They only charge money for that. At first, you pay for travel to the nature reserve, which is unreasonably expensive. And then for parking at this dacha.
I liked it even more than Stalin's Sochi dacha, although it was smaller and simpler. But the place and the area around it makes a picture. Well, the boat. And in general, a more relaxed attitude towards the exhibits. Get on the boat, get on the phone, call. Don't go to the toilets too much.
We were on an excursion in August 2021. The guide talked about Stalin in a very interesting way, and we were very satisfied. Nature is simply fascinating. But there were problems with parking, a lot of people, but this is a small thing. I recommend everyone to come here
Apart from nature, there is nothing to do and see in Abkhazia, including at Stalin's dacha. I am very sorry for the time, money, nerves and health spent. The locals tear into three skins, the wine is almost everywhere diluted concentrate, almost nowhere is there a delicious barbecue - just meat without marinade with spices, intrusive beach staff who every 5:They come up on jet skis for a few minutes and sell something, gypsies walking around the cafe and guessing. And for the final, poisoning.
Parking problems. The security staff is not well-mannered

It's beautiful, there's nothing you can't say, but you have to pay for everything, travel to the checkpoint at the Ritz is paid, parking is paid, to Stalin's cottage is also paid
A gorgeous, memorable historical place. The nature is amazing! The most beautiful lake Ritsa surrounded by majestic mountains! The purest air, the purest water. Lots of impressions! An opportunity to visit an interesting excursion at Stalin's dacha. A great place that you want to visit more than once.
A place with a history. Residence on the Lake shore. Remnants of the legacy of the Soviets. And here the Abkhazians are famous for their cafes))). The trip will take a couple of hours, there's not much to see.
They charge money for everything that is possible and impossible. You cannot approach the lake from the cottage, you must buy a ticket for the tour. Horror.
I was there on an excursion. I was struck by the simplicity and austerity of the interior of dasi. A beautiful natural place, beautiful, the view of the lake and the pier is very fascinating. If possible, visit!

This is a great alternative to the main lake promenade. The Ritz. The tour is only a small one.
There is Parking which is included in the price of the visit. But on the way to the Ritz they charge money for everything (there is no repeated desire to go)
Much more interesting than the Ritz itself, even the children liked it very much. The cottage is not very big, but it still retains the spirit of that time. Be sure to come by. The advantage will be free parking and no need to waste time at a stop near the lake, it can be viewed well from this shore.
I liked everything very much, neatly, cleanly, the general secretaries lived well in their time;
Spacious rooms, everything is minimalistic, the view is simply gorgeous on the lake itself
The place is worth visiting and touching the history. Then you can read in more detail about that time and about this object.
No matter how much we are told that Stalin was a modest man, but five dachas in Abkhazia may indicate the opposite.
They are finishing off the inheritance of the leader.
No restoration.
Lazy.

I can't say that I was delighted with the visit. Along the way, after visiting the Rizza, you can stop by. It's definitely not worth going there specifically for her sake. The tour lasts 15-20 minutes in time and this is quite enough. The guide is 5, by the way. Everything is brief to the point and without unnecessary explanations. We took a quick look at everything and got out of there.
I do not advise you to listen to local well-wishers that there is an awesome cafe next door with which the president of Abkhazia himself almost eats. The kitchen is disgusting and they force you to try trout from the lake, also disgusting from the microwave..! In general, they gave 2450 for it from the microwave and left hungry , most importantly, the child was brought a spicy hodgepodge that not every adult will eat it. The places are certainly beautiful. And the locals look at Russians as a purse full of money that needs to be wiped out. Such moments spoil all impressions..! The guide is a young girl with an unusual accent, beautifully tells- well done!
The story is in all its glory ... but there is a monotonous one - they do not monitor the condition of the buildings, they are gradually being destroyed
The visit is only with a guide. The interior is very similar. The territory is very mediocre. View of the islandThe ritz on the observation deck is better than here.
Stalin is the clearest man ... a story that amazes, the house is very atmospheric, a lot of interesting things, I advise 200 rubles the cost of the tour
We were in August 2021.
Interesting, beautiful, atmospheric.
The food in the cafe is of decent quality, but I would like better service. The employees are probably very tired.
