We stayed overnight. We checked in after 00.00, in fact, only to spend the night. They did not use the breakfasts, they were very upset about the condition of the room. The bed has holes in places, the towels also leave much to be desired, the bathroom is quite dirty. I give 3 stars only because the guys at the reception and at the bar were very nice. Well, the appearance of the hotel is not bad.

Of the advantages, we can note the large area of the rooms, delicious breakfasts, a good cafe on the ground floor, comfortable beds.
One of the disadvantages is that the rooms are in poor technical condition. The air conditioning in the room was not working. The door to the balcony was closed with a screw cap screwed directly into the plastic frame. At the same time, the door could not be closed completely (the closing mechanism did not work, there was always a gap through which the wind howled) or opened, because the cap of the screw did not allow this to be done. In the shower, the upper watering can is completely faulty, water is pouring from everywhere except the place from which it should. The shower itself is leaky, there is always a puddle on the floor. The room has a slightly unpleasant smell.

The hotel does not pull for 4 *. Plastic cards are not accepted, they are sent to an ATM. There is a persistent smell of plastic in the room... it does not erode.
The room stock is killed, the control panel of the air conditioner is broken. It's impossible to watch TV, the picture is pouring out.
I didn't find any advantages... I do not recommend it

The hotel is very well located in the park. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. What I didn't like was the non-working fan coil in the cold, blowing but not cooling. There is a strong smell in the room that has worn off a little when the window is open during the day.

The room - the walls were papered with dermantin, the smell of which is so sharp that I had to sleep only with an open balcony at a temperature outside of -32. A broken safe door, broken tiles in the bathroom, washed towels. The cleanliness in the room and the gallery corridors is questionable (for 4 days someone threw a wrapper in front of the door to the room, which shows the lack of cleaning in the corridors as such).
From the good - responsive staff, a good breakfast - porridge, cottage cheese, etc. However, every morning, apparently because of the low traffic, there was already a weathered cheese on the plates.

During our short vacation, we had to live in two rooms, due to the non-working air conditioner in 30-degree heat... but it didn't work in both rooms. In the first room on the 15th floor, the air conditioner did not work, the refrigerator was heated, the safe and the door to the balcony were broken, the drain in the shower did not work well. We asked us to move another room, it was provided promptly. But in this room (on the 4th floor) there was some kind of chemical smell and the button on the toilet tank was broken and in order for the water not to flow, it was constantly necessary to fix it. The watering can in the shower is also broken.. The rooms were clean, and cleaning was done every day. Polite staff. Breakfast (buffet) I liked them, they were quite diverse. Separate respect for the pool, warm, clean, there is a hammam (shared), a Russian and Finnish sauna separate (male and female). According to the rules of the pool, as a mandatory requirement, a swimming cap (sold at the reception in the gym for cash or by card, everything seems logical, but when you know about it))))
I took off the stars exclusively for the conder and for tired towels .

Once an ultramodern hotel complex, but already worn out. I stayed in a suite at the end of September and was disappointed. The sound insulation of the windows is poor, the heating system did not work in the room, the interior was once rich but stupid and the TV with a diagonal of 90 looks ridiculous in the middle of a huge room. Plumbing is also battered. If there are 5 elevator shafts, only 2 actually function as a result, there is a queue all the time, especially in the morning. The breakfast buffet is modest. In general, so-so, there are clearly better places in Astana.

Actually expected more from the hotel 4*
The rooms are tired, cleaning is done every day, but there is someone else's hair on the carpet, faulty air conditioners - I had to force them to fix, 3 towels per person (tired), breakfasts are very scarce, finding a clean breakfast table is a big problem!

The room stock is very old, there is an ineradicable smell of some kind of plastic in the room, the socket is working alone. The minibar is empty and electric. There is mold in the bathroom, the toilet flush button is stuck. The air conditioner does not work, you have to keep the balcony open all the time, and this is not always convenient. The carpet in the room looks like it's never been cleaned, it's just dirty.
At the same time, the location of the hotel is excellent, the lobby is beautiful, the breakfasts are delicious and varied. But this is clearly not the place where I will stop again.

A large hotel with large spacious standard rooms. I had no balcony. A friend has the same one with a balcony. The breakfasts are standard (porridge, scrambled eggs). I missed real coffee. Delicious dishes are served in the lobby bar on the ground floor. I took bishbarmak, I liked it, I strongly recommend it. I visited the fitness center, there are a lot of things there, it seemed a little stuffy to me. There is a pool, but I didn't swim. We were playing table tennis. There is a go-kart track next to the hotel. It was noisy in the room one evening.

There was no water on the first day. NONE AT ALL. Even cold! They brought 2x5l bottles of water.
There is a strange smell in room 1009, after I opened the window, it disappeared.
The floors in the room could be cleaned - it's not such expensive money. The carpet is frankly dirty.
The shower falls off and is held on tape, it seems, from a hole in the wall ...
The air conditioner buzzes, buzzes strongly, but does not produce cold as such. It's just blowing. Nothing changes from closing or opening the window.
Curtains! Oh! Brilliant! Astana - there is a lot of space around and the sun is all in the windows. It will NOT work to close it with curtains, the curtains are only on the side. that is, in no way during the day ...
synthetic pillows. Careful who cares, because it was uncomfortable for me to sleep, not hard at all.
The breakfasts are excellent, there is enough of everything.
