A small but green, blooming and well-maintained territory! The biggest plus is the distance to the sea, without crossing the highway and underpasses. The employees are very smart, smiling, pleasant, everyone is in their place, not a single request was ignored, everything is prompt. Thank you for your hard work! The sea is warm and magical!!! There are small disadvantages, but it is unnoticeable if you come in a good mood, for the sake of the sea and positive emotions, everyone is looking for what they need! Hello! We had a rest from September 4 to September 11, 2024 with my husband, his sister-in-law and her mother. We arrived in the evening and were settled in a family room, although we were supposed to be settled in two double rooms, argued that there were no available rooms, promised to move in the morning and everything was eliminated in the afternoon. The hotel is large and cozy. There are 2 outdoor pools on its territory, one of them with slides, cool.
Room cleaning is not very good, for 4. The air conditioner was working.
The food is delicious and varied. Beef and lamb meat are very tasty. There are many different sweets and fruits.
The animation is so-so, on 3.

A good hotel in its price segment.
We were at the hotel from 26.10.23 to 1.11.23, the end of the season.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but well-groomed, everywhere flowers, palm trees.
There is an amphitheater - animation in the evening, which, in principle, we did not go to. In the evening, discos daily, or karaoke.
The rooms are not large, they settled us in the room immediately upon arrival, for an additional fee they will give us a room with a sea view ($ 10). The rooms are cleaned daily, towels and linen are changed every 3 days. Reading reviews about the hotel, people write that there is no toilet paper and there is no daily cleaning, this is not our first time at the hotel and we have never encountered these problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The food is quite normal, the main dishes of Turkish cuisine. I really like it, my friend suffered without pork.
Meat chicken and beef, fried fish. They always grill something for dinner.
There are always main dishes and side dishes, traditional delicious mashed soups, don't wait for soup borscht!
There is a restaurant on the beach, open from 12:00 to 17:00 for those who want to spend time on the beach and not go to the main restaurant for lunch. There are not many dishes, but they bake delicious gozleme tortillas, French fries, pasta, sauces, cutlets, salads and greens are always available. For lovers of drinking, too, everything is on, the beer is said to be very tasty. We don't drink and we can't appreciate it.
The hotel has a hammam and sauna from 9:00 to 18:00 included in the Al system, after 18:00 for a fee. There is also an indoor swimming pool, but if there is an outdoor pool and the sea, it is probably not needed. Beach towels are also issued here from 9:00 to 12:00, they need to be handed over before 18:00. We didn't have time to change it in the morning, we didn't pass it for 3 days at all.
The beach is not big, pebbles, and washes up on the shore, then large, then small, who critically needs sneakers, I think it's useful to walk on pebbles. The approach to the sea is quite steep, it's probably not convenient with small children. There is a pier, you can dive from it. The water is clear, the bottom is visible, the fish are swimming. There are sun beds, but there is a problem with them in the season, and not because there are few of them, but because our people take places in the morning and for the whole day, why? If you don't plan to chill at the sea all day, it's an eternal mystery to me.
The Internet in the hotel is weak, free in the lobby, so $ 5 for 7 days, you can call, telegram and whatsapp work quite well, Instagram is hanging.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can go from the hotel to Alanya, or to Manavgat on Dolmush, go until 12 o'clock at night. You can exchange rubles and dollars for lira at the hotel, or in Alanya, in Alanya the rate is slightly higher, with $ 100 the difference will be well 200₽, it's not critical.

The food is monotonous, ice cream is distributed 1 hour a day, respectively, the queue for ice cream is constant. There are always not enough places on the sun beds, not at the sea, not near the pool. The entrance to the sea is made of stone, take special shoes. I was dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel for several reasons:
- wi-fi is free only near the reception (although it is a five-star hotel) and it worked terribly (I managed to surf the Internet only at 7 a.m.);
- there were not enough sunbeds on the beach and near the pool, I had to come to the beach at 07 o'clock (for the first time on vacation I did not get enough sleep, but all because people came, occupied the sunbeds and left, returning closer to lunch);
- there was a huge influx of people for dinner and there were not enough tables;
- we have never been given seafood (shrimp, squid, octopus);
- the sink in the room was clogged;
- when we had dinner, the hall workers drove up to the table with carts with waste, which stank terribly for picking up dirty dishes (when I rested in other places, the waiters just came up and took the dirty plates and took them away).
Among the advantages: the sea, the sun, the food was not bad in principle, but not varied (fried eggs begin to fry at 08-30, although breakfast starts at 7 o'clock).
Conclusion: this hotel definitely cannot position itself as a five-star or a weak 4.
And the price is not cheap, for two for 8 days-170,000 (from 05.07-12.07)

Of the advantages, I can name the sea itself, it is beautiful (it is very painful to enter from the shore, corals are needed), a good canteen job: they handle the flows of people, try to clean up quickly, the food itself is monotonous, the choice is small, but everything is delicious and fresh. I didn't see any more advantages. Now the cons: the disgusting position of the chief of animators and his team, who can kick you out of the pool or pier at 4 p.m., as they "need to prepare an event." This does not happen on a one-time basis, but systematically 1-2 times a week. Dear employees, there was no such disgrace in any hotel, you should carry out your preparations without prejudice to vacationers. Repin's painting: people relax on sun beds and swim, and animators run around and make everyone get up and leave with things, many resist to the last. Your events are interesting to a separate group of people, and other vacationers should not suffer from your "amateur activity". The hotel is overcrowded, there are not enough sun beds, they have been occupied, apparently, since 5 a.m., since I came on vacation every day at 6 a.m., and there was little left free by the pool and on the pier, by 9 o'clock everything is filled, there is not a single place anywhere. As a result, it did not work out at all to get enough sleep on vacation. There is an infection in the pool or in the hotel, three families with children with whom we talked went to the hospital, in one family a mother and daughter were in the hospital because they could not bring down the child's temperature, the second family changed tickets and flew earlier, since the child's temperature did not go down, ear and throat hurt. We all had rotavirus, and we saw the boy throwing up right in the pool. There are a lot of Turkish families, they do not make remarks to children and do not bother at all, they vomit into the pool - so what, grab the cake with their hands - no problem. Paid Wi-Fi does not work at all, only early in the morning and late at night. Also among the disadvantages, I will note tiny very old rooms for a family of 4 people, there is nowhere to turn around, they lived right on the suitcases, there are no shelves, there is nowhere to put things. The reception called the amount of $450 per week for a larger room. The view from the room to the roof of the dining room is creepy. There is nothing outside the hotel, there is nowhere to walk, only to reach the local markets, but the assortment is very weak and very expensive, they try to deceive. Walk to the market about a kilometer to the right and about 500 meters to the left. In general, we rested for 400 rubles. for a three, the main thing is that we swam and sunbathed in the sea. We will never go to this hotel again. The animation chief should be fired and sent to Surgut.

Of the advantages in this hotel, only the sea ... it is possible to list all the shoals and cons of this hotel for a very long time... first they settled into a room in which it was impossible to open the balcony, because it was very noisy from the road (rabid Turkish drivers), and it is dangerous to turn on the air conditioner, because it hangs right above the bed!
The next day, with the help of the tour operator, we managed to agree at the reception with the day shift that they would be able to relocate only after 2 days ... we SURVIVED for 2 days!!! Due to my character, we were still moved to the other side of the hotel, it was much better in terms of noise, but there was an elevator next to it... noise insulation at 0, that is, when the grannies go down to the beach at 5 in the morning to take their favorite sunbeds, you hear it all.... The furniture in the rooms is very old, the shower is rusty and not very clean. I won't even write about the cleanliness of the rooms, it's scary to imagine a crawling child there!
The towels in the rooms were clean every other time ... the bed linen was full of holes and there were no blankets! Some kind of waffle blankets instead of blankets🤷🏼♀️
A separate bonus was the horrific poisoning situation at the hotel!!! We were afraid to just eat!! The hotel manager was unlucky when he came up to me and asked why I wasn't eating anything... after he listened to all my complaints, everything at the hotel just started flying, washing, etc. ... but after a while dirty plates appeared again on the serve… WE SPENT THE WHOLE VACATION WIPING DISHES AND APPLIANCES WITH WET WIPES!!! the trouble with this hotel is precisely the staff who are responsible for cleanliness (cleaning, dishwashers, waiters, etc.).
