The next day, I received an SMS that the card had been handed over to the courier. The courier did not contact that day, only the next day and said that "he needs to go faster" and "in an hour it will take a long time." I politely explained that I was busy and could only arrive in an hour. He replied that he would call back in an hour and hung up. I arrived home and immediately informed the courier that I was expecting him. In response to this, he said "later or tomorrow." Then a bank employee called and for some reason began to report the closure of the account. I informed them that there was nothing to close, on the contrary, it was necessary to open, since I had just registered with their online bank, ordered a card and that the courier still had not delivered it to me. The bank employee didn't even listen to me and hung up on me. Neither the courier nor the employee subsequently called back. I had a higher opinion of Freedom Finance Bank, I was counting on decent service and long-term cooperation, but alas, as I understood it, they do not need clients. Conclusion: technically, it seems that the bank has good opportunities, a good application and website, favorable product offers, but the level of service is at zero, the bank's employees do not understand what they are talking about and hang up at the first opportunity. Complete incompetence of the support staff, no order. It's the same with the courier. It seems that this bank is no different from other Kazakhstani banks, which, I would rightly note, have a very low level of service and competence of employees, and absolutely do not comply with customer service quality standards. In simple terms, our banks don't care about customers!
A separate branch was opened for non-residents, they stood in line, then filled out a bunch of papers for issuing a card. They released a virtual card for a very long time, they did not say that you need to register in the application with the operator in order to add a virtual card there later. As a result, we made a paid issue, increased commissions for operations and withdrawals. One plus is probably that the card is multicurrency and Freedom Finance has offices in different countries, plus you can open a brokerage account.
The card does not work for non-residents. In addition, it is not registered (somewhere it may not be accepted). The support just hangs up for 10 minutes and goes off into the sunset. It is also impossible to register in the application using the map. They send the username in the message themselves, and then they themselves say that it is too long. With all my desire, I could not use the card. Maybe it's for the best.
I opened the card in early October, came, found out the terms of service (at that time there was a free opening, maintenance and cash withdrawal within 500k tenge) and signed a contract, while the card was being issued, the bank unilaterally changed the terms of service without any notification, cash withdrawal for non-residents became with a commission of 2%, which I I found out only by withdrawing cash, and 15k tenge was written off for opening the card, and it was opened in early October, and it was written off literally today and without any notifications (SMS, etc., even in the list of operations in the bank's LC is not displayed), in general, it does not cause a feeling of a reliable place to store money
The main thing is people, pleasant managers who want to do everything and who want it quickly and efficiently!

I highly recommend this bank to Russians if you want to get a card for payment abroad. Endless problems - sometimes they block the card, then their conversion just breaks down, as a result, I ended up in another country without access to money. All issues are resolved very slowly and far from the first time.
No support service, WhatsApp and chat respond at all, phone calls are cut off automatically after 15 minutes from the start, regardless of how long the operator had to wait and whether the issue was resolved. Money can hang up during transfers, then you have to pull it out from hold-a for a week, and this is possible only with a personal visit to the only branch. The mobile application is sometimes buggy, the exchange rates dance and do not always correspond to those stated on the site.
I do not set 1 only because this bank can work with transfers to / from the Russian Federation. He doesn't have any more advantages.
Almaty branch - stole 6151 pounds from my account. This happened at the end of October last year. Since then, there has been no clear or official response from the bank. I wrote an official request for a dispute on January 1. After 11 (!!) days, after my own request to support, they replied that I had to hide the card numbers in the application and now I have to rewrite it. What can I say - do not trust money to these scammers!
