We stayed at this hotel in July 2023. To begin with, the room is not cleaned at all, in order to wash the floors, I had to run after the cleaners. Clean sheets, blankets and pillowcases are soaked with an incomprehensible, nasty smell. There were no personal hygiene products. Fortunately, there is a shop on the territory of the hotel where you can buy all this, the main thing is to bargain, otherwise buy it three times expensive.
The food was very good, ONE SINGLE PLUS, the food was varied, there were a lot of fruits, meat was different (chicken, turkey, beef, lamb),. There are also a lot of drinks, three bars:outside by the pool, by the sea and at the reception. You can also drink tea at the reception, eat fruit - and this is around the clock.
By the sea you can
eat French fries, burgers, fruits, barbecue chicken.You can take all this with you to the sea.
There is also Ottoman cuisine in the restaurant by the sea. They cook very, very tasty.
Wi-Fi is paid, which I did not catch in the room, I caught poorly at sea and constantly flew out.
The approach to the sea is sandy, and the sea has large pebbles, the entrance is also pebbly, legs were injured several times. These stones are heated under the sun, so you don't walk barefoot.
The pool was cleaned daily. There were a lot of people in July, so they could not always find free sun beds. It was also forbidden to occupy sun beds, they made sure that things on the sunbed did not lie for more than an hour while you were swimming in the pool, the administrator came and fined you. On holidays, Turks came and rested by the pool, so there were also no places on the sun beds.
The animation is "so-so". Nothing interesting. The children were not particularly entertained, they turned on music every day at 21.00, the children danced on stage and that was it.
I also liked the aerobics that took place daily in the pool. The instructor showed what movements to perform and distributed equipment for charging.
The staff is very polite and nice, which cannot be said about the cleaners (arrogant and lazy)
Overall, the rest went well. But the hotel does not pull an all-inclusive 5-star. Solid 4, and that's only because of the delicious food and well-groomed territory.

I was at the hotel from May 15th to 22nd. We arrived at the hotel at 20:30, immediately put on a bracelet and sent it to dinner, ate, took the documents and the employee lifted the suitcases to the room, it was 2302 on the 3rd floor. The room is clean and at the end of the corridor, the balcony overlooked a non-working hotel, and a great view of the palm trees, the sea, and the right road. The food could be chosen according to your taste and also Turkish cuisine. Any drinks for every taste, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I missed the usual sparkling mineral water!!! The staff hardly speaks Russian. I liked the area because there were a lot of flowers, palm trees, grass, it was very green and beautiful. The beach is shallow, but I went in aquashoos and there were no problems at all with entering the sea. We went to the beach with a hotel towel, we received it in the hammam using a card for free, I handed over the towel at check-out and received back the card, which I handed over along with the room key at check-out. There was always hot water! The animation is always different, there were cool and boring ones)))) There are bazaars within walking distance, the one across the street a couple of kilometers from the hotel was cool and not very expensive. There's a Migros, a supermarket with price tags!!! in lira! I liked that vacationers from different countries behaved correctly, there were many of them, but most of all Russians. I took an excursion to the Green Canyon, I was impressed by the views and sizes of the canyon, and swam there!))

Individual rooms of the hotel are INFECTED with BEDBUGS!!!!
We stopped at the hotel on May 20, we were given a room in the first building on the 3rd floor. The room is frankly shabby, but my wife and I decided not to pay attention to it and generally ignore all the negativity. But that was not the case...
to begin with, the room was not cleaned at all for the first 4 days. After our appeal to the administration, the garbage was thrown out on the 5th day. In the future, at best, they will drag a damp cloth over the floor, or even just make the beds and that's it, and leave the trash cans full of garbage untouched.
The linen has not been changed once. The bathroom periodically smelled of sewage. That is, unsanitary conditions in the hotel are flourishing.
On the third day, the wife began to complain about the appearance of bite marks on her body. We had never encountered this before, so it took me a while to figure out the reason. During a detailed inspection, with the bed being pushed back and the scaffolding removed, a whole nest of bedbugs was turned around (see photo).
After contacting the administration, they gave me another room in the second building and that's it. No apologies, the administrator suddenly stopped understanding Russian and just froze off. The next day, the clowning began. After breakfast, a strange guy with a spray gun burst into the room, from his babbling he only realized something about a sanitary check, after which this guy within literally 10 seconds sprayed something very smelly in a couple of places and washed away. It is impossible to breathe in the room. The receptionist initially tried to lie that it was held in all rooms, and then began to be openly rude.
I did not think that I would be looking forward to the day of departure from the hotel.

The number of seats in the restaurant and on the beach is not designed even for incomplete occupancy of the hotel.
The food is standard, it does not differ in a wide variety, mainly chicken in different types of meat. Vegetables are not tasty and not ripe, however, as well as fruits. Sometimes I came across a rotten vegetable salad. Otherwise, the food is normal, good desserts.
The beach is sometimes large, sometimes small pebbles (it's hard to go barefoot into the sea, but there is a pier). The beach area itself is pretty clean, but no one cleans the deck chairs and mattresses. Also, the minus can be attributed to the operating mode of the beach bar (from 11.30 to 16.00), as a result, in order to take soft drinks, you had to travel a considerable distance to the pool bar, where there are constantly huge queues.
The attitude of the staff is friendly, but at the same time, it feels like they are also on vacation themselves (slow, they can distract themselves from you on their own business).
The animation is unobtrusive, the guys try to make the rest pleasant and varied.
For a small area there is a good pool with water slides. In general, the hotel is on a solid C, even with a plus. We won't go there anymore.

After reading the reviews, to be honest, I did not want to go there at all, but since the budget was limited (four of us friends were going to go and everyone had different levels of income), I had to take what was available.
The hotel was very pleased with the reception, they settled in immediately, the staff is very polite,friendly, the food is sooo delicious, the variety is normal, there were fruits,strawberries every day!
Special thanks to the admin at the bar, Omar, an excellent employee, very polite, tolerant, everything will always work out!
In general, I recommend it!!!
Price-quality ratio is 10 out of five!))
If you want better, pay more, definitely.

Great animation for kids. Animator Alina kept the children busy with drawing, crafts, various games and even swimming and dining with a very good Russian language. This allowed you to spend time on the beach reading a book and the process of bathing and sunbathing for a long time. And the child was delighted with the communication and the time spent. I was looking forward to seeing you every day. As a result of close interaction, the children formed their own social circle and they occupied each other! What are the 5 stars?????? Maximum of 2! I have never met a worse place, we rented a hostel in Istanbul, so it is cooler than this hotel. During the 7 days of our stay, we never changed the towels in the room, bed linen, 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator for free, so they didn't even replenish them. The dirt is all around, the food is disgusting. The smell of sewage in the room. Our guide told us not to swim in the rotavirus tc pool, many people have already turned to this sore. To say that it is very bad is to say nothing. I completely agree with Alexander K.'s review!!! They also wanted to leave the next day, but they asked for a lot of money and offered a hotel where rotovirus ((( I would have closed it altogether, since there is no territory, no food, etc. To sit down at the table, you need to cut 10 circles of hell, the dishes are dirty, and the bar.... Have you ever seen empty bottles from the garbage on the shelves in bars, it's like an ornament, wine is impossible to drink, the rest of the alcohol is poured from bottles, what is unknown there. Take a sunbed-at 7 a.m., the sea - only from the pier, towels-hug and cry (all washed, and even a paid exchange) In the dining room, because it cannot be called a restaurant, the tables are not served, no one comes for dinner like in good ultra all hotels and does not ask what to bring from drinks, everyone themselves, for spoons, forks, while you go for them, there is nowhere to sit, and when you find a place, there will be no food. Then all those people who have eaten run in chorus to the bar to have a drink, but this is unrealistic, because the queue is as far as Kamchatka. And there's nothing to drink! Who writes that he was poisoned - overeated) Alcohol flows like a river from 10 a.m. to the very night ! Water - as much as you want, in 0.5 bottles - take it wherever you want, class!There is animation, sports ground, tennis court, volleyball. It is quite a normal descent into the sea. The Internet is free and paid for $ 5 per week, this one catches everywhere. Disadvantages: it is packed to capacity, there are not enough sunbeds on the beach - you need to borrow from 7 in the morning; to change the room, you need to fight. Hot water is available only in the evening. The disco until 21.10 was until 2 a.m., if you have a room with a sea view, you will not sleep. The contingent of vacationers: only ours, Ukrainians and Kazakhs / Kyrgyz. There are drinkers. Age: most are over 40, many with children, even infants.

Our favorite hotel is Concordia, we have been vacationing there for more than 5 years, sometimes even 2 times a year. We like everything about this hotel! I've been to other budget 5-star hotels, but this hotel has always attracted me. Very cozy, the sea is nearby, excellent hammam, sauna.excellent cuisine, green area, swimming pool with slides. But the most important thing is a very kind and good professional team. We have already made friends with everyone and are welcomed as dear guests. There is a very good-natured staff at the reception. I send my regards to Ramzi, Ibrahim, Zara, Furkan, The irreplaceable cook Orhan in the kitchen, and a lot of very kind people. We stayed at this hotel from 31.07 to 08.08.2022. The hotel itself is not bad, the territory is compact, green, the sea is nearby. The rooms are practically not cleaned, the floors are dirty, linen and towels are not changed, only the bed is made, the bar is replenished once. Internet and safe are available for a fee. The food is generally good, slightly monotonous, but it happened that there were sour salads for lunch! At the end of the rest, the child even got poisoned. There is always a queue at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Special thanks to the waiters and cleaners in the restaurant and by the pool, we have repeatedly met young crying waiters, how they cope with so many people, apparently, they also grab for their work!by the pool, sun beds must be occupied from 6.30, otherwise there will be no place. The animation is not very good. The sea is clean, beautiful, the beach too. The water is warm, the weather is fine. There are a lot of tourists. It's good for one time. I'm not going there anymore.

The square is small, there is nowhere to go, but the most important thing is that you are sitting in the village and far from civilization!
The food is not bad, but also tired after 3 days!
The sea is super, clean, the pebbles are not large and there is a Pier (very convenient), but there is one "BUT" that could spoil our vacation- ROTOVIRUS!!!

This is the first time I am writing a review. This is in contrast to spitting. Yes, the hotel is not 5*, but it pulls for 4. As everywhere else, good rooms for an additional fee. If there are 5 critics for you, then live where they visit. And so.. quite a decent hotel. You will not stay hungry, all drinks are free.. One madam wrote that everything is paid up to coffee (bullshit!!!). Regarding the queue for dinner, I'll say this. The people themselves create this queue. We called these people the sentinels.. they will line up 7-10 minutes before the start of dinner and it's worth it, why? We came a little later and there was always enough food and a table could be found. The pigsty on the floors is also arranged by the hotel guests themselves. It says you can't go to the room, but no.. We pull fruits and rolls into the room, then throws them into the corridor, respectively, in the heat it all quickly begins to disappear and give a smell. There are tables for dishes both on the alley to the beach and near the beach, but it is better to throw a glass into a flower bed with a palm tree half a meter from the table.. The maintenance staff just can't keep up with all the pigs... I give the hotel 4... a very solid 4. It concerns the moments with the dishes. Well, the quality of strong alcohol in the Dominican Republic also leaves much to be desired... I recommend the hotel for a vacation. And do not skimp on $ 1 for the cleaner and you will have a lot of towels and cleaned and swans will be screwed on the bed. I am very happy with my vacation. And I will give you one more recommendation. Visit the Green Canyon and Sapadeiro Canyon. Amazing places!!! Upon check-in, they gave us a room on the ground floor, which did not suit us, but when contacting the reception for a fee, they fulfilled our request and gave us a room on the top floor with a gorgeous view, this is the most important plus. In Turkey, 6 times, there is something to compare, there are a lot of disadvantages, starting with room cleaning and ending with sun beds on the beach, which were never enough on the beach, tourists occupy sun beds with sunrise, put their towels and that's it, and they are not visible all day, at first they sat on the pebbles, but then they just cleaned towels from deck chairs that have been empty for a long time, otherwise there is no way. They are not picky about food at all, so we had enough of everything. I want to mention the hammam, special thanks to those who will definitely go and take a massage course, it's just a flight into space !!!
The hotel has a market where you can buy everything from Turkish coffee to bed linen and towels, friendly guys, one of them Ismail (thanks for the pleasant service) who will be happy to match everything to your taste and wallet and make an excellent discount, by the way, I want to note that I compared prices on the market and in the market, absolutely the same, something is even cheaper, so those who value their time can buy everything here at the hotel). This is not 5, but at most 3 *. There was a regression on the face a couple of years ago. They save on everything except food. The boys' trunks have disappeared, the guests themselves carry their suitcases upstairs, there are no cups for the teeth in the room.there are no brushes, no hooks and 4 towels, you need to figure out where to put or hang them, fountains do not work in the lobby, it is very difficult to ask or communicate with a specific market boor at the counter. There are problems with connecting the paid Internet (sometimes they have no time, then it does not work well, and the money cannot be returned).
The phones in the rooms do not work. They lie that it is temporary. When it's necessary, everything turns on right away.
The room was not cleaned for two days in a row, even a dollar did not help. We dealt with it right up to the scandal at the counter. Finally, a very unhappy boy came at 11 p.m. and spent an hour steaming his brains. He left for half an hour, then forgot to change the towels, then took away the blanket for some reason, etc.
After his visit, a beach bag with a mask, snorkel, and sunscreen disappeared. Attempts to find out how it happened came across the fraudulent promises of the administration to find everything and sort it out ended with nothing. As a result, $ 35 (the cost of the tube mask) + € 5 (beach bag) is a loss.
