We are staying at the hotel from October 7 to October 13, 2024. The room after renovation (building 6) is excellent, extremely clean, comfortable, everything works, they clean up carelessly every day. There are many beach cafes, there is always something to eat. Nice beach with a pier. Almost everything you need for a comfortable stay seems to be there, if not for a couple of "buts" - for smokers it's just a heavenly place, smoke wherever you want, even if the signs are "Do not smoke". The hotel administration apparently lives in another place on this issue, they are doing well. Naturally, everyone is in the same place. It seems that those who do not suffer from this habit are in the wild minority. They smoke in a restaurant, in cafes, bars, on the pier and the beach, just on the territory, there are children or other people nearby, with asthma, for example, or other health problems, whatever. Only in the sea they were not seen. At the expense of Ultra All, only local drinks are free, no one could explain how it differs from non-Ultra. I talked about this topic for a long time in a chat with the hotel manager. What they write is at odds with reality. 24/7 meals - I did not find, A la Card restaurant - only for a narrow range of categories (.... DR, wedding, newlyweds, at least 5 check-ins at the hotel before that....). Why then sell like Ultra??? That's why it's minus two stars. I wrote the review while I was still at the hotel. Maybe it will be useful for someone when planning a vacation.

the biggest minus of this hotel is the staff, guest accommodation is a good name, don't turn to anything- in response, you need to go there, not to us. Well, the question is, then why do you and what are your functions, send out questionnaires?
Cleaning- there is no cleaning in principle, they moved into a room with dirty floors, removed it from, or rather washed it only after a week for the third time, until she personally pointed her finger. Basically, it's just changing towels and taking out the trash, that's all.
The waiters in the restaurant are probably the only ones who are trying at least somehow.
Meals for 4- there is a lot of food, but you will not find veal or beef, only in stewed form. Basically, only chicken is made from pure meat. I also did not have enough Turkish dishes in the form of spreads (in the form of pastes with herbs, olives, etc., probably meze). And lightly salted red fish for breakfast.
There are many bars, coffee shops where you can drink tea, coffee, and eat a cake. In bars, cocktails are mainly made from local alcohol, wines in restaurants for dinner, lunch, are also local., but quite nothing. There were no fruity Turkish wines.
And the biggest disadvantage for me personally is widespread smoking, the smell of tobacco haunts you everywhere, horror. There is a hypothetical division into zones, but for example, in a restaurant, the non-smoking area for breakfast and lunch was always closed. There is also smoking everywhere on the beach, somewhere there is a note about the ban, but it is so implicit and inarticulate that it is not visible, and of course no one is watching this.
For me and my family, these were the main disadvantages of the hotel.
But I must say that the hotel itself, in which we lived in new buildings, in a room with access to the pool, is very good. The room is chic, large, spacious, comfortable with a good stylish renovation, I highly recommend it.
The territory is large, well-groomed, clean, the beach area is large, in principle, there are always places, convenient descent into the sea from wooden ramps. The purest sea, mountains, pines and air without complaints!
Would I recommend a hotel, for a limited budget, yes. But I'd rather pay a little extra and choose another one.

It so happened that I wanted to get to the hotel a year ago, when it was still ”Alva Donna”, I looked at reviews, reviews, but it didn't work out. And so I had a rest in early October at the Dobedan World Palace and I want to share my impressions of the rest, I will be glad if my review will be useful when choosing a hotel.
So, the advantages of the hotel for me
1) The territory. It's gorgeous, green, and clean. They are constantly cleaning, washing, and scrubbing. Common areas, including.
2) Locations. There are many of them. Bars, restaurants, hammocks and cozy corners-thanks to proper distribution (for example, duplication of bars on the beach) there are no queues, you will always find a place to your liking.
3) Sports Academy.The hotel has clearly set up sports activities-aqua aerobics (honest 2 times a day), water gymnastics at sea, aqua jumping using special equipment.This is not counting sports events such as step aerobics, fly yoga and others. The girls leading the program are well done, thank you)
On the downsides. I think the hotel has a huge disadvantage, it's the service. Well, that's the truth. Of course, I understood that the hotel was not positioned (and should not be) as hotels of the Rixos, Gloria, etc. chain, therefore, I calmly reacted to the fact that at breakfast we were approached once (in 9 days) with a question about drinks. But I can't understand when you're sitting watching a program and you're silent! they take away the lanterns on the table. The seats in the restaurant are taken away, even if you went to get a dish, and the time is 20 minutes before closing. This applies to the outdoor space. Maybe it's not like that inside. When the grill closes about 25 minutes before the end of dinner, when many dishes are no longer available half an hour before the end of dinner.
Where the staff does not smile when you pass and does not interrupt their conversation with each other. It all resembles some kind of pioneer camp, where you have to live according to a schedule. And there is also such a topic that you should always control what is poured for you in bars, even in the lobby. I mean, if you take a cocktail and you know what ingredients it should consist of, you always need to keep an eye on the bartenders, because they pour the wrong thing at all. And when you tell them, they say they know. But the next time you come, it's the same. It's exhausting.
In general, if the hotel improves its service and treats guests more hospitably, this will be a great vacation option. So far, my score is 4.

They were in July 2024. The occupancy rate is 100%. Superior Standard room in 5 renovated building: there is a kettle, safe, refrigerator - used alcoholic beverages, beer, chips. The cleaning is average, the balcony has not been visited in 10 days. The main restaurant is noisy, there may not be enough seats during rush hour. The most efficient are the Turkish waiters. Drinks in the restaurant are only wine and local alcohol. There is a freshly squeezed orange for breakfast. The animation is sporty every hour. In the evening there is a show, live music. Beautiful territory. Pebble beach, Pier without umbrellas.

About Dobedan (former Alva Donna Kemer)
1. The composition of the guests: 55% Russians+ 30% Kazakhs + other nationalities (there are Europeans, but very few)
2. Rest in August, the air is up to 35-42 in the sun, the water is 29-30; the sea is clean, transparent
3. Beach: Plastic sun beds with a net in good shape, with small armrests- I like to read comfortably. They stand tightly under the awnings, but then they begin to move and it becomes free. For every 2 sun beds - 1 table (clean as new). The beach is clean, constantly cleaned, there are few birds and flies. Lifeguards are constantly on the beach in different parts of the territory - at the same time they have been there since 7 am! The beach is made up of small and large pebbles in strips. There are several exits from the railing, it is convenient. Plus a pier with sun beds for divers. Waiters do not walk along the beach, drinks are not offered ... Beach towels are in good quality, but smaller than usual - it seemed to me so.
The beach is wide, so even with a fully filled hotel, people in the water do not bother. The depth starts literally 1.5-2 m from the shore, so it's very good for those who swim!
4. Next to the beach, or rather directly above, there are large bars. 2 bars- on 2 parts of the beach - drinks are served in plastic (even if you drink at the bar), although some are in glass.
5. The beach restaurant is large - located literally above the beach. The choice is small, but sufficient for those who are too lazy to go to the main restaurant.
6. There are plenty of bars, snack bars, and caffeine on site. There is a Starbucks. Some of them are in hidden corners of the territory - in a beautiful manicured garden with flowers. There is a pastry shop and 2 bars in the lobby. There are places where there is only coffee, tea, pastries. There is a snack bar near the pools, there, by the way, burgers, shawarma baked potatoes with tubers with fillers. Ice cream is everywhere all the time.
7. Food is common for good big fives, just like everywhere else. But! There is some emphasis on the nationality of the vacationers, some dishes that are familiar to Russians and Kazakhs, are deliciously cooked. For example, various porridges, including buckwheat, well-cooked oatmeal; shurpa, some soups. Well, everything else - except to say that there is a lot of choice and you can find something new and on the level every day. Lots of shrimp, mussels, fish. Drinks in restaurants are all brought by waiters. There are A LOT of people in the restaurant, it even shocked me somehow, because I was unaccustomed to such a crowd. But we have never stood in line for a table, everything seems to be occupied, but the table is quickly located.
We visited all the ala-kart restaurants, there are 4 of them: Turkish, Italian, fish, sushi. Sushi is 25 €, the rest is 15€.
We liked everything - we took a break from the noise in the main restaurant.
8. The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, in fruit trees and bushes, but I can not say that it is very large. The perimeter along a good path around the entire hotel for walking is 1.39 km (15 min walk). A walk is a pleasure!
9. The Internet is excellent throughout the territory. I would like to emphasize that on the beach and in the rooms, the speed allows you to watch movies online. And even on a walk in the farthest corners.
10. Rooms: we were given a great room near the sea and away from the pools at no extra charge. From 21.00 to 23.00, music, especially bass, can be heard even in the shower. Then silence.
10. Animation- we don't walk, but the standard one was present. The evening program is familiar to good performances- visiting troupes - acrobats today, singers tomorrow, dancers the day after tomorrow. Then the disco. In my opinion, it is very good to be distracted. And for positive people, it's just so wonderful.
11. Concerts - The order of ticket prices depends on the personality of the speaker: Savicheva- 300, Eva Vlasova - 550, Shufutinsky 1000 - all in euros. If you don't buy a ticket, you can see everything and hear everything perfectly. It's just that you can't dance at the stage.
12. The audience, in my opinion, for the most part, is not refined. Men don't change into shirts and trousers for dinner, well, Russian women are better at it - they are always on parade. But in evening dresses with open backs and heels, they do not come out.
13. Pavilions (VIP houses on the beach) - 175€ on the first line, 150€ on the second. We were able to rent for 1 day in 9 days, because they were all booked. The houses are good, but I didn't like them very much, because they are deep in the beach and it is very hot to sunbathe - there is no breeze.
14. Spa center. I always attend nursing procedures on vacation and I know a lot about it. There was a good organization, saunas, a swimming pool.
15. In conclusion, I will say that over the past few years, both my son and I (12 years old) I liked the hotel equally.
There were disadvantages, but minor, and a good impression generally blocked them.

We were in July. Special thanks to the most important and caring boar on the beach, the service is excellent from morning to evening, discipline and order in everything. Mustafa, thank you so much!!!!! Staff: everyone works from morning to night, tirelessly, room cleaning: always in the morning, quickly and efficiently. The hotel is very crowded, it was hot and everyone wanted to have lunch, dinner and breakfast under air conditioning, it would be more comfortable to sit outside in other weather (in July we will not go to Turkey anymore)) the sea is magical, clean, and warm. We got to the Banderos concert - great sound and the band gave their best 100% - WELL DONE! A little bit about nutrition, it used to be better here, but now there is also a crisis and inflation in Turkey, they are getting out as best they can.

We were a family in October.
1. Check-in. In general, it is fast, everything is polite at the reception.
2. Rooms. I do not recommend taking rooms near the main restaurant, it is better to take them further in buildings 1xxx and 2xxx, since there are many grilled dishes in the restaurant and because of this there is a rather unpleasant smell. The rooms themselves are of course already tired and clearly require updating.
3. Nutrition. It is good and varied, there are many different places during the day where you can have a full snack or eat. There is delicious coffee in bars (in Turkish), I have hardly tasted alcohol, wine in the restaurant is good, of course you can drink it, but for a wine lover - slop) They didn't go to the restaurant at the hotel, there was no need for this
4. The beach. An ordinary pebble, there is a pontoon from which you can jump or just have a good rest. In the area of 1xx buildings there are enclosed gazebos, the rent was about 80€, we did not take it, we did not see the advantages.
5. A pleasant fitness center, there are sports grounds nearby
Overall a good hotel, on a solid 4+, but not 5 exactly.

This hotel needs to be renamed the "QUEUE" hotel. Crowds of our compatriots and Kazakh brothers are in line for everything! Every meal is a post-Soviet hunger games.
For holidays with very young children, I would not recommend this place. There are places in the shade on the terrace for smokers only. The non-smoking area is either indoors or outdoors under the scorching sun. Zozhniki and children - burn in the sun.
The children's buffet is not bad, at least the chicken soup is quite tasty and edible.
If there were 2 times less occupancy here, you could call it a vacation. And so the constant race for everything that is tiring and does not pull at 5 stars in any way.
The Family rooms have not been renovated, everything is old, creaking stairs, few outlets. When your neighbors' children descend like a herd of elephants, your room experiences a mini earthquake.

A wonderful hotel. I have already rested there 4 times. I really love the Kemer area, the hotel is located buto in the bay. Upon arrival, a pleasant surprise from a bottle of wine, whiskey, fruits and sweets is always waiting in the room. This is a bonus from the hotel team, for not visiting the hotel for the first time. The hotel is very clean. A huge territory surrounded by greenery. There are a lot of bars, coffee shops, restaurants. The linen is changed every second day. High-quality alcohol, a wide variety of fruits: oranges, grapefruits, apples, pears, watermelons, melons, grapes, plums, strawberries, cherries, figs (in season). About the huge number of salads, baked, sweet is not even worth listing. In general, everything is great!

The hotel has five stars clearly only for the territory - insane beauty, diverse vegetation, which, of course, in the hot season allows you to move almost only in the shade
There is a good playground here (for the first time under an awning, and not in the direct sun)
A stunning complex for kids with slides, pools with a depth of 25cm to 60cm for children), cool!
And the last plus is a children's pool with sea water on the beach

The service is terrible. The staff is not involved at all in either a positive or negative way. Guest relations only makes it look like it's working, but in fact it doesn't solve any problems
There is no animation at all. A show in the evening, sometimes something in the outdoor pool in the sun (thanks for taking care of your health)
There are no umbrellas on the pier
Nails stick out of the bridges for entering the sea (guest also scored on health and safety here)
The cleaning was disastrously unsuccessful. Like, a change of underwear and a new shampoo will throw dust in the eyes about the frequency. Not on the balcony, not with a mop under the bed, not with a mirror, not with plumbing
Rooms and furniture are falling apart, doors cannot be slammed in silence, there are no sockets (on the ground floor there are only rooms by the bed, and on the second floor there are none at all, only on the stairs). There are no shelves in the cupboards, not a single hook in the bathroom, not a single shelf, and the balusters are loose on the second floor of the room. We ask you to fix it for security reasons - we don't care, give it to us.
There is a kettle, but mugs for two with a family of 4 people. And there is a socket nearby, but one in which the light is plugged in. That is, either seagulls in the dark, or cold water in the light
Elevators creak, are not ventilated, Wi-Fi is intermittent. For the money they require, no one needs to come here at all.

The territory is super, We lived in 1 building, renovated only 5,6 building. I asked to relocate, they said +130€ per day.
The kids' club is beyond praise, both for kids and teenagers.
The service is poor, the linen in the room was changed every 5 days. In the restaurant, drinks were not offered themselves until you ask, coming to dinner and sitting at the table, the waiters pointedly turned away so as not to bring drinks;(I had to pay their attention. We were in Kemer for the first time, before that only belek.

The staff does not respond adequately to problems as much as possible!
Stuck in an elevator, an elevator that is in the sun! Communication with the technician did not work in the elevator and the phone is just hanging for show! It's good that our guys had a phone, and they called us and we already made a fuss. They were rescued at the hotel for almost 30 minutes!!! Can you imagine a red-hot elevator made of glass? 30 minutes?
And now another question, what if there were children in the elevator without their phones? A pregnant woman? Pensioners?
It's a shame! And they didn't even apologize!

The hotel is decent. Animation is on top every day, the artists really invest in every performance! The food is good, grilled fish every day for lunch and dinner. Side dishes are also for every taste.
The only thing that brought a fly in the ointment is the neighboring Akka hotel, in which the entire animation program is hammering right through your window until 23:45 (it concerns rooms in the far building with partial sea views and, in fact, the pool of the neighboring hotel). A super hotel! I really liked it!

- The children had their own room on the second floor, they were just happy
- The rooms had a central air conditioning system and it did not freeze out at all as a separate air conditioner. In general, we slept with air conditioning and no one caught a cold
- It's all about food and alcohol.
- The children found a club for teenagers, where they generally had a great time with their peers
- For the first time we attended a real concert as part of a vacation. Yulia Savicheva came. I really liked it
- Discos, foam parties, entertainers are all on the level

Good day everyone! We rested at this hotel from 04/28.23 to 05.05.23. I will say that the hotel is sooo sincere. The food is great. The staff is perfect, everyone speaks Russian. Animation, cleanliness, cleaning, everything is at a very high level.
The waiters from Kazakhstan are just smart guys.
I've never played darts before, but with the girls from animation) I regret that I didn't remember the name) I played every day, she so ignites and engages with her enthusiasm and positivity.
We had dinner for a week, every day was different, each time we changed the theme of the dishes. There was Mexican cuisine and Russian Turkish, there was a seafood dinner. In the first few days, Yulia Savicheva Klava Coca sang in the evening. The rest was a success. I recommend the hotel, it is ideal for a family holiday.
