We went to the clinic with our youngest family member, Snowball the cat, who was in a serious condition caused by kidney damage. They were sent straight to the hospital with very poor test results. For more than three weeks, together with the Doctors, sincerely believing in success, they tried to overcome the disease. Unfortunately, the result was a difficult decision on euthanasia. I want to write my first review in my life, namely about the "wonderful" surgeon Balyuk A.N. If you have a beloved pet and he needs help, then you better look for another doctor.
They found a newborn kitten on the street, immediately, as responsible people, took it to the clinic to see the state of health and get recommendations on feeding and care. During all this time, the kitten was in clinics 5 times, and not because something was wrong with him, but because we are very anxious people and wanted to make sure that the kitten was growing healthy and we were doing everything right. All the doctors said that everything is fine with the kitten, that he has a small hernia, but this does not threaten his health in any way and then such hernias are easily repaired during castration surgery.
06/12/2024 the kitten was brought to this clinic, before the arrival the kitten was active, ate well, played, crawled. They applied because the kitten did not go to the toilet during the day, which turned out to be not critical at all, and this is normal for small kittens. During the examination, the "doctor" pressed this hernia on a 15-day-old kitten with all his might!!!! The kitten screamed a lot, but this did not stop him, he said that everything was fine with the kitten, they sent us home to observe that the hernia was not growing much. I am a doctor myself, I graduated from a medical university, and I can say with confidence that it was not a pinched hernia, anticipating the clinic's response. After the reception, the kitten immediately stopped eating normally, became sluggish and died in the morning. An incompetent doctor of this clinic broke 15 days of sleepless nights, constant care, nerves and great love for the kitten. If you have a non-standard situation and you need really competent specialist help, you are definitely not here. There is no way to return the kitten, but maybe my review will be able to protect someone from such a situation.

I liked the clinic. But I've only been to one doctor. At the nephrologist Dmitry Sergeevich Morchenko. My cat has kidney problems, with severe seizures. She has kidney stones and ureters like in the Ural Mountains. But she feels much better. And she behaves more calmly after the reception, he knows how to communicate with cats, this is very important. And the treatment was prescribed from 2 drugs, not 5, which are unrealistic to cram into some animals.
The prices for services are probably slightly higher than in the previous clinic (it is not cheap). But all the amounts were discussed with me before each service was provided.
My only wish is that the services should also be separately prescribed in the receipt, and not the general receipt.

Despite the sad end of the story, I still want to express my gratitude to the clinic, and especially to Olga Alexandrovna Sodel (who was constantly in touch day and night and gave solutions) and to the doctor Dmitry Sergeevich it seems (who chewed and put everything on the shelves with the cat and what are the real forecasts). For trying to support (and not only them, but also other doctors) in a difficult situation until the very end.
In September, they fought for the life of my cat Ginger for 10 days, but unfortunately they could not save him.
All the staff, from administrators to doctors, really tried to help him, answered all questions day and night, always tried to behave as correctly, politely and professionally as possible.
I don't know if the situation could have turned out differently (I think not). However, in those circumstances, everyone did their best to help my fluffy sun.
p.s. To everyone who will read this review, I advise you just not to forget to bring your pet to the "diagnosis" at least once a year, even if he is still very small and seemingly healthy. After all, he will never tell you and maybe not even show you that he has a pain.

I didn't like the clinic terribly. We went to a doctor's consultation, had an ultrasound, but I never heard the diagnosis. But I didn't like them in general - the prices are high, but they save on everything. The vet clinic resembles the cheapest office. I didn't see the treatment room - the blood was taken right in the corner of the therapist, they didn't even put a disposable diaper on. There was also no appropriate equipped place. The test tubes were falling-it's good that at least they weren't with blood. When the injection was given, the doctor went to another office, took the medicine there and returned through the corridor. If an assistant came to take the blood, who held the cat, then I had to hold it when I was injected, and, of course, the cat scratched me. To which the doctor calmly replied that it was very unexpected. Although I said before that the injection was very unpleasant. My wound was treated only after my request with Chlorhexidine and they didn't even find a normal patch. Now about the ultrasound room. The same office, only the phone and the couch were added. The doctor does not even have a table near the device where you can put and put the necessary materials - everything is on the windowsill. Animals are wiped after ultrasound with the cheapest toilet paper, not even paper towels. I would understand if such conditions were in a budget clinic somewhere in the district center. But this is Minsk and the price category of this vet clinic is quite high. And I really didn't like the article on the site where they justify their high prices. I didn't see any of their advantages. The diagnosis was not made, and the conditions, in my opinion, do not meet the sanitary requirements for the organization of veterinary services.

I am very grateful to the clinic staff for their friendly, competent, professional attitude towards my dog. We got to the clinic at night, after my dog was hit by a car, we were received in a timely manner, provided all the necessary assistance, after which they placed us in a hospital, told about the consequences and what could happen next. The dog spent 3 days in the hospital and we took our baby home, absolutely healthy. Everyone writes about the cost here, but I would like to ask people, have you applied to other clinics? There, the cost per day starts from 800 rubles, this is with minimal expenses, but here we paid about 300 to 500 rubles per day and this is already with examinations and analyzes, and believe me we had a lot of them!!!
Every evening we sent invoices in which all manipulations were indicated.
