The weather and the sea are all about it. The fish are so-so by the way. Dirt, dirt, everything is dirty, the tables where you need to eat everything dirty! The water is barely going to wash itself off after the sea is not possible. The rooms are very dirty, and even for money they just don't know how to clean them. Towels were somehow given 2 pcs. And thanks for that. The staff itself is arrogant, the shops that are nearby are trash, they want to rip off three skins. Decide for yourself. Go or not, but this is the worst thing that happened to us, and we had a little kid with us. Result. In October 2021, we spent two weeks at this hotel. I must say right away that out of the stated 5 *, in the best case 3*. First of all, the food - it immediately feels that it is not prepared professionally, since it is necessary to try to spoil such a large number of products. Fruits and vegetables were not washed, sand was felt on the tooth. When we determined this, we simply abandoned them. And the digestive disorders stopped immediately. There is no children's menu, it is very problematic with the nutrition of children. The territory of the hotel is large, but the main territory belongs to the Continental Garden. Where everything is closed and does not work.
Animation was limited to exercises on the beach, animation in the amphitheater was presented only once in two weeks. Everyone has problems with room keys upon check-in, they are simply not given out. And you can only get them by throwing a scandal at the reception. They hardly give out the required number of towels in the room. The rooms are cleaned somehow and not every day. There are not enough sun beds on the beach, why can't you bring sun beds from Garden Beach, which is closed, and use them.
The hotel is very far from the city and all entertainment activities and centers, including shops.
What I would like to note is the sea and the reef. It is wonderful and the most beautiful on the coast.
There are no 5 stars here, weak 3!

The first thing that bothered me a little was the lack of response to requests in the mail and through the hotel's feedback form about early check-in, i.e. no response to emails at all. Upon arrival, it became clear why ...
Yes, the line is the first, the territory is large, formally there is even an aqua park, BUT:
1) the food is simply not edible. Vegetables and fruits are not washed, there is no variety (cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, dates, pomegranates, grapes. And that's it), hot - cold and either not cooked or fried to the state of "coals". If, unfortunately, you are on PP, you have no chance of gaining a protein norm, because the only conditionally edible meat for dinner is distributed in micro portions, and it is not possible to eat fish in terrible batter or grilled coals.
There is, however, one big plus in this)) In 7 days, I dropped 2.5 kilograms out of the extra 4, which did not want to go to Moscow Time (the fight against them was conducted for more than 2 months, they said correctly - there were no fat people in Auschwitz, do not eat - you will lose weight).
2) the rooms are large, but well-groomed. Moreover, we bought a room with a direct view of the sea, and they stubbornly tried to move us into a corner room with a view of the pool, and even demanded 20 bucks for it. A small scandal and a promise to give money only after providing a normal room did their job - and we were settled in 6203, a nice room on the second floor with a beautiful view and away from the crowds of vacationers.
3) aqua park. This is not 12 slides, as stated in the description, but 3 small slides with a cold pool below. And there is no control over its use, everyone rides to the best of their understanding of safety.
4) the rooms are cleaned daily, but "Egyptian-style", i.e. a couple of times they wave a mop on the floor and throw out the garbage. And yet - they constantly forgot that there were three of us in the room, not two - and provided only 2 bottles of water instead of three. The daily subsidy of 1-2 dollars did its job and the cleaner became more attentive in his calculations.
5) unsanitary conditions in public areas - tables in restaurants are dirty, it's scary to take hold of the doors with your hands. The food on the beach is crawling with crowds of flies (it stands in open trays).
6) Diving - it's better not even try it if it's not your first time. ATVs are also so-so entertainment, cars are dead, service is zero, the time for rides is scanty - the main time is "visiting the Bedouins" or "the car needs to cool down."
However, there is also something to tell about the good things:
1) The SPA is not bad, everyone in our family liked the massage;
2) the sea is cool, the main thing is not to dive from a pontoon, from which the fish swim away - but to enter from the far corners of the beach and swim over the corals. They show a lot more interesting things ;)
3) from the entertainment offered by the hotel, an individual boat tour went to the sunken ship - they looked at the ship and at the fish.
To summarize, if this hotel was rated at 2-3 *, there would be no questions about it. According to the "European" classification, this shed would not have received even 2*, it is too dirty and not edible.
PS - comment for alcohol drinkers. They give it 2 glasses in one hand, pour 30 grams into a glass. The people at the bar were swearing very hard and demanding topping up - no chance. The only way to get more is to stand at the end of the queue and take the next two glasses. The number of approaches, kmk, is unlimited.

Unfortunately, our 2 children were very badly poisoned, one had severe poisoning, vomited incessantly for 2 days, had an emetic injection 2 times, then did not eat anything there for several days, drank antibiotics without food at all, the second child passed quickly. Then it turned out that we were not the only ones who were poisoned, so be very careful with the food. This is the first time I'm writing a review about the hotel, but I just couldn't stand it. This is not 5 stars, but a maximum of 2. It all started with the fact that we were given not just a dirty room, but a room with obvious signs of people staying there before us. Bed linen with hair, stains and an obvious smell of dirty linen. I'm already silent about the dust, the table stained with drink, dirty curtains and used toilet paper. After being asked to change the bed linen, they reacted with aggression, but a couple of hours later they changed the room after we came to the reception and just did not leave without the keys to the new room. The staff of the hotel, including the "restaurant" (although it can be called a diner) without masks, hats and gloves. I pulled the shell out of the omelet with my hands without gloves. The food is the same every day for lunch and dinner, goulash, chicken, rice, potatoes, pasta and rotten tomatoes. On the beach, the mattresses are probably the age of the hotel, the sun beds are broken. The staff of the beach pours half-finished glasses on the sand, it is not surprising that there are more flies than people.

What 5* are there, I've been to both 4 and 3 Egyptian, but here - 1* is a lot for them behind their eyes. We are currently resting at the hotel. There is no solution and what should be a shower gel - a bottle of brown liquid - is scary to use. The quest called "Try to get into your room without a key" is the first time I've met this. The room is not close to the reception, everyone has to! Once you go there, you will be escorted by the person who has the key. Explanations like: today the program does not work, crashes, etc. - it's all lies. While I was trying to get my key by persuasion, a girl with the same problem came up. I'm asking: Have you just stopped by? Answer: no, we have been living for a week! In short, if you left the room and suddenly forgot to take something, stomp at the reception.
A canteen, you can't call this place a restaurant, I don't even know what to compare it with. Dirt and sticky tables, cutlery and napkins will be given to you in your hands, if you catch a guy with a tray of cutlery, you still have to try. Queues for everything. Including the orugans, they wrote here about tomatoes that you can eat, but they look like they promised the day before yesterday. Salads are unappetizing in appearance, they did not eat. Fish in a greasy batter, semi-raw, tasteless. You can eat rice, baked meat. That's all the food. I don't write about sweets, there is a lot of it and everything tastes the same.I don't drink alcohol. I pour into 100 g cups. All bottles without labels, what kind of swill is there is unknown. From fruits - I saw melon crusts on the tables, the fruit itself was not found. Dates and grapes floating in some kind of sludge. The general impression is that we will not go to Egypt anymore. There is no desire to tolerate such a "service" for the sake of the reef. I arrived with a 4-year-old child, what should I feed?
It barely reaches 3 stars. The only thing that suits is the territory. It's cold in the pool. The good thing is that the hotel has free access to the sea where the beauty is not earthly. There are abandoned household places. It turned out to be a good water park! The kitchen is normal. In general, 🙂.
