We bought tickets in advance, even paid for the seats in front, arrived at the airport in advance and as soon as the check-in window opened, we came up and were shocked that it was almost three hours before departure, and check-in was paid - 3800 per person!!! We took off from Yerevan to Chisinau in 16 hours, without delay. Our things were transferred to the flights themselves, we received our luggage already in Chisinau. There were no problems with checking in at all, you just need to read the conditions on the website, we bought a ticket 3 days before departure, at the same time online registration became available, we checked in and boarding passes were sent to us by mail. In Vnukovo there is a special free terminal for printing a coupon from your phone, and in Yerevan they just print it for free at the reception desk. We did not have any additional fees, on the contrary, we had a computer in a box with us as hand luggage, it did not fit a little into the frame of hand luggage, but the staff turned a blind eye to this and gave out a tag. The plane from Yerevan to Chisinau was not as new as before, but in principle it would not take long to fly, so it is not critical. Throughout our journey, all the stages arrived at the post office. We arrived at the airport, we were told that we were transferred to a plane of another airline (Red Wings) with a change of arrival airport (Sheremetyevo instead of Vnukovo). In total, this flight was first shifted to 03:05, and then to 04:40. My nerves couldn't stand it anymore and I went to the airline representatives to figure out what kind of bullying passengers were (they didn't even start checking in, everyone was sitting near the airport entrance). We would like to inform you that due to the change in flight time, FLYONE ARMENIA offered its passengers the following alternatives:
1) Transfer the ticket amount to your personal account, equal to the initial ticket price plus 10% of the original cost with a validity period of 12 months;
2) Free exchange of departure dates in the same direction.
3) Refund of the ticket price.
You used the ticket and made the flight, thereby agreeing to the new conditions of the Airline.
Therefore, your request for compensation cannot be satisfied by the airline.

The funny thing is that this "cooperator" disables the possibility of ticket refund in the personal account, only cancellation with money transfer to the "casino income". It is impossible to get through or communicate with support in any other way. I really hope that the hype for tickets towards Armenia will end soon and the market will put everything in place.
It is dangerous to fly with this company, the connecting flight St. Petersburg-Yerevan-Paris on 09/19/2023 went ahead with a bang, but the return flight by the same route was terrible, the delay in departure from Yerevan was for 1 day, no one even tried to provide a hotel and meals, they say, solve your problem yourself.
The only plus is that we flew!!! Thank God, thank them for that!!

Have you ever heard of paid registration???? I am an active user of air travel, but this is the first time I have learned about such a "brilliant innovation". I bought an already not cheap ticket, and at the airport I had to pay another 3,500 rubles for registration! The flight was delayed.
