+they are cleaned well, if you say that you do not like them, they will be removed / replaced (carpentry, bedding, etc.).
Of the cons:
- there were no slippers and washing accessories (toothpaste and brush) at check-in - they were given after I only asked,
- the refrigerator did not work in the room (the door did not close and it did not cool) - they promised to change it the next day, as a result they did not change it,
- the shower did not work well - the water came from two watering cans at the same time and there was no pressure at all (the switch between them was broken), they made it so that only the manual one worked, they did not come, they did not finish the working one so that the upper one also worked,
-a large and hilly territory - it is not convenient to get from the room to the reception and the main pool, It takes a lot of time to wait for the bus,
- they called the phone number for several days, 2 times by mistake, one was woken up late in the evening,
- on the penultimate day they said they would change the number, but at the reception they were not aware who called, it was not clear, and there was no point in changing it, only to carry a suitcase back and forth,
- a lot of unpleasant fuss,
- the staff speaks Russian, but does not understand,
- I took a massage complex, where each session included: sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, massage and face mask, the first time everything went well, then they took me only for massage and mask, clarified once again about what is included in the complex and for what It's been cleared, it's been confirmed that everything is included. The massage itself is normal, but against this background, the impression has deteriorated.

Everything is super, BUT this is a purely family hotel,a lot of small children, infants, kindergarten.

We had a vacation in August 2024. They put us in the 8th building. This building is the closest to the sea, but the furthest from the reception and the restaurant. The building has not been renovated. The furniture and plumbing are in a depressing state. The air conditioner works like a tractor, but it hardly cools the room. There is also excessive humidity in the room. The cherry was the fact that we were not alone in the room. A mouse and cockroaches lived there with us. The mouse occasionally disturbed sleep and scared the children. There was only one answer to all the requests to relocate us: there are no places! Although it was obvious that there were quite a lot of empty rooms in the hotel. He offered to move us for money, but it didn't help either. Tellingly, almost all Russian speakers are housed in the 8th building. Keep this in mind!
Of the advantages, I can mention a good homemade reef, normal food, good and positive bartenders and waiters in bars and restaurants. There is a shopping street next to the hotel.
There is practically no animation..
Conclusion: I will not return to this hotel again.

At the moment (02/07/2024) the main reception and the large swimming pool are closed for repairs, the staff say they will open by the summer, the repair does not interfere with rest in any way.
A very good beach with access through panton, a beautiful reef with a lot of fish, you can go left and get to the beach with a smooth sandy approach from the shore.
There are two bars and a burger joint near the beach.
There is also another small swimming pool on the territory, in February the water was about 25 degrees.
There are also a la carte restaurants in the hotel, I strongly advise you to visit sea food.
In terms of entertainment, yoga is performed every morning, volleyball is played in the afternoon , and small performances and games are held in the evening . There are no super moves , the hotel is more for a quiet holiday .

We were here in November 2023.
Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel was not five stars, as promised, but four. And then, if they don't fix it, there will be three. It's beautiful on the outside, but inside it's devastation. The guide was introduced in the hall, where the wallpaper and chairs fell off from an abandoned theater, the room was all dead (chips, cracks, the smell of sewage) pigeons walked on the roof and disturbed sleep.
The food is decent, but it was hard to find a place for us in the dining room. We had to move the tables ourselves, look for appliances. Bartenders are generally a separate topic. They can be rude, something is constantly running out. In case of a problem, all staff forgets the Russian language.
What saved us was that we were a company and tried not to pay attention to everything that was happening. The tour for four cost 500,000. It's a little expensive for such conditions.

Positive: the food is delicious, bottled drinking water without restrictions, the sea is clean, a huge number of different fish, not far from the shore, so I do not advise you to go somewhere on a yacht for an excursion: there is no landscape, a solid desert, there are no fish either, apparently yachts scare them.There are entertainment programs, close to the airport.Not far from the hotel is a market where you can buy clothes, mangoes, and medicines (by the way, very good quality).
Minuses:if you live in the main building, where there is a dining room,very old rooms, they are 25-30 years old, creaky beds,hard mattresses,a bath in mold with peeling enamel, the air conditioner is covered with oily stuck dust and spits everything on the bed. It was very dirty, I cleaned myself, because it was impossible to achieve cleanliness, they do not know how to clean at all.Far from the sea, but the bus carries very often.If the windows overlook the sea, the view is beautiful, but you will definitely not fall asleep until 23.00, because the music rumbles even with the balcony closed.If you go there, it's only for the beauty of the sea and diving, and you need to buy rooms in bungalows on the first line.

We checked into this hotel today. Check-in after 15.00, we arrived at the hotel at 15.30, waited for about an hour until we were given the keys to the room. We arrived with two children, we were offered to upgrade the room to a two-room room for only $ 400, my husband and I laughed and said that it was cheaper to buy a two-room room from the tour operator at once.

As for the room, we received and booked a room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for children. A large adult bed is all broken up with a sagging mattress, this is the first time I've seen such a mattress in a hotel,(although not a small travel experience), we were given only 2 towels for 4 people, they have already talked about towels 5 times at the reception, they promise, but they do not do it.
The staff is really friendly, but apart from greetings, they don't do much.
Still, we somehow made it to dinner, the food is so-so, everything looks beautiful, but not at all tasty, everything is cold, even the chicken tastes like rubber.
The hotel clearly does not even reach a good 4*, but for some reason it is sold as a 5*. He's not worth the money at all, a big disappointment.

There is a lot of food, in principle, you can always find goodies.
Afigennyj Mongolian restaurant a la carte. Be sure to go. But Chinese is about nothing. And burgers on the beach in the evening are awesome. It is also necessary to register there in advance.
The situation with fruits is so-so, we arrived in mango season, but it could only be bought for $ 3 apiece, so we went to the market next to the hotel and bought $ 1 per kg.

We are vacationing with the company right now on April 30, 2024, respectively, this is probably the most objective review.
I want to say right away that we are a very cheerful and positive company, we have been to many places and there is something to compare with hotels in Egypt in particular.
1. Let's start with the fact that you are greeted by a kick-ass reception with cheap decorations, since the main entrance with stained glass windows, which is shown in all photos of the hotel, is under restoration as well as the main largest swimming pool and this is technically silent on the site.
2. The room stock in the 8000 building is tired, There are no hair balms in the rooms, cleaning for 3, in principle it will work. All the disadvantages of the room are covered by a magnificent view of the sea.
3. The food is not bad without frills for 3, there is a variety in principle, you will definitely not stay hungry, there are no bars with snacks between main meals in the main restaurant. One of the advantages of the restaurant is that the air conditioning works well.
4. There are enough sun loungers on the beach, there are small pebbles entering the sea, you can swim no further than 1 meter not far away, of course it will not be convenient with children, there is also a pantone. There is only one shower room at the exit from the sea, but after passing through the beach there is not a single place where you can wash your feet from the sand. There's only one toilet on the whole beach and it's a shitty one.
5. Animation is like everywhere else miss hotel and so on. We can say that there is none. There is no disco in the evening.
6. Alcohol is shit and that says it all, someone can say that we don't go there to drink, I immediately answer that we do too, but if we really wanted to drink a good quality drink, and don't understand what kind of stuff.

There is a separate song about the entrance to the reef: they are not allowed to enter from the beach even in a slipper, you cannot swim from the shore!!! One bridge to enter the reef for the entire hotel!!! And unfortunately there is nothing to look at the reef ((( unfortunately there is no sandy beach for children at all, what is there is almost outside the hotel, it is very far to go there with children. The masks were bought there, there is a street with shops outside the hotel (I do not remember the price, but it is not more expensive than in Moscow on marketplaces).
- The territory is large, there are many stairs, a minibus runs through the territory, which is usually used to drive from the beach to restaurants and back. But sometimes you had to wait a long time and there were many people who wanted to leave on it.
The staff is friendly, there are many animators who speak Russian, Italian, and English. They didn't notice any bias towards Russians, everything is friendly.

We were at the end of August 23rd.the room was given not very cozy and there was a construction site nearby. Well, that's okay. The food is monotonous and very terribly tasteless. Both my husband and I felt bad after a couple of days. There is practically no choice, seafood too. Everything is fat and the same. In general, the food is terrible, and there is nothing at all nearby, like cafes and so on, to go and go to the center. Well, the animation is just 0. There was a small kind of show, no. No disco, no normal performances, after 21.00 it is very, very boring. Well, in general, it's not 5 stars, I wouldn't go a second time

4. There is a lot of food, but it is very monotonous.
5. Of course, the "gypsies" on the beach want to cheat. In the photo, a certain Walid, we nicknamed him "Fifty Saint", So with him only money is in the calculation, he carried the change for the tour for 3 days. As a result, I did not give 50 cents. Of course we forgave him for them.
6. Not everyone understands Russian at the reception.

A huge territory, green, clean, well-groomed. The staff is very polite. Delicious and varied food. It's a wonderful reef of its own. Wonderful sandy beaches. There are two swimming pools, one of which is located near the main building. The second one is in a quieter place for relaxation. There are slides and at certain hours the waves turn on in the pool. There are two buses constantly running from the beach to the reception and back. The rooms are clean, towels are replaced every day. In general, I really liked the hotel. I recommend it to everyone!
