5* star hotel, 3* accommodation. They were in August 2021.
I chose the hotel based on the reviews of 2021. How they feed, what kind of service, what kind of beach. We took a standard room, 24 sq. m. m as I later found out on the fourth - two adults and two children are schoolchildren. Everything seems to be fine.
As a result, a double bed for adults, a bunk bed for children, a chair, a table, two curbstones and a mirror are squeezed into a room measuring 12 square meters. The four of us can't turn around in this space.
The managers of the hotel say that this is not true. That the room is 24 sq. m. Meters. But if you simply measure it with a sheet of a4 paper, then the room turns out to be 12 meters. The bathroom with a corridor does not look like 12 meters. And the ventilation box takes up a lot of space.
There are no shelves or cabinets for things in principle. I'll have to keep all my clothes in suitcases for a week. There are 10 hangers in the closet for 4 people.
There is no soap dish in the bathroom, no glass for brushes. They said they were removed because of covid.
There is no twist for the rafters for the hands.
Only a shelf with towels in the shower "cabin". By the way, towels for 4 people after a shower do not fit on it. A hand towel has to be hung on the wall separating the shower. The rest of the bath towels are hung on a bunk bed for children.
The shower cabin is a bathroom floor separated by a rail and a door.
The beds are immediately covered with sheets, which you cover yourself with. And they're stained. Both on the big bed and on the children's beds.
And the windows from the balcony overlook the "romantic" shabby roof and some kind of warehouse, a mess of old mattresses behind transparent glass - perhaps a transition between the buildings.
The Internet is free, but very weak. I had to buy a week for $5. But it only works well early in the morning, even for a fee.
The food is good, for a solid four in a restaurant with low lighting. You have to look closely at what you eat. There are a lot of people for dinner. There are not enough tables.
The sea is clear and clear, blue. Because the beach is rocky. There are few sun beds and few free ones either. Finding it is luck.
One day they had a foam party on the pier. We collected all the sun beds at 16.00. People's belongings were collected in several piles and left on the pier. And this is a pandemic! Wow, what hygiene!!!
Conclusion. If you live together in a standard room, and without a bunk bed, and close your eyes to a lot of inconsistencies with 5 stars, then you can have a rest.
Because in fact, the standard room is a double room, into which a two-tiered colossus was squeezed for profit in order to beat off the disastrous 2020.
And it's not 5 stars in any way. I regularly travel to Turkey and Tunisia. And I have something to compare it with!
If you choose a room, even with 5 stars, look at EVERYTHING!!! And the rooms, and the service, and the reviews!
They refused to change the room at the reception. Only for an additional fee of 30 euros/day for a top-level room. They said that you knew what you were buying))

I recommend this hotel if you want to spoil your vacation. Four people were given a number of squares for 12-14 with a view of a dirty roof and a pile of mattresses. There was a wild stench on the balcony. The area is very small, the food is monotonous and terrible. There is a queue for 30 meters at the grill all the time, there are no free tables. There is little space on the beach, all the sun beds on the territory are occupied because there are few of them. Alcohol is a three, but it is worth noting quite a tolerable beer. There is no imported alcohol there. Of the fruits, I saw only apples and tangerines. It is not possible to get into the hammam at a conditional time, only for money. The pool in the hammam also did not work, there was no ice cream, although it was stated, however, as well as imported alcohol. The hotel is worth three. The snack bar is constantly empty, not tasty burgers. Among the advantages are Russian music, good children's animation and the presence of a disco in the evenings. The bar, which was announced before two o'clock, closed at one o'clock, not critical.

We arrived at the hotel on 01.11.21 at about 12 a.m., left on 02.11.21 at 12.00
The check-in was successful. The first room that was given was on the top floor. Updated, but the windows were vibrating wildly, the noise was hitting my ears and I smelled fish. It turned out that there was an industrial hood nearby. At the reception, a very nice Russian-speaking girl friendly changed the room. The second one was simpler, but at least it didn't stink and it was quiet.
If necessary, I went down to the reception to get hot water. Drunk people staggered everywhere, completely unaware of themselves. Girls of low social responsibility... there was a complete misunderstanding of where I am.
Since we checked in at 12 at night, I was tired, after changing the room, I forgot the room number itself and decided to contact the reception for help! That's where it all started! There was already a completely different administrator standing there, who clearly expressed his disgust for the guests, completely not intending to help them. When asked to announce the room number, it was sent.... The request to tell the number was also sent. A lot of rudeness and open rudeness. After finding out where I live, I returned to the room where my husband and child were waiting. When my husband saw my condition, he went to the reception to find out what the problem was. There he was met by 2 bouncers and the so-called son of the hotel owner, where they said that the police did not go to this hotel, the cameras would not help and, in general, they were the authorities here.
The next day, after coordinating with Pegas and paying extra, we left for another hotel, which seemed like paradise!
Conclusion:
- it's never 5* or 4 or even 3*
-no one cleans the dirt on the floors, tables, food, drinks, plastic cups. Everything is still lying as it was thrown.
- outright rudeness and contemptuous attitude towards the guests.
- girls of easy virtue, fat men with black eyes
- there are dirty dishes at breakfast. I personally washed the forks in hot water
- to say that the food is about nothing is to say nothing.
If you value your time and rest, don't even waste your attention on this place.

We rested there at the end of August 2020. As everywhere, there are pros and cons. One of the advantages is the excellent staff, it was very pleasant to communicate with them, almost all Russian-speaking, very polite and pleasant people. The food is not bad, varied, you can eat almost the whole day, if you overslept breakfast you will not stay hungry. There is everything from drinks, but of course do not expect craft beer and vintage wine. The territory is small, but cozy. The sea is warm and clean. Keep in mind that this hotel is located in a small village, where in addition to hotels there are a couple of bazaars and that's it. There is nowhere to walk. Alanya is an hour's drive away. They do not clean very well, towels are also changed strangely, sometimes dirty ones are stacked with clean ones. What can I say about their disadvantages is not 5 stars, not even 4, but a good 3. The building is old, the repair is lame, the air conditioners blow directly on the bed, every second in the hotel was sick. Wi-Fi is weak and only near the reception, you move away 1 meter and completely disappears. Paid ($ 1 per day) is also not very popular. In general, I got a double impression, but I will not go back there anymore.

We rested at the hotel from 22.07 to 31.08; I will tell you the unpleasant thing: to get a good room with a sea view, you will have to pay 20; to lie on the pier and sunbathe and swim in the sea, you will have to get up at 5.40; to get at least some entertainment, you need to go 40 km to Antalya by bus for 2 or rent a car (day 50); the air conditioner hangs directly above the bed, caught a cold on the second day, if you turn it off, you can die from the heat (at night 28-29C), it's very stuffy!!!; entrance to the sea from the beach is pebbles and big + big waves all the time (who can't swim, it is problematic to swim where the waves are not so big )
And now about the good: there are no questions about nutrition: a lot of greens; salads; vegetable snacks; cheeses; chicken, lamb, there was lamb, for fish - trout carcasses, mackerel, saida or hake. Sweet table without comments - everything is on top, especially profiterole with cream and chocolate sauce. Fruits: watermelon, melon, orange and plums (at the end of the rest).
The room is cleaned every day, water is put on every day.
There is always a queue at the bar, I drank white wine and then gin with sprite, water is separate in the refrigerators, there is no need to queue!!!!!
In short, my conclusion: a 5* hotel does not pull, a good 3 is strong or a bad 4
Before that, I had a vacation in Marmaris, Rhodes, Montenegro, Cyprus (I will not compare it with Nice and Monaco)

I had a rest on 08/01/2021- 08/06/2021. They were immediately met at the reception, helped to fill out the documents and, for a modest fee of $ 10, were immediately accommodated in a good room. The guy helped carry the heavy suitcase and didn't even hint at a tip. The room was clean, the TV was working, the refrigerator was working, the air conditioner was old, but it cooled well. Towels are changed for $1 at a local hammam. The hammam is very good, there is no point in going on an excursion - a waste of money and time. You can buy everything you need at a local store at very reasonable prices, if you bargain. The food is very good, there is a huge variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fruits: watermelons, melons, oranges, grapefruits - always in large quantities. The only significant disadvantage is that there are few tables, you have to wander for a long time with a full plate in search of free space. I had to borrow in advance, put a cap that other smart people could hide. Boiled meat, grilled, beef, chicken, sausages, cutlets, fish- great- boneless fillet, it has always been. Two types of soup. Stew with vegetables, stuffed peppers, grilled vegetables, it's even difficult to list, there are a lot of things. Tomatoes, cucumbers, adjika, greens, a variety of salads... and so on., all this is beautifully served. The chefs in snow-white jackets at the distribution are very friendly and smile despite the wild heat. The queues are fast, no one stands for half an hour. The local Ephesus beer flows like a river, quite pleasant. It is better not to take other alcohol, cheap, tasteless. Fanta, spray, cola and all chymose in unlimited quantities. There is a restaurant close to the beach where you can eat if you do not have time for breakfast and lunch. There are fries, burgers, salads, fruits, tea, coffee, beer. An aunt in the shade bakes local very tasty tortillas. The power is on "5".
The cleaning is peculiar. If you leave the dollar, they will clean up: they will wash the floor, change the towels, leave the water, they will do everything as it should be. If not, then they will make the bed beautifully and that's it😝
Separately for the elevators- it's a tin!!! No one understands how they work, it takes a very long time to wait, so people are freaking out and walking. Ask for a lower number. The WiFi is disgusting!!! Catches only at the reception and then in a certain place, closer to the counter.
The territory of the hotel is small, but very cozy, cleanliness everywhere! Cleaners are constantly rubbing and washing, you can generally walk barefoot. Everything blooms and smells - you will get a lot of beautiful photos. There are services of a photographer. The beach is clean, with small pebbles, but it is very painful and uncomfortable to walk on it. Everyone buys coral slippers at the local store. Entry for adults and teenagers is normal, for very young children it is immediately deep. Those are one meter tall and up to an adult's neck. There is a pantheon, there are also sun beds. By the way, the sun beds and mattresses are in normal working condition. You can jump from the pantone, which is very popular with young people. They're just getting high!!! The sea is clean, transparent, without strong waves, which is good for those who are not very confident swimmers.
Animation. A club has been built for kids, but it is empty. You can only play and ride with your parents on the playground. But there is no separate person who would deal with them, freeing the parents for a couple of hours. And in the evening there is a disco for children in the amphitheater. Then hang up. Contests, karaoke, shows for adults at 22.00. During the day, there are games, dancing, contests, dancing, table tennis near the pool.The animation guys are very friendly. There is also an opportunity to go to a disco in a nightclub. It's great, it's a lot of fun. Drinks are paid from 40 to 80 liras per drink. It's already up to everyone on their budget to see what to drink. The trip costs $ 10. In the evening, you can walk along the beach in thick-soled shoes. It is conditionally divided between hotels, but there are no fences and you can freely walk and hang out on other people's sun beds. There are tables on the pier, for a fee they can bring you a hookah, treats and drinks there. There is also a hookah area and billiards on site. I would like to wish the administration to update the game inventory, otherwise it is already very dilapidated, mangy tennis rackets and many times repaired darts - this is not a level 5*.
In general, I would like to note that the staff of the entire hotel, including the shop and the hammam, are all great fellows!!! There is a sense of discipline and work for a common cause! Special thanks to the chefs, because in conditions of terrible heat and a large influx of guests, the quality of food does not suffer! Everything is always fresh and delicious.
I can't miss the hammam. Prices are sooo flexible, for any budget!!! Do not deny yourself the pleasure! Go to the program: peeling, massage, mask! It's just a fairy tale! Wash off all unnecessary things! The skin will be like a baby's! Plus relaxation for a very reasonable price! And the massage is very high quality! Plus there is a sauna, you can be offered pomegranate tea - and you are in paradise😊 Relax, so relax!
The store has very fresh sweets, there is no point in looking for them elsewhere, the towels are of very good quality. Just bargain!
The shopping center is 15-20 minutes away on foot, there is also a pharmacy.
In general, full compliance with price and quality. I was very sorry to leave.

We had a rest with my son on 09-17, 2021. We arrived late in the evening. Due to the lack of available rooms, we moved into a family room. The next day they moved to another one. When asked to provide a better room, they provided (for free!) a room with a view of the sea and the pool. The rooms are well renovated. Everything worked. The bed linen and towels that were thrown on the floor were changed every day. She always left tips. When the girl saw that her son had drunk all the water, she brought us a package of water. The food is at a good level. Watermelons and melons for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Apples, cherries, sweets. Two kinds of fish every day. Grilled meat or chickens daily. The only drawback is the lack of seafood. The beach is pebbly and sandy. The entrance to the sea is a pebble. But you can enter from the pier. The sea is wonderful- turquoise in color. There is an outlet mall not far from the hotel. A little further is the bazaar, where there are more than six hundred shops. Special thanks to the hotel guide Lyra! We survived in this hotel in October 2021. Conclusion:if the name of the hotel says that it is 5*, this is not always the case.This is a maximum of 3.

1. We arrived at the hotel at 21.30 after 12 hours of driving with 2 children.When asked if we would be fed?, we were told that nothing was working anymore.Moreover, for understanding, you will not be able to eat at night even for money.This is the first negative impression of this hotel.But here's a drink-OK, no question, disgusting swill.Neither wine, nor beer, nor whiskey and Cola could be drunk these days, because it is just an unknown liquid of unknown origin, which has nothing to do with normal alcohol.
2. The room.the photo shows how poor, old and disgustingly dirty he is.we walked in the room exclusively in shoes, and on the first day we couldn't sleep except in clothes, so we had to put up with it.
3. Cleaning of this very room.The floors have not been washed once in 8 days.the carpenters were originally stained, they change them to the same sometimes dirty towels, and then if you come up and ask.plumbing is naturally not washed and with divorces.
4. Animation.Well, this is the bottom, guys.firstly, children's animation is the same thing every day, we even knew the order of the songs by heart by the end.an adult with a touch of cheap vulgarity and also about nothing.

And, the cherry on the cake, this is NUTRITION.It's terrible, they feed like pigs, everything is greasy, not tasty and, ATTENTION, ROTTEN.we came across missing rice, rotten bulgur and undercooked meat, bugrers with cutlets from I do not know what, but it is not meat and not soy, and it tastes just tin.There were 6.5 of us on different days with symptoms of poisoning, and I forget that this is an infection from products in the kitchen, seasoned with unwashed dishes, dried food often comes across in the corridors, the plates are the same, you have to carefully choose clean from "clean dishes".At the same time, it was not only us who spent, but communicating with other hotel guests, there was an understanding that it was through one.At the same time, we had not just abdominal pain, but a full program with vomiting, diarrhea, and fever.and a one-year-old child is no exception.

We rest until September 26th. The hotel is not designed for such a large number of people. There are many rooms, but the territory is small. There are not enough sun beds, as there is nowhere to put them. It's the same in the restaurant, there are no tables available. The Internet is very weak only in the lobby, and in other places it is paid. Beach towels are not changed, if you want clean ones, the exchange is paid. Non-alcoholic drinks such as yuppie, tea, coffee, sprite, cola. Alcoholic gin, whiskey, wine - everything is local. I don't understand what the UAl is?

It was the worst hotel in my life.((( July 2021, the air conditioners did not work either in the elevators, on the floors, at the reception, or in the restaurant, if you can call it that. It was cooked like for pigs. Turks threw food into people's plates with their hands, at least with gloves. The pool was not cleaned, hair and all kinds of garbage were floating. If you took a standing place in the pool, then you're in luck. The rooms are very small! The only plus is the sea nearby and we couldn't see any more advantages, although we tried to find them. In general, the money was thrown away and we didn't really rest, we only met with some problems and difficulties. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or ever! I want to point out that I am a travel agent myself and I have not seen such a terrible person yet. It is a pity that Turkish hotels deteriorate so much. Let's hope for the best)

Good health to all! For the first time in my 33 years I will write, I promise every day, my angry review. For gullible people like me. I came to rest with my mother, the next day, a girl caught me from the hammam and persuaded me to their procedures, because in Turkey I had already rested, went to the hammam, decided to make my mother feel good, especially what they are afraid of is not somewhere on the street, but in a hotel, with responsible specialists. In short, instead of a relaxing massage, they did a painful one, and my indignation did not stop it, which led to a dislocation of the vertebra, and in the morning I just did not get out of bed. Of the 11 days of rest, I spent 9 in the hospital:ivs, injections, ointments. Tears, mine, my mother's, hopelessness…The hotel spread their hands that this was not their problem😤 No one even apologized, they just ran away from me and hid their shameless eyes. I strongly do not recommend visiting this hotel if the managers are not responsible for the qualifications of specialists. This can ruin not only your vacation, but also Harm your health! Be healthy!

Intestinal infection reigns in hotels, managers are rude.
The rooms are dirty, poorly cleaned, the room has dimmed lights so that dust and dirt are not visible.

I put such an assessment for deception, not 5ka, this is a 3ka hotel. They recruited a lot of people to make a profit, so there are no sunbeds on the beach, no tables at dinner. Dinner is from 7 to 9-30 and there are no tables all the time, it is not possible to sit inside in the kitchen. There is practically no animation for children, one pebble entering the water and a sharp descent is not for children. Brazen people occupy 6 sun beds for 2 (2 by the sea, 2 under the lawn, 2 by the pool) and no one is watching this. The territory is scanty with the amount they have settled and how much the hotel is designed for. I'm just tired of people, like in an anthill. The food is monotonous, the choice of meat is practically not what, who is picky about meat will eat pasta. And not signing up for a restaurant is a deception. This is a 3k and the price is too high.

Let's start with the cons:
On the first day at the reception, they tried to get divorced and extort additional money for another room.
Evening programs are boring, discos are rare, with old 90s music.
The bar can not cope with the distribution of alcohol in the evening.
The food is like in an ordinary foursome, the entry into the sea is not very pleasant, mostly we swam from the pier.
Positive:
The sea is very close, there is volleyball (although the playground is dead and the ball is also not a gift)

The rooms are cleaned every day, but so-so.
They give you 2 room cards.
In any case, Anapa and Gelendzhik are better, it will be good for unfriendly people.

We give 1 star for almost all types of service, especially disappointed and enraged by the restaurant "alyakart", if it can be called a restaurant. We reserved a place for two people a week in order to have a quiet dinner, but an unpleasant surprise awaited us upon arrival, we had to share a place with another couple. After that, there was a terrible serving and serving of dishes. We did not tolerate such a bad attitude towards us, we just left, later we found out that the couple who sat with us did the same.

We rested at this hotel from 06/26/2021 to 07/5/2021. I did not like the rude people at the reception, the food is the same every day, the animation of three people was boring, the territory was very small, there were constantly not enough sun beds, the rooms were tiny and old, the towels in the room were not changed even when they were thrown on the floor, complete disappointment 😔

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff! The food is excellent, a large selection of various dishes, for every taste! Amazing animation, battery people! There is a point and a water park nearby! It's a small area, but it's enough to relax! The beach is pebbly, but there is a pier where you can sunbathe and jump into the sea! The sea is the purest! I recommend it!

This hotel is an honest 2+ stars, not even 3 and certainly not 5. We were traveling with a group of friends, and for everyone it turned out to be the worst hotel we have ever been in.
We had a spontaneous trip, trusted the tour operator in choosing a hotel, and certainly could not expect that 5 stars are now so easily assigned, despite the hotel standards.
The building is very old, the room stock is worn out, everything in the rooms is worn, scratched, stained and unpleasant to be in. There is not a single hanger/hook in the bathroom.
Dirty plates in the restaurant. Plastic cups.
In general, the atmosphere is decadent and tasteless. Barely live Wi-Fi for a dollar a day in 2020, seriously? And beach towels for an extra charge! :)
On the plus side, the staff is trying, the reception is more or less, the waiters. The food is a little greasy, but delicious against the background of everything else. As a result, we moved as quickly as possible and saved our vacation, but the impressions will last a long time. Stay away if you want something more than Tagil.

We had a rest in September 2020. The hotel is old, stable 3 does not pull for 5. The food is different, but unfortunately it does not reach the level of 5 stars. The rooms are small, cleaning every day, in 9 days the towel was changed 1 time (selectively). The sea is clear, large pebbles. Drinks are a separate topic, from 10 o'clock you can drink whiskey from the bottle after opening it, at 10.30 already diluted. Beer, local wine, as well as whiskey. Of all the bartenders, only one knows how to make a cocktail (do not go to the girls in the bar for a cocktail any more), just take lemonade it will taste better. The territory is small, everyone is rubbing against each other. Nearby within a radius of 1 km. there are shopping malls (consumer goods). On Fridays, there is a moving market, it's profitable there, bargain (a baby robe made of bamboo, the first price is $ 40, bought for 10), etc. There is no boring entertainment. We won't go there anymore.

A cool hotel, we went in early November, it was still very hot, left a lot of impressions, a beautiful and large territory, a great beach, everything was cleaned and changed in the rooms every day, super food, very polite and prompt staff, they love children. In general, there was already a little longing for the county that it was already necessary to leave. Departure was at 4 o'clock in the morning, breakfast was prepared with us, the transfer took everyone in time. I don't understand at all where the negative reviews come from, probably, as always, people who are better off staying at home. In general, super, I recommend it!!!

A three-star hotel. I didn't like annoying animators, especially Georgian Kolya (Niko). I also want to mention kolyanshik Romka, who constantly offered drugs.I advise you to count the change when you buy a hookah... And do not try to go anywhere with him and not only with him in the evenings shopping. Something like this. Remember the Russo-Turkish war. They sing well, but there is no sense....

The hotel is terrible! The rooms are not cleaned at all , towels cost $ 1 to change , you have to stand in a huge queue to eat . The food is raw , there is little choice , the dining room is very dirty and you don 't want to eat .The pool has not been cleaned at all in a week . The staff is rude. If you don't want to throw away your money, choose another hotel)

A good hotel, daily cleaning, excellent food and for every taste (boiled, steamed, fried). The sea is close, there are small pebbles on the territory of the hotel. Sun beds under a canopy. We had a very nice Turkish night, fireworks, fireworks, baked a huge delicious cake. The animation is excellent both during the day and in the evening.

The hotel is about an hour's drive from Alanya. Despite the pompous entrance and the Ottoman-style lobby, the hotel is essentially very budget-friendly and modest. The territory is small, but there are a lot of flowers and greenery.
The positive sides:
- a varied buffet in the main restaurant (the volumes are two times less than in other fives, but there is absolutely everything: for breakfast - scrambled eggs, omelette, cheeses, sausage, sausages, buns, donuts, pancakes with lots of toppings, Greek yogurt - natural and with filling; for lunch and dinner 2 types soups, grilled trout, mackerel, salmon, liver, meat, chicken legs and wings, lots of greens, salads, pastries, side dishes, desserts of 15 types;
- excellent hammam (friendly staff, professional massage therapists, a wide range of treatments, discounts on services and products);
- the pier on the beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas;
- there are services of a photographer (but $ 5 for 1 photo);
- availability of a shop at the hotel (textiles, sweets, coffee /tea, jewelry, interior items, natural cosmetics, products for beach holidays).
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- pay safe and Wi-Fi;
- pebble beach;
- beach towels are provided once for the entire rest period (replacement for a fee);
- sometimes there is only cool water in the morning and evening.
