Good hotel, service, delicious cuisine (lamb, fish, chicken, fresh figs and much more), alcohol, martini, retable (even a 12-year-old chivas at the reception bar)
There is food boiled, fried, stewed, on the grill.
The room has everything (slippers, bathrobes, all shower accessories from shampoo, gel, body lotion, to a toothbrush and even a razor). A large and green area, there is a place to walk. Several pools. Special thanks for the relaxing pool where it is quiet and peaceful without child critics (+15 years) There is animation, active, but not intrusive. The sea is pebbly, clean.
There is an approach from the shore, from wooden platforms, from the pantone. Special thanks for the artists (we got to Savicheva - I liked it and Hannah - I didn't like it).
One disadvantage is that it is extremely difficult to find sunbeds in the morning after 9.30 am, especially if there are three of you. According to the hotel, the number of sun beds is equal to the number of vacationers, BUT it is impossible to find empty sun beds for three in one place after 9.30 am. After lunch, families with children go to the room and it is easier to find sun beds.
And the second disadvantage is the very slippery tile surface on the territory. Be careful! Do not run, especially on a damp floor. Children and adults fell, it was scary from the side (((
On your birthday or wedding day, you will be congratulated with a postcard, a cake, a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit - nice, thank you.
They also give you the opportunity to go to the Alyakart restaurant (but you need a document confirming, for example, the date of the wedding)

A gorgeous hotel. Absolutely everything is gorgeous in it. The beach, the location of buildings, rooms, ice cream, waffles, tortillas. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, there is enough for everyone. There is no need to take up space near the pool in advance. The children's area is great, children of any age do not get bored. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

We were in September 2023, the hotel was still called AIva Donna at that time. The territory is large and green. In general, the hotel is not bad, but the food seems to be a lot of things, the choice is great, but everything is not very tasty. The beach pavilions are great! Before that, in 2022, we were at Alva Donne in Belek, where the hotel is higher level and the food is much tastier. But the sea is certainly cleaner and more transparent in Kemer.

The variety of food is delicious, the animation program of the fitness club is on the level. Any alcohol up to Jack Daniel's. And few people know that the spas center works there. I visited this hotel for the first time in 2011, the name was different and the hotel grounds looked different too.
Everything was great at that time.
I read the reviews below about the hotel, I agree with everything about the food : There's plenty of food... we had a rest that year with a child , every day you don 't know what to take , your eyes run away :grilled vegetables, any tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, you can generally get away with meat dishes,,, I'm not talking about traditional Russian food about cutlets and fricassees. I really liked the lamb and meatballs and individual pieces . Every day, 2-3 types of fish were definitely different, the sea products were both a separate dish and in salads ,,, in general, everything is OK with food !!!
Separately, I want to highlight the children's food area, there is generally just beauty and milk and yoghurts and xp knows that everything else is in individual packages, separately for kids pasta and soups , cutlets and all sorts of things, dry liver, etc.
The only thing that can be noted is the rooms, but not all with old plumbing, it was not critical for us.
A big plus of this hotel, in addition to the territory and entertainment, there is a QUIET POOL where only adults swim!!!

Cons: we had a family room on 2 floors, the room lacks space, especially in the bathroom, which requires renovation, I would like more modern plumbing and bright light. In July, we spent a wonderful two-week vacation in this wonderful place. The check-in happened quickly and earlier, yes, the rooms are old, but everything worked, silence and coolness. We had a rest in July 2023 at this hotel. I liked it. Delicious varied food, perky animation, clean beach, very vigilant security, interesting evening shows. If we go through the cons, then this... the room was cleaned mainly after lunch, when they came to relax, they could not find a table inside the air-conditioned halls at lunch, and it was hot to sit outside, many people occupied sun beds in the morning, they also had to walk in the morning, the staff was not always friendly, especially oddly enough at the reception. But there are still more advantages. We really liked the Benjamin bar, very cozy, with a natural shade from the foliage of the trees. We went there often. I recommend this hotel to visit.

The third season I am vacationing with my family in this hotel. Next year will be the fourth.
From +
1. Large territory, entertainment for children of any age. Slides, a complex with a "bucket" for small children, a children's room, an animator and so on at a high level!
2. High-quality alcohol in bars, not local. On request and tips will make a cocktail 5 out of 5. On the house of Chivas and so on. In addition to beaters, there are local substitutes (aperol, campari are absent). It's not critical for me.
3. Cuisine and variety of dishes-top. From the Turkish classic, to Italy and France, plus a rich diet and children's table. There are always 5-6 kinds of fish and sea products. Grills and authentic dishes are mostly restique.
4. There are many cafes, bakeries and so on on the territory. They are fed around the clock and very tasty.
5. The infrastructure is well thought out.
6. The staff is aiming. 99% speak Russian, English and German.
7. Rooms and cleaning are excellent, lived in a two-level version.
8. There is a zone of silence (15+). Sun beds pool. If the spouse is not a family option.
9. Excellent entertainment program.
10. The bungalow and the service there is excellent. For a small tip, you will be served food and drinks all day from bars, restaurants and a strip restaurant on site.

1. The restaurant has only local wine, red is normal, white is 6 out of 10. But there is always an option to go up to the bar for a better one.
2. Entrance sea pebbles. The beach is very small pebbles.

4 . People start hiring pool beds in the morning. Not critical, but annoying if you like to sleep.
5. Restaurants, ala card. Not impressed by the word at all. Basically, the buffet is both more diverse and tastier and more comfortable. Turkish outside, it's VERY hot in July and August.
As a result, I highly recommend it for a family, quiet, intimate holiday.

I do not know how this hotel can be rated 5 stars and how they write that there is a lot of entertainment for children. To begin with, the children's area is located in the heat under an awning and there is one fan. The program is the same every day , does not change a little today we painted, tomorrow we played. Of course, there is a way out to sea on a banana for $ 20, you want to paint a T-shirt for another $ 20. In the evening, the disco songs are the same, not a single new one in 14 days. Food : borscht every day (like for Russians it's the best). The food is of the same type, there is no seafood (not counting 2 times shrimp and salad of mussels or salted squid) The service is generally a separate story : in the main restaurant , in order to be approached , you need to try , wet wipes will be brought from 10 times , you sit eating , and they walk between the tables with a mop or broom . The lock did not open in our room and we waited more than an hour for it to be made for us and as a result it worked for a day and broke again , but the second time it was over faster . I came up 2 times for cleaning , as they did not clean , the towels were not changed several times .
Of course, the sun beds are occupied from 5 in the morning , so you can 't go to the pool at 9.

Beautiful territory, comfortable environment for the disabled and parents with strollers. Good food and a very large selection of drinks, themed dinners. We visited an Italian a la carte restaurant and were satisfied. The room in the 6th building was decent, everything worked, but they cleaned in 6 days only 3 times, the mini bar was replenished the same way, but everything they asked for was given without restrictions - chips, cola, beer. Unlike Dobedan in Belek, no one in this hotel will run up to the restaurant and ask what you want from drinks...you will walk by yourself or look for a waiter...this is a very significant disadvantage for the hotel. In the SPA, everything is somehow collective farm, a little old, and the prices are very high. I liked the bakery. There was an hour's queue at Starbucks, so they didn't waste time. On Saturdays, disco is on the street until 2 am. In general, the rest was a success.

Good evening, we had a rest in August 2024 at Dobedan Palace(Kemer). Everything is perfect at: the reception speaks Russian, the room is cleaned every day, the linen was changed two days later. The kitchen is for every taste.Hanna's concert was attended, the evening program is full. Cocktails and alcohol are original.
Flamingos and swans delighted us every day🌸
I recommend it to everyone.

I love Alva Donna Wold Palas, and now Dobedan World Palace. Everything is delicious, beautiful, good staff.One of the disadvantages is to organize some kind of smoking area on the beach, it's unpleasant when you get smoked from all sides....Previously, there were tablecloths on the tables - a festive mood was created at dinner.Perhaps their absence is due to the difficult economic situation.
