The hotel is clean, the food is all inclusive, acceptable for every taste, there is no animation, there is no entertainment for children 10-15 years old, there are still small ones, while others already have big ones. The rooms and service are good.

- Salt water in the entire hotel from the tap (what?)
- The staff does not know how to wash plates and cutlery. I always had to look after them. The same applies to fruits and vegetables
- The cleaners are terribly loud and do not clean the room well. Upon arrival, a huge tuft of hair was greeted in the shower
- The water park is 2 medium slides
- Evening events are not very interesting, the dance of 5-7 people for an hour is what it is all about

We stayed at this hotel on 12 - 22.10.23, 2 standard rooms. The hotel was pleased with the excellent price-quality ratio. The hotel does not have much frills and pathos, but perfectly meets the tasks of recreation and has a high quality of service. We have been visiting Turkey for beach holidays every year since 1996 and there is something to compare it with. Strengths: we never waited for a table in the restaurant for breakfast, dinner and lunch
(despite the fact that the hotel was quite densely filled!!!); qualified staff (pleased with the quality and speed of the restaurant staff and reception); unobtrusive, but decent animation (I would like to note the complete absence of obscenity in the work of the animation team); room cleaning was carried out every day and in sufficient quality; many cafes / bars / recreation areas; clean public spaces and toilets; well-groomed territory. Weaknesses: it is necessary to repair the spa sauna area in a sad state, the "wet" steam room was not in good working order; there is no pier from which one could enter the sea through a staircase; the territory is small in comparison with the neighbors. Otherwise, everything is at the level of hotels of a similar class. The main audience at the time of the holiday is Russian-speaking families with young children, elderly and middle-aged couples from Russian-speaking countries and Turkey. During my vacation, I did not observe any serious conflicts on the "drunk" topic. Overall, a very peaceful place. The price of a hotel stay was significantly cheaper than, for example, in Marti Myra or Marco Polo, with comparable (and in some aspects better) quality of room stock and service.

We rested here in July 2024. The hotel is renovated, in good condition, cool landscaping. Nutrition: you will not stay hungry, but do not count on any delicacies (shrimp, crayfish, etc.). By the way, this is the first hotel in which, after visiting the A la carte restaurant, we went to a regular dinner, because we did not eat enough ((. By drinking: efes draft beer is normal, the wine is lousy, white is still drinkable, and red and pink are byaka. Imported strong alcohol is decent and varied - approx. On the beach: entering the sea is not comfortable, it hurts and is not pleasant for the feet, the bottom is rocky, sometimes abruptly leaving from under the feet, and sometimes with protruding parts of slabs, stones that often hurt you.

This is not my first hotel in Turkey and in Kemer too. I always read reviews before a trip. They were very harsh and negative, but I decided, as always, to rely on the positive ones. Let's go through the cons. Room: we had a family, but... The room is small, divided into 2 rooms, each with its own air conditioning, and a small balcony. The bathroom is spacious, but it was located in our room and the children were constantly walking back and forth, but I want to be alone. Main restaurant: there are no questions about the food. The dishes are a horror, a disgrace to the hotel. The plates come back from the kitchen dirty, i.e. traces of food. There are paper napkins near the plates, and here's what you need to do: take a "clean" plate and wipe it with a napkin. But that's not all. Morning, breakfast, anticipation of coffee. We go to the coffee machine, pour coffee and... surprise!!! Coffee with salt. And so it is in all bars. Even in the tap. We only drink bottled water for a week. We found out that the desalination plant was broken. Let's move on to the pleasantness. The hotel grounds are gorgeous. Fresh flowers are constantly planted, everything is watered and cleaned. Well done! The sea is great! Take a mask, the fish are even near the shore. There is a place to go outside the territory. The choice is yours. We went to Kemer by bus. Don't stay in the hotel all the time! Enjoy your vacation!

A good hotel for families with children. I liked the room, the hotel looks better after renovation. The entire line of imported alcohol is presented. Aqua slides are turned on twice a day for 1 hour. It's not enough for children, it's fine for adults, because the slides lead to the communal pool. The restaurant is a huge issue. The food is very primitive, although there is a lot of it. About all the apparent abundance, I personally found it difficult to find that delicious things could be eaten. A week can be tolerated, more is not for me. For that, the price pleases!

We are resting at the hotel at the moment, we went to it because we wanted to relax in May at a reasonable price, but it would be better to pay extra. In the budget top five for the first time, before that there was also the experience of the not expensive Bergamot hotel in Kemer 4 stars (2019), and it was better, service, cleaning, food. And the Akka antedon fives, for example, have nothing to compare, the price tags are different. Everything is tolerable in Sapphire, but day by day it is not necessary, for 5 days it feels like they did not wash the floor in the room, the food is normal, but the base. You shouldn't expect any frills. Nectarines peaches oranges bananas watermelon and melon from fruits. In the mornings, there is often no normal coffee, only from the vending machine, orange juice is declared from 7 a.m., but you can approach 8, and it was not there yet, only oranges were brought. For a couple of days, there was a feeling that there were not enough places at dinner during rush hour and staff to clean up.
Snacks can always be found, the beach bar works well. There is a bar with a pastry shop and normal coffee, open from 10.A la carte is not open at all, only the fish market, we haven't gone yet, the amphitheater is not in use, the disco bar is also, in general, there are still improvements, the beach is not bad, a large and flat stone in the water, it is convenient to swim in general, you don't break your legs. There are small medium-sized stones and sand on the shore. As in all hotels, there are not a large number of sunbeds and 95% are often occupied, companies of 5 people will not be able to accommodate together by 10. With a stroller on the beach, the descent and ascent are difficult, the slide is steep and scary with a child in a stroller to slip and fall there. The hotel was renovated, but it was so lousy, everything was somehow not done with high quality., although I have nothing to compare what was there before is not clear. In general, everything is pleasant and green on the territory, it smoothed out the impressions. In general, the conclusion is that you can go, but without much expectation, look at the price at the moment.

We were in October 2024, the experience is negative, everything that is written in other negative reviews is true.
Highlights:
- the battle for tables and food in the dining room, I went to book a table myself in 20 minutes in order to sit down quietly with my 1.3 year old daughter
- the food is monotonous and not particularly tasty
- dirt and unsanitary conditions
- the hotel is fully loaded, there are queues everywhere, crowding and jostling
On the 4th day, my daughter fell ill with rotavirus, vomiting and a temperature of 39 in a one-year-old child, in a foreign country this is a huge fear for the baby, fortunately there was insurance that was bought separately, we were taken to the hospital in Kemer, the daughter had systems pumped, tests were taken, medications were prescribed, we can say they saved, until the end of the rest, my daughter ate only breast milk milk
On the last day of rest, I already had symptoms of poisoning, and my friend vomited at Antalya airport right at check-in for the return flight, the child of friends on arrival also had diarrhea
Of the 4 adults and 2 one-year-old children, only 2 adults were not poisoned

We returned tonight. We rested at the Fun&Sun family club saphire hotel. For the first time, I didn't want to leave. Usually I want to go home on the 8th day, but not this time I liked the hotel. The room was wonderful, the hotel itself was clean and fresh. The food is good. It is more modest in terms of the number of dishes than in other hotels where we were earlier, but everything is fresh and everything was there. There are a lot of fruits. The hotel itself is very compact and convenient. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean, mountains, pines. We lived in the main building. I would like to mention the staff: the guys are trying, they do everything quickly, they are friendly, attentive and most importantly for me they are unobtrusive. At the reception, all our questions were resolved very quickly, which surprised me. The side of the toilet bowl lived for several days according to its regime. These are the little things that were quickly solved. A wonderful coffee shop with delicious coffee and desserts. For the first time, I want to return to this hotel. Thanks again ❤

In general, the impression of the hotel is wonderful, the climate is wonderful, the huge territory has comfortable rooms, access to the sea, a huge swimming pool, but as they say, everything has its flaws and I will tell you about them
1) in the morning and in the evening, waiting for the elevator in the main building is a whole feat, it's good that they lived on the second floor (in fact, the 5th) yes, if someone wants to live higher because of the beautiful sea view, do not chase, it is not visible because of the firs, pines and palm trees on the territory
2) it applies more to vacationers, but also to the staff, I think vacationers smoke right everywhere, despite the fact that there are specially designated places, people don't care about the fact that there are children around too, the staff does not make remarks to anyone, citizens smokers say to their face they don't like sitting at home, or endure when I finish smoking.
3) although the hotel is family-run, the adult animation ends from about 03:00 to 04:30 and is so loud that in the main building it seemed that it was playing right in the corridor outside the door, I imagine what it was like for those who lived near the pool, all rooms overlooking the pool are just where the disco takes place.
4) the food leaves much to be desired, I have not eaten any worse food yet, it concerns both the adult menu and the children's, everything is not salty, almost all the food is spicy from 10 days of arrival all the days I ate rice and chicken for lunch and dinner, and for breakfast eggs, fruits are not delicious every day, then they are just terribly sour It's just not possible to eat pasta, there are no potatoes on the menu at all, the child spends all his days on some kind of incomprehensible broth at lunch and all the time rice and nuggets, bread for breakfast because it's not possible to eat porridge, sometimes they had time for an omelet that tended to end.
5) well, in my opinion, the biggest minus and shame to the hotel management is trying to earn money on everything, prices are very high, boiled corn is sold on the territory of the hotel for $ 2, popcorn for $ 4, all sorts of entertainments and children's attractions often come, prices from $ 10 and above, there is a wonderful hammam on the territory, but all the procedures in it they are also paid and the prices are by no means market-based, for me a hotel of such a plan and pricing policy can afford all this for free.
6) as for alcohol, there is anyone and in any quantity, but due to the economy of electricity, all alcohol is hot to such an extent that it is not possible to drink it, only with a lot of ice.
Well, as for us personally, the day before departure they did not clean the room, which we were shocked at, given that from 12 o'clock in the afternoon, there was a tag about the need to clean, at 18 o'clock they came to the reception with this problem and told me what can we do now? You're leaving tomorrow anyway, okay.
By the way, on the day of arrival, the guide promised that the hotel staff would constantly approach us and be interested in our everyday life, for 10 days they did not even see anyone, not that someone approached.

The hotel is old, despite the renovation, there is a smell of sewage, both in the rooms and in public areas. There were problems with the water, salt water was flowing from the tap, the drinks in the restaurant were also salty. The choice of food is very poor. Of course, there is enough of everything, but the basis of the diet is chicken and fried herring. Gozleme made from ready-made pita bread with potato and cottage cheese filling is a complete mess. The staff is not very friendly, but I want to mention the waiter Ibrahim in the main restaurant, always in a good mood, joking and singing Turkish songs! Plus a star for the hotel) In general, the rest was a success. There is a very beautiful nature, fresh air, pine trees, mountains and the sea! I do not recommend Fun and sun.

We arrived quite recently from this hotel. To be honest, the hotel is not bad. It can be considered for families with children. It is noisy, there are a lot of families from Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Poland and Turkey. The animation is not bad. A disco every day. Dancers came several times. There was a renovation. Cleaning every day, thank you. I Didn'T Like The Food!!! Breakfast eggs in three variations, oatmeal, rice and buckwheat in milk.. please do not confuse porridge with milk. It's not tasty! Orange juice every day. It's hard for children to choose something to eat.. Chicken in different variations every day. Mackerel every two days. The menu is repeated every day. You will eat seafood at home .Once there were boiled squid and that was it. On day 4, we stopped eating anything at all. On Russia Day, there was no greeting, no festive menu, no show. I fly on June 12th every time. Every hotel emphasized this holiday. Congratulation. A cake (in the style of the Russian flag), borscht, or animation made congratulations. And in this hotel, it feels like they didn't know about this holiday at all. I have been to Turkey more than 10 times. There is something to compare it with. The nearest shops and a market with a pharmacy are about a 30-minute walk away. There 's nothing closer . They accept rubles. The beach is clean. I began to notice that Russians are not liked. I write, so to speak, online. We arrived at 2 a.m. We were settled (photo of bed linen). We complained and for 1 night we were given this room (photo with mirror, photo of air conditioner). Well, there are little things, they didn't take pictures, it's just disgusting. There's something like a laundress right below us, a hum, a noise. The third room was not provided to us, they said the first one would be removed tomorrow. If this is how cleanliness is treated here, it's scary to get up tomorrow, go to breakfast, etc. The service, as we understand it, is below the baseboard. Separately, it is worth noting the overpowering smell, starting from the entrance to the hotel and ending with hand soap. The room stinks the same way. The next day we were moved to a nice room. But how many times have I brushed other people's hair off the floor and pillows... There was even hair on the pillow that was in the closet. The view in the room is good, but the width of the balcony is equal to the width of the chair that stands there. The food is not varied. We arrive every time 20-30 minutes after the start of breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. We find a place, but the table is not set. Or, for example, there is one knife on the plates. That is, people before us were sitting there eating, but they did not use the knife, it remained lying there.
Then the following story happened. I ordered sunrise tequila at the bar (it's not on the menu, but we've seen this cocktail from others). As a result, they poured me a shot of tequila and gave me an empty glass with the phrase "here's tequila, and here's sunrise." As it turned out, after 2 minutes, it turned out to be a joke and a cocktail was brought to the table. It was at the lobby bar.
At the beach bar, which promised imported alcohol, all alcohol is simply poured into bottles of imported alcohol. Then there is a circus in general. We order a Margarita, it's the second one on the menu. The bartender says that he does not know how to make this cocktail and suggests that my husband cook it himself!!! Once again, we make sure at this moment that all the alcohol is poured to the lids almost, we take everything on video. At that moment, the bartender asked us not to take pictures, otherwise they would have problems. Excuse me, what???? Okay, maybe we're wrong about what we filmed. But, it turns out, they really mess up.
One star for the view, nature and the sea. The water is very warm and clean.
I am attaching another photo of the table in the gazebo. Gazebos are located in the area of making tortillas. There are 6 gazebos and a woman prepares them in the 7th. The tortillas seem delicious, but the composition of the tortilla cheese greens includes mint or lemon balm. The gazebos are dirty, and so are the tables. I liked everything. Varied food, excellent staff, clean area, beautiful sea, but water entertainment at the highest prices. Linen change once a week, ants in the room (main building), daily cleaning - making beds and garbage removal. The animation is good, it's not boring, we had 10 nights with 2 children aged 6 and 15. The room is 2 rooms, there is enough space. 10 nights was just enough time)
Children are perfectly entertained by the Toucan club. In the evening every day there is a children's Mini-disco, and then an evening show for everyone.
Drinks are always available everywhere, without complaints. Ice cream too.
We've been here since May 30th. It rained for several days, it was not too hot, but we swam in the pool, and went on slides and in the sea. However, it was difficult to keep warm afterwards. We went to saunas and a hammam, and there was also a swimming pool. But it's completely icy there.
There are courts for playing tennis and football. You can take game supplies at the reception.
As soon as the heat came, we were only at sea.

It's terrible! Dirt and unsanitary conditions! We had a rest from October 14 to 24, 2024. On the second day, the child has a rotovirus with a high fever, both children and adults are ill. Cleaning the room for 2, even a dollar did not help, they may forget to change the towels. The stench in the room is terrible. The neighbor went to the toilet, you smell. The closed bathroom door.the node doesn't help. The restaurant is a separate song. The dishes probably don't wash with everything. Leftovers on plates, lipstick marks on glasses. In 30 minutes. The end of the meal has already been cleaned. At first, it was disappointing that I had to drink tea in paper cups, but seeing the dishes was a plus. The tables are not cleaned, before you sit down, you need to clean up after the previous guests yourself.The fruits are rotten and not tasty at all. In general, it's terrible.

The food is monotonous and there is little of it. There is no service in the restaurant at all, you take forks and knives yourself, you wash them yourself (if you don't want to eat dirty), some in vodka, some in boiling water. The tables are dirty, the dishes are not cleaned at all, not that on your table, all the tables are occupied with dirty dishes. Finding an empty table is a problem! We just returned from this hotel and have something to share.
1. The hotel is VERY, VERY noisy, not for families with children! From 10 a.m., music rumbles by the main pool, and continues until 1 a.m. There are many buildings that overlook this noise, therefore, it is unrealistic to relax with children in the room during the day!
2. A lot of dirty dishes in the restaurant! Both plates, glasses, and cutlery are often sticky and streaked. The bartenders are dressed in tattered, stained T-shirts - Rospotrebnadzor would be on them! The floors in bars, restaurants, and recreation areas are black with dirt in places. This is especially noticeable in the first days of rest - then you get used to it.
3. There is a lot of food, but it is tasteless and the same thing for 10 days.
4. It is unclear what the renovation consisted of, but the rooms are damaged, with split shells.
5. The entrance to the sea is not bad for pebbles, it is quite flat. There are large stones - but uncritically.
6. The kids' club is good, the animators are great!
Not a foot in this hotel anymore, it's not worth the money!

Good afternoon, everyone! How many times have I sworn not to read reviews of the hotel, and nevertheless, I read a lot of negative comments before the trip.:))) In reality, in my opinion, the hotel is quite a good strong four.
I don't know what was wrong with the food, I liked everything and even more than at crystal admiral, where food is the main feature :) Fresh delicious vegetables, ripe fruits. Grilled chicken, fish. Cheeses, yogurts, and so on.
I agree with the reviews about the rooms. The main thing is not to settle by the main pool, it is very noisy. It is also worth avoiding rooms with a view of Rixos if possible because of the hum of the air conditioners.
The nature and the sea are simply magnificent! Two steps from the hotel to the right is a wonderful road to Phaselis, pine trees, turtles and sheep. I just sunbathed on the beach of the hotel, and went swimming to the left, to the same Rixos, there is a sandy approach and no one there :)
I will note separately - very friendly staff, very nice people, they smile and help in everything.
The only drawback seemed to be the snack bar by the pool, where there is no buffet.
And yes. There is no sound insulation in the rooms. I agree here.
Overall, I liked it. I rested, walked, breathed, admired the turquoise transparent sea. :)

We were vacationing with a friend in room 439. The room is spacious with two large beds. There was a smell of sewage in the toilet. The room cleaning is poor. The room is angular, the music is loud (low frequencies) so the walls rattle.
There is a large selection of food. The dishes are poorly washed. Leftover food on the appliances. Cats and dogs roam the territory. They look sick and dirty, although the hotel has a Toucan kids club.
There are two restaurants Italian - not working and fish - record for a few days. There are many sun beds on the beach, the canopies are stationary. A towel is provided in the SPA area. In bars they pour beer, wine, martinis, but in my opinion they are non-alcoholic. Although, if he wants to get drunk, it won't stop him. There are strong alcoholic drinks.

We had a rest in the second half of September. this, of course, is far from 5 stars! Big questions about food- monotonous, only burnt mackerel from fish; there was no seafood at all; fruits were not the first freshness, etc. The service in the main restaurant is disgusting! The tables are not cleaned, the dishes are dirty! They often searched for devices for themselves! We have been to Turkey many times, but we have not met such an attitude towards vacationers!
On the plus side: the sea is wonderful, the hotel grounds are not bad and the room cleaning is good. I liked the fish restaurant. That's probably all!

Friends! Avoid this place, up to five stars like the moon, mold, fungus, constant smell of sewage in the rooms, furniture is dead, there is no sound insulation, rooms are not cleaned daily, air conditioning since the last century, the food is monotonous, got sick with rotavirus, vomited further than I saw, service is zero, the restaurant is ala krat fishy, drinks are impossible to drink There are no imported ones, only Turkish swill.
From the good: the toucan children's club, where there are many events for children, but keep in mind there are also paid ones.
Children's discos are very mediocre, in the 21st century they want to get the audience under the macarena.
The playground is cramped, the benches and swings are torn out of the ground, the child has suffered a back injury.
For adults, the usual animation, I went to yoga, it depended on the coach, someone did exercises, someone with yoga elements.
Aqua aerobics is a separate thing, the coach walks by the pools, examines the girls, monitors who is with her husband, who is without, then sticks in the pool and calls for dates. It's a nightmare.
The descent into the sea is strange, it's scary without sneakers, there is a concrete slab at the bottom, it's terribly slippery.

The hotel is good, the room cleaning is good, towels were changed every day, tea and coffee were always available. But there are complaints about the food at the hotel. Grilled chicken is always overcooked! For some reason, there are no French fries as a side dish. Or rather, there is , but in a cafe near the pool. The beach wasn't cleaned very well either. And the waiters in the cafe did not have time to clear the tables, because they could barely move!!!

I liked the responsiveness of guest relations, reception. Although not all questions were closed as promised, but a sincere warm attitude was felt. Special thanks to Ksenia for her hospitality, Orhan for enduring the obnoxious, boisterous Russians for several evenings, and who not only swore at us, but also helped. Very good animation. It's a pity that when the most interesting shows, activitizes and parties began, we left.
Alcohol is a five-minus. The minus is due to the insufficiently saturated beer and the smell of alcohol in white wine. The rest of the drinks are a top. there were no very expensive ones. We drank raki, whiskey (Chivas), martinis, tequila.
Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is a great bonus for guests! This did not happen ten years ago.
Everything is clean (except for the restaurant tables at peak times). As for cleaning the room, I can't say anything. It seems to be good.

I didn't like the service. Only one or two of the waiters are friendly. The rest are neutral or walked like black clouds. Several waiters showed extreme negativity!!! (You can find out about the situation with me from Ksenia - a note for the hotel administration)
I didn't really like the food. There are no "five" dishes. Some dishes, such as fish and grilled, are impossible to eat.
I didn't like the quality of the cosmetic repairs. Especially the floor in the shower (main body). Just a blunder.

If you really want to relax, then come here at full speed. I've been to a lot of places, but I'm ready to give this hotel a bonus.
Of the advantages:
• many pools (without a huge amount of chlorine);
• clean rooms;
• a small but good water park;
• delicious food;
• a good children's area.
Bad qualities:
• there are flies in the restaurant;
• there is a palm tree with huge thorns on the children's area (which I decided to hug), for which I sat in the hospital for 6 days, but I do not lower the score — this is my stupidity.
I also forgot to say that there are several events: on Sunday there are some interesting attractions and, as I remember, on Tuesday or Thursday there are boats that can be controlled.

The hotel is 5 stars, but as for me it is 4. The hotel itself is good, the staff treats it properly and every evening there are some entertainment shows for both children and adults. Everything is free on the territory of the hotel (it is quite large). But there is one big BUT. Literally eating, because this "but" is related to food. The food here is very tasty, of course not all, but a lot. And also once they gave me wonderful bakery products that I poisoned myself with..

The reviews are too good. Maybe I'm here when the hotel is full. I was in 4th, but it's not even 4th. There is water on the bathroom floor in the room, outside the shower threshold, an air conditioner unit above the child's bed. I.e. there is no central air conditioner, you control manually from the remote control. In the restaurant, dinner at 19 turns into a derby, i.e. steeplechase races to get the table - EVERYTHING is occupied. I've never seen this before. The food is a solid pp boiled and stewed meat / chicken/fish/vegetables. The grill is a fish that has been smoked to the state of "tapping on the table". Fortunately, grilled chicken parts have appeared - this is the only edible thing here. 3* behind the eyes. About dirty dishes - the true truth, thank you, the kind woman who suggested that you pour boiling water before use. I pray that the intestines will not be seized with all the introductory ones. Salt water was running from the tap for several days. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen.

Very nice hotel!!! We were in the second half of August. We settled in about 12 days. The staff is very polite and courteous. The room was in the main building, they asked immediately not to go out to the pool! Because it's very noisy! The animation works great. And evening discos!! The food is delicious and varied! Dirty dishes have never been caught. There have always been sun beds on the beach. But of course our cunning citizens occupy, although it is written in the rules of the hotel that this cannot be done! If you saw that there are only towels, you can safely move them! There are two swimming pools on the territory. The second one is considered as "relaxation". It is much quieter, but they still come with children who behave very noisily. And in general, a very good hotel!!! Well-maintained territory!! The rooms are clean!

We visited this hotel for the first time, at the end of August. All in all, io is not bad, the sea is super, warm, clean, so who goes beyond the sea and the pine air, then it's here))) but!! This is not a 5*! I wouldn't put a 4*, a sturdy 3*! Nutrition, as many people write, "you will not stay hungry))", you can find those, but like in 5*- there is no such thing! There are a lot of fruits and vegetables, this is a big plus, but check, they wash poorly, I washed and wiped everything for the child! They are cleaned every day, but... This, again, was not close to 5*. We were in building 6, these are separate three-storey houses, but the evening disco is just terrible! I don't understand at all how in a hotel with such a number of children you can bomb music until 12 at night! That killed me! I said that EA saves money for everyone and this is very striking! He's not worth the money we paid. I give 4 stars for the awesome sea! I'll say this, I would have come here again if the price tag had dropped by 30 percent, but I wouldn't have come again. In general, if you are coming here, tune in to a lower level than stated by the stars)))

Very friendly staff, a gorgeous combination of sea, mountains and cedars. The hotel itself is already tired, often the air conditioners and elevators can not cope. Everything on the buffet is very fresh, but this year (2023) it's kind of tasteless, because it's as neutral as possible. No one will go hungry under any circumstances. Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish are always available. Super cool animation team, kids club. Convenient access to the sea for children and older vacationers.

We were at this hotel in the last decade of May 24. The hotel is only after renovation, it works clearly on the rating. We tried very hard. Alcohol is imported. Food for every taste, but a lot of grilling. There was also a dietary diet. The pastry is medium. Two bars. In the afternoon, pizza, fries, burgers, ice cream, tortillas. Bottled water is freely available.
The territory is large, the first line. One large building, three small ones. There are a lot of people. 99% of the tourists are from Russia and Kazakhstan. I saw a couple of Poles. Two swimming pools, slides, tennis court, football field. There is a lot of animation, even too much. It won't be boring. Animation on the beach - volleyball. In the pool, on the grass. The area is very green.
The beach is well maintained, there are many sunshades. Small pebbles turning into large stones in the sea. There are boulders 5-7 meters from the shore. They don't interfere with swimming. The sea is unrealistically clean, transparent and beautiful. There are beach towels.
The renovation of the rooms is average. The air conditioner works without a key. Linen is changed every three days. Towels every day
