We have been staying at the hotel since July 1, 2021. I liked everything. The room was great with a sea view, and without any additional charges. Room cleaning every day. Towels were also changed every day, bed linen every other day. The food is very good, almost around the clock. The beach is great - the sand.
At least turn down the animation. We will be happy to come again.

We asked for a receipt so that the disco would not cut down on the whole, the children of the whole hotel and the adults do not sleep. They don't care. It's up to you to draw conclusions.

Room 3032 is located on the 2nd floor, there is a grill under us. Stink and smoke. The air conditioner does not work, the refrigerator does not freeze, the TV does not turn on. The second day we breathe carcinogens. Music from morning till late at night. They asked to change the number twice. They are sent politely and far away. I'm counting the days until I leave. 5 more.the sea is great, the pool is good.

To all those who, for whatever reason, want/decided to go to this hotel, think many more times and consider other options. The hotel just died, the room stock is so tired that everything here is kept on its word of honor. But there is no need to talk about the honesty and decency of the staff and the hotel manager. The air conditioner in the room does not work, if anything, it's +36 outside, the pipes in the room are flowing, there is a constant flood in the bathroom. but the problem is not even that something breaks or does not work, the problem is that the staff does not respond to complaints in any way and does not correct the situation. The hotel manager, apparently, is not popular here either, because his instructions were simply ignored... people leave the hotel ahead of time (change), and new vacationers are settled in the room where the air conditioner did not work and everyone knew it.... there are huge queues for food in the dining room, giant queues! But there is no choice, from the word at all. The staff with very sad eyes, slowly, slowly put food on, creating more and more queues.
If you want a mojito, then pass it by too. This year, hotels don't do it, with a strange wording, because of covid😂😂😂(I even have a video of the staff at the bar saying this nonsense)
And what is not touched in this hotel, everything is very sad everywhere. Don't waste your money and your time! You will not get a thrill from rest here, only nervousness.

The whole family had a rest at the end of August 2021. Overall, the hotel is not bad and the food is normal. There are always 3 types of grilled meat to choose from.
Minuses:
- The administrator Akhmet is very rude and did not help us with the settlement issue
- The Internet is generally bad, normally it catches more or less in the lobby, there is no Internet in the rooms.
- We didn't clean every day / for the first 2 days only the minibar was filled
- There are not enough sun beds near the pool, I had to borrow early in the morning
- There is no animation as such, there is a warm-up in the morning. Water polo and darts in the afternoon. And they are no longer seen or heard.
Positive
- Good sea and shore, especially the entrance to the sea is comfortable

I usually don't write a review, but I don't want anyone coming to rest, leaving without a mood.
We pay money and not small, and accept such a surprise and endure the whole vacation.
I've seen a lot of 5 and 4 star hotels. But this is the only horror in this hotel.
Dirty hotel, dirty rooms. Torn sheets. It is not clear what the TV in the room is for if it does not show. There are not enough light bulbs in the room. Dark. Martatz is sagging , hard.
No one greets you at the entrance.
A cold pool. The power supply is simple for 3.
Sleeping waiters. You stand and wait for 10 minutes for the table to be cleaned. Or even have to clean up yourself. The queue for tea.
The rooms are small and narrow.
The staff is not friendly.
The playroom is dark, without normal toys.
It is not clear how the hotel was assigned 5 *.
Everyone here is outraged.

The hotel apparently read the reviews of our compatriots and now they have a disco and a light show until 12. The neighboring hotel can't sleep! The neighbor! We will never go to them in our life. I can't imagine how people sleep there, who doesn't need their show at such a time.

Everything is just great at this hotel. Food, the quality of which is simply excellent. I would say at the level of a good restaurant. A good selection, ranging from appetizers and hot dishes to dessert. The presence of a large number of food outlets where you can have a snack throughout the day - ice cream, a variety of drinks, burgers, doners, pizza, cakes and a variety of sweet pastries. A good animation program with daily evening performances featuring dance and circus groups from different countries. Daily evening entertainment shows for children. A very friendly staff of staff. The swimming pools on the territory of the hotel also deserve high praise. There are a sufficient number of sun beds both on the territory of the pools themselves, and on the lawns and the beach. Maybe the only drawback is the lack of normal channels on the TV. Of course, this is not why we come to Turkey, but in rare moments of staying in the room, I would like to see something interesting quickly and kintso..Which is simply missing. Only local channels, a few foreign news channels and three central Russian ones. I haven't been to Turkey for about thirty years. And I was not disappointed on this visit. A nine-year-old child is simply delighted. Lots of friends his age. I didn't miss you. Therefore, I do not hesitate to rate this hotel at a confident five and thank all the staff for their hospitality.

This is the first time I've met such a boring hotel in Turkey!!! In the evening, adults have absolutely nothing to do: from entertainment, either a terribly singing singer who absolutely cannot perform songs, and in the repertoire the most boring songs from the 80s, or Kazakh disjakeys with Kazakh and other turnips from the 90s. In general, there is nowhere to put yourself in the evening, because it is impossible not only to dance, but also to listen to this evening horror. When we arrived on August 18, there was normal food, small queues and good service. Today, on August 21, the queues are huge, they ignore the distribution of side dishes and meat dishes, serve selectively who they want, and not in turn, you will not wait for tea (no one asks what to bring (they do not give you the opportunity to do it yourself), even passing by). I do not recommend the hotel, they are very upset, especially by boredom.

I was at this hotel for a week at the end of October 2018, I liked everything, I put 10 points plus on the territory, the best territory (I was in different hotels in different regions of Turkey about 15 times). The beach is great, the room is fine, the food is about the same as everywhere else in hotels of this level. The price-quality ratio is proportionally correct. The staff is friendly without being intrusive. You can go to those who will not look for flaws and negativity in everything. I don't know how it is at the height of the season, but in October everything is fine.
