I didn't like the hotel at all, it was outdated, the bathroom and the rug were mildewed, the tulle was burnt by cigarettes, in a non-smoking room. We checked in at 14:35, we went several times and asked for a room, the water in the pool was icy, the sauna was not at all clear where, in some catacombs, until you get to the pool, you will get cold. The hammam was cold. They didn't give me a towel, they told me to take my own from the room, and in the room after the pool, what should I wipe myself with??? Wet? There is no parking. The only thing I appreciated was the iron in the room, good pillows and linen, and a delicious breakfast. But it doesn't cost 11,000 rubles.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is its close location to the train station. The rooms are clean, but the bed is ruined, the headboard is cut. They settled in the very corner with a view of the roof ... they asked to change the room, they refused! There are no complaints about the toilet and bathroom. The TV is working with a hum... the master said that you want them to be old... I mean old?! The cost of this room is not old at all. The water was given for three days, one bottle of 0.6.

But the worst thing is the quality of service: they couldn't even check in at 14.00, let alone early check-in (they arrived at 13). Although many hotels are settled earlier without any problems, because check-out is before 12 and there is enough time to get out. Finally, the impression of this hut was completely spoiled by the desire of some weakly speaking Russian "administrator" to withdraw more money for the second resident. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The only thing in the standard is a bedside rug and replace the chairs, they violate the stardom of the hotel. The hotel may be good (nice, spacious rooms, friendly staff), but the service at the SPA leaves much to be desired. We waited 30 minutes for an appointment for a massage-we did not wait, we were left without a massage. The floors are slippery, if you go to the receptionists from the sauna and pool area, you may not fall very well (which happened to my spouse). The hammam works exclusively for certain programs, i.e. you just can't get into it.

To be honest, I'm disappointed. I've heard about this Turkish hotel chain and didn't think it would be so bad. The interior is chic of the 90s, the service staff is not ready to help and promptly resolve issues that arise. I couldn't set up the air conditioner, it was blowing hot air, I slept with the window open. There was something buzzing in the wall all night, I think the pipes, pillows and the bed itself were more comfortable in the army. I hope that I was so unlucky and there are good hotels in the beautiful hero city!!!

The hotel is old. The contingent (partially, but in a significant proportion) are casino gamblers and/or thirsty for nighttime pleasures. There are a lot of foreigners at the same time.
The location is perfect, the infrastructure is good (at the time when it was launched).
But here's the atmosphere and the contingent... In general, I had to move my mother from the hotel to a more decent place, without nightlife)

An old hotel in the center of Minsk. The staff and service are good, but the hotel itself requires renovation, a lot of outdated rooms both mentally and physically. The rooms, corridors and halls are gloomy, there is not enough light. Solid 4, not 5 as on the facade and painted everywhere. Since the hotel was inscribed in Stalinka, it is obvious. The lobby area is small. And so good rooms, some kind of cosmetics. Of the small disadvantages, the bed could have been 180 cm high, there is no welcome water.

The staff at the reception is just zero.. I called to find out about the parking lot, they said drive up without any problems. As a result, we arrived and said park nearby, city parking is paid.. as it turned out later, the hotel has a territory, there are signs that there is a hotel parking lot, but it's simple why cars are not allowed there. The mir card with TF is not accepted. We need a physical one. I had to run and change the cash at the rate of +25%. A purely Turkish approach. In general, I do not recommend it. The maid on the 3rd floor is very kind, polite and helpful.

I had a spa certificate.
First there is an aquathermal area with a swimming pool and sauna, then a VIP room with a Jacuzzi.
The pool is good, there is only one sauna at the moment and there was very little space.
Then the VIP room was at 19:00, but we didn't prepare it in time and we went there at 19:20.
There is a very small Jacuzzi in the VIP room. It seems like there are a lot of modes on the Jacuzzi, but it feels like half of it didn't work.
There is a shower next to the Jacuzzi, not all taps work there either.
At the end of the evening, according to the certificate, there should have been masks, at about 21:00. They made them for us at 21:40. At the same time, we approached the receptionist 2 times and asked when the masks would be available. And the third time, when I went out to ask about the masks, I was told that our visit was over. I said about the masks and they answered me, yes, for sure, we will do it now.
The masks were made at 21:40, and by 22:00 we had to completely vacate the territory: dressed, with a dried head. According to the certificate, it was possible for up to 6 people, there were 5 of us, and it was difficult to physically assemble in 10 minutes with one hair dryer in the locker room.
In addition, at the very beginning we were given towels and bathrobes, the smell was not the freshest and most pleasant.
In the end, when we left the hotel, I was sincerely surprised that the hotel is five-star, one star for such a spa and service can definitely be picked up.
The certificate is not worth the money.

Thanks) Convenient location. The room is clean and pleasant. A good choice for breakfast. When checking in, they forgot to put hand soap on us, called the reception, asked to bring it, promised to do it, as a result, they called back an hour later and clarified what happened, we repeated the request, promised that they would bring it now, but they did not. As a result, the next day they asked the maid, she immediately gave us soap.
