I have already written my review, but for some reason I did not find it.
For the first time in my life, I felt humiliated because of a negative attitude. The waiter ignored my appeals, I turned to their boss, I said: "Maybe he doesn't like Russians?" He replied: "Yes, he doesn't like. I don't like it either." I was so confused that I couldn't say anything more, turned around and left.
To be honest, I don't want to go to Turkey anymore.
Although the hotel itself is not bad, the territory is good, the shows are regular, but the service is weak, the rooms are poorly cleaned, the Internet is only in the lobby, the TV signal is weak, everything croaks.

The hotel is near Kadriye. A huge plus is one stop and you're in The land of legends! And this is entertainment and megashoping! The hotel has three swimming pools. Or rather, two and a half. We have been vacationing at the Crystal Tat Beach Golf Resort & SPA 5* hotel since July 6. until July 12, 2021. Great hotel. Polite staff. A large clean green area. The beach is located within walking distance, clean, there are a lot of sunbeds.The room is cleaned daily, the air conditioner was working. The most pleasant impressions were left from the rest at this hotel. I would like to come back next year

We had a rest in early May 2023. We arrived early, settled right away (without extortion of money). Room with garden view. Silence and no extraneous smells, sounds and insects.The balcony was not closed .Cleaning and replenishment of the bar daily (without tips). A variety of food, for every taste and at any time. Children's table. Ice cream and fruit.Alcohol is of high quality and in abundance. The waiters are trying. We went on a yacht to the Dyudent waterfall in Antalya. We got into a group with tourists from "unfriendly countries" and it was on May 9th. There was no aggression and hatred on their part and ours, we talked, rested, as it should be. On the evening of May 9th, a concert of our patriotic songs was arranged for the Russians. No one clarified the relationship . It was nice. Tourists from different countries rested at the hotel, there were no clashes. Organized
a second-hand transfer to the shopping center. We went to the Legend amusement Park by bus or taxi (you can also bargain with them). We had a great rest. The beach is big, there are enough sunbeds, the sea is clean, the territory is huge, beautiful, clean and green. I didn't want to leave.

The reception is disgusting. The employees are not customer-oriented and are rather hostile to Russians. When I was there, they refused to extend the room to a woman with a child, arguing that there were no rooms, although after 10 minutes I booked a room for a visiting friend. The hotel itself is already very tired, 4 stars is its maximum. I also note that there are no pharmacies in the hotel or nearby. The hotel is clearly overrated. In terms of food, it's quite passable.

Music is playing loudly in the hall, either there is no animation for children, or children are not interested in it: they run and shout in the same hall. I asked the reception to change my room, but refused: allegedly there are no rooms.

We had a rest from 01-09.08.21. Everything is at the highest level. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cleaned every day. Only in the corridors it is necessary to refresh the repair, but this is no longer a minus, but a remark. The food is the same every day, but there are so many dishes to choose from that we haven't tried everything in 9 days.. daily live music, very large area, very well maintained, plenty of sun beds everywhere.. no need to run to borrow in the morning.... Friendly staff.... Conclusion a decent hotel, justified 5 stars, we will definitely return to one of the hotels in the chain... We were in Belek.

We had a vacation with a girl at the end of July. The hotel was chosen from the Crystal chain. We drove with confidence that the rest would be cool. Upon arrival at the hotel (at 8 a.m.), the room was not ready yet, but we were ready for it, because check-in at 12 a.m. They gave me bracelets right away, I could go to breakfast, they gave me towels, after breakfast we went to the pool. We checked in earlier, around 11 a.m. They gave me a room with access to the sea, because they paid extra in advance for it. The only thing was that they gave a room with 2 separate beds, went down to the reception, and then changed the room. By the way, Akhmet, a very friendly and friendly employee, works there, all questions and problems (of which there were very few) could be solved through him without problems. Special thanks to him! The view from the room is super, another huge plus is the mini-bar (refilled every day and everything is free). We arrived at a time when not the entire hotel was full, so there were no problems with sun beds, tables at dinner, etc. At the end of the vacation, there were more people and there were not so many free places, but it was possible to find them. On the downside, this is room cleaning, cleaners clean without desire, change only towels, wipe the dust and in general everything.. Even after they were tipped, nothing changed. The bed linen has not been changed for 3 days. They changed it only after we took off the underwear ourselves and threw it on the floor. The second disadvantage is that there is a lot of Turkish music, very little Russian, and almost no English. Otherwise, there are some advantages, the animators are cool, the food is delicious, there is a lot of choice. To summarize, I will say that these 2 disadvantages are not so noticeable and overlap with all other advantages. So we left with sadness and with the desire to come back here again. So if you choose a hotel or doubt it, feel free to take vouchers there, the money paid for such a holiday is worth it!

I leave one star for a clean pool, all that they write of the advantages is all one side of the coin, the mini bar is only water and 0.33 cans of cola, fanta and sprite, the rooms are not cleaned efficiently, one day they just came to us and only replenished the mini bar, did not change towels, did not wash the floors, the rooms are decent, but they are far from new (beds and mattresses are comfortable and large) umbrellas on the beach are all defective, the food is all fresh and there is very little choice, the most important thing is that it is not tasty, you have to eat mashed potatoes and beef, there are no complaints about fruits, they are given at every meal (watermelon, apple, melon, nectarine, etc)
The bar is also a huge minus, most cocktails do not even know how to cook, there is no measuring cup for alcohol, everything is poured by eye, the taste is of course either too sweet or too alcoholic, the hotel itself is all diluted or not of high quality. Animation is very weak (only around the pool and live music in the evening ) more boarding house for people with children and over 50

We went to this hotel on 09/23/2011 with a family of 3 people. The hotel does not reach 5*, it is only 4*. There is no animation for children. There is almost no disco. Food for 3 balls out of five. Cleaning and maintenance for 4.
If possible, then consider the hotel better. And on the territory of the hotel 02.09.21, a Turkish wedding was held with outside guests, no one asked the vacationers and did not even count. The music was blaring, even the beds in the rooms were shaking. Nightmare. And small children need to sleep. Horror
