The hotel is not a five-star hotel, but rather a solid three-star hotel. But still expensive for this level. Good room size. There is everything you need, including a mini fridge and pillows to choose from. Clear. The staff is helpful. The location is convenient. There is a shop and a variety of cafes nearby, some open from 8 a.m. on weekdays.

It is located in a beautiful building with an interesting interior.There are professionals at the reception! They took into account all my wishes when checking in (many thanks to Anastasia's manager, very attentive and polite attitude to the hotel guests, which is difficult not to note). The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable, and all guest amenities are available.I would especially like to mention the spa area (swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna are very good).A good hotel to stay in.

The room is generally not bad. Very soft mattresses, not suitable for everyone. Settled with a view from the window to the next wall) - that's okay. There is no room cleaning, the plumbing in the shower is old, the stream is in different directions. There is a spa, the hammam does not work. The location of the spa complex itself is extremely inconvenient, you have to go through the reception hall and the bar in a bathrobe, where people are sitting in the bar. The pool is on the ground floor and the sauna is on the third floor. A lot of people, and not only the guests of the hotel. The wet bathrobes after the spa were changed only on the third day of stay after they were thrown on the floor. I ordered Risotto in the room, just rice sprinkled with cheese, I've never eaten worse in my life. Overall, I'm disappointed. The hotel is not worth the money.

The room is large and cozy. I can't hear the neighbors, it's quiet. Cleaning is daily, the staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet, everything is at a good level.The location is excellent, in the very center of the city, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, shopping center, train station. One of the disadvantages is the lack of private parking.

The hotel does not meet the declared standard of a 5-star hotel. The rooms are in need of renovation, there is absolutely no sound insulation! It's amazing, but being in your room, you can find out what they're talking about in the next one! You don't even have to listen. There is no coffee machine or mini bar in the room. Instead, there is a kettle and very inexpensive instant coffee (Jacobs) and tea bags.
The spa center, which is included in the room rate, is for an amateur. Firstly, the spa center does not provide towels for hotel guests and does not provide access to lockers in the changing rooms, i.e. you will have to carry all the necessary things for the pool and sauna with you. Secondly, to get to the spa, you need to go through the hotel lobby and go down the stairs. Imagine that you have to change in your room, grab towels, a bathrobe, and with these things walk past the coffee-drinking guests in the lobby bar to the pool :) and then back in the wet clothes .
The sauna in the spa is very small and is located on another floor. To get from the pool to the sauna, you need to climb the stairs.
The breakfasts are not bad, you will not stay hungry, but you should not expect any frills in this conditionally 5-star hotel either.
Overall, the hotel was disappointing.

We arrived in Minsk on June 15. Check-in at 14:00 is announced. We were tired from the road (7 hours on the way) came at 14:30, we were met at the reception by a disgruntled woman (blonde with overgrown roots), I do not remember the name. She took the payment, told me to wait 10 minutes... after that! Attention! She said that our room was not ready and she had to wait at least another 40 minutes .. we were outraged because we arrived so late and wanted to take a shower from the road sooner + there were plans to make it to the bank that day. We were offered to check into a room on the smoking floor. We refused, since neither I nor my friend smoke and do not want to breathe this smell + the room was booked two weeks in advance and it was indicated in the reservation that the room was for non-smokers. To which this lady replied with a dissatisfied look, "I don't have another number that you want." I was outraged because it wasn't our fault that they didn't have time to get out ... well, in general, an approach like "what do you want from me" is not appropriate ... and you first took the money and only then put us in front of the fact!)) at the same time, no one apologized.
The senior manager was called. A man came, as I understood the Turks.. and then the cherry on the cake!))) a friend voiced the situation, to which the manager replied to her: "and what do you want? Offer it." Excuse me? Should we suggest how to fix the situation for you? At this moment, to put it mildly, I was stunned!)) 5 stars...)))
As a result, a friend asked for a discount on a massage. And they sat us down to wait in a cafe and treated us to cappuccino and cheesecake... the manager did not introduce himself or apologize. Moreover, I tried to explain that such situations are normal and "happen")) Well, what's the big deal... 1.5 hours delay in check-in.
45 minutes have passed, do you think someone came to the cafe and notified us that the room was ready and it was possible to check in? No))) we went back to the reception ourselves, where we were told yes, we can check in. And the same disgruntled madam did not apologize again. No one apologized, as it should be.
The hotel itself is outdated already. In general, it seems to be clean, but the atmosphere is "scoop". There are very few people, I went down to the cafe in the evening and couldn't find a bartender for 15 minutes… There is mold in the bathroom in the room (see photo).
On the trail. we went to the pool for a day ... they didn't give me a towel, they said that they were for paid visitors from the street (yes, people go there to spa and fitness from the street for a fee), and you take your towels from the room. Hmm, okay, but I soaked a towel in the pool, and what should I dry off with in the room when I take a shower after the pool with bleach??? ... also , a cap or an elastic band was required in the pool .. I asked if they had any (with the idea of buying, no question). Imagine how stunned I was when a woman brought me a used hat and offered to borrow it..)))) someone else's.a hat.worn out.)))
So.. draw your own conclusions. In my opinion, 3 stars for this institution is even a stretch.
PS: I recommend reading real reviews about this hotel on TripAdvisor))) they are clearly overestimating themselves here.

A comfortable hotel, clean rooms, courteous staff. the room has everything you need for a stay, including a mini bar, a tea station.
Snow-white sheets, comfortable beds-sleep as comfortably as possible.

in the room. it is very pleasant to be in the room.
of the cons:
1. in a 5-star hotel, we did not expect to see an armchair, the "leather" upholstery of which crumbles. there was no desire to sit on such an armchair :)
this suggests that the hotel is still a little "tired", it was a big dissonance compared to the cleanliness in the room.
2. Breakfast. I was at two breakfasts, absolutely scant variety, on the first day there was absolutely nothing, pancakes, cheesecakes, slicing, sausages, fresh vegetables, etc. well, there was absolutely nothing. Porridge is made (on request)
Everything just ended (and there was still more than an hour before the end of breakfast time), I hardly saw the staff at breakfast, and the poor girl who was cooking scrambled eggs and porridge honestly admitted "don't you see that I'm alone?".They waited for coffee at the next table for more than 15 minutes. I had to spend quite a bit more time on breakfast than planned, because all I had to ask was to wait.
but we must pay tribute - it was very tasty!!
3. a large bathroom, and the shower does not close completely, so to wash, the space needs to be heated a little :) Well, this is my personal opinion. it tastes and colors here))
4. The watering can in the shower is attached, as usual, to the rack, but... only at an angle of exactly 90 degrees, i.e. the water will either hit you exactly in the face or in the chest, you had to hold it in your hands. well, honestly, so-so convenience)
in general, if it were a 3* hotel, the rating would be the highest score
, but more was expected from Crown Plaza 5*...

A good hotel, convenient location relative to interesting, party places. Good staff, club rooms credit - two sinks, separate shower, separate bathroom. You can choose a pillow, orthopedic, baby, if desired.
Breakfasts could be more varied, there is no kefir, coffee on request from the waiters, but these are not even minuses, but recommendations, do not spoil the impression.
The pool is large, there is a Jacuzzi, the steam room was Finnish, the hammam was turned off. The steam room is on the second floor, you need to climb the steps from the pool area.
We didn't get to the SPA, everything was busy.
The rooms are quiet (at least in the club rooms). Across the street is a great place for Dreamers, delicious food, cider, hookah, there are board games and just a fantastic selection of music for those who love Russian rock.

Nice hotel 7 minutes from the railway station. I stayed in the standard room on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious, clean, with a very comfortable large bed. The Windows overlook the courtyard, the silence is day or night - I slept fine. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, there are all accessories including a bathrobe, the only thing was no slippers. Yes, the hotel is not new, but I hardly noticed any signs of fatigue, all the furniture is in very good condition. I went down to the pool 1 time, very decent - you need to take a towel and a bathrobe with you. I didn't take breakfast, I drank coffee next to it in a coffee shop. From the hotel to the historical center - 20 minutes at a leisurely pace, to Independence Avenue - 5 minutes. I recommend the hotel, I will be happy to stay here again.

Amazing hotel! Classic design down to small details, very clean everywhere, nice bar, there is a swimming pool with Balinese masseuses. Everything is very decent and at a very decent level. And the most amazing thing here is the friendly staff, I especially want to thank Elizabeth (concierge), who shows that she sincerely loves her job and will always listen to fair criticism or wishes for the hotel. Yes, the hotel is beautiful, but there are minor shortcomings that need to be urgently addressed: the TV is old, turned on - does not work, I do not know how to set it up; kettles - need to be changed - they smell a little from old age and possibly accumulated salt; toothbrushes are provided on request, but I really want such a necessary thing to be in front of the washbasin at once and don't fuss over some brush. And, by the way, the beds are just super good - I think it will be important for many to know. Thank you, and of course, Elizabeth!

The rooms are clean, no flaws were found. There are no complaints about the staff, everything is on the level. The price included a visit to the pool and spa, we went, there is nothing to say. City parking along the road, so on weekdays it is paid, on weekends and holidays it is free, there have always been places, this is not Moscow)) The hotel restaurant was not used, because there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

There is no split in the room, and mold in the bathroom. There is no warm towel rail.
The room is very cold: the air temperature is like outside. The towel did not dry out during the day: humidity and dampness.
At the reception they said that until the heating in the city is turned on, then the rooms will not be heated. At the same time, the room has a central air conditioning and heating system from Siemens of the USSR times, and it does not depend on central heating in the city! Either the Siemens system in the hotel is not working properly, or the owner is saving electricity!
It is very important for me that the room is warm, so all other advantages are crossed out by the cold in the room!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! A nice girl at the reception gave us a room in a quiet part of the hotel, away from the casino. The neighbors didn't bother. There was no noise from the street.
But there were bathrobes, all kinds of cosmetics. And bottles of water were brought to us every day.
The child was happy to swim in the pool every evening after all the excursions. It's good that he works until 22. It's bad that you need to bring your towel from the room to it.

The TV does not show anything normal, the remote control does not work. The light in the room is dim. The hairdryer in the bathroom does not blow from the word at all. I rate the aquazone and the spa. The pool is really very warm, the Jacuzzi with hydro massage is like fresh milk, the Finnish sauna is cool. In general, the aquazone is EXCELLENT. Disappointed with the towel and bathrobe- the smell leaves much to be desired. The massage room is atmospheric (music, the murmur of water, subdued light), but there was not enough pleasant unobtrusively aroma of candles or oil.
