When we went to the "my flights" section (my bookings), we saw that the departure time of segment 4 flight had been changed, and the departure of segment 1 flight had been CANCELED altogether. 5 MONTHS BEFORE DEPARTURE!!! THEY WEREN'T GOING TO NOTIFY US ABOUT THAT. On March 25, we wrote a claim. Silence. We tried to send a request for a refund, indicating in the notes that due to the cancellation of the first flight segment, the rest are not relevant. I couldn't send it. There was no way we could prove that we were not robots. The site did not skip the application. On April 26, we received a reply that we could choose other flights, without explaining the conditions for purchasing tickets, only fabulous figures in euros on the screen, or a refund. Now it turned out to form a refund. And again-silence. On May 27, I wrote a claim saying where is the money. On May 29, my husband received a letter promising that the money would be credited to the account within 30 days. July 5th, silence. I had to contact the bank and present all the evidence. The bank solved the problem in 2 days.

It is difficult to imagine a worse airline. I bought tickets for flight 3F311 Yerevan-Moscow with departure at 16:10 on August 29. Not only was the flight postponed twice - first to 21:00, then to 01:00 on the night of August 30, but then they said they did not know what time the plane would leave. I had to issue a refund on the website, as the operator told me on the phone. I've sent everything. At the same time, a notification was sent to the mail that the application had been received. I bought a ticket for an Aeroflot flight, as I could no longer wait. On August 31, I was written from the airline's office that they would not be able to make a refund, since I allegedly sent a statement after the plane took off. I wrote to them again, chewed, attached a screenshot of their receipt of the notification, but the same unsubscription came to this letter. Do not use this airline in any case. I later found out that they generally have a fleet of 5 planes in total and they drive around in circles.

A disgusting company with extremely unprofessional employees who are rude to customers. On August 20th, we flew from Yerevan to Tivat. Everyone was put on time, but the plane stood for another 1 hour waiting for 6 passengers - like a minibus. For an hour and a half, I listened to the child's screams, watching as the mother sat on the phone instead of dealing with the child. The family reacted extremely negatively to the remark, with threats against me. An airline employee was called, who suggested that the inadequate dad and I "talk when we arrive" and that he "did not hear the screams" while at the other end of the plane (also the statements of other passengers about the screams were ignored), and told me that "this is a child, what will they do?" - my complaint was that even when a child screams, "I'm pooping!" the mother reacted by looking at handbags on WhatsApp. I think that such a reaction from an airline employee is extremely careless and unprofessional, and also encourages such behavior from inappropriate people.

The first flight took off without delay, and even arrived as if ahead of time. The flight attendants are quite polite, everything was OK, the plane was an Airbus 320, not even very old.
They didn't feed, of course, and even the water was paid, but it was cheaper than at the airport (100 rubles).
The second flight was delayed for about 30 minutes, it also arrived late, but tell me who is not guilty of this, so we can say within the norm. It was serviced by the Wizzair team, there was a very beaky 55+ team, but they were straight sincere, they liked it.
In general, I read a lot of horrors before the trip, I was preparing for the worst, I was very afraid, and in the end I got off with this fright. But of course, I did not expect much and the thought flashed - if only I could fly. We flew and it's okay :-D

- when departing from Larnaca, they turned a blind eye to a decent excess of luggage, they didn't say anything at all
- when departing from Yerevan, they paid about 6 rubles for two overweight
- The luggage was not supposed to be received in Yerevan, but due to some kind of lining, it had to be received and handed over again. This was said as transparently as possible 3 times both on departure and on arrival. This is probably the only disadvantage, but once again - for a low-cost airline, I consider this to be the minimum risk taken into account in the ticket price.
In total, either we were so lucky or a lot of negativity here is the order of competitors. I rarely fly, I will not collect statistics myself. Have a nice flight to everyone!

You should check every step from buying a ticket to boarding a plane: something can go wrong everywhere:

Flights of this airline are constantly delayed. Or cancelled. Here is an example: flight 3F 331 from Yerevan to St. Petersburg took off with a delay of more than 11 hours. It was postponed three times: from 22:50 to 6:30 the next day, then to 8:00, then to 8:30, ~ at 9:10 I just got out.
The delay was notified by email only after waiting 3 hours at the airport. The hotel was not provided (although it is mandatory for a delay of 6 + hours). It is mandatory to print a boarding pass at online check-in, otherwise a paid printout. I'm not talking about the fact that there is no food on board and water is only paid.
"Requests" are accepted only through the form on the website or by email helpdesk.am@flyone.eu The appeal was registered, but so far (a week has passed!) There is no answer.
There was no apology for the delay. Upon arrival, the ship's commander announced (quote): "because of the mess at Pulkovo airport, we will have to wait 10-15 minutes on the plane." What kind of 10-15 minutes of mess was he talking about when the flight was delayed for 11 hours?!

But theft is another matter. I made a mistake myself, leaving the suitcase in Yerevan. But any attempts to return it were in vain: at the Yerevan airport they said that they had handed the suitcase to the airline representative and offered to contact them. All attempts were unsuccessful. In Sheremetyevo, from where they also sent requests, they shrug their hands - the company simply does not respond to requests from the baggage search service.
The conclusion that suggests itself: airline representatives stole luggage.

I asked around with friends , they say that it is their normal practice to cancel flights , while the cost is not refunded . Pure fraud . Flight delays are also the norm. 3. we were put in different places and absolutely not the ones we paid for in advance. After long negotiations, we were still given our seats
BUT THE FUNNY THING IS: we bought seats on the plane in advance, which are not available. We had a place G, and that just doesn't exist. and we weren't the only ones who had such a problem - it also had to be redone
4. Next, some kind of left-hand surname was indicated on the boarding pass. it turned out this was already before boarding and we urgently had to change our tickets. As the campaign representatives told us, "our colleagues must be tired."
5. the tags on our suitcases were mixed up and our luggage was incorrectly registered, we had to redo it
6. it was very stuffy on the plane, the condition of the seats was terrible
7. and of course, no one gives you food or even water for free, but it takes 4 and a half hours to fly

Another 20% of the ticket price. Otherwise, there is no way to buy hand luggage without buying a paid registration. I have not seen such a dilutionist anywhere else. P.s. The flight was eventually postponed to the next day, without notification. Despite the fact that I had an additional SMS notification. An employee of the company at the airport, accustomed to this situation, sent everyone to the forest, called the police and locked himself in his closet. After the purchase, it turned out that the ticket was non-refundable, it was not written in advance, well, or I did not see it
When the tickets came to the post office, it turned out that registration was also paid, that's when I started reading reviews and was horrified, but I'm telling my experience
Check-in is paid at the airport!!! If you register online 24 hours in advance, it's free! However, it is unrealistic to choose a place, and as if they give places randomly. But before that, you need to register with them in the application, I advise you to do this immediately after buying tickets, that is, do not wait for registration to come, because as the experience of other passengers shows, the application simply did not allow me to register, I had no problems. You also need to print the boarding pass on A4, if you do not do this, there will be a fine of 5 euros from the ticket, I printed both ways, they were not useful to me anywhere at all, BUT!!!
People wrote that with a self-printed Coupon (after online registration), they were already sent back to the physical registration in the green zone, respectively, with a fine of 40 euros per ticket, my husband and I decided to play it safe and when we arrived at the airport we went once again to the physical check-in desk and double-check whether we did everything that way, well so that the airport staff would print out the NORMAL boarding pass again, and not on a piece of paper, and this was the right decision!
