We are currently staying at this hotel (08/20/24). Before that, we were at Dobedan in Side for two years in a row (an excellent chamber hotel with a disputed beach). But this year we decided to have new experiences and a clean sea. After all, the sea is much cleaner in the Kemer area. And we didn't regret it, the hotel is wonderful.
The territory and location are 5+.
It is large, very green, well-groomed, well thought out. Great pools, water park, swans. flamingos, shops.....in general, everything is there and everything is super!
Kemer is nearby, 10 -15 minutes by bus.

Large main restaurant, excellent food. I do not agree with previous reviews on the staff - and they themselves come up with drinks and you can call, bring wine (and pour a glass and leave the whole bottle) and juices. Well, yes - they are sewn up periodically, well, the hotel is full. But no one ignores us.
There are a lot of bars on the territory. different. Conveniently located.
There are a la carte maps, but we don't walk on them. I can't say anything.

We got what we wanted. A large beach with the purest sea. Now the water is 29-30 degrees. There are a lot of sun beds. The pier. Pebbles. Special floorings for entering the water. Water sports. Volleyball. Clear. The sea is deep at once.

Great for adults/teens/kids. The show in the evening. Concerts of the stars.
Rooms 4-.
The only thing I don't like. The rooms are tired. There are two buildings after repair, but we are in another building. There are many minor flaws in the number, they affect the convenience.
But I hope they will renovate all the buildings. Against the background of the other advantages, this minus did not spoil the mood.
Cleaning 5.
So far at 5. I disagree again with other reviews. Already on the second day, our bed linen was changed, we were even surprised. But they forgot to put one towel on. They called the reception - they brought it to us. On the third day, I tipped the cleaner $2. And accidentally returned to the room just as she was cleaning. She thanked me so much. which has already become uncomfortable.

I give the reception 4 only for unsmiling. They do everything, but they almost don't smile.
The rest are 5. Everyone is friendly.
Summary: the hotel is wonderful, suitable for families, couples, and with children of all ages.

- there are not enough umbrellas in the large pool area (despite the fact that there are enough sun beds)

I stayed at this hotel in October 2024 with my parents. They are resting in it for the second time, they really like it, they are happy to return and want more. For me, as a travel agent, this hotel is very good in its price/quality category, especially since they now have a renovation plan until 2029. The hotel has a famous Starbucks coffee shop, which never runs out of queues, which already speaks about taste and quality. For me, the highlight of the hotel are the people who work in it, such responsive, kind, friendly staff, they are the ones who make this hotel special and create a comfortable environment that you want to return to. I would like to mention the food at the hotel, it is without frills, but always delicious, homemade, high-quality. Good cleaning. The restaurant is always clean, despite the large number of guests. I really liked the animation program, and especially the daytime animation at the main pool, I have never met so many people involved in all the activities. The feature of the hotel, of course, is the constant concert program of popular stars. All the tourists I sent to this hotel write me positive reviews about it.

The hotel is not bad, it takes its location and the beach. The sea is beautiful and clean. The rooms are decent, but I had to pay extra on the spot. The reception and the girls from the guest relationship are very polite and attentive. But! Meals for 3+, there is no service in the restaurant at all. There are no waiters at breakfast, we had to bring coffee ourselves. The service in general in the hotel is simply lacking, it seems to be absent. I would like to listen to good live music after dinner, some terrible concerts, the music was live a couple of times, just disgusting. Although there is a playground by the sea. In general, Alva donna in Side is older, but the kitchen and service are better. The audience is Russians and Kazakhs who drink vodka from morning to night. There are practically no foreigners. It's frustrating.

We had a rest from October 16 to October 23, 2024. The huge territory of the hotel is green and well maintained. We lived in a building with improved rooms, we booked one initially, because it had recently been renovated. The room, food and entertainment met our expectations. The food was for every taste, and there were no digestive problems. Alcohol was fine, they mostly drank martinis and Baileys liqueur. The evening entertainment is mostly spectacular, some enjoyed it a lot, some less. Strictly until 11 p.m. In the afternoon I went to aqua classes in the pool, trampoline classes and cross-jumping in the fitness center - I liked everything. The husband "lived" on the volleyball court
This time the weather was windy, but the sea is still warm.
There were some joints, but we didn't even dwell on it (somewhere a corner near the walls was knocked off, the waiter didn't come for lunch for a long time, etc.)

Nice hotel, vacationed with friends in June 2024,huge territory, very well maintained and green.clean beach and sea.
A variety of food, a large selection of salads, meat dishes,fish,shrimp,side dishes,fruits, vegetables, desserts and drinks, everything was enough.
Thanks to the children's animators and the children's club, they work perfectly.
One of the disadvantages is that the rooms are very poorly cleaned, I had to call constantly and complain, for 2 weeks of stay, the balcony in the room was not cleaned once ((((

That is, I remembered about the shirt two hours after leaving the room (check-out at 12.00)!!!!!! That's it, there's no shirt and no ends either. Everyone, smiling, spread their hands and goodbye.

Great hotel. The sea is always transparent. Pools, slides, children's, adults. A large green area. The food is varied and delicious. Acrobats perform very interesting every evening, then there is a disco. Once a week, a concert by one of the Russian stars. Hannah came with us. I liked the concert. The booze is all good. We rested at Dobedan World Palace from October 12th to 18th. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30, checked in at 13 o'clock.
We lived in a Superior Standard Room. The room is clean, spacious, new furniture. It was cleaned daily.
The hotel is clean, the waiters ride roller skates, deliver drinks. There are also many snack bars: burger joint, Starbucks, pizza, pasta, pastry shop, gozleme and much more. You can always take ice cream and water, which is located in the refrigerators.
The main restaurant of the hotel has a different cuisine every evening. We found shrimp, Uzbek pilaf, Turkish cuisine. There are separate tables and special food for children. Everything is very tasty, high-quality, diverse. I really liked the way the waiter serves the Tunai. An attentive man, when they came, always brought water with lemon and freshly squeezed orange juice — something that we love. The tables he serves have always been clean.
The territory of Dobedan beach is clean and well maintained. There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach, there was always enough space, a pier with mattresses. There are also tents for an additional fee, they are located separately from all sun loungers.
In addition, there are three restaurants on site: Turkish, Italian and fish. We visited a Turkish restaurant: lots of food, everything is very tasty, good service.
As for animation, there are children's and adult ones. The animators conducted various activities in the mini-club. The children had the opportunity to ride a banana. In the evening, they showed their numbers and danced to famous songs.
For adults, there were competitions on trampolines, surf and much more during the day. New games every day. You could also play darts, volleyball, boccia, go to fitness training both in the pool and in the gym.
The show started at 21:00. Various bands performed. It's always been interesting. After that there were discos.
We also caught a concert by Alex and Rus.
We were very satisfied with the rest. We hope to return more than once.

The best hotel where my family and I have been during our stay in Turkey. This is our 5th trip to this country.
The food is top-notch, the service is too. There is a lot of varied food for children. Alcohol is also of high quality, especially in the lobby bar.
Drinks, chips, beer are all free in the rooms and are replenished every day, and you can replenish it on a call.
The sea is clear. Ice cream, pizza, baby kortoshka, shawarma, etc., there is even a Starbucks.

We stayed at the hotel as a couple in early October 2024.
The hotel was not impressed, either the expectations were too high, or there is something to compare it with!
The service of this hotel does not stretch to the top five of a Turkish hotel. There was a shortage of staff everywhere, and there were huge queues at bars.
The advantages will be brief: a long boardwalk, a cozy lobby area, evening animation at the stage, fitness, aqua aerobics, food.
Minuses:
Dirty, ruined public toilets, it was disgusting to go there. The bins were overflowing with toilet paper, mold in the sink area, and there wasn't always toilet paper. Even the renovated toilets already have mold and plaque.
The staff at the main restaurant (waiters) only works for the currency. And so they just won't notice you, they'll forget what you asked to bring, you have to call, come up, ask.... I am attaching a photo, let the administration know its heroes, because of which it is losing its rating. But in principle, is there one? There is no management in this hotel. No one is friendly.
Only in this case, the breakfast cleaner can afford to wash the floors near your table, then come up and take a napkin from your table with dirty hands holding a broom with a dustpan in front of your face- without even saying sorry.
Cleaning the territory, washing the steps leading down to the main restaurant begins at breakfast, when all the guests come down the steps together during rush hour and stumble over a mop.
A very cozy Benjamin cafe, with delicious pastries and a wonderful atmosphere, where chefs can afford to hold a mobile phone in one hand and put the filling in a pancake with the other hand, as well as work without gloves.
The main restaurant is very noisy, it looks like an ordinary dining room after renovation. There is no Turkish charm. To find a table on the street, you need to complete a whole quest, since it is not possible to sit inside, it is worth op.
The room is not renovated, but it is clear that they tried to refresh it. We went to the toilet tank, asked for a locksmith, and the plumber came twice. In the end, he didn't do it, we resigned ourselves and turned off the water at night because it interfered with sleep.
Room cleaning is normal, towels were changed every day, detergent was added every other day.
I had enough food, everything is delicious, don't expect any frills, but you won't stay hungry either.
There is a queue at the bars, as there are one or two bartenders.
The alcohol in the bars is different, but if you want imported, there is a large selection in the lobby bar (Jack Daniels is only there). Cocktails drank aperol, mojito-norm.
The beach is big, we didn't go to occupy the sun beds early, there was enough. The sun beds are very close to each other, so we took them out and put them by the water.
The territory is large, but neglected. The flower beds only at the entrance are well maintained.
After this hotel, I lost the desire to visit Turkey for a couple of years!

The hotel is amazing. This is our 2nd time here, before that we were a year ago. We returned, and we were satisfied. But this year it's getting worse.

We stayed at this hotel from 05.10. to 11.10.2024. Room 6427 is a family room. The room is small, the repairs are simply not done neatly, the bathtub is very small, the air conditioner does not work at all during the day.
There are a lot of vacationers.
The food is normal. In the morning and at lunch, the table can be found in the main restaurant, but for dinner, if you stay 10 minutes before opening, then all the tables will be occupied. There are queues everywhere for food.
On alcohol: they don't know how to make cocktails anywhere, they make a mess.
Starbucks: it opens at 10:00 and there is always a queue at this time. After 11-00, you can take it freely.
The Ala-kart Italian restaurant is good and delicious.
Beach: the sunbeds are dirty, some man walks around and wipes only the tables. The small pebbles are dirty, all the shoes are then covered in gray dust, shoes had to be washed every day (slates). It is good that there is a pier from which it is convenient to enter the sea.

No rest and silence or how to sleep with earplugs in Dobedan World Palace Kemer, April 2025
I chose the hotel based on video reviews, reviews and recommendations from friends. In reality, the rest turned out to be far from the ideas.
Room and comfort
We moved into a room above the category — instead of the superior standard, we were given a superior quad. The room is clean, with a new floor and a fresh renovation. But in April, the hotel is cold — the air conditioning is only for cooling. They asked for a heater and second blankets. The extractor hood in the bathroom wasn't working, and they couldn't fix it.
The audibility is high: from the balcony you can hear a waterfall, swans (who scream at 5 a.m.), employees and guests. Even with earplugs, it's hard to fall asleep. Especially when the generator was turned on at 5 a.m. on the day of departure — and this could also be heard through the windows and earplugs!!!
Additionally— there was an unpleasant moment: there was an oilcloth under the sheet, which made it hot and uncomfortable to sleep.
Food and drinks
The food is delicious, the choice is good: grilled meat, fish, pilaf, sweets. Fruits in early April are modest — apples, bananas, oranges, kiwis. There were strawberries, but they weren't always sweet.
There is a diet table, I did not pay attention to the children's table.
There is a dot with the Starbucks logo on the territory, but this has nothing to do with real coffee. An ordinary coffee machine, like in a dining room.
Alcohol was at the "average" level: wine and beer were normal, and my head didn't hurt. But cocktails are a weak spot. For example, "Aperol" is just a strange mixture, strawberry daiquiri is vodka with syrup. You can't order drinks using a QR code, just look at the menu.
Animation
I was without children, but I saw how well the animators worked: the children were involved, the adults were also not bored — evening music, karaoke, daytime activities.
SPA
Before the trip, I contacted the SPA in advance, made an appointment for peeling and massage. The peeling was done in a separate room, the condition of which leaves much to be desired — the ceiling is old, the furniture is tired.
The massage was a "relaxation", but without warning, the master began to make sudden movements and "cracked" her back. Mom had bruises after the massage.
The hammam is pleasant if you get there when there are few people. Sauna, steam room — they work. The indoor pool is more like a sanatorium)). In the locker room, the lockers open by simply going through the code — mom's closet was opened while I was having a massage.
Territory and accommodation
The territory is compact. Several buildings, some of them were still under repair in April 2025 (1-2 buildings). In buildings 5-6, the sun does not fall on the balcony, and the view of the fence is from building 6 and the swimups. At the 5th on swans, a children's water park.
Important: in April, the swim-up pools are heated, although the reviews said no, that's why I didn't take such a room, which I regretted.
Beach
The pier is under repair at the beginning of the season, the entrance to the water is pebbly, it's hard without special shoes. The sea was very cold in early April, but there were people who wanted to swim. The sun beds are comfortable, but the "boars" (tents) they stood to the side and looked unkempt.
Conclusion
The hotel did not meet expectations. Despite the new room, the food and the active animation, the main thing — rest and relaxation — was not here. Constant noise, sleep problems, questionable SPA and flaws in the service spoil the impression. I don't want to repeat such a vacation.

I flew to this hotel for a vacation.
Every day there was a varied themed buffet, I recommend churros and French fries from the food.
Very beautiful beach and shore. Overall, the impressions were only good. Starbucks coffee is made on site. If you go outside the territory, there is a small market with everything you need (pharmacies, souvenirs, baklava, clothes)
There are flamingos and black swans on site.

An ideal hotel where you can relax with children! There is an amphitheater where very interesting shows and discos take place. The service here is simply gorgeous, there is also a main restaurant with very tasty food, the rooms also impress me very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming to visitors. I want to share my impressions about the Dobedan hotel in Kemer. We went in early October 2024. I really liked the hotel! We rested in it for the first time and did not regret it! The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, it is immediately clear that the gardeners know their business! The highlight of the hotel is the black swans and flamingos! The beach is clean, big, there is enough space for everyone. The sea is awesome, clean, warm, the temperature is 27 C. The food at the hotel is varied and delicious. The service is excellent, fast, thanks to the waiters for that! They run unnoticed between the tables, quickly clean up, cover with clean napkins. Room cleaning for 5 . They clean every day, bed linen is changed every other day, towels every day. There was no dust under the beds, the room was kept to a minimum. The bar is replenished every day. There are many cafes on the territory, alcohol is imported and local, but the life-giving dollar worked wonders at the beginning of the season. In the bars at the hotel, only imported Chivas Regal 12-year-old and Baileys were poured. And what delicious exclusive alcoholic cocktails the Gamze bartender made in the Lobby bar, just amazing! A very nice, sweet girl! I recommend it! I would like to mention the manager Diana. Solves all issues instantly, is pleasant to communicate with and dedicated to her work. Every evening there are entertainment programs, we got to the Burrito concert. There are many shops outside the territory, which is very convenient for vacationers. Great animation team, thank you very much! In general, we liked the hotel and we will definitely visit it again, and more than once!

An ideal family hotel, with a large clean well-maintained territory, friendly and friendly staff, insanely delicious food breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks. Animation is just a delight - every day there are new shows, performances and concerts. The rooms were clean and comfortable, our room had a view of the garden. The children's aqua zone is gorgeous. The beach is pebbly- you need aquashouses so that it doesn't hurt to walk. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children :) Love at first sight!
