Oh, this is Kazakh hospitality coupled with mentality. For some reason, everyone considers themselves big bosses from the director to the waiter, they have to force them to fulfill their duties. The service sector in Kazakhstan and specifically in this place is at the level of the early 90s in Russia. He has been studying the service sector for a very, very long time.
A great hotel. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. It's a lovely room. Due to the fact that I left early, breakfast was brought to my room.
Terrible service, especially at the lobby Bar. It's hot in the rooms, the air conditioning can't cope in winter, I can't imagine what happens in summer. The rooms are poorly cleaned, in fact, only the beds are made. Objectively speaking, this is a hotel in the working countryside. The guards have a biased attitude towards people of Slavic appearance.
The room was an executive suite on the 15th floor, a chic room, three rooms, two bathrooms, two showers, two 2-bed beds, a large hall and gorgeous views
Oh, it was terrible, the breakfasts were completely unusable, they stopped going to them, the room key was demagnetized after each exit from the room, visitors can come to the pool from the street and it looks like a public city pool with a bunch of people, rooms with a nice old smell of dampness and dust.
