It took a long time to choose a hotel where to relax with your family, two adults and 2 children. But the cost has grown decently this summer, and what we wanted for our family cost about 700 rubles.
As a result, this hotel was priced at 450 rubles for 13 nights.
Not cheap!
Upon arrival, the hotel is a 2.5-hour drive from Antalya Airport by transfer. By taxi - 1.5 hours.
We arrived at the hotel around 8 a.m. We got to breakfast. The first thing I did was run for coffee. This is the most disgusting coffee I've ever had.
The breakfasts are standard, porridges, cereals, eggs, pancakes, croutons, cheese, sausage, donuts, some kind of mixtures. We found something to eat. But coffee is a bummer.
Check-in from 14h. We are waiting. We waited until about 12. We booked a 2-room suite. We are given a 2-room, but very tiny room in the main building, on the 2nd floor. And then I remember the reviews about the noise, the hum of ventilation. This room had windows facing the side where the whole system was. And the beeping cars that were bringing something were taking it away. Windows cannot be opened. We stayed in this room for a couple of hours, just trying to relax. And they realized that they had to ask for another number. The husband went to negotiate, gave $ 50, and lo and behold, we are given a great large spacious 2-room room, but in a bungalow, closer to the pool. That's exactly what we paid for, for the space. But, they've got everything covered there, apparently.
According to the numbers, our room is on the 3rd floor, the last one. We think it's cool, silence. But that was not the case. From any movement of other residents, our room cracked. There was a crackling sound from the strong wind. Well, okay, we're used to it. But!!! I wake up in the morning to screams. I don't understand what's going on. It turns out that in the next room, people are just talking to each other. And you can hear everything, even coughing, farting, sorry, opening and closing cabinets. You can hear everything as in the next room.
As a result, the walls are just like plywood. Therefore, the audibility is certainly strong.
About the hotel- the stated 5*. They probably don't know what 5* is. The room cleaning is disgusting. The staff is all kind of unhappy. The rooms are shabby, the doors, windows, everything is old.
An ashtray was accidentally smashed on the balcony. I lay there for 2 days until they showed the cleaner to clean it up.
Or, the main room will wash the floors, but not the nursery. I was passing by.
The territory of the hotel is not bad, green, comfortable. But why are towels given out in the main building and not closer to the beach? It is not convenient for those who live in a bungalow.
There are 2 swimming pools, one closer to the sea, where all the parties are, and there is at the entrance to the hotel, there are no people and parties.
The sea is cool, good, and the approach is convenient. But I need slippers, it hurts on the stones. There are no complaints about the sea at all.
Sun beds- it seemed possible to find a free one.
We rented gazebos by the beach, if for a large number of days, then $ 25 per day. There is a waiter service, brings champagne, fruit, ice cream. And any other drinks. Things were left there overnight, which is necessary for the beach.
The kitchen, the food - this is the biggest disadvantage of the hotel. More than once they turned to the cook to cook just chicken broth, but he never did it. Soups are incomprehensible, mixtures. We don't eat that, I'm sorry.
Hotter, everything is the same. Pasta, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, raw rice, some fried fish and stew. You know, there seems to be food, but everything is not delicious. And sometimes there was a rotten one. The children were eating pasta. There was mashed potatoes a couple of times. And once baked potatoes in foil.
Entertainment is not bad, neither are the animators.
Local drinks are normal. Except for coffee!
In principle, we liked our vacation, because we were with the company, we had fun. But I'm not going back to this hotel anymore. And I don't recommend it to anyone.
Vacationers are mostly Russians, a lot of Kazakhs, there are Uzbeks.

What didn't you like:
A tired hotel with "conditional" 5 stars. The complex itself falls short by 5.
The food is a large assortment, but there were no juices in the morning, filling porridges. A weak children's menu. In general, it is delicious and satisfying.
The beach is crowded, deck chairs are in short supply.
The fitness room is so so. And in general, the feeling of a crowded hotel. There is always a queue at the pool bar.
Noisy codeys outside the window, dripping on the clothes dryer.
There are no horizontal bars anywhere.

One could say, "but you came to the sea, and not to sit in a hotel." I agree. But we paid for it, including infrastructure and service. The price is clearly too high.

A room in the main building with a view of the garden (the other wing overlooks the air conditioning system of the Rixos hotel, $ 20 and please give a good room), the room was not so-so (I went in once and found cleaning, our pillows were on the floor, but I did not make a scandal, since there were two days left, so we decided without cleaning further).
The food is somewhat monotonous, but finding something to eat is no problem, in the afternoon watermelons were taken out to the pool and sliced a couple of times (the children swept everything away very quickly).
The animators are great, and children and adults are trying to keep as interesting as possible.

Polite staff, clean area. The rooms are not new and the hotel itself slightly resembles a Soviet boarding house. The food is generally normal. The nature is wonderful - green fir trees, crystal clear sea. An ideal hotel for children, good playgrounds, animation, aqua slides and a separate children's buffet. I really liked the location of the hotel - I went through the forest to Phaselis (45 min walk) and swim in a beautiful bay. (30 min walk). I would also like to thank the work of the reception at the reception - he always helped, solved issues, settled quickly and if someone made noise, they immediately eliminated all inconveniences.

We returned from the FUN&SUN Family Club Saphire Hotel on 10/10/2023. We had a rest with two families: 3 adults, 2 adults and a child.
I'll start with cherries, the rest later.
ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE:
Alcohol is imported only in the ChillOut Bar (Balantines, Martini, Vodka Smirnoff are all...), local in all other bars.
Cocktails are not very good, they do it for love. Beer on tap, the Hilt is written, in fact XS, the purchased Hilt in the bottle is tastier at times. Local champagne is nothing.
All alcohol is poured into PLASTIC glasses (5-ka, ultra) sometimes, if a normal bartender - in glass. There is nothing bottled at all.
There's only water in the refrigerators.
There is no ice cream in packs (from 14 to 18, only dondurma is on hand).
Juice, fanta, cola, pepsi or any other foreign drinks - NO, only their analogues and then on tap (as in burger king from the vending machine). The exception is freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, in 100ml paper cups, so as not to ruin the hotel.
If you forgot that you are in UAI, then there are mobile outlets on the territory where they make freshly squeezed juice for $ 2 or sell boiled corn, also for $ 2.
The canteen "restaurant" is a 3* hotel level.
The meat was: fried chicken, stewed, as part of goulash; roast lamb heart (once); turkey as part of goulash with vegetables; beef as part of goulash with vegetables, beef meatballs, beef liver stewed or fried every day.
Fish: fried mackerel, boiled; Fried river trout; on a fish day - yellowfin Tuna, mussels in sauce, small (1/240) peeled shrimp in sauce.
Cheeses: 3-4 varieties, all brine, there were no hard a priori.
Fruits: watermelon, melon, apples, pears, peaches, plums.
Children's menu: boiled mackerel, noodle soup (salted), boiled sausages (did not change from day to day).
Diet menu: 5 dishes that remained the same day after day, as if covered with lids, and opened the next day.
Service and furnishings (I have not seen this anywhere else):
- the hotel is positioned as a family, a lot of people with children from several months and older. SMOKING IS ALLOWED EVERYWHERE except in the indoor dining room. You are sitting with a child on the street, eating, and then at the next table, after a hearty breakfast, someone tightens a fragrant sizhka. Rush. It's the same on the beach.
- meals are strictly on schedule. Situation: we returned from Tekirov at 20:40 (dinner until 21:00), barely had time for the remnants of "luxury", we sit at the table, have dinner, the waiter comes up and brazenly takes a plate filled with food from under my nose and says "restoran finish". Not with waste, not from the edge of the table, but right in front of me. I almost dropped the fork with the liver. It's systematic, it doesn't matter, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Time's up - sit hungry. Or even here - before the end of breakfast (09:30), umbrellas are folded (on the street), right when you are sitting eating. By the way, the food from the buffet begins to be cleaned 20-30 minutes before the end of the meal (i.e., for example, lunch before 14:30, but at 14:10 the food can already be cleaned).
- the interval from 16:00 to 19:00 - there is nowhere to eat. Nowhere at all. Only dondurma from 14:00 to 18:00.
- a vacationer from Tagil or "come on, come on" was different for several days, in the evening during dinner, blue screamed insensibly in the main restaurant, but he is forgiven as a vacationer. The staff doesn't, the staff doesn't care. No one even came up and took me away. Family hotel. With children.
- music. Diskach bludgeons until 00:00. In the main building, the balcony can't be opened at night, I can't imagine what's going on in the annex. buildings near the pool. Disco in the room?) Family hotel.
There is a Toucan Club for children. For those who are 4 and older. This is convenient for those parents whose children are 4+. You can leave the child to the animators and have fun yourself. If you are younger - soryan. PS. the neighboring hotel accepts children from 6 months.
Transfer:
- 70km from Antalya, 2.5 hours
- the girl guide, 2.5 hours carried some fierce blizzard. 15 minutes in essence, about the nuances of the stay, 2h15min some unrelated things, about her friends, how she walked around Turkey somewhere, fictional stories about local attractions. But they laughed heartily. And after a long flight, I just wanted to relax and get to the hotel as soon as possible.
Hotel:
+ they were sent to dinner without bracelets (they had time)
- because when buying a tour, you can't choose a specific room, then when you check in, of course, they tried to move into an economy room on the lower floor (main building). On their own initiative, with an additional payment of $ 50 per room, they settled on the 4th floor with a sea view.
- rooms, one was given standard, one is still economy (in the main building).
- the rooms are renovated, they look fresh, but there are mistakes everywhere. It's smeared there, it's smeared here, the cashing on the door has moved away, half of the lamp is lit there, but, in general, it's not critical.
+ the room was cleaned every day. The bed was changed a couple of times. Towels in the bathroom were changed every day, there was no need to somehow remind. Bribes in the form of chocolate did not change anything at all)
- the air conditioner was humming as if the Kamaz was wound up outside the window.
+ in the room: bathrobes, slippers, tea set, safe (free of charge), mini bar (drinks, water), refilled water, no drinks (this is UAI, baby)
+ in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, dental supplies, washcloths, cotton pads, cotton swabs.
+ the territory is not huge, but large enough, well-groomed, green, shady. Everywhere there is a lawn, trimmed bushes, this is being monitored. There are benches with tables on the territory, there is a zone with sun loungers and hammocks closer to the beach.
- the pools are clean, but the water is icy, about 20 degrees. It's the same in the children's pool. Even the promised heated basik - without heating. On the street October, the temperature is 28, not 40.

Beach:
- not too big, 100-150 meters.

- there are only 2 changing cabins for the entire beach

The overall impressions of the trip and stay at the hotel are 2.5 out of 5. We did not get what we expected at all. The hotel has potential, but IMHO, not in the possession of FUN&SUN. Or, perhaps, a change of all the management staff and the chef in particular will help, because the fish is rotting, everyone knows from where...

All the negativity already begins in the morning (coffee in this hotel can be said to be absent, because you simply will not find it here (there are coffee machines, but they never work). The second point is that the food in the main restaurant is monotonous, the same thing every day. For 3⭐️ it 's gorgeous . True , they need to change the cook , it's a little not tasty , but there is + here , there will be no extra kg if the food is not very tasty. Therefore, it is tolerable . We were a family (2+2) in August 2023..
This is definitely the top Five budget. I would even say that it is a full-fledged Four.
The territory is sooo compact, the kitchen is monotonous every day without any frills.
Fish delicacies, shrimps, and shellfish were never seen.
On the beach, wooden decking needs to be repaired.
Of all the joys, only the Sea can be rated at 5+. It's beautiful - warm and transparent!!!

We are currently staying at this hotel. Among the advantages : Friendly staff, funny animators, clean, spacious room, the sea is clean, the beach is cleaned during the day. The hotel's infrastructure is convenient.
Of the cons: the food is not a 5-star hotel. Alcohol is disgusting! The evening animation is just terrible! They turn on the music and it beats until night! But this is a family hotel with children! There are no evening shows! Last year we were at STARLAIT 5* Side, so every evening we ran to the show, all 10 days there were invited bands.
And in this hotel, the money is not small and entertain yourself as you want.
We are currently staying at the hotel. The music is pounding late again, it's impossible to fall asleep, even with the doors closed!
We will not go to this hotel anymore!

I had a rest from October 30th to 9th. One of the advantages is a nice small hotel area, the sea.
For food and drinks - terrible unsanitary conditions! When I was there, the bartenders opened drinks with their teeth, licked their hands and touched the drink with dirty hands while pouring beer. On the 2nd day of rest, SALT WATER came out of the tap! It was repaired only 2 days later, and then, for a while, then it went salty again. Do you imagine this pleasure when it is impossible to wash your hair properly and your face is always hissing? The plates and glasses are dirty. Coffee machines and carbonated drinks are always salty, there is nothing to drink! The cocktails taste disgusting
Absolutely not worth the money spent. There is no sound insulation if you have a sea view - expect sleepless nights from loud music

Objectively, the hotel does not correspond to the declared stardom and the concept of "Ultra all inclusive". Among the advantages: excellent location, clean well-groomed territory, wonderful sea. We lived in a building next to the sea, the rooms are spacious enough, but tired. Cleaning without fanaticism, shampoos / soap / shower gel / conditioner / lotion / shower cap / other little things were added every day. Water, lemonade, and juice were added from time to time. Cons: very weak Internet, wi-fi was not even in all public places, not to mention the rooms. It was very stressful. The main disadvantage is nutrition. The main course is chicken, turkey, incomprehensible minced meat patties, sometimes stewed beef and giblets! (I saw this for the first time in hotels, especially in the 5* category). Everything tastes very mediocre, if not tasteless. The fish seems to be there, but it seems not, since it is impossible to eat it (dry and overcooked). The general feeling is that you are not in a restaurant, but in a dining room. The waiters do not meet, do not greet, do not help with the seating, even when you contact them directly. We had a company of 7 people, they asked us to move the tables, but they refused us and did not even consider it necessary to bring additional chairs. We ran from table to table and asked the guests if we could take extra ones from them. So the service is not higher than 3*. There was no hot water in the room for 5 days, which became a separate "surprise", then she appeared, but she lived in some kind of schedule, she had to catch. The guest service is sluggish. We went to ask about a paid fish restaurant. Some of the guests have one dinner included, others do not. We never received a detailed answer about what we would get for 20 euros, and given the level of food in the main restaurant, we did not take the risk and pay for what we might be disappointed in. Summing up, I will say this: we had a good rest, were positive and did not bother with the little things, but the hotel does not match the declared stardom and the cost paid for it (rest from July 9 to July 19 cost 176,000 - 10 nights, 1 adult. + 1 reb.). If the cost is much lower, then you can go, but otherwise I would look for another hotel.

We were in hotels from 9.10 to 19.10 . The four of us are only friendly and attentive to the staff. Reception staff member Farida is very pleasant, conscientious and responsible. The rest is a three. I understand the end of the season. But we were in Turkey many times in different hotels at this time. Everywhere, life was in full swing. There's nothing here. We had a family vacation, 5 people in August..they remained "delighted".
The hotel is not worth the money, from the word at all, it needs repairs, a change of staff, a change of attitude towards guests, food, alcohol, children's animation..
The room was taken in the main building, it was clean, cleaned every day, there are no complaints here.
Vacationers in the building by the pool were just shocked, it's damp, mildew, terrible stench..after long conversations, they were moved to the room next to us and it seemed to them a super room compared to the previous one.
Canteen..a bunch of sandwiches that no one ate, sour milk for breakfast, and after my remark, no one changed the milk!
The struggle of parents for French fries in the children's section! This is tin, because it was brought 1 or 2 times for dinner..
At the expense of the diet table, I do not know how this liquid can be called a diet table, rather made for show, but there was even alternative milk, I'm already silent about lactose-free.
Of the advantages, there are a lot of good, fresh greens, lettuce leaves, pepper, freshly squeezed orange juice.
For 2 weeks, dinner was normal a couple of times, there was a good lamb from tandoor 1 time and we were in alyakarta Italian, it was really delicious there (mushroom soup, pasta carbanara, bruschetta, caprese for 4+).
We went there, because according to the reviews of vacationers, fish was no different from dinner, and for dinner the fish was just terrible..
Overcooked and bony.

There is an indoor swimming pool, but it did not work, they constantly said "they will fix it tomorrow".
The spa also needs to be refreshed, everything is already "patched up".
Alcohol, more precisely, the preparation of cocktails.. young boys of 18 years old, who either don't know how to do anything, or did as they were told by the management..and the result is just tin, it's impossible to drink.
I asked them to do it according to a real recipe and explained how, and they did well))

Our room is on the ground floor, we don't hear any music or noise, as they write, the room itself is good, there is cleaning, but we hung a sign so as not to disturb, only when it was really necessary to clean the room, then we asked. The territory is large, comfortable, everything is there. The sea is super, even in the morning it is warm. If you do not sleep for a long time, you can safely take the sun beds. They clean the territory all the time, also on the beach. The bars are open, the bartenders make cocktails according to the mood, then they are just great, then they don't want to drink straight. The dining room is generally a separate story. The food is disgusting, the meat is undercooked, the potatoes are not cooked, there is no salt at all, they are cooked not for quality, but for quantity. It's easy to get poisoned, which unfortunately happened to us. Everything is sharp.

We had a rest in June 2023.It's a long way from the airport (2.5 hours), the last ones were dropped off!rooms are without frills, you can live and sleep!the territory is beautiful, green, well maintained.The pools are clean.The beach-there were always free sunbeds, there were big stones at the entrance, but we managed without special shoes.The food is 4 with a minus, there is almost no fish (mackerel is only overcooked and very salty), there seem to be a lot of desserts, but very much for an amateur-solid mousses. Lots of greens, vegetables and chicken. A 6-year-old child ate pancakes for breakfast, then pizza on the main pool, burgers, French fries, pasta. There is no soup at lunch (( It is better to take coffee not in the main restaurant. We are currently vacationing at this hotel. All the negative reviews are true. Only those who like to drink and have fun at the disco need to go here. It is not worth traveling with children, especially small ones. As it is not worth going to those who want to relax and just sleep it off.
During the day and in the evening, the music beats so that it is impossible to stay in a room with a closed balcony and air conditioning turned on, even earplugs do not help to fall asleep (my child and I are 2.5 years old, we are just awesome.
The children's table has one name, there is little food and it is not all delicious. In general, the food is very poor. Everything is not delicious. At the same time, if you do not come to the beginning of lunch or dinner, there is practically nothing to take from a normal meal. The phrase "you won't stay hungry" certainly has a place to be. But one of the dinners I had a real despair about what to feed my family. There were beans and boiled herring... options to order food for delivery from the village are not possible here. There is also a special quest to find a free table. Especially for the family. There is a very large crowding of people in a small area.
From the food, more or less edible beef goulash (I suspect that it is not entirely natural), rice, mashed potatoes. The goulash is disassembled immediately, if you don't have time to take it, look for something edible. They update the dishes very slowly. Sometimes there is boiled or stewed chicken. Chicken and fish are grilled. The chicken is not tasty, the fish is also so-so, for the first three days there was generally only a bony type of herring fish, both fried and boiled. It is impossible to eat. Only bones and not tasty. In this "five" you will also be offered chicken liver, beef kidneys and grilled heart.
I paid more than half a million for 10 nights per family to eat boiled herring and offal! It's fucking easy(
Soups are also disgusting, languid and a type of mashed potatoes diluted with water.
Fruits are normal, watermelon saves. There are a lot of sweets, but everything is so-so.
When I read the negative reviews about nutrition, I thought, well, people got stuffed... no, there's a problem with food here. The level of a pathetic three. The cook must be changed urgently!
The staff at the restaurant is tortured, there are some teenagers at the bar with moronic jokes. It is clear that there is no work with the staff.
The wine and champagne are disgusting, we take beer of dubious quality, sometimes it happens to be diluted, it never turned out to finish the glass, it's bad too (
On the plus side, freshly squeezed orange juice is made in the morning. I didn't drink coffee in the vending machine, they say it's bad. I cook in the room or go to the coffee shop from 10 a.m. they make Turkish coffee, it's very tasty.
The rooms are normal, but very shabby and dirty. In order to settle on the quieter side, I had to give a bribe to the reception. But it's not quieter here. It's noisy everywhere. The air conditioners of the neighboring rooms are very buzzing if you want to sleep at night with an open balcony.
When we were settled, the floor was sticky, we had to wash it with a towel, it turned black! The safe was so dirty that it was disgusting to touch. The keys are black with dirt. Barely wiped off. The faucet and magnifying mirror are all stained and unwashed. The front door was smeared with some kind of shit. In general, I had to wash everything myself. The audibility in the rooms is poor.
We had a second room for children, near the elevator, the sounds from people walking by, who woke up the child with conversations, were very disturbing.
The territory is very small. There is nowhere to go for a walk.
The sea is clear, the approach is rocky, corals are needed. You can buy it in a shop on the territory for $ 5
The beach is not big. Sunbeds are engaged in the morning. Then it's not easy to find free ones.
The hammam is free, you can steam in the sauna and bask on a stone, but it's better to come with your towel, they don't give it very willingly. The hamam is squalid and dirty, the smell of sewage. It has been in need of repair for a very long time.
Bars make different cocktails, but not in glass, but in plastic cups. I took baileys, pina colada, it's fine.
The contingent is mainly Russian-speaking, there is Kazakhstan, very few foreigners, units. Accordingly, I feel that I have not left Russia. Sullen, focused faces. No one smiles or greets. They don't look at each other, apparently so as not to say hello. In general, the atmosphere is not particularly inviting. At first I tried to say hello, then I "scored" I don't want to see anyone here anymore.
Conclusion: this is not a five, but an old three. It's definitely not worth your money. If you want to relax, then you don't need to come here.
I'm definitely not coming back here myself and I won't advise anyone.
For two standards, four of us adults and a 2.5-year-old child gave 520000 for 10 nights₽
An unrealistic price tag for this hotel.
We spent the whole vacation tuning in to the positive, everything is brightened up only by nature, pine trees, greenery, gorgeous views of the sea and the gentle sun.

We booked a family room, rested with 3 children 9 years old, 8 years old and 3 years old, drove 2 hours from the airport, were in hotels at 12 at night, gave a room at once 531in the main building on the 5th floor, with a terrible smell of mold and dampness, the balcony from the room overlooks the air conditioners, the hum is constant... They asked to change it, they said at the reception that the room was bad and we would change it in the morning, thank you for your understanding... In terms of nutrition, it's definitely not 5 *, we rested in different hotels and categories 2 * and 3*, but we see this for the first time, it was terrible! Pasta, rice, and mashed potatoes are like glue... It was true buckwheat, which was very surprising, they ate mainly pizza at the bar and vegetables.
The sea and the beach are also a separate topic, we were driving, I understood that Kemer is pebbles, in fact cobblestones, the entrance to the bridge is all muddy and slippery, there is no pantone, it was not possible to enter the water without problems. Discos are screaming, so you won't be able to sleep.. Not a foot more, we paid 360 thousand for 9 nights, for this hotel a lot of money, definitely not 5k!
