Delight!!!! The guide is a smart girl, she told me very interesting things. Touched the story)) there is an opportunity to walk on the lake by boat! Very cool!
We visited in the midst of it. Up to 100 people per tour per season. And unfortunately, now the toll is 700 rubles, in the direction of the Ritz and Stalin's dacha
Take a look at it once. It is impossible to go to the embankment. They are literally forced to buy tickets to the museum with a visit to the embankment.

It's a wonderful place, even the air there is unusually fresh and clean. I just want to enjoy the moment. As for the dacha itself, the leader's taste was non-standard: Stalin disliked luxury and preferred a dry official style to it, so one cannot expect excessive pomposity in the design of his country residences. The summer residence of I. V. Stalin on Lake Ritsa does not break out of this rule either.
The dictator's museum surprised him. A Russian-speaking instructor told a lot of different details about Stalin. This is his house and the carriage he rode in. I was surprised by the last statement about the events of 2008.
Once you can visit both the cottage and the Ritsa Lake, on the shore of which the cottage is located. Quite an interesting tour, which is included in the price of the entrance ticket. You can walk around the building on your own, see the premises where the head of state lived and rested.
You can only enter with a guided tour, the ticket costs 250 rubles per adult. The girl guide tells a very interesting story, gives time for inspection, you can take pictures.
Lake Ritsa and the summer residence of I.V. Stalin are impressive! The tour costs 250 rubles in the country. Interesting but short. I recommend you to visit!
The place itself (nature) is very beautiful. There is not much to look at in the country (there is no presence of Stalin or Khrushchev as a person... They've only been there a few times. This is the same as any crowded place like any hotel.)
Pink toilets amuse everyone very much...
I recommend not to go into the cottage, but just take a walk along the embankment. There's not much to see there.
The place is of course very beautiful (lake. Ritz), but the traffic is quite large, and accordingly the prices are simply space.
A quiet, landscaped place. To walk around the territory and go to the museum 250 rubles. Even if there is no museum, it is also 250 rubles. Robbery! The entrance to the museum is guided according to the schedule.
It's a good place to visit and it's better to drive your own car. I think that the prices are high for such an excursion, the Abkhazians raise the price tag! The rest is affordable and worth the money. These places left a good impression.
We went on an excursion to Lake Ritsa.
We stopped at Stalin's dacha (entrance is paid separately 350 rubles) and Khrushchev's attached dacha. It was interesting to see the cottages of the general secretaries. It was probably great for the middle of the last century. And now it's getting moldy)) Large groups gather and the guide is not heard at all, and what is heard is not interesting (what kind of veneer is sheathed) . We just went and looked at it ourselves. Stalin has four bedrooms, a dining room, two bathrooms. Stalin himself was at this dacha five times in total. The view of the lake is of course gorgeous.
Everything would be fine if it weren't for the shameful sign in the cafe, how did they even think of making a cafe on a ledge on the embankment, it would be better to make a long road along the lake shore.
It takes a long time to get along a narrow broken road, which apparently remained from Stalin.
A tour of Stalin's country house is wonderful. To learn something new, to see something new. Even though everything is old, it's still interesting. One disadvantage is that there were a lot of people and while the guide was telling in one room, we were in a completely different room and I didn't hear half of the story
Lake Ritsa is much more interesting from the side of Stalin's dacha. The cottage itself is like a cottage. Take a boat on the lake, otherwise you won't see all the beauty.
It is very beautiful, the nature is magnificent, the water in the lake is clean and transparent, you can see the fish even at depth.
The guide conducts a tour of
I liked the cottage. In those years, to have such mansions with pink toilets and bathrooms. Billiard. Of course I'm shocked. Many people can only dream about it. It's worth a visit!

Lake Ritsa is a wonderful place. The cottage itself is so-so, but well done that they are restoring. The guide takes you around the house very quickly.

A special atmosphere, fabulous nature and an interesting place. If you walk through the forest, you will find pristine nature, and looking into the clear waters, a trout swimming. Every year we visit with our family for a couple of days, it's great both in summer and autumn.
The tour was very short, it felt like they showed only half of it (it was 20-39 minutes). Many rooms were not entered, but otherwise a very interesting place
We came here at the insistence of my son, he goes to school and loves history. We didn't really want to go, but as it turned out in vain: a beautiful place, there is a place to walk, sit and relax, take pictures. And also when buying a ticket for a tour of the dacha for a symbolic fee, you will learn a lot of interesting things. The guide, by the way, clearly and interestingly tells.
An interesting place, it is beautiful only when the lake is clean, the water is calm and the scenery is simply beautiful. The cottage itself is not very big, in my opinion, the cottage in Sochi in Matsesta is bigger and more interesting, but they say Stalin loved Abkhazia the most, but it's understandable, he is Georgian. This time the lake is very muddy, not such landscapes as I saw them for the first time, there are a lot of tourists, everything is put on stream :) It was the first time when there were no people at all.
Very beautiful places, it's worth a trip in 2023. entry to this zone costs 700 rubles/person (children are free), and if you go to Stalin's dacha +250rubles for a tour of the dacha, there are many interesting places where you can stay on the way to Stalin's dacha, you can easily get to the dacha by car, 80% of the road is asphalt
An interesting place. For some reason I thought it would be pretentious, but it turned out to be very simple. The bathrooms surprised me, reminded me of a surgical room. The Cottage seemed very uncomfortable and cold to me. The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. If possible, take a boat ride.
The nature is magnificent, the lake itself is beautiful. Arriving at the cottage, I was pleased with the free parking, very polite staff, an interesting excursion, the price for the tour is not large, the waiting time between excursions is 15 minutes. There is a cafe nearby, but we haven't been there. There is a free toilet.
The most gorgeous nature, the ideal time to visit - any time when there is no invasion of tourists. We were on the November holidays - yes, it's cool, but for that such a luxurious nature and without people!
The ritz is very beautiful, go and see how well we live now. The tour is a little short and the guide is not emotional, but interesting. Although it's not enough for this price.

In general, I liked everything, we watched it, took pictures. But there is only one thing, but this is a woman who sells tickets at the ticket office, they came up to pay by transfer, and she tells us there is no cash, turn around and go back, but after a little "conversation" she took out a sign from under the floor with a phone number for transfer to the Savings Bank.
P.S. we really did not have cash with us, we got used to that in Abkhazia everything is translated in the market, in the hospital, in shops, everywhere in general.
In fact, these are two tiny state dachas - Stalin and Khrushchev, which under Brezhnev were combined into one medium-sized state dachas. The ticket is inexpensive (around 200-300 rubles), its price includes on-site parking, a visit to the dacha with a guide and the opportunity to walk through a pleasant park with beautiful views of Lake Ritsa. In general, a good place, if you are going to the Ritz, then I advise you to visit the dacha.
In addition to the cottage, a cozy and specific place was opened here, I see to luck, in which we ate with friends together) Look at the cafe on the map, it is not visible from the pier.
A very beautiful place on the Ritz. It's private. You can stay overnight for 6k.
But the mattresses are terribly uncomfortable, please do something about it. The springs dig into the back.
A picturesque place. A visit to the cottage costs 400 rubles. The price includes the visit itself with an interesting tour and parking of your car. In addition, I recommend taking a catamaran here to look at the beauty opening from the water and take pictures.
A historic place, but it was possible not to go
The usual renovation inside, as in an ordinary grandmother's apartment
The view is beautiful, but they sold it to us as gorgeous, and in fact from an ordinary Soviet site the view is much better, both on the mountains and on the Ritz
Joseph Vissarionovich chose a chic place for himself .
The beauty is unearthly , waterfalls , lake , you can admire the views for an endless time . But the cottage itself doesn 't look very good. It could be restored .

It's a beautiful place , but we liked the road to it more, especially the canyon. Parking on the territory of the cottage is free. I advise you to visit.
It is interesting to visit the place with a guide. They will tell you about the cottage, interior decoration and its construction. The ticket is 200 rubles for 23 kopecks and the tour is 15 minutes. But after visiting these places, it's worth going in. Awesome chid on the Ritz
They knew how to choose a place perfectly! Very beautiful. A historic place, a beautiful mansion. They form groups, the guide tells interesting stories.
