We stayed at the hotel from June 15 to June 24).. A huge plus - we arrived at 11.00. and we were immediately checked in, but we had to extend the room upon departure due to the overcrowding of the hotel. The hotel is great! I liked everything very much. The sea is within walking distance, sun beds are located on the pier, beach, deck area and by the pool. There are a lot of sunbeds, but thanks to the Poles who occupy them at the same time and here and there, a gang of 8 people has to get up at 6 in the morning. Poles drink until the morning and appear on the beach after lunch. This is the only disadvantage of the hotel. Food for five points (very diverse and high-quality) - the main restaurant is all standard - a sea of cheeses, vegetables, meat, fruits and standard dishes. Grilled dishes are served in the restaurant by the sea. The bars work great, the bartenders are friendly, especially Ali and Hassan. The animators work perfectly- they don't bother, but at the same time they hold a lot of activities (exercise, water aerobics, water polo, darts, dancing, karaoke.) Every evening there are shows, karaoke and dancing. There are also many activities for children and a mini club. To maintain the figure, there is a gym, tennis court, table tennis, basketball, volleyball. Separately, I would like to note the work of Intourist guides. Arsen's guide recommended a lot of things, but did not impose anything. And another guide strongly urged the boors - don't be fooled!!! This is a public bathhouse, from where else try to get out. 🤯The hotel has a wonderful hammam and excellent massage therapists Mehmed and Vigi. The procedure includes a sauna, full body massage with a manual, stone therapy with hot stones and rest with tea. The guys work from the heart with an approach to each client! 👍👌 At Seymour's massage manager, you can exchange money at the best rate and get any information. For information, the entrance to the sea is rocky and it is better to have aquashouses, but for a calm swim there is a pier with sun beds for relaxation.

The hotel is a solid four, it does not reach the top five. The territory is small, there is a lot of food, you will not stay hungry, there is practically no cleaning in the rooms. The staff work tirelessly, are very anxious, and are constantly in a bad mood. We see this for the first time, usually the Turks are cheerful. It turns out that the son of the hotel owner always grazes them there. Well, okay, it's none of our business.

A good hotel, the staff speaks almost all Russian. Free Wi-Fi within a radius of 25m from the reception desk is honestly bad. A paid $ 5 for 7 days is slightly better than a free one in terms of range ( catches even on the pier ) but again, it loads very poorly... Room cleaning every day, well, or at the request of the guest, you can cancel, again if something in the room is not working properly - until you ask for it 3 times ... . All inclusive includes accommodation, entertainment on site (pool, slides, sea 50m away also on site), 4x one-time meals;, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, beer, cocktails,wine, etc. from 10:00 to 02:00. according to nutrition, I do not like mutton, so meat dishes did not come to me....salads are the same as this... But there is a lot of choice, so there is something to eat, I did not have time to try everything during my 10 days of stay... We were at the end of April! The weather was certainly not very pleasant, it was windy! But in general, we were satisfied with the rest! The hotel is 5 minutes away! Daily room cleaning,daily towel changes,+soap and soap+refreshing drinks were added to the refrigerator! The chefs are pros! They cook delicious and varied! The pastry was also pleased!!! High-quality alcohol!

- the staff is very polite. Many people understand only Turkish, but this is not an obstacle and, if desired, they can understand each other.
- the pool is clean, you can leave the room, swim in the pool and go back to the room;
- the room is not big but cozy, the furniture is good. Each room has air conditioning;
-food : the food is delicious and varied. Meat - beef, chicken, lamb, turkey. Fish - two or three types; all kinds of cheeses and cold cuts. Fruits, vegetables, oriental sweets and desserts are all at a high level. Alcohol is locally made and there is a lot of it, bottled from 10.00 - Tuborg beer, Raka vodka, white and red wines, some liqueurs.
Cons:
- pebbles near the sea, shoes are only special and with thick soles, otherwise it hurts to step on. It is better to go down into the sea from the pier;
- smoking. And although I am an active smoker with a lot of experience, I really didn't like this moment - they smoke everywhere. They smoke on the beach near the sea, by the pool, in the restaurant.
And finally: I really like the rest. Of course, FIVE stars is an exaggeration, but a solid FOUR or even 4+ is just this level!

Three, well, not a five.
Positive:
- the first coastline;
- normal swimming pool, beach without cobblestones + pier;
- we checked in at 11 am, we didn't have to wait 14 hours.
Minuses:
- very old rooms, falling apart furniture (the bed was broken in half);
- there is no animation really, just an evening disco;
- a small number of sun loungers, both by the pool and on the beach (there may be a problem in the tenants, the grannies take up places with towels at once by the pool and at the sea, while they rest in one place or in the room, the place is booked with a towel for almost their entire vacation, towels are not removed from the sun loungers even at night);
- the food is meager, the menu is the same every day, BUT there is always something to eat, minus the fact that for 6 days of stay, 2 days there were cases of mass food poisoning (according to the animators, more than 100 people per case).
If the rest is on the last money, then you will not have any other options. If there is an opportunity to add 50 thousand on vacation, then do not even think, take another hotel.

I have vacationed in Turkey 8 times, so I can evaluate it objectively
1 Reception desk is the face of the hotel, you can't even put 1 star here. If you arrive in the daytime, you will be met by a very rude and completely inadequate employee, I knew about it. And that's why I didn't ask for anything, I tried to communicate with a smile. It didn't help.
Although vacationers noted that dollars did not help either. To my surprise, they were settled on time, there were no limits to my surprise. I came to the room, and then everything fell into place. The room was not cleaned from the word at all, even the bed linen and towels were left from previous vacationers. I remembered that it was useless to contact the administrator. I found a maid, explained for 30 minutes what I wanted, after repeated requests, she showed me her schedule, where the room did not stand at the general cleaning, but she seemed to persuade me. I did it this way, because refusing a room meant that there were no more available rooms and you would be sitting in the lobby until the evening and this was not the fact of getting a normal room. The maid said about the mini bar, you take it in the restaurant, you didn't want to spoil the mood

The room stock is designed for 1200 people, and the beach is 50 m, with about 500 sun beds. They stand almost on top of each other. The sea is super, the pontoon is old, the top step broke on the 3rd day of rest, after a couple of days it was repaired, it was enough for a couple of hours. I recommend not using the locker room, it is stuck, made of plastic with a roof, the daytime temperature is over 50 degrees. Upon returning to the room, in the evening it turned out that the electricity was turned off in the room every 5-7 minutes. In the morning, I went to the reception with a request to repair, I heard a shout with obscene expressions from the above-described Turk. Although they tried their best to avoid it. With the help of the guide, the room was changed at lunch. I didn't go to the reception anymore. The second room was fresh, everything worked. Other vacationers talked about the impossible smell of sewage in the room. Separately, I will note the terrible mattresses, pillows and the air flow from the air conditioner directly onto the bed. The manager's work is disgusting, as a result of the terrible check-in, he gave 2 a la carte restaurants, in fact one was refused, since the date of the visit was postponed without warning and was not informed. In the restaurant, dinner and lunch are served for 2 hours, there are not enough tables, in the morning you need to take a sunbed on the pool or beach, the restaurant was queued for an hour. We didn't do that as a result, we just didn't see a lot of things. The funny thing is that in 11 days there was never enough baklava. There have never been peaches, figs, September, however. The hotel staff accept food together with vacationers, I saw this for the first time on vacation, once a beach cleaner took food from one side, a lobby cleaner from the other, they eat at neighboring tables. Cleaning tables in carts with trash cans is very unpleasant, also in an a la carte restaurant. The tables are not cleaned very well. The dishes were dirty, especially the cutlery, there are one-time ones. The food, excluding salads, which are without refrigerators, is of high quality, no one had any problems. There was herpes in the hotel, about 30 percent had it.
You can write for a long time
The hotel requires the organization of reception, cleaning (very dirty in public places), repairs, a very small area, you can get around in 15 minutes, a lot of vacationers, the work of the restaurant also leaves much to be desired, animation can be said to be absent. Even they took me to the club 1 time in 2 weeks, the next day there were no animators on the hotel grounds. The poor location of the hotel is not close to anything, the market on Mondays and Fridays, the second market by bus is 17 lira, they do not give change.
Of the advantages, the sea is excellent, there are normal rooms, normal food without frills

The very small territory of the hotel with a huge basketball court on which there is no one, lighting on the beach and on the pier is completely absent, you will walk in the evening in the dark, although the hotels in the neighborhood are fine with this. There is dirt under the windows of the hotel, they don't seem to be cleaned at all. I don't understand what "ultra" they rate, but the Internet is paid, the refrigerator doesn't work, billiards is paid, cocktails (for example, mojitos) like yuppie diluted with chemistry, tuborg beer..There is no champagne. On the bvlo website, ice cream is included from 1.05, in fact from 1.06, it is now paid. Replacement of towels is paid..
I live for the 3rd day, the room has not been cleaned yet, there are no signs to clean or not to disturb (I read a review that they demolish everything in the trash before I decided to write myself, now I worry about how they would not throw my cosmetics out of the bath if they still reach my room). The beach bar - no matter how I approach, there is always no one and you have to go to the main pool. Plastic appliances (metal is either little or not laid out), drinks are most often also poured into plastic.
There is a periodic stench of sewage on the beach and on the territory.
Young people will be bored here only if they go to drink cleanly at the bar and chill by the pool, because there is nothing to do here in the evening. There is no territory to walk, there is not a city outside the hotel, but a highway. Therefore, you can only walk by taxi for 30 bucks to Alanya or Antalya or rent a car.
But if you are going to look at the sea cleanly, you like to sleep in the evening - this place and the hotel can be considered, well, if the lack of cleaning and everything is paid for with the ultra concept suits you.
Forgot... A hammam... This is a kind of similarity.. If you like it before you start, I advise you to order a field trip with a representative of the tour. The money is the same, but the effect is different. But do not take additional charges, the fact that the additional fee is much less and goes worse than the base. The base will be enough for you 👌

The paper was not added, the garbage was not removed from the buckets, I am silent about the linen and towels, even if they call themselves a bitch, they could also change at least once every 3 days. In general, so far this is the worst hotel of all where I have been in Turkey.
Beach towels cannot be changed simply by handing over to the 3rd floor (only once every 3 days for free) and getting a new one in exchange. You can only take it and take a new one strictly the next day at 11 o'clock. To my indignation, what is the difference, if the amount does not change, I was answered by a boorish boorishman that they say there will not be enough then... His math is weird.
If you want cheap, then you can find a much cheaper price, but if you want comfort, at least a little, then this is not here.

They took the standard, at the reception they paid $ 30 extra for a two-room room 1074, the first floor is the first entrance and then the second one with the door, two balconies, the pros end there - the cons - the kitchen of the neighboring hotel is under the room, constant noise at night too, smells, the TV was only in one room, the bottom in the drawers is sunk, out of ten hangers, eight are broken. In the bathroom there is an old Jacuzzi-type bathtub, there is no curtain, there are no soaps, I had to ask for shampoo at the reception,. we had nowhere to go, as we needed two rooms and three separate beds. There is no sound insulation from the front door, at night the rumble of suitcases, trampling. This room is suitable only to spend the night in it, and only after a considerable number of cocktails)) The number of sunbeds does not correspond to the number of vacationers, some, especially gifted, occupy them in the evening. And none of the staff monitors this and does not interfere. If it wasn't for a lark friend who occupied the sun beds at seven in the morning, we would have had to lie on the pebbles, as in Sochi ((and I'm not going to Turkey for these impressions - a fat fat minus. Every morning we walked along the beaches and in both directions for 1.5 km and nowhere else have we seen such a clogged beach as in Concordia. There was no animation during the day, like the end of the season, the animators left and let's have fun ourselves, there was only volleyball, well, at least in the evening wandering artists came and after the performances, the DJ played music for hours until half past one. Fat minus for lying - it is necessary to indicate in the concept that the animation is up to 1.10.23. Pros - clean beautiful warm sea, varied and delicious food, alcohol norms.
Summary - if it were not for the Mediterranean Sea and everything is included - it would be like in Sochi. Although there is a place to walk in Sochi, and there is only a hotel, everything else is far away. Will I recommend it to my friends - no, if only a thousand over 40, no more.
The Internet was bought for $ 5 for 7 days, the speed was normal, it was possible to talk on video, but there was no more on the beach, and I didn't pull at all on the pier.

We have been staying at this hotel since May 18, 2022. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful, lots of greenery, the staff is helpful. When making out, we asked for a room not on the upper floors, the request was immediately fulfilled. When we had a lot of guests, they asked the staff for their requests and wishes. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. There was a lot of food, no one was hungry. They cook delicious. There are enough sun beds on the beach, I never had to borrow, as they write that they walk and occupy in the morning. The animation is just right. Both children and adults. We have been to many hotels and we are going to this one in September. Thanks to the hotel for a GREAT stay.

A one-time hotel. We had a family vacation in September 2023. Upon check-in, an absolutely Russian-speaking Turk met at the reception. I had to explain myself in English. The room in which we were originally settled was not tidied up, linen, towels were clean. After 1.5 days they were moved (+$ 5 for another room). Yes, I must say that the hotel is located near the highway (with the windows open at night it is noisy), divided into two buildings 1 and 2. The 1st is older, they settled there initially, then lived in the 2nd until the end of the rest. The cleaning is a bit above average, but, in principle, more or less. The air conditioners in the rooms, when you leave, do not work, you return to a hot room. In principle, as in the lobby, they did not turn on more than once during the week of rest. In the room, the air conditioner is directed at the bed, it is not very comfortable, you risk catching a cold, it is problematic to sleep with the window open (see above). The lobby bar is open until 23.00, the pool bar until 02.00. The quality of alcohol (vodka, whiskey, beer, wine, cocktails, etc.) is also not ice, but you can drink (I compare it with a Viking in Kemer). The pool and beach are very good. There is an ambush with places on the sun beds, to take places you need to visit them before breakfast. There is a bar on the beach, you can drink beer and have a snack (it is not clear that when they pour, there are no problems with food). The sea is great, there is a pier, which is a big plus, you can dive and you don't come out of the sea on pebbles. The sea is 100 meters from the hotel.
According to nutrition, as everywhere in Turkey, the first days seem to be good, then it gets boring, the quality is average, you can eat, the choice is large. Meat chicken, turkey, lamb. Fish constantly. There are problems with the availability of seats, especially at the beginning of lunch and dinner. It is better to go an hour and a half later.
Before departure, in two days, the room was finally cleaned up qualitatively (+2E). In conclusion, early in the morning when leaving, do not count on a good lunch box, outright rubbish (remnants of cakes measuring 4x4cm, all broken, apples, juice of 100 grams, which is not possible to drink, vegetable oil and jam). July 2023. You can find disadvantages in any hotel, if you set a goal. But we went to rest, and not to pay attention to anything broken or old.
The food is very good and varied. The rooms are clean, but sometimes they forgot to put a towel on. The old was taken away, but the new was forgotten. The pool is clean, the territory is cleaned every day (from tourists' pigs).
From the beginning, we thought that the lack of territory was a minus, but in the end we realized that this was a huge plus. In the heat, it is a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the sea. Wow! The beach is pebbly, it's not cool without sneakers. Sneakers, special, $ 10 at the hotel store. At the bazaar, the price is the same, but they can drop up to $ 8. All prices are in euros, but we gave dollars. They didn't say anything about the difference.
Alcoholic drinks are good. Surprisingly, free cocktails are much tastier than in some restaurants in St. Petersburg.

The attitude at the reception to the Russians is disgusting. Upon arrival, they said that there were no rooms and sent them to another hotel. We refused, to which we were offered a room for people with disabilities, all killed. The whole first impression was spoiled immediately. Then, after clarifying the relationship, a better number was found. But the air conditioner did not work at all, they did not respond to requests to do something about it. And this was not an isolated case, many Russian tourists also quarreled with the hotel administration about non-working air conditioners. Wi-Fi and safe are paid. Wi-Fi is only at the reception, and it is very, very weak, it is almost impossible to connect. The rooms are almost not cleaned, there was also a dirty room when checking in.

A lot has been written about cleaning the room, there is nothing to add, and there is. The tips left in the room did not solve the cleaning issue. The food is not bad, no one was left hungry. Alcohol is quite tolerable. Surprised and upset the ala kart restaurant. Guests are welcome at the snack bar. We were seated at a table that is located next to the grill area, where it was very hot. Almost with a scandal, they agreed to change the table, despite the fact that there were empty seats. There was no right to choose dishes either. Grilled trout was cooked for dinner for everyone that day, the visitors of the Ala kart restaurant were content with medium-sized dorado with fried carrots on the side. Wine was offered almost at the end of the dinner. The sediment, as they say, remained ((.
The beach is a pebble, swim only in slippers. It is better to take sun beds early in the morning. There are not enough of them, since the guests themselves occupy several pieces per person both under a canopy and in the sun. The sea is clear. The territory is green, but not large. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby. We used to pay for a dollar a day, but it didn't work since the snack bar and there wasn't one on the beach either.
For myself, I noted more minuses than pluses.
I would not recommend this hotel and I would not wish to return there, the value for money was not justified.

I can't stand introductory data and smeared snot about nature and the weather. I appreciate the excerpts of the pros and cons, the specifics and never read the praises of the hotel, rather the negativity and warnings.
2. We flew a Boeing 777-300 Turkish Airlines charter. They fed well on board and even poured Ephesus 0.33 beer/ red or white wine once.
3. For the first time we drove from the airport in a Mercedes sprinter, usually these are large "icaruses". It takes 2 hours to drive from the airport to the hotel with a mandatory stop.
4. We arrived at the hotel at 00, we were checked into the family room 1501 on the 5th floor. A two-room room with two balconies, the height of the fence on which is 90 cm, that is, it is easier for a child with a height of 120-130 to fall out. The room is in the style of Soviet minimalism, with beds, bedside tables and 2 closets. That's it! Broken shower doors, stagnant water on the floor, torn curtains on the windows. There is no trash can, no toothbrush cup. Dirty floor. Outside the window is a road with motorcycles screeching all night. The air conditioner is strictly above the bed so that no one uses it at night, otherwise it blows off the bed.
5. At the reception, I had to ask for a bucket for garbage, a cot and a pot. There is no pot here (take your own, or in a shop for $ 10) and this is my joint that I did not take it for the first time. The room was promised to be replaced tomorrow.
6. When I went to the reception twice at night with requests, I noticed a number of people who expressed their dissatisfaction to the receptionist, then the air conditioner does not work, then the shower doors, then the light does not burn, then the faucet leaks, then the door does not close, etc. it became clear that with the help of vacationers, an audit of the room stock is being carried out, there is no need to hire an individual and pay him a po, because vacationers will come and tell everything, just have time to eliminate.
7. In the morning, without scandals and surcharges, they change our room to suite 1137. Animation appears: Darts, volleyball, Water polo, mini disco, evening entertainment.
8. A small compact hotel and a tiny territory, at first it seemed that there was nowhere to go, little greenery and a place to walk. If you are with young children, you will be by the sea, in your room, at the disco in a minute, and this is really a plus.
9. In 10 days, the room was cleaned only twice! The first cleaning was after 5 days of staying in a room with small children! They left 500 rubles for the cleaner to stimulate her somehow, but after that she disappeared and appeared the day before she left! No admonitions at the reception helped! They asked the Reception to do the cleaning in the morning, they promised, but in the end no one came to do the cleaning. We went to the reception again - an excuse in the style of "the cleaner does not clean because there are suitcases on the floor", they removed the suitcases from the floor — there is NO cleaning anyway. They did the "first cleaning" but there was water on the toilet floor, water and sand, an unbearably dirty floor, they don't wash it here at all. There are no fresh towels, no shampoo, soap, paper, do not change towels, bed linen. On the last day, we did the cleaning (the 2nd cleaning in 10 days), we changed, brought soap and soap, washed the floors and made the beds. In fact, for 10 days, one normal cleaning was on the 9th day of stay.
10. Who I talked to was surprised by the fact that people come to this hotel for the third or fourth time. Everyone does not like cleaning, but somehow they tolerate it, these people do not have children (or one child) and it is easier for them to keep the room clean on their own, while we with the children wanted to take a break from cleaning, which we do at home every day, but apparently Concordia is the hotel where cleaning You will not rest :(
11. Internet is only available in the lobby in the rest of the territory for a fee. The safe is paid. The Internet in the Lobby only works for sending messages, you will not send photos, disconnection occurs after 20 minutes, after which they will connect again for 5 minutes...
12. Great delicious food. Of the fruits, strawberries were once, watermelon, apples, pears, oranges, tangerines, bananas, grapefruits. Very tasty grill, fish, ice cream distribution from 15 to 16.
13. The plane from Antalya was taken out of the hotel at 15:45 at 20:30. On the way, there was a stop at the "factory" of sweets, where sweets for the price of a wing from an airplane, even living in Moscow with its prices, I do not see the point in buying such a thing. I gave 279,000 for 6 people on 06/03/2023.
