We made an appointment on time. We caught the cat, postponed all business. We were already about to leave - a call: "Everything is busy, we can't accept you." That is, an hour ago we could, but they can't anymore.
09.04.18 English Bulldog dog, 6 years old, came to see a doctor. At home, he had 2 bouts of loss of consciousness, on weekends and at night they answered on the phone that the therapist could look at him, but he would not be able to make any examinations or diagnoses, so they took the dog from the very morning on Monday (why work at night then? At night there can only be! critical cases). The dog entered the clinic by himself. First of all, after listening to us and our fears that the dog had a bad heart, the doctor – Zhemakina (Zhmakina) Olga Borisovna – said that she did not undertake to judge and it was necessary to do a full examination, specifying whether we were ready to pay. We warned the doctor that he gets sick when he gets nervous. Stress 1: temperature – although they said that they measured the temperature and everything is fine there. Stress 2: blood from a vein. The doctor! She missed a vein 2 times, the dog's second leg was bandaged, and the nurse took blood. Stress 3: blood from the ear. After that, the dog was taken for an X-ray. After the X–ray, he felt sick - an attack: the dog was suffocating, his tongue turned blue, fell to the floor and wet himself. The doctor saw it, but the dog walked away on its own. Then she injected a diuretic. At night, we were repeatedly told on the phone that before receiving a cardiologist, it was necessary for the therapist to stabilize the dog's condition. However, he was only injected with a diuretic. According to the X-ray, the doctor said that the dog had heart failure and fluid in his lungs (why did they take blood?). Then we brought the dog to the treatment table, where they put on a collar, wrapped it with polyethylene and inserted an oxygen tube. The dog was constantly nervous and wanted to get free. We were told to wait for the cardiologist and everyone left, despite the critical condition of the dog. The dog had a stronger attack again. We ran to get a doctor, a nurse came running and said that the dog was dying. The doctor came and they argued for 20 seconds whether the oxygen was working (while the dog was dying). Then they started pumping fluid out of his lungs and doing heart massage, but unfortunately, the dog died.
I do not undertake to judge the correctness of the dog's treatment, although the promised stabilization of the condition did not follow. But I know one thing for sure, this is a paid clinic, and at least pretend that you are interested if the dog is in critical condition! The dog absolutely could not be nervous, and the doctor took all kinds of blood from him first (we paid for them!). The dog died, and the clinic received the money. And how can you leave a dog in a critical condition without supervision?
Heart problems are the most common problem in English Bulldogs, you could first take a picture and find out what's there, and then think about how much tests are needed. Yes, and the process of pumping out the dog ... first the arguments about oxygen.. then the doctor's comment: "the dog is actually dying," she probably did not take into account that during her admission. After the death of the dog, Olga Borisovna knew the exact diagnosis. Before... I couldn't find out.
Money comes first. And anyone who comes to the clinic is ready to pay for everything they need. But if the critical condition of the animal does not mean anything to you, then what kind of clinic are you and how do you sleep at night? What kind of people work for you and why? If you are not ready to treat, if you are not ready to do everything possible, if you are not ready to worry about every animal, then please go to other areas where your indifference is not worth lives! All these pets are family members and it's just as hard without them as without a loved one..
This is some kind of mistake, I didn't put a score, but now I put 5. I've been there, the doctors are wonderful.

I asked for help with a puppy at Skripnikova 39. As a result, they signed us up for 16.00, they went to the doctor at 17.30, before that I spent an hour and a half with a puppy who had diarrhea sitting in the hallway. The doctor was disgusting, 4 times she couldn't take a blood test from the dog, as a result, the puppy and I are stressed from your examination! Then they sent us for an ultrasound, after which I sat with the puppy for another hour and a half in the corridor so that the doctor would deign to receive us and tell us about the results of the ultrasound. Then injections were given, during which the needle somehow fell off from the syringe and all the medicine poured into my eyes. And that's not all, after paying a lot of money for all this, I did not receive either an extract or a receipt with a transcript of what manipulations and what drugs were administered to my pet.And most importantly, no diagnosis or treatment was prescribed. She said she needed to retake the blood test for tomorrow. It is right that I should also pay money for consultation and for repeated analysis, but I turned to you, dear, for help and treatment, and not go and leave money in your clinic every day for endless research
We visit regularly. A company you can trust. They will remind you about vaccinations. They will give the necessary advice. I can trust them with my pet!
Attentive doctors, take care of animals. They worry about their pet. Our doctor called us on his mobile phone after the appointment, asking how the dog was feeling. Very pleasant.
I do not recommend contacting these people! They are trying to charge you as much money as possible for useless procedures. The attitude towards animals is not caring.
Friendly staff, competent doctors. A good list of services, but at a cost more expensive than in the state (for example, Minin, Gursky). If you need emergency help, then you are not here: everything is by appointment. There is a parking lot. They work around the clock.
Many thanks to radiologist S.F. Khomichenko for his professionalism, courage, and boundless calm. She was able to X-ray our dog's head without a muzzle, which is very dangerous. I wish there were more such specialists!.
