I've been to many places, but this is the best of the hotels! Service hospitality all staff speaks fluent Russian. The variety of food is delicious, the animation program of the fitness club is on the level. Any alcohol up to Jack Daniel's. And few people know that the spas center works there. HOWEVER, I ADVISE YOU TO KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BELONGINGS.Cases of theft are not uncommon, we met people who stole headphones and imported alcohol from the room, 200 bucks were pulled out of our bag from a secret pocket.The administration did not decide anything, they only said that measures had been taken, but the thief could not be found like that, after long conversations they presented a la carte dinner, which in fact costs nothing.I must say right away that I was online when they were still Alva Donna and there was never such a thing and no one even talked about it, it shows a drop in the level of the hotel, but let's go in order:
1. Nutrition.
About food, I would like to say right away that the "restaurant" should not be perceived as a restaurant, it is a dining room.If you eat something other than buckwheat and potatoes in your daily life, then you will not get any emotions from eating.It's monotonous, it's all the same taste, the variety is huge, but it's all the SAME TASTE, maybe it's just seasonings or they encourage everyone to like the food, but it's really monotonous + grilled meat can be a little dry, Dorado is also 50/50.Just eating is OK, super!But to try something delicious/new, it's not here.There are theme nights, there are crayfish or shrimps, it's not bad, there are a lot of fruits, it was delicious.There is also red fish every morning, but it is not very☹️And the quality is questionable.For breakfast, I advise you to take scrambled eggs, which are cooked for you in a frying pan, it's good. I can point out that the fast food near the amphitheater is not bad, where the meat is cooked in front of you right on the fire, it's delicious.A restaurant on the beach is the same as a regular one, only smaller, and there's pizza every day.
2. The territory
The territory is huge,super green,beautiful, the view of the mountains is amazing, very clean, everything is within walking distance.There are probably 6 of the same bars in the entire territory and they are always nearby.There is a Starbucks, which serves various delicious coffees with and without syrup, seasonal drinks, iced coffee, and so on.Just keep in mind that most of the time the queue there is > 10 minutes, so seize the moment)
The amphitheater is small, but it copes with its task, it was always possible to find a place, although not very close to the stage.There are tennis courts, there is a conference room, the territory is very comfortable and well thought out.I don't see much difference in the choice of building, I lived in the furthest one and it wasn't difficult for me to reach all the important places.There is a bridge between the buildings to the lobby, and you can also walk along the paths below.There is a playground, there is a children's water play center with slides.There are warm pools and cold ones, but there is no water park, three slides on which I rode once and that's it, I don't want to anymore because it's boring.
3.Entertainment
Everything is great with entertainment.There's a show every night, especially cool if it's a gymnast show or a circus, but the usual dance shows are fine too, sometimes stars come, even the coolest ones like Shufutinsky or Buzova during the season.However, in my opinion, you have to pay 500 or 800 euros to sit near the stage, but this does not prevent you from watching from afar.There's a disco on the weekend, live music, and our songs are being sung, although I've been there for two weeks and both times the songs were the same, but they were sung by different people.
4. Alcohol
Probably something that the hotel can really be proud of.A huge variety of drinks, a huge variety of cocktails, cocktails are made efficiently, diligently, and very tasty.Alcohol is not burnt, not Turkish (well, except for wine, although it's not bad).After it, nothing hurts in the morning and you feel great.
5.Number
There are rooms that have been renovated and are old.I got the old one, but it's also good, everything works, everything is clean, nothing is broken, the air conditioner is cool as it should be.The minibar is replenished every day: two beers and a Coke, pepsi, fanta, sprite, soda.
6.Ala-kart
I don't recommend it at all, the same food from the canteen, well, more precisely, the food is different, but the taste is the same.
The result is 8/10 if you do not take into account the topic of theft, we will assume that these are bad employees.BUT the hotel is VERY expensive, I advise you to go there closer to October, because I think that at this time the price is justified, in the summer as the stars come + the season is TOO EXPENSIVE x2 of the autumn price.In October it was + 30 outside + the sea is comfortable, I think that this is enough for a good rest.
I can also answer that all the staff are polite and smiling, I have never seen anyone who was not friendly.Compared to Alva, Donna noticed only a degradation in food.The hotel is currently developing, being built and expanded, perhaps in the 2025 season there will already be another water park and rooms.

It's not a bad hotel, there are pros and cons.
Among the advantages - very tasty and varied food, many restaurants, there are different cuisines of the world. The hotel also has a lot of entertainment programs, sports, and there is something to do every day. Everything is provided for children - slides, pools, a mini club, separate tables with meals, cartoons every evening, cars. There are several shops on the territory where you can buy everything you need if you forgot something, but the prices are appropriate (cheaper outside the territory). Discos every evening, + you can jump into the sea from the pier!
Of the disadvantages, the rooms in the old buildings are damp, and in general the hotel is quite old (the new building is better), some things do not work, the dryer fell off in our room on the first day (but we must pay tribute that it was fixed immediately)
There are also a lot of people and sometimes not the most pleasant contingent. Services with water sports and paid activities are quite expensive.
In general, if you go with children, then it's a good place for a week. We were there for 2 weeks and during that time everything gets boring.

This is the first time we have been to the Dobedan World Palace Hotel (other hotels in the Alva Donna chain had them several times before the rebranding). The hotel was very surprised! Overall, one big impression is delight!
Territory: large, but at the same time quite rationally organized. Green, well-groomed. To be honest, this is the first time I've had this feeling that I just didn't want to leave the hotel (I've heard the same thing from other vacationers). I really liked the idea of refrigerators with bottled water and chilled drinks installed throughout the hotel.
Number. We were accommodated in a standard superior room in the 5th building on the 1st floor. Clean, cozy, everything is new - after renovation. The mini-bar was replenished every day. Cleaning is a separate point: until you call the guest service department once again, no one will clean up. And not every time the garbage was thrown away. Of course, it's small things, but it stands out from everything. I really liked the idea of refrigerators with bottled water and chilled drinks installed throughout the hotel.
Food: Good, even great. You go into a restaurant and your eyes run away, there are a lot of things, everything is delicious. In fact, the hotel provides round-the-clock meals: the main restaurant, snack bar on the beach, pastry shops. Russian Russian is the only thing missing from the themed daily dinners (although elements of Russian cuisine are present in the main menu: borscht, cheesecakes, dumplings..). Special thanks for the image on the stand of each dish, as well as for the QR code! You can monitor your diet. Special thanks for the fresh orange for breakfast too!
Bars: 2 beach bars, lobby bar, arena bar (next to snack bar)...and many more different ones that I can't even remember anymore..Lots of coffee shops, SB is included in the concept. The best cocktails for me are in the lobby bar, and selectively (depending on the bartender) in the beach bar (closer to buildings 5-6). I didn't like the drinks in the arena bar. The chain's mobile app has a catalog of drinks, as well as QR codes in each bar.
Beach. Spacious, long. A gentle bank, deep at once. The sea is clear. Pierce is a separate love😘 Two descents to the sea on the pier, comfortable mattresses, sun beds, even a waiter arrives on roller skates)) Several special approaches to the sea have been made on the shore itself. There are three bars and a snack bar nearby, and you don't have to leave the sea during the day.
Spa. Large swimming pool, two Finnish saunas, steam room. The hammam. They give out separate towels, everything is as it should be. The temperature is monitored. There is always water. Spa bar (tea and some other drinks). I liked the spa complex in Kemer the most out of the entire Dobedan network. The only suggestion is to introduce a rule for children / women to wear hats / tie their hair, after which it is not very pleasant to be in the complex.
Animation. Great animation for adults. Very enticing! Unobtrusive, but attentive to the guests. For the guests who live according to the animation schedule, Dobedan World is a paradise! You can follow the animation schedule on social networks, on information stands, and the radio room and the animation team itself notify you during the day. The only thing was that there wasn't enough dancing, but maybe by the height of the season, this moment will be realized!
Sport. Excellent gym with all the basic equipment and exercise equipment (Technogym). Clean, not stuffy. Water, towels are provided. There is a sports academy (yoga, stretching, Pilates, step aerobics, aqua aerobics). I would like to pay tribute to the professional programs, and not as usual in other hotels "just to spend". Everything is clear, the exercises are selected for different levels of training (do not forget that we are on vacation). I really enjoyed the classes with Irina and Anna's coach!

A gorgeous hotel. Absolutely everything is gorgeous in it. The beach, the location of buildings, rooms, ice cream, waffles, tortillas. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, there is enough for everyone. There is no need to take up space near the pool in advance. The children's area is great, children of any age do not get bored. Previously, we had a rest in Alva Donna in Belek. Now, for the May 2024 elections, there is a good 5. Clean, well-maintained territory. We lived in the 4th building. The rooms are clean, renovated. There's nothing on the grill, by the way. The wine is so-so, the local champagne is generally solid yeast. Strong alcohol is imported and local, but you need to talk if you want to import. Deshmanskoe ice cream. The pastry is good - tasty and varied. There is a pastry shop in the lobby. A very large and beautiful lobby is like a palace. Animation is normal. They did not participate in the afternoon, and in the evening there were shows, live music, concerts by famous artists. There was Shufutinsky - full of delight. And Buzova sucks, people left the concert in packs. Foam disco once a week - beautifully decorated, cool. There are many sun beds on the beach under the scales, a pier with mattresses. Entering the sea is a pebble, you need to take sneakers. The hotel and nearby shops and pharmacies accept our cards and cash rubles! 👍On the day of departure, after checking in the room, the bracelets are not removed, you can use all services and give towels at departure. In general, I recommend the hotel, but it's a bit expensive. It should be better for this money.

There is food boiled, fried, stewed, on the grill.
The room has everything (slippers, bathrobes, all shower accessories from shampoo, gel, body lotion, to a toothbrush and even a razor). A large and green area, there is a place to walk. Several pools. Special thanks for the relaxing pool where it is quiet and peaceful without child critics (+15 years) There is animation, active, but not intrusive. The sea is pebbly, clean.
There is an approach from the shore, from wooden platforms, from the pantone. Special thanks for the artists (we got to Savicheva - I liked it and Hannah - I didn't like it).
One disadvantage is that it is extremely difficult to find sunbeds in the morning after 9.30 am, especially if there are three of you. According to the hotel, the number of sun beds is equal to the number of vacationers, BUT it is impossible to find empty sun beds for three in one place after 9.30 am. After lunch, families with children go to the room and it is easier to find sun beds.
And the second disadvantage is the very slippery tile surface on the territory. Be careful! Do not run, especially on a damp floor. Children and adults fell, it was scary from the side (((
On your birthday or wedding day, you will be congratulated with a postcard, a cake, a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit - nice, thank you.
They also give you the opportunity to go to the Alyakart restaurant (but you need a document confirming, for example, the date of the wedding)

One of the best five-star hotels for family holidays in Kemer. We had a family vacation with three sons of different ages - everyone found their own entertainment. A great pebble beach with a saltwater pool for the youngest, wonderful animation and a huge territory. It is very convenient with a stroller - you can drive everywhere. Unlike Dobedan in Belek, no one in this hotel will run up to the restaurant and ask what you want from drinks...you will walk by yourself or look for a waiter...this is a very significant disadvantage for the hotel. In the SPA, everything is somehow collective farm, a little old, and the prices are very high. I liked the bakery. There was an hour's queue at Starbucks, so they didn't waste time. On Saturdays, disco is on the street until 2 am. In general, the rest was a success.

Good evening, we had a rest in August 2024 at Dobedan Palace(Kemer). Everything is perfect at: the reception speaks Russian, the room is cleaned every day, the linen was changed two days later. The kitchen is for every taste.Hanna's concert was attended, the evening program is full. Cocktails and alcohol are original.

2. High-quality alcohol in bars, not local. On request and tips will make a cocktail 5 out of 5. On the house of Chivas and so on. In addition to beaters, there are local substitutes (aperol, campari are absent). It's not critical for me.
3. Cuisine and variety of dishes-top. From the Turkish classic, to Italy and France, plus a rich diet and children's table. There are always 5-6 kinds of fish and sea products. Grills and authentic dishes are mostly restique.
4. There are many cafes, bakeries and so on on the territory. They are fed around the clock and very tasty.
5. The infrastructure is well thought out.
6. The staff is aiming. 99% speak Russian, English and German.
7. Rooms and cleaning are excellent, lived in a two-level version.

4 . People start hiring pool beds in the morning. Not critical, but annoying if you like to sleep.
5. Restaurants, ala card. Not impressed by the word at all. Basically, the buffet is both more diverse and tastier and more comfortable. Turkish outside, it's VERY hot in July and August.
As a result, I highly recommend it for a family, quiet, intimate holiday.

Shows and concerts are generally top.
There is everything, the quality is very high! I will definitely come here again.

I've been to this hotel twice. In 2022, as in Alvadonna, in 2024, as in Dobedan. There have been no fundamental changes. The food is excellent, better than in many A's. A variety of meat and fish dishes. The only downside to the last visit was the lack of watermelons (it was in the second half of October). In general, I recommend it.
