I only adjusted the color of the upholstery, as I doubted, I made an advance payment, the bed was with a lifting mechanism and a niche for linen, the cost, respectively, is also higher than without a mechanism. Then I contacted the deadlines myself and agreed on the delivery date a few weeks in advance, asked about the assembly, I was told that the assembler could not be contacted, and he himself would contact me only after delivery. On the day of delivery, I was informed that their car had broken down and the delivery date was postponed for two days, when I asked about the assembly, they assured me that he would keep the same date, but when I then the next day, since no one contacted me, I began to clarify this, they replied, that the assembly will be only 3 days after the new delivery date. Well, then the most interesting thing, as a result, I was delivered a bed without a mechanism and a niche, when I began to call and write to the quality department, they said that I would probably have to wait another month or more, unless such a bed was not in pre-order, then they offered to assemble this one and take the mechanism, for a second I had at that moment, there was no normal sleeping place, no place where you can fold your laundry. I had to return this bed and the money, I left the mattress, and order another bed elsewhere, which was delivered to me promptly in three days and immediately assembled. The conclusion is that the service and the attitude towards the customer are at zero. There is no longer any desire to contact this company, but the whole point is in the managers, who in 2 months could not verify the cost and clarify the configuration with me, I wrote only after making an advance payment, there was no initiative on that side.

We ordered an Erwin-3 sofa for the office. The consultant was polite, told everything in detail, billed quickly, and said about 20 working days on time. Upon arrival of the goods at the warehouse, I was contacted, and the delivery date was set for Thursday. I specified the delivery time from 9-15. On Thursday, the movers informed me that they could not bring me at the appointed time and offered to postpone it to Friday. On Friday, the order was not delivered, while the call center twice called me the wrong number of the loader, and the loader himself did not answer the calls. I was not contacted in any way either before or after that day to warn that there would be no delivery. On Monday, I contacted the call center on my own, it turned out that they simply forgot to deliver on Friday and the nearest one will be only in 2 days. At the same time, we paid for the delivery. The sofa was brought in a cardboard package, the movers unpacked only the top, left the bottom, while throwing cardboard and film on the floor (to unpack the bottom, you need to lift the sofa, and only girls are in the team). There were some black marks on the armrest and back of the sofa, and the sofa itself was in some kind of dust, the movers said that if it did not wash off, they would replace the sofa. Unpleasant:(

In order not to describe everything in detail, I will write briefly about the disadvantages: we were able to deliver everything correctly only from the 3rd time, the product was defective every 3 times (unreliable packaging), there was dirt on the upholstery, and a punched linen drawer. After a month of use, folds have already appeared on the sofa, the fabric has stretched. When assembling the chair, problems arose that could not be solved by phone (I had to write to the VKontakte chat site, look for it myself). During the consultation, they said that the divorces on the sofa would not be visible if you held your hand over it (this, of course, is not true). For a month now, we have been airing a room with new furniture for a long time, since the unpleasant smell was initially quite strong, it is gradually eroding.

Immediately after unpacking, they began to assemble and were shocked: all the parts were incorrectly labeled, and the shelves that were assembled in the first place could not be assembled because the parts were defective. They wrote to the marriage department. A woman called, said in a kind voice, "don't worry, we'll do everything before two weeks and deliver it to you." It's been over two weeks. No calls with apologies that the deadlines are delayed. We start writing to the marriage department, there is always one answer: we are waiting for a car. As a result: tomorrow 22.02. Exactly a month since we applied for marriage. According to article 23 (replacement of goods of inadequate quality), the manufacturer is obliged to provide the part within a month if it is not available. If there are no details tomorrow, we go to court. A month of nerves, the service is disgusting!!!
PS. We did not immediately check the rest of the shelf, it turned out that one of them has two healthy scratches right on the front side. I don't have the words. Naturally, with such a service, there is no point in requesting a part. Now you can also waste your nerves and time to eliminate scratches!!
