from time to time, but maybe because there are a lot of people. There is something to drink too))) Fruits, cakes, everything was there. Our room was cleaned every day, we missed it once, but that's probably because we rested in the room a lot that day. Tourists are Russians, Ukrainians, Germans, Poles, Arabs. Everyone goes with children, happy, calm. There is no national strife. Children of all continents act up in exactly the same way. The holiday experience is still good. But I want to write about an UNPLEASANT INCIDENT that happened on the day of our departure. We left the hotel on 10.07, our bus to the airport was supposed to pick us up at 1 a.m. We handed in the key at half past one. But the bus didn't come for us. It turned out that the flight was delayed for 6 hours, and the arrival of the bus was postponed from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. But no one told us anything!... The guide didn't say anything, but we had written off with him the day before. And there was no information in the folder at the reception either. The key was handed over, the bus did not pick up!)))) The boys at the reception showed complete indifference. And the guide, after I woke him up at 2 a.m., began to spin that some other guide should have warned us. But it turned out that no one warned!!))) The key to our room was not given away, referring to the fact that all operations have already been carried out)) The guide in conversation (not in correspondence) offered to pay 50 euros to move in for a few hours before morning in our room, which was paid for before 12 p.m....... I did not pay. My daughter and I sat at the reception until morning. I think this case is egregious, it crossed out all my wonderful emotions from visiting Turkey. I am not a moody person, even loyal and friendly, I have traveled a lot, been to many countries, including Turkey, but nothing like this has ever happened to me anywhere. Food for four, delicious meat dishes, no desserts, freshly squeezed juice paid 2 euros, horror, breakfast bottom except porridge and eggs cheese and not tasty sausages there is nothing to eat (but the cherry on the cake was breakfast when we left at night, promised to feed in the evening, when we came to eat breakfast consisted of 1 tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber, 5 pieces of cheese and 1 piece of bread, It's just a kick). The animation sucks, the evening shows are just complete nonsense. Don't set foot there anymore.

I liked the hotel! It's quite green, it's nice to walk from one end of the territory to the other. They settled in a separate house, not in the main building. I liked it)) the furniture is a little tired, but not critical. They cleaned perfectly))
The food was good, nothing special, but everything is delicious and the choice is good. Watermelons and melons are available every day. There was a lot of food in additional meals, which was pleasing, because due to the special regime of the child, they sometimes missed lunch, but still did not stay hungry. Children also have something to eat, although there is less choice, of course.
The only thing is that we were denied a free trip to the restaurant, although the guide said that it was possible once for the entire vacation.🤷🏻♀️
I really liked the children's pools and the water park. It's cool that they're around. There were playgrounds both on the territory and on the beach. Plus there was sand on the beach, the child had something to do.
The entrance to the sea was made of pebbles, not very convenient, but not critical, of course.
The animation was quite active and fun, but we only participated in the children's disco in the evenings and did not get to the adult animation once. From the balcony, we listened to people having fun until one o'clock in the morning. It seemed like both adults and children had fun.
Few Russians were surprised (you could not even book a place on the sun beds, there were free ones at any time). The attitude is much healthier, the staff is very friendly!
There is nothing to do outside the hotel, only the shopping center and the market "for tourists" in the area. 😄
We didn't go on the tour because of the child.
But we didn't plan to, so the focus was on the hotel itself.
The only thing I didn't like was the road to the hotel. With a small child, it's hell. We waited an hour for everyone in the transfer to gather, drove three hours to the hotel, because we were delivering everyone, and we were almost the last. So far, everyone has been gathered back to the hotels ... 80 km from the airport with a child in his arms is now only on an individual transfer!🙈
But Aeroflot is an airplane with screens - we sat watching movies and playing. The children were given gifts, our whole flight sat and played, we really liked it. Plus, the food was excellent! There are no questions here.

We have been vacationing here as a family since September 27. The food is terrible, mostly one chicken, sometimes they give meat for dinner and there is a huge queue behind it, because you can already crow from the chicken. If you are with young children, then take at least some porridge with you. Because it's just not pre-cooked oatmeal. They save terribly on food. There are no obstacles on the territory, it is large and green. There is also a place for children to play.

We have been to this hotel for the 2nd time and again successfully. A small but well-maintained territory, good rooms, cleaning every day for 5+, we were also satisfied with the food, although in the bars by the pools, only fast food. 2 beautiful pools, one is noisy, the other is relaxing, both there and there, there are children's pools. A wonderful water park, lots of slides and there are also mini slides for kids. In the evening, mini disco and adult shows. But the main thing is the sea, the water is clean, the beach is well-groomed, there were enough sun beds, there is a beautiful children's playground on the beach, the entrance to the sea is good, but rough almost immediately. The only thing that upset me was the lack of ice cream in the public domain, I think that on vacation this is the first thing that should be.

The bar does not work on the Pier , it would be better to make a bar for general use , remove these gazebos . The music is screaming , it 's okay not to enjoy the sound of the sea on the beach , 24/7 music is playing everywhere . The tortillas are not tasty . Take an example from the Justiano hotel , Daima Biz Hotel. For such a price, tables could be served normally, you have to take knives and forks yourself. We are currently in a hotel, I have not seen such a nightmare. Don't waste your money and your vacation on this hotel. Almost everything is closed, although it is still a summer concept. It feels strange. The rooms are clean, the shower flows a little. The safe is paid. They left everything like that , without a safe. The cleaners are excellent and very friendly. Thanks to them separately. The view is super. The hotel itself is very green. The sea is beautiful. Sneakers are very appropriate, entrance stones. The pier is comfortable. The food is very simple. I don't eat sweets. Everything else was there, but sparse.
Tortillas are made in the afternoon and coffee is brewed in a cafe. A trip to Side nuts and wine from Migros solved all the problems. There's also coffee for souvenirs. Strawberries were bought in a store opposite the hotel. We walked every day. The store is nearby. Very convenient. Have a good rest, everyone.

We just arrived yesterday.I can say that the rest was a success. Of the advantages:beautiful well-maintained territory,courteous staff,good food, varied. The sea is clear, a good approach. A clean beach. Beautiful pier with gazebos (30 euros per day).The room was cleaned every day.
Of the cons:The audibility is very strong, only birushi was saved. And there are many small children under one year old. You know, constant screaming and crying. I was with an adult child, looking for a place where you could not hear these tantrums. But the hotel is family-run, so there are no complaints about it. The only thing I can't understand is why go with a child who can't even walk. But overall, I liked everything. Thanks to the staff.

Rested in October 2023. After reading negative reviews, we drove without mood. in fact, a normal hotel in terms of price-quality ratio, not a suite of course, but it is especially valuable that, having arrived at 8-30 in the morning, we were normally met, sent for breakfast and already at 10-00 they settled ahead of schedule, without making us wait 14-00. the room stock is normal, the pools (3 pieces) are clean, the beach is decent with a pier, there are a lot of sunbeds everywhere, everything is in good order, the water park is super, towels that are beach towels that are always clean in the room. Upon arrival, we had a room in the main building, but we asked for a room in two-story houses near the main path to the beach. No one forced the money, they gave 20€ themselves, although they said at the reception - throw the money into the tip box, we sort of divide it for everyone here. In general, it is always possible to agree on a room, if available and the hotel is not overcrowded. The room has a TV, in PM with Russian channels, a hair dryer (not very convenient), the main thing is that there is a non-removable shower in the shower cabin, that is, it is attached and you can't take it off and pour it like a dolphin - just stand under the water jet and bend, but this is not a matter of principle. Room cleaning is minimal, bed linen was not changed for 8 days, the floors were not noticed to be washed, but we ourselves were clean and did not arrange a mess, although the maid left money daily. Water was brought to the room every day in the refrigerator. The safe in the room is paid 2 € per day (taken), no one rummaged through things. What strained - in the bars at bassik and in the main rest, there are constantly dirty bar counters, the flow of filling is such that everything is splattered with wine and beer, the staff does not have time to wipe the counter, the glasses are washed, but it is clear that the washing machines are not being taken out already. They read about rotovirus and tried to drink everything through tubes, then they scored, but thank God they didn't catch the intestine, maybe because they took bifiform all the time and the child too. So for this money, a pretty pleasant stay, the hotel is very green, the territory is perfect, everything is close and the pools and the beach. I'm shooting a star for perfectionism in cleaning, because in October you can already enter normal mode and take time to clean both common areas and rooms. And yet - there are unusually few Russians, mostly Germans, Poles, there is also Ukraine, no one was in conflict, but the style of behavior (assholes) surprises some guests, ours are the most decent there. For example, we regularly observed how foreign guests, swimming in the pool, spit there, it's disgusting, we made comments to them. Also, the Germans and Poles of the older generation (from 40 years old) smoke smelly cigarettes everywhere, it feels like a burnt marlboro hails from our 90s, the stench around is rare and even unpleasant for avid smokers. And pharmacies are very convenient. Alcohol is normally paid for. The beach is huge and there is a lot of space. But apart from the water on the beach, there is nothing free. Ice cream and cocktails are available for a fee. Nice slides. Water park. I would even say excellent. Nice pools. The conder in the room works every other time. Towels were generally changed 1 time in 10 days. Straight crumpled ones were folded simply and that's it. The cleaning is terrible. Not every day. Although they lived for a dollar every day until they realized that they didn't even clean up. Every other time, the conder was working. You need to take everything with you. The safe is paid $ 2 per day!!!

- Few fruits besides apples, grapes and oranges give melon and watermelon and everything (for example, there are no figs (although the season!) , no strawberries), bananas sometimes.
- There is a lot of food, but everything is the same. Of course there is something to choose from, but don't expect shrimps and steaks , there is no seafood at all, except fish.
- The air conditioners in the rooms do not pull, it takes time to disperse, you take out the key, the electricity turns off and give one to the room - this is a classic, but it is impossible to stay in the room during the day in the heat, it is also hot at the reception
- It seems that the hotel is huge , but all the paths are dead- end , in fact one path on which you can walk ( with a stroller is not convenient )
- Staff: room cleaners do not speak English, do not clean willingly, do not deliver water
- Very expensive massage

When checking in - see that the door to the balcony has a grid! The rooms that are closer to the reception are probably older and there are no grids, and given that the air conditioner works incomprehensibly, then sleeping on an open balcony is much more comfortable.

The rooms are standard, clean, there are no complaints about them, if you leave a tip for the first time, they will come to clean up before lunch while you are on the beach, otherwise they will knock on your lunch nap. But the lack of air conditioning and a bar at the reception, it seems to me, it's unrealistic somehow, and even in the heat of +52... In general, we were attracted to the pier in this hotel, there is none in the neighboring ones, but the cost of a gazebo on the pier is 30 euros from 10.00 to 18.00. In 10 days we took the gazebo three times. In principle, if you try hard, you can find free sun beds near the pools, there have always been free ones on the beach, the beach is sandy, entering the sea with small pebbles, almost immediately the depth. I can't say much good about the food, we weren't hungry, but I can't say that everything is insanely delicious either. Drinks are a separate story..., wine is terrible, cocktails are too, we mostly drank gin and tonic and whiskey and Cola. There is a paid bar on the beach, where all cocktails are from 7 euros or more. In general, we were saved by good company, warm sea and optimism!

The rooms are old, the shower is very small, the safe in the room is paid - 2 euros per day. You won't stay hungry for food, but there's not much choice, it's the same every day. The table is free, you need to try to find and ask to constantly remove and change the appliances. Bars - I haven't seen such a modest selection of alcohol in 5 for a long time, mostly all for money.
