It took a long time to choose a hotel where to relax with your family, two adults and 2 children. But the cost has grown decently this summer, and what we wanted for our family cost about 700 rubles.
As a result, this hotel was priced at 450 rubles for 13 nights.
Not cheap!
Upon arrival, the hotel is a 2.5-hour drive from Antalya Airport by transfer. By taxi - 1.5 hours.
We arrived at the hotel around 8 a.m. We got to breakfast. The first thing I did was run for coffee. This is the most disgusting coffee I've ever had.
The breakfasts are standard, porridges, cereals, eggs, pancakes, croutons, cheese, sausage, donuts, some kind of mixtures. We found something to eat. But coffee is a bummer.
Check-in from 14h. We are waiting. We waited until about 12. We booked a 2-room suite. We are given a 2-room, but very tiny room in the main building, on the 2nd floor. And then I remember the reviews about the noise, the hum of ventilation. This room had windows facing the side where the whole system was. And the beeping cars that were bringing something were taking it away. Windows cannot be opened. We stayed in this room for a couple of hours, just trying to relax. And they realized that they had to ask for another number. The husband went to negotiate, gave $ 50, and lo and behold, we are given a great large spacious 2-room room, but in a bungalow, closer to the pool. That's exactly what we paid for, for the space. But, they've got everything covered there, apparently.
According to the numbers, our room is on the 3rd floor, the last one. We think it's cool, silence. But that was not the case. From any movement of other residents, our room cracked. There was a crackling sound from the strong wind. Well, okay, we're used to it. But!!! I wake up in the morning to screams. I don't understand what's going on. It turns out that in the next room, people are just talking to each other. And you can hear everything, even coughing, farting, sorry, opening and closing cabinets. You can hear everything as in the next room.
As a result, the walls are just like plywood. Therefore, the audibility is certainly strong.
About the hotel- the stated 5*. They probably don't know what 5* is. The room cleaning is disgusting. The staff is all kind of unhappy. The rooms are shabby, the doors, windows, everything is old.
An ashtray was accidentally smashed on the balcony. I lay there for 2 days until they showed the cleaner to clean it up.
Or, the main room will wash the floors, but not the nursery. I was passing by.
The territory of the hotel is not bad, green, comfortable. But why are towels given out in the main building and not closer to the beach? It is not convenient for those who live in a bungalow.
There are 2 swimming pools, one closer to the sea, where all the parties are, and there is at the entrance to the hotel, there are no people and parties.
The sea is cool, good, and the approach is convenient. But I need slippers, it hurts on the stones. There are no complaints about the sea at all.
Sun beds- it seemed possible to find a free one.
We rented gazebos by the beach, if for a large number of days, then $ 25 per day. There is a waiter service, brings champagne, fruit, ice cream. And any other drinks. Things were left there overnight, which is necessary for the beach.
The kitchen, the food - this is the biggest disadvantage of the hotel. More than once they turned to the cook to cook just chicken broth, but he never did it. Soups are incomprehensible, mixtures. We don't eat that, I'm sorry.
Hotter, everything is the same. Pasta, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, raw rice, some fried fish and stew. You know, there seems to be food, but everything is not delicious. And sometimes there was a rotten one. The children were eating pasta. There was mashed potatoes a couple of times. And once baked potatoes in foil.
Entertainment is not bad, neither are the animators.
Local drinks are normal. Except for coffee!
In principle, we liked our vacation, because we were with the company, we had fun. But I'm not going back to this hotel anymore. And I don't recommend it to anyone.
Vacationers are mostly Russians, a lot of Kazakhs, there are Uzbeks.

We returned from the FUN&SUN Family Club Saphire Hotel on 10/10/2023. We had a rest with two families: 3 adults, 2 adults and a child.
I'll start with cherries, the rest later.
ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE:
Alcohol is imported only in the ChillOut Bar (Balantines, Martini, Vodka Smirnoff are all...), local in all other bars.
Cocktails are not very good, they do it for love. Beer on tap, the Hilt is written, in fact XS, the purchased Hilt in the bottle is tastier at times. Local champagne is nothing.
All alcohol is poured into PLASTIC glasses (5-ka, ultra) sometimes, if a normal bartender - in glass. There is nothing bottled at all.
There's only water in the refrigerators.
There is no ice cream in packs (from 14 to 18, only dondurma is on hand).
Juice, fanta, cola, pepsi or any other foreign drinks - NO, only their analogues and then on tap (as in burger king from the vending machine). The exception is freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, in 100ml paper cups, so as not to ruin the hotel.
If you forgot that you are in UAI, then there are mobile outlets on the territory where they make freshly squeezed juice for $ 2 or sell boiled corn, also for $ 2.
The canteen "restaurant" is a 3* hotel level.
The meat was: fried chicken, stewed, as part of goulash; roast lamb heart (once); turkey as part of goulash with vegetables; beef as part of goulash with vegetables, beef meatballs, beef liver stewed or fried every day.
Fish: fried mackerel, boiled; Fried river trout; on a fish day - yellowfin Tuna, mussels in sauce, small (1/240) peeled shrimp in sauce.

By the way, the food from the buffet begins to be cleaned 20-30 minutes before the end of the meal (i.e., for example, lunch before 14:30, but at 14:10 the food can already be cleaned).
- the interval from 16:00 to 19:00 - there is nowhere to eat. Nowhere at all. Only dondurma from 14:00 to 18:00.

I had a rest from October 30th to 9th. One of the advantages is a nice small hotel area, the sea.
For food and drinks - terrible unsanitary conditions! When I was there, the bartenders opened drinks with their teeth, licked their hands and touched the drink with dirty hands while pouring beer. On the 2nd day of rest, SALT WATER came out of the tap! It was repaired only 2 days later, and then, for a while, then it went salty again. Do you imagine this pleasure when it is impossible to wash your hair properly and your face is always hissing? The plates and glasses are dirty. Coffee machines and carbonated drinks are always salty, there is nothing to drink! The cocktails taste disgusting
Absolutely not worth the money spent. There is no sound insulation if you have a sea view - expect sleepless nights from loud music

Objectively, the hotel does not correspond to the declared stardom and the concept of "Ultra all inclusive". Among the advantages: excellent location, clean well-groomed territory, wonderful sea. We lived in a building next to the sea, the rooms are spacious enough, but tired. Cleaning without fanaticism, shampoos / soap / shower gel / conditioner / lotion / shower cap / other little things were added every day. Water, lemonade, and juice were added from time to time. Cons: very weak Internet, wi-fi was not even in all public places, not to mention the rooms. It was very stressful. The main disadvantage is nutrition. The main course is chicken, turkey, incomprehensible minced meat patties, sometimes stewed beef and giblets! (I saw this for the first time in hotels, especially in the 5* category). Everything tastes very mediocre, if not tasteless. The fish seems to be there, but it seems not, since it is impossible to eat it (dry and overcooked). The general feeling is that you are not in a restaurant, but in a dining room. The waiters do not meet, do not greet, do not help with the seating, even when you contact them directly. We had a company of 7 people, they asked us to move the tables, but they refused us and did not even consider it necessary to bring additional chairs. We ran from table to table and asked the guests if we could take extra ones from them. So the service is not higher than 3*. There was no hot water in the room for 5 days, which became a separate "surprise", then she appeared, but she lived in some kind of schedule, she had to catch. The guest service is sluggish. We went to ask about a paid fish restaurant. Some of the guests have one dinner included, others do not. We never received a detailed answer about what we would get for 20 euros, and given the level of food in the main restaurant, we did not take the risk and pay for what we might be disappointed in. Summing up, I will say this: we had a good rest, were positive and did not bother with the little things, but the hotel does not match the declared stardom and the cost paid for it (rest from July 9 to July 19 cost 176,000 - 10 nights, 1 adult. + 1 reb.). If the cost is much lower, then you can go, but otherwise I would look for another hotel.

The territory is large, comfortable, everything is there. The sea is super, even in the morning it is warm. If you do not sleep for a long time, you can safely take the sun beds. They clean the territory all the time, also on the beach. The bars are open, the bartenders make cocktails according to the mood, then they are just great, then they don't want to drink straight. The dining room is generally a separate story. The food is disgusting, the meat is undercooked, the potatoes are not cooked, there is no salt at all, they are cooked not for quality, but for quantity. We had a rest in June 2023.It's a long way from the airport (2.5 hours), the last ones were dropped off!rooms are without frills, you can live and sleep!the territory is beautiful, green, well maintained.The pools are clean.The beach-there were always free sunbeds, there were big stones at the entrance, but we managed without special shoes.The food is 4 with a minus, there is almost no fish (mackerel is only overcooked and very salty), there seem to be a lot of desserts, but very much for an amateur-solid mousses. Lots of greens, vegetables and chicken. A 6-year-old child ate pancakes for breakfast, then pizza on the main pool, burgers, French fries, pasta. There is no soup at lunch (( It is better to take coffee not in the main restaurant. Alcohol is local, medium, you can drink it.The impression is good, because we were lucky with the weather, the sea is warm and clean, the rest is small things)

The beach and the entrance to the sea are pebbles, special shoes were not used. There is no pier. Animation is good for children, for adults only volleyball and darts. Evening shows are utter darkness, like amateur performance at school. The territory is not to say that it is huge, but it is quite green. There is water in the refrigerators throughout the hotel. The main pool is small, the relaxation pool is even smaller. The frog house is also tiny. There are no toilets on the beach, the shower is icy. The market is a 25-minute walk along the road and other hotels. The sea is very beautiful, deep enough, the mountains and rocks are magnificent. The depth is good, the sea is clean and without jellyfish, fish swim. That's where the advantages end. In short, well, this....
Overall, a wonderful hotel, Russians and Kazakhs mostly. The food is monotonous, no one will stay hungry. We stayed at the hotel from May 15th to 24th. In principle, everything is not bad, but there is one thing!! It's blaring music from morning until late at night. If you are with a small child, then this is a problem. Do not take rooms with a sea view, putting the child to bed will be a big problem.

Bars, this is a separate conversation! There is a 24/7,lobby bar,pool bar! Everything is fine everywhere, there is a choice of drinks to choose from😁 The rooms are cleaned every day! You will find everything you need to relax here!
We are currently vacationing at this hotel. All the negative reviews are true. Only those who like to drink and have fun at the disco need to go here. It is not worth traveling with children, especially small ones. As it is not worth going to those who want to relax and just sleep it off.

The children's table has one name, there is little food and it is not all delicious. In general, the food is very poor. Everything is not delicious. At the same time, if you do not come to the beginning of lunch or dinner, there is practically nothing to take from a normal meal. The phrase "you won't stay hungry" certainly has a place to be. But one of the dinners I had a real despair about what to feed my family. There were beans and boiled herring... options to order food for delivery from the village are not possible here. There is also a special quest to find a free table. Especially for the family. There is a very large crowding of people in a small area.
From the food, more or less edible beef goulash (I suspect that it is not entirely natural), rice, mashed potatoes. The goulash is disassembled immediately, if you don't have time to take it, look for something edible. They update the dishes very slowly. Sometimes there is boiled or stewed chicken. Chicken and fish are grilled. The chicken is not tasty, the fish is also so-so, for the first three days there was generally only a bony type of herring fish, both fried and boiled. It is impossible to eat. Only bones and not tasty. In this "five" you will also be offered chicken liver, beef kidneys and grilled heart.
I paid more than half a million for 10 nights per family to eat boiled herring and offal! It's fucking easy(
Soups are also disgusting, languid and a type of mashed potatoes diluted with water.
Fruits are normal, watermelon saves. There are a lot of sweets, but everything is so-so.

On the plus side, freshly squeezed orange juice is made in the morning. I didn't drink coffee in the vending machine, they say it's bad. I cook in the room or go to the coffee shop from 10 a.m. they make Turkish coffee, it's very tasty.

The beach is not big. Sunbeds are engaged in the morning. Then it's not easy to find free ones.
The hammam is free, you can steam in the sauna and bask on a stone, but it's better to come with your towel, they don't give it very willingly. The hamam is squalid and dirty, the smell of sewage. It has been in need of repair for a very long time.
Bars make different cocktails, but not in glass, but in plastic cups. I took baileys, pina colada, it's fine.
The contingent is mainly Russian-speaking, there is Kazakhstan, very few foreigners, units. Accordingly, I feel that I have not left Russia. Sullen, focused faces. No one smiles or greets. They don't look at each other, apparently so as not to say hello. In general, the atmosphere is not particularly inviting. At first I tried to say hello, then I "scored" I don't want to see anyone here anymore.
Conclusion: this is not a five, but an old three. It's definitely not worth your money. If you want to relax, then you don't need to come here.
I'm definitely not coming back here myself and I won't advise anyone.

We spent the whole vacation tuning in to the positive, everything is brightened up only by nature, pine trees, greenery, gorgeous views of the sea and the gentle sun.
We booked a family room, rested with 3 children 9 years old, 8 years old and 3 years old, drove 2 hours from the airport, were in hotels at 12 at night, gave a room at once 531in the main building on the 5th floor, with a terrible smell of mold and dampness, the balcony from the room overlooks the air conditioners, the hum is constant... They asked to change it, they said at the reception that the room was bad and we would change it in the morning, thank you for your understanding... Changed thank God without problems and surcharges... In terms of nutrition, it's definitely not 5 *, we rested in different hotels and categories 2 * and 3*, but we see this for the first time, it was terrible! Pasta, rice, and mashed potatoes are like glue... It was true buckwheat, which was very surprising, they ate mainly pizza at the bar and vegetables.
The sea and the beach are also a separate topic, we were driving, I understood that Kemer is pebbles, in fact cobblestones, the entrance to the bridge is all muddy and slippery, there is no pantone, it was not possible to enter the water without problems. Discos are screaming, so you won't be able to sleep.. Not a foot more, we paid 360 thousand for 9 nights, for this hotel a lot of money, definitely not 5k!
