All questions are answered that it is not in their competence, figure it out for yourself. As a result, I gave up on them and went to another bank (I will not advertise, I will only say that it is larger and with a higher credit rating), where all the documents were accepted without any problems, and two days later I had an account opened and a card ready. For interest, I dialed Freedom again: they didn't see anything in their database there, and they once again replied to my appeal that this was not their competence. It's even a shame that this bank has Russian roots.
Terrible bank and service. There is no support. Tariffs are changed regularly and not in favor of the consumer. I do not recommend it.
