A very good hotel - it was 8-10 years ago. Slightly torn wallpaper, slightly broken plumbing, old cracked plastic in the shower stall... We counted on the pool - it didn't work. but! Excellent varied breakfasts, very friendly staff, snow-white towels and bathrobes. A beautiful atrium, riding in an elevator in a glass cabin - beauty!
We celebrated the New Year in the hotel restaurant. I can only say THANK YOU for the delicious and varied table, for the excellent service and the fun program. I really liked it!

A normal hotel. The rooms are quite clean. Clean up every day. The staff is helpful. The location is good. The kitchen for breakfast is almost monotonous. Desserts are quite edible. I liked everything, the only thing was when we booked a room, for a child of 6 years old they said that they would put a bed, it was not there upon arrival.
There is a good assortment for breakfast, even coming closer to 11 o'clock there was always a choice. We were able to feed a child who cannot have gluten, eggs and milk without any problems.
In general, the hotel is clean and quiet.
The staff is friendly, attentive, responds quickly to all wishes and requests.

The company came to Astana for a corporate party of 20+ people.
1. In the room, the door to the balcony was screwed down for some reason - it is unclear, it blew very strongly. We contacted the administration and were able to help only 2 days later on Monday. At the same time, we solved this problem ourselves, when the repairman came, seeing that we had solved the problem, he said that well, once it was solved, then I went. Explaining the situation that it would be super to tape everything up, he left and returned 2 hours later and taped it up. It didn't solve the problem much, it will get 5 degrees colder there, it will be terribly cold in the room.
By the way, yes, no one could provide us with Scotch at the hotel and they sent it to the store.
2. The room is quite "shabby", this is definitely not a 4-star hotel, it is clear that things have been there for 10-15 years and they are just being repaired/they are painted over hastily. The number of such money is definitely not worth it.
3. We ordered a conference room, everything was fine for 1 evening, there were no complaints against us. On day 2, we also ordered the same conference room and then 5 people came, they began to forbid us to use what we had paid for. The reasons were completely different each time and each employee has their own. Starting with the fact that we are in the restaurant area and we can't have our own food, then it turned out that since the restaurant is not working, we can't be here either, after we found out that yesterday's supervisor just overlooked and therefore yesterday we would also have been forbidden, just did not see. Well, we ended up calling some chief who solved the issue and eventually refused. After that, we went out into the corridor and decided where to go then, and there was the most disgusting attitude when an employee closed the entrances to all conference rooms and turned off the lights where we were and left. We were just left in the dark, shocked and surprised. We didn't violate anything, we paid for everything, we asked everyone's permission and as a result we get this attitude.
There were many other little things, but the main 3 were described. The buzz was notably broken off, that's all that can be said.

Spacious room, difficulties with plumbing: the upper watering can in the shower is clogged, the lower one is normal, but it did not work out to adjust the normal temperature. Sometimes it's cold, sometimes it's hot. It was the same in the neighboring rooms.
The breakfasts are not very tasty, the choice is not rich. The coffee was empty - they took a sip and went to drink in the lobby for money.
The location of the hotel itself is convenient, there is a roller ski track nearby, you can run normally in the morning. There were no problems with parking spaces, but the parking itself is unguarded. At the reception, the girl gave out the keys to the room, which did not open. I came with a problem on respeshen, and there they just changed the keys to others, saying "ah... well, others already live there" 😳
The hotel is undergoing a small renovation, I hope that after its completion the situation in the hotel will improve.

The rooms require urgent repairs and updates! Check-in was in the evening in a very cold room, the batteries did not work in the room, the snow queen took over the bathroom))! They tried to solve the situation with a heater, which failed, but there were no rooms available for relocation. We decided to relocate only in the morning.
The cards are demagnetized several times a day! Not all sockets work, which worked when the heater was heating, the plug was floating. the bed is clean, but the pillows are knocked into cotton balls,
The restaurant and the breakfasts are good,

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet expectations: the bathroom floor was dirty (hair and stains on the floor), the sink drain did not work, in the bidet at the faucet, water flowed in different directions at the junction, flooding the walls and floor; the toilet tank was constantly leaking. The window sill in the room is stained, and there is a layer of dust on the balcony. There are no sockets at the bedside tubes, which causes difficulties with charging the phone, and we had to look for a place for the kettle because of the inconvenient location of the outlet. The executive room has no balcony, the room smells terribly of some kind of building material, the windows in the bedroom were tightly closed, the odor concentration reached a high level overnight. It is worth noting that after the remark, the window was opened, it became possible to ventilate the room. The room is cleaned every day and very clean. Bed linen, bathrobes, bath towels are pure white, but for some reason the face towels are very frayed and gray. There is a full set of hygiene supplies (soap, brushes, shampoo, shower gel, washcloths), as well as slippers, a spoon for shoes. When using the shower cabin, for some reason the water flows directly onto the floor, although the door is tightly closed, this did not help us, apparently the construction costs. The room service is working, although the staff is not very attentive when accepting orders, the execution should be monitored (one dish was replaced with another). We had breakfast in 2 restaurants and I would like to mention the restaurant located on the 2nd floor, where the food is tastier and the service is higher. On the ground floor it looks like an ordinary dining room.
The location and content of the hotel deserves special attention. If you need entertainment, then there is no better hotel to find: a water park, an aquarium, an entertainment center, a bowling alley, a swimming pool, a gym and saunas all in one complex. Next to the hotel is the Keruen shopping center with a large number of boutiques and a Galmart supermarket. The view from the window of the night capital is fascinating.
