The room was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioner / heater was working under the window, it did not respond to pressing the remote control on the wall. The sauna seems to be a plus, because it is included in the room price, but in fact the place near the sauna is not equipped in any way - there are 4 chairs and that's it (if more than 4 people want to come to steam, then someone will have to "stand"). But tomorrow on "5".

Excellent hotel, immaculate rooms and cleaning service. They cook very well.
I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't run into a wifi that fell and couldn't be picked up for more than a day. 4G was catching so-so in the room, and in general, one and a half working days were gone.

The hotel is located in the center, next to the Ferris wheel, the water park and the aquarium. The rooms are very stuffy, old renovation. The sink is scary to lean on, as if it doesn't hold at all. There are no shelves either at the sink or in the shower. The elastic bands of the shower from the passage of water just fall off, it still leaks from the other side onto the carpet by the bed. The cooling system throughout the hotel is antediluvian. The hood and cooling do not work at all. We needed a hotel to spend the night in it- to sleep. Out of 4 nights, we never managed to sleep in it because of the noise and heat. There are no normal air conditioners, it is not possible to sleep at night. At the reception, a tough guy, thin, does not react when problems with the room are voiced to him, they do not offer to move to another one. They don't care at all. They say that you can turn on the fan). Can you imagine the room already has a faded smell (because there is a glass room for a shower and toilet) ventilation does not work. And they consider it normal. The fans are ancient and very loud. Opening the window, we saw the roof and a high-rise standing next to it. The air does not enter through the window, there is no draft. The ventilation was unrealistically noisy outside the window, or so much so that it was impossible to stay in a room with an open window because of the noise. The window is noisy, the cooling is noisy, the humidity is huge, the fan is noisy and does not help, the shower is leaking) rooms from the time when this hotel was built) I lay down on the bed, I look up- and there are peeling wallpaper)))) the carpet is stained and burnt holes. My husband had a headache on the second day from the noise of the night. I generally slept for a couple of hours and constantly woke up from the noise, then from the fact that I was all wet from the heat. There was a huge winter blanket in the room and that was it (they could have put a couple of sheets if they knew it was hot). Also, the thin guy at the reception, not having figured it out, wanted to write out a fine for a pillowcase dyed from hair, a towel. I walked for two days in shock after that. There is no service, they score a huge horseradish on your problems, and they also give you a nightmare with fines. I want to say that there is also a girl of Slavic appearance at the reception - she is excellent, listens, solves problems. At a time when the other guys are throwing up their hands and doing nothing. I do not advise you to stay there, the rooms are dusty, ancient, hot, noisy. The service is so-so. There were two of us, and the sets were brought for 1. It doesn't pull for 4 stars, we will never stay in hotels again. It was our first experience and it turned out to be terrible. Any hostel or guest house would be better than this 4* hotel. One name

Clean, polite staff, near a grocery store, good breakfasts, not expensive lunches, a large selection.
The impression was spoiled by the fact that we were checked in 2 hours earlier and were not warned that they would take payment for these two hours as for a full day. There was a constant smell of smoke in the room, I asked to sort it out, but the issue was not resolved, in two days things smelled. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The location is so-so. You can walk to the center by Lenka, but taxis are cheap in Kazakhstan. 10 years ago it would have been a wonderful hotel, but it's time to renovate. There is a spa area. If you haven't found a cheaper one closer, then you can stay here. The staff is wonderful! Breakfast 6000tg buffet is decent.

We booked this hotel for the first time (via Booking). We arrived at 10 a.m. and were told that check-in was not earlier than 13.00
We left our things and went for a walk around the city. Fortunately, the hotel is well located - there is a park nearby…
Returning to the hotel at the appointed time, we were surprised that they could not check us in, because the room was not ready.
This is the first time we have encountered such a thing! I had to wait for about an hour in the lobby. In parallel with us, other guests of the hotel were waiting to check in…
The impression was ruined!
Tell us about the delay in advance, we'd rather take a longer walk, and not be nervous sitting in the lobby…
Of course, they apologized to us... and even sent us to the airport in the morning as compensation at the expense of the hotel.
And the rest of the Hotel did not disappoint!

There is a polite staff at the reception.

The staff is excellent, the room is good (we took a twin), the food in the restaurant bar is three, they can mix up the wrong thing, they often do not know what is available, not everyone knows the composition of the dishes either. There was cleaning every day. The laundry service also pleased me, everything was quickly washed and hung in the room. I recommend it for a short stay.
