I've never seen a worse hotel. I do not consider myself to be spoiled, but there are many complaints about this hotel. First, the food. On the third day, I was tired of having no choice. Nothing changes. They can't even make an omelet for breakfast. Beach. A separate topic for discussion. I have never seen such disrespect from the hotel towards the guests. Today, on 18.10.22, in front of people, a tractor takes out pavilions from the beach in the afternoon, which the hotel offers to rent. People are breathing tractor exhaust fumes. The question of why it can't be done in the evening remains open. My house on the beach - yes, somewhere in Gelendzhik. A chanson is playing all around. Dishes in the restaurant. Well, they weren't taught to wash dishes. Disco. Even if you don't want to go to it, it will come to you on its own. The music screams until about 1-2 nights. And it doesn't matter where your windows go. I think this information will be more than enough. I could have written more negativity, but I don't think it's worth it.
A 4* stretch hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone, and even more so I will not return to this hotel myself

We had a rest in this hotel from September 4 to September 9, the three of us. It so happened that I wanted to go on vacation, but due to certain circumstances, the vacation turned out to be short. Well, that's not the point. To be objective, the hotel was of average quality for a budget tourist. Believe me, there is something to compare it with. Well, I'll start in order..
We arrived by plane very early, around 7 a.m. We passed the passport control comfortably. By the way, it was the fastest country to pass through passport control. I was really pleased. Then we were put on a comfortable bus and taken to the hotel. It turned out to be a long way from the airport - we drove 1.5 hours. We checked in early - also another plus for the hotel. The room stock is not bad, although it is old. But the restaurant is the dining room of our 90s. There was no variety in the food, but they did not stay hungry. Plates and dishes were constantly dirty, spoons and forks were constantly missing. Ultra all inclusive, it is impossible to name this hotel. They don't know how to make cocktails at all. Cocktails are well made only in the Lobby and where the zone is 18+. But what we came here for - I was really pleased - was the sea and the beach. There's a straight five here. But the territory of the hotel is very small - you can't walk around. But they are engaged with the kids, they conduct animashki. We went to water aerobics - a huge plus. The classes were very cool. There is yoga, various water games, not a big water park. Everything would have been great, but on the third day I got poisoned and severely poisoned. Fortunately, I have learned from bitter experience to always take a first-aid kit with me. It was relieved, but the aversion to food was right up to the very end of the vacation. Then my daughter also got sick, and my matchmaker and son-in-law are already in Russia. It turns out that we grabbed some kind of E. coli there, like a rotovirus infection. And what does this mean? About the fact that sanitary standards are not observed in this hotel. This is a huge disadvantage in my already short-term experience. This is the first time this has happened to me abroad!!! Be vigilant!!! There are also water activities such as speedboats, bananas, and parachuting. They took it, rode everything. And here are our impressions...The banana is about nothing. It's not like in Sochi when you get thrown back and forth. They'll just take you for a ride back and forth and that's it. It is even allowed for small children. As for the speedboat, we experienced a buzz, everything is cool. But when they say that you will swim on the snow-white sands, do not believe it. And the last thing is the cherry on the cake - the parachute. We got a huge pleasure. I advise you, but be vigilant!!! Don't leave bags with your phones and cards!!! We trusted and left. After that, the Tinkoff application disappeared and with it 15300. We already understood this in Russia when we began to unwind the tangle of all events. In general, the figures who sit and accept payment for water activities used my phone, removed the password using the computer they have there (I had an android), turned off the VPS to confuse, waited until I had data transmission connected and the money left. And the text messages were all *** deleted, because they told me that I had confirmed my consent myself. This is the rating that the distributors of water attractions have raised for the hotel. Be careful.

In general, I agree with most reviews that if you're lucky, and don't find fault much, then you can get off on a solid four. The territory, the design, the beach are very good. Meat can be said to be not on the menu.
But if you are not lucky with the location of the room, or how someone out there got poisoned by food (which is just reused yesterday for salads, etc.), then it is not worth the money at all.

A budget 4 ka at best.Disappointment in barely, completely!!the food is half cold, there is nothing to choose, there is practically no meat, if there is, then it is 1 type of meat, mostly some stews, eggplants, zucchini!there are few greens even ..... the buns are firm, there are no elementary croissants!!!!
The dishes are just in shock, as people wrote:it's really not washed-the plates are in black spots, the forks and spoons are not washed.Oh, yes, there are no shocks, they are only on the tables, if the waiter has time to put them, one-handed apples and spoons!!!!!!This is a 5 star Kapets hotel🤬🤬The glass glasses are all stained, the tables are dirty (where the food is), the plates are stained, some dishes have no plates, you won't understand what kind of food.
Next, the children's menu.Where???????!!!!!!he is not there, from the word at all!!only for dinner there are: boiled potatoes, buckwheat, chopped vegetables, everything!!!!

In the other part there is a pool for kids, we still did not understand whether it works or not..There is no one in the bar, no people, no one watching
The gym is... creepy....everything is old, broken, the room is 2 by 2..
The hotel itself is modest, everything inside is monotonous, everything outside.
We put a plus: the gorgeous nature of Tekirova, mountains, clean water, volleyball,convenient location to the airport, nearby you can go shopping.
That's it, the advantages are over...
We have been to Turkey many times, but we have not seen such an outrage yet
We do not recommend this hotel!!!

We stayed at the Fun and Sun family club saphire hotel from 08/05/2022 to 08/24/2022 in room No. 318.
Upon arrival, we left all valuables, jewelry, a purse with money for expenses in the amount of $ 400, 100€, 2000₽ and a bundle of money in a secret pocket of a bag in the amount of $6,500 in the safe in the room.
When leaving the hotel on 08/24/2022, we stopped at a nearby pharmacy, where my husband, when paying at the checkout, found that there was $ 6,500 in a secret pocket and € 100 in his wallet. The bag was opened and $6,500 and €100 were taken from the wallet.
We returned to the hotel. After consulting with our lawyer, we began to demand that the gendarmerie be called, wrote a statement, which was sent to the general manager's personal email and handed over to representatives of the Fun and sun tour operator at the hotel. neither guest relations, nor representatives of the tour operator, nor the hotel manager himself offered us to do this.
The allegedly summoned gendarmes never arrived, we went to them ourselves. We wanted to stay at the hotel until we found out, but we were not accommodated.

I will not advise anyone to come here!!!Dirt is everywhere, from the rooms to the dishes in the restaurant!There are not enough sunbeds at all on the beach!The food is monotonous and ordinary!For breakfast-pancakes, scrambled eggs, porridge, lunch-two soups and different variations of vegetables, dinner-chicken and all its components.There is no animation, although if you count the daily Darts competitions, then that's it!Children's disco-40min, the same three songs and two girls dancing to them!Spa-spare your money!It is stated to be 90 minutes, well, in fact, 30 minutes of a weak massage is more like applying oil to the body.
And I forgot to add about the "beautiful view" on the wall of the neighboring hotel🙄
One of the advantages is the territory and that's it!!!

The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the stated 5 stars, at best it is a stretch to 4 stars. There is one name from ultra all inclusive. The room stock is frankly "tired", we went with a company and had the opportunity to see several rooms, and all repairs leave much to be desired. There are also problems with cleaning: they clean poorly, water and glasses are added to the room every other time. The problem with air conditioning in the main building is: what is the problem with providing normal air conditioning in the lobby and the main "restaurant" is a mystery to me, I am silent about air conditioning on the floors and in the elevators. Separately about the "restaurant": the food is monotonous and for the most part tasteless, the "restaurant" tries to add variety with various "dishes" of minced meat, which you will not eat even from hunger, and what they cook from fish is a terrible horror, I have never eaten worse fish. The territory of the hotel also requires renovation. Wi-Fi works disgusting, there is simply no place in the hotel and on the territory where you can catch good Internet, it catches in the room every other time, and if it does, then the signal is weak as much as possible. And the cherry on the cake was this situation: we bought a box of Mado baklava in the city and left it in the refrigerator in the room (I coincidentally photographed the contents of the box), and when we returned to the room after cleaning, the baklava in the box was clearly reduced, I checked with the photo and really not enough, my husband does not eat baklava at all that is, the cleaner without paleva burned a little out of the box, apparently with the expectation that she would eat a little and we would not notice, it's just out. A disgrace, not a hotel. Of the good things in the hotel, only the sea and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, and the rest is just slag.

Everywhere in the room stinks of smoke, the heat is monotonous and dangerous (they were poisoned 2 times), the dishes are dirty and instead of tea glasses disposable cups from the Larissa hotel, the food is reincarnated into different dishes until it rests in a honeycomb or a ton of mayonnaise, local alcohol from checkboxes, wine vinegar (in the photo - after a couple of minutes, a precipitate fell out - it's like white wine. The color is amber, tear off the hands of those who poured it for us), delicious freshly squeezed juice. Beautiful sea and pretty territory, pine trees. It takes a very long transfer ride from Antalya. I do not recommend it to families with children. We were tired of noise, smoking, hellish Russian disco and terrible food. The kids' club and the program seemed to be fine, we were too young for our age.

A great hotel for those who like real fives, but are not ready to overpay. Accordingly, you will receive a really 5-star service, but at a minimum level.
Firstly, the location is good - the village of Tekirova is famous for pine trees, which means that the intoxicating smell of pine trees is provided to you. Moreover, the hotel is located far from the village itself, so there is peace and quiet!
Secondly, the territory is small and compact, although there is a place to walk. This means that you will not have to stomp two kilometers for breakfast as in hotels with a huge territory.
Thirdly, there are slides - at the main pool and at the second pool in a secluded place, you can say outside the hotel with a small number of vacationers.
The food is decent. But beef and mutton don't seem to happen. Chicken and turkey. But that's enough. It is clear that this is not a premium five. BUT you have to pay 100-200 thousand rubles for it. Four more.
Well, I like the clear sea, because there are pebbles there. The children liked the pontoon, which is located far from the shore - you can jump and dive from it!
In general, TUI hotels I think everything is on the level! They keep the stamp!
We've been there twice. After some time, we may still go because for such money there are few hotels that provide such a service.
Although nothing lasts forever under the moon! Therefore, before buying a tour there, I recommend reading the reviews.
