Good time of day. I very rarely write reviews and try not to trust other people's opinions, everyone has their own taste. But this hotel made a shocking impression on me!!!! We were settled with an additional payment of 200 USD in the femeli room, around 12 o'clock in the afternoon.The room is not cleaned, dirty curtains, three towels for three, which have never been changed at all, and three rolls of toilet paper for all 8 days, a smelly refrigerator that does not work (from the word completely smelly), bed linen is dilapidated in pellets, the impression that another 100 people slept before you, they never changed. The only thing was to bring water and throw out the garbage every other day. From the food usually: vegetables, meat, chicken, fish, food from the chef only if it was necessary to storm the dining room at 18-30. Rice, pasta, potatoes, fruits, we were not hungry, but the food is not delicious. The most annoying thing was tea or coffee in a plastic cup, because it still needed to be brought to the table somehow, because there were not enough plates. The eternal queue to take the table, behind the plates, etc. it is not realistic to complete such quests. Entertainment Mr. and Miss Hotel, skirt dancing and mini disco for kids and that's it.... but plus or minus. the territory of the hotel is large, even in places it is clean, the reef is gorgeous, but the rod and mattress need to be occupied at six in the morning. I steal towels, the staff told us at the service station, you will also steal, everything is simple. Beer in the bar with two plastic glasses in hand after lunch for 2USD, but it just doesn't exist. Local swill is made from alcohol. They asked why there was no service - the answer was simply killed by "SYSTEM" and "CORONAVIRUS". I made this conclusion if you fly for 20 thousand, then you can, if we are for 2.5 USD., then you should not suck. At a time when Muslims are not asked to leave from the 2nd level. That's such an injustice. Wi-fi is very weak and works only at the reception and only when there are few people there: early in the morning or late at night. The animation is not active. The food is monotonous: chicken, sometimes beef, battered fish, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce. In the morning, amlet, pancakes, vegetables. From fruits: dates, grapes. Melon, watermelon. We are in this Terrible 5 (zero ) star hotel . We leave tomorrow on November 4, 2021. A suite with a sea view was paid for ! We arrived late on October 27 , settled in the main building , where the reception is located . We went to bed with the air conditioner , it rattled a lot , but it was stuffy and therefore we decided not to turn it off ! But, even after a tiring journey, we could not fall asleep from the noise of the air conditioner, we decided to turn it off! To my great surprise, our air conditioner turned off and the sound did not! Moreover , it was still with vibration !!! We called a representative at 2 a.m. , we ask why he is making so much noise , and he, what do you want, there is a common air conditioner above you on the roof, serving half of the building !!! That's how our vacation started! The next day, for a bribe of $ 100, they changed our room in another building , everything seems to be fine , but not everything) The refrigerator was broken in the room and the TV was not working , there was no Russian Channel. When the hotel is loaded - 80% by people from Russia ! On the third day, for small foreign currency investments, all issues were resolved !!! It 's on vacation, so to speak !!! And now the most important thing that people write about above is About NUTRITION!!!! I'll tell you HONESTLY, in our roadside cafes, truckers are fed a hundred times tastier than here!!! There is no food on the menu for almost half of what should be in the standard 5-star hotel. Everything is bad: the food is disgusting, according to the "thank you for being alive" system; dirt is everywhere, both in the rooms and on the beach (fortunately, I did not have to see such broken-down sunbeds and mattresses), and in the dining room, it's scary to go to the kids' club; hordes of mosquitoes and flies; disgusting beer and coffee(in fact, they simply do not exist), the attitude of the staff is boorish, even contemptuous. It was the first time I came across the fact that the hotel staff despises you just because you decided to come to this hotel. Well, the reef somehow did not surprise, we expected more.

I recommend avoiding this hotel! The certificate is 3 stars, the tour operator presents 5 stars. There is no service, the food is terrible, there is dirt everywhere. It's dirty to the point where there's nowhere to put things. Everything is dusty , the rooms are not cleaned . There are no slippers , no brushes , no towels . The drinks are poor and pour 100 grams into a plastic cup. And I'm serious. Beer is 100 grams... everything is 100 grams. Avoid this place. For this money, you can find a good hotel. We arrived at this hotel 7 years later, remembering how good it was to relax there earlier.. what a wonderful reef, a huge clean well-groomed area, good service. But what we saw in March 2019 pulls at best 3*, and certainly not 5*, We were very disappointed! Only there are no complaints about the reef and the fish!) The rooms were poorly cleaned, the linen was not changed in 10 days even once, although tips were left regularly (
The food was very poor and monotonous.
I had to have dinner at Nama Bay almost every evening. Dates, mangoes and strawberries also had to be bought by ourselves.. because only chopped oranges and sometimes melon were given from fruits. For 10 days they gave tuna once, there was another fish every day, but it was completely tasteless..
The meat was in the form of meatballs, cutlets, sometimes stewed.. There was even a queue for soup.. and for cucumbers)
The animation also left much to be desired.
The only vivid impression is the underwater excursions that chief lifeguard Arafat conducted on the beach reef. Thanks a lot to him! He tried to solve all the problems of vacationers quickly, efficiently, very tactfully and unobtrusively. He taught how to walk properly on a floating pantone, explained how to behave in the water next to the reef, talked about fish and corals.. I helped with the selection of masks and fins..
Excursions with the Pegasus tour operator also brightened up the rest.. Thanks to our guide Albina, who was attentive to tourists and patiently explained everything.
In general, the rest was a success, but disappointment about the changes in the hotel remained for the worse. Although the reef there is wonderful (it is among the top 10), but I probably won't choose this hotel anymore (Apparently the lack of Russian tourists affected the economic problems in this hotel and I think that the same situation exists in other hotels in Egypt.. It costs a lot of money.. or loaded by 1/3. That's the way it is.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2019. The sea was pleased with the variety and interesting species of fish and reefs. The beach is clean enough, but the sunbeds are in terrible condition, the backs are broken, the mattresses are worn.Beach towels are also not very fresh. Panton needs repair, many cells are broken. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, quite green, lots of flowers. The rooms are not bad, they were cleaned every day. The room had a safe, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning. But as for nutrition, it's terrible!!! No variety in 10 days of stay. Meat in the form of meager portions of chicken and beef, which were allocated by the chefs (and this is an all-inclusive system), there was almost no fish. Powdered juices, fruits are represented by apples, oranges and bananas, sometimes dates and halva, coffee is only instant. There is no coffee machine in the hotel or in the restaurant. What was varied was the baking. There are huge queues for pancakes and eggs in the morning. We came to rest, and we weren't very interested in alcohol, but there weren't even any normal cocktails. We vacationed in different countries, but we saw this for the first time. So in general, the impression of a vacation is blurred. We were in Egypt for the first time, we will not go there anymore.

The hotel is not bad. Large (huge) territory, beautiful sea view. There is a large beach, there is a water park (2 slides), many pools. This is one of the advantages.
And now THE CONS: - the food is just Terrible (dill, leeks and the "dish of the day" scrambled eggs is breakfast). There is no need to talk about diversity, the main thing is that there is enough of what is offered. I saw cucumbers 2 times in 7 days and then they were disassembled. There are not enough staff, there are not enough dishes. The tables are dirty, there are no appliances, it's good if the fork is on the table. Salt, pepper is a LUXURY!!!
- room cleaning is a tin. The hair in the room was lying everywhere (it looked like from the previous, at least three races). Moreover, for 7 days of cleaning (my stay) they remained lying on the bathroom floor.
- the sheet is small in size of the bed, the duvet cover is torn on one of the beds.
There is no animation, or rather there is a weak similarity (the basis is sending vacationers to local clubs, naturally for money).
Bottom line: if it weren't for the sea and the weather, the rest would have been completely ruined. P.S.
for the hotel managers. Change the entire management team, otherwise you will die!!!!
