The best hotel in terms of price / quality, especially if you go for an American visa - getting a passport across the street 100m away. All points of attraction of Astana in 10 minutes by taxi. The hotel has excellent breakfasts, a chic spa, and friendly reception staff.

The staff is friendly and courteous, the room cleaning is timely and of high quality, the cost of the hotel is quite pleasant against the background of others and corresponds to the price-quality, a fast inexpensive laundress, sauna and hammam are included in the price. I liked. Of the minuses, the kitchen is average, the condors are weak and plus 35 I want fresher, but this is not so critical. The floors are slippery in the spa, in slippers that give out like on ice. There was a case that an outsider came into the room, a new guy at the reception mistakenly gave him the key to our room, the administrator apologized and paid for our individual breakfast in full, I think the case is private and purely isolated.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near the embassy. Good impressions from the staff. Very polite girl at the reception. The hotel has a sauna, hammam. The room is clean and cozy. Bathrobe, slippers, hygiene products. I would like a little more lighting in the room and bathroom above the mirror. I would stay at this hotel again!

Overall, a good hotel for one night. The room is neat: clean, tidy, all standard buns (toothbrush/paste/shampoo/gel) are in place.
What you can work on:
- the window closes strangely, as a result, I woke up at night from the infernal cold (it was -24 outside) - the window opened at night;
- I didn't really have warm water in the shower in the morning either - I waited for 10 minutes, I didn't get hot, I washed a little warm.
Unconditional advantages:
- a decent breakfast;
- no additional payment was requested for early check-in.

The location is excellent, near the park and bus stops. The hotel is two-storied, all Windows overlook the courtyard - you can't hear the traffic. The first room in which we were accommodated had an exit (window) directly onto the exhaust (ventilation) system of a nearby high-rise complex and early in the morning we were woken up by a "plane". The problem was immediately solved and moved to another room. The breakfasts are excellent, in the evening you can have dinner at the bar, but do not take fish and fish dishes. Well, there are no fish in Kazakhstan! The rooms are small and cozy. Good WiFi, there is a sauna.

A small, budget, two-storey hotel. You can only stop because of the price. There is little Comofrta here. The problem with air conditioning in the rooms is the split system, which performs its main function very poorly. It was in July 2023 - the heat was 40 degrees, the room was not really hot. Even at night, when it was about 28 degrees outside, the room was stuffy. The rooms are very small - the shower sticks out into the room. I put two stars (together with one) only for the convenient location in the center.

Everything is excellent! The breakfasts are delicious, the reception solves all issues instantly! They printed out the material for my work, quickly extended the room for several days, and even with a discount! Tea, coffee, water in the room! I haven't gone to the spa yet!
The room is spacious, everything is wonderful! That's how hotels would work!
Even the guard reports that the taxi has arrived!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable, there is everything you need. Of the minuses is not the responsiveness of the staff, I arrived from the train at 10, and check-in from 15. As a result, they asked me to take a walk until 15, although I asked to temporarily give some other number until mine is ready. As a result, they refused.

In general, everything is very good, but, as in many hotels of this level, there was no WiFi in the rooms and I had to work in the lobby. And there is also a complete lack of noise insulation, which is why it was not possible to sleep at all. However, if I go to Astana again, I will most likely stay at this hotel, because it is in the center, it is clean, beautiful and in my opinion good breakfasts.

To be honest, it's not bad, but I'll tell the guys right away that the rooms are incredibly small, just capsules! Even suitcases cannot be decomposed, in the bathroom the cosmetic bag does not fit on the surfaces.
Regarding breakfast, it is scarce. And at 9.50 they turn off the coffee machine so that they don't stay too long. There is nothing to eat at 9.00. The counter may name different prices for breakfast on different days. It was confusing!
I was glad that at least they offer to carry suitcases, since the hotel is not large, 2 floors, there is no elevator.
