Excellent hotel , good location, arrived at night, checked in, the next day we realized that the balcony of the room overlooks the neighboring hotel.the buildings (there is a lot of noise) came to the reception the next day and asked to change the room. The reception staff changed the room without any problems and without additional charges. Thank them for that! The food is classic and Turkish, everything was always full, you won't stay hungry. Very good animation for both children and adults - children have always been involved in business. The kids club is good. Clean, well-groomed territory , a bar and friendly staff worked near the beach and pool. Minus the chili bar 18 - the alcohol is terrible , it was poured from one stripped bottle of balantais for 5 days . You wouldn 't be ashamed to pour your own swill in there .
Now in this hotel. Up to 5* stars- as to the sky ((. The hotel has a problem with cleaning, in particular- with cleanliness...upon arrival, we waited until 14 o'clock for the room, we went in- the floor is dirty. Not in the sense that they forgot to wash it, but in principle dirty. I washed the air conditioner myself, the nets are black from dust. Dirty dishes in the restaurant are especially depressing. Badly washed. The glasses are cloudy, the plates are wet and in places with leftovers. Yesterday I got a long and gray hair. And also - salt water for brewing tea. It is impossible to drink it..Turkish tea in teapots is strong, if you dilute it with hot water in the same shade- it's disgusting to drink, salt water (((Gentlemen managers! These claims are against you. There are a lot of similar reviews, judging by the fact that the situation does not change - management does not care. Keep this in mind when choosing a hotel.
P.S. In fairness, I will add - has something changed, perhaps another shift? The tea glasses have become crystal clear, the plates are creaking). But no one canceled the night disco
🤷 P.P. The main value of the hotel is the staff. I especially want to mention the restaurant staff. A great team, they react promptly, tolerate the tricks of the guests, the waiters are just great!😊
Everything would be fine, but the food is monotonous. There's almost one chicken around. During the week of rest, they almost crowed. Alcohol is bullshit, badyazhat.
Good afternoon. Anyone who plans to relax at this hotel needs to know that you will be the last to be brought here from the airport, but they will take you back first. We check out early enough, they said that they would pick us up from the hotel 5 hours before departure, which means at 4 a.m., well, somehow we lose 1 day of rest. We like the hotel, this is probably also because we are not very spoiled, we treat many uncomfortable moments of rest philosophically and do not react much. But I must say that it looks like we were lucky with the number. The balcony is spacious and overlooks the courtyard of the hotel, just opposite the restaurant, it is not noisy in the evening. The air conditioner works very well, the room is renovated, apparently, there is absolutely nothing to find fault with. Cleaning every day, the bed linen is clean and fresh, which was important for us! The service and staff are very decent, polite! The beach is just a nice place, the purest sea, though not sand. You need to take ships with you or buy them on arrival, everything is there, if only there were dollars! We are on the 2nd day and today we are going to explore everything around, of course, if possible, because many Turks outside the hotel do not understand our language well. So far, for 2 days of stay and all the impressions, there will be an opportunity, let's continue!
Dear hotel management, you position yourself as a family hotel, so why is music rumbling until 12 at night so that it is impossible for adults or children to fall asleep in the room!!! We kindly ask you to shorten the time of the screaming disco at least until 23:00!!!!
I categorically did not want to go to Turkey, I promised that I would be ready to visit only in retirement, out of curiosity. I urgently had time for a vacation for 7 days... Well, it so happened that the passport did not have an expiration date for travel to other places and, for lack of anything better, Turkey was decisively chosen. As expected... The three-star hotel was not particularly impressed with its cuisine! Of the 7 days, the joy of the kitchen, brought only 3, on the 4th day I already wanted to escape and eat somewhere else. Don't waste time at the restaurant, it's the same communal Kitchen, just a little bit differently decorated than the buffet. There was a feeling that Turkey was impoverished and there was no luxury from the famous feedings, the phenomena that buffet tables in hotels are famous for... It was possible to list on the fingers what they were fed from day to day. Any prices are now calculated in dollars, which leads to the high cost of this resort, and not particularly high-quality ones. We ordered an excursion from three points at the hotel: to St. Nicholas, to the abandoned Colosseum and for a boat trip. It was an extremely tedious adventure, as we came across a very strange guide named Ilham. A very narcissistic type. Especially Habits. I kept saying that my name is Ilham, and if you forget my name, then remember - it means Inspiration. Well, it's very funny. The mentality is very cool: in the morning he brought himself to have breakfast for 10 minutes, he thought that everyone else on the bus had not had breakfast, but, unfortunately, he was unlucky and a bus full of well-fed people who ended up just walking and drinking coffee while he was eating. Then, in a very tedious voice, he told the story of Nicholas the Wonderworker, but when we arrived at this wonderful store, he practically forced us into the most expensive stall with the most expensive icons of Nicholas the Wonderworker and others. And mostly there were Catholic images. We didn't show up and bought classic Christian ones. Go outside the territory of this commercial church stall with dealers around the corner, there was exactly the same, state-owned, with prices 3 times cheaper. The hotel, in principle, is not the worst, but no, there are no business rooms with printers or normal Wi-Fi... Ol inclusive swill is disgusting and tasteless, coffee is also not brewed normally. The place is saved by the most beautiful Mediterranean Sea and very comfortable gazebos on the left side for $ 25 per day, where you can comfortably stay and, by the way, the cleanest water there.
This is a wonderful hotel. Suitable for a family holiday 100%. We were there in September -October for 12 days. But I would also like to relax in this hotel. I recommend it to everyone. Especially for families with children.
We love Tekirova, especially the 2 distant hotels at the opposite end of the village, but this one was frankly disappointing.
Positive:
- low price;
- spacious, clean room, high ceilings, bathrobes, slippers, daily cleaning;
- well-maintained territory;
- there are good sun beds by the pool;
- the pastry chef bakes delicious and varied desserts;
- ice cream (2-3 colors), freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning;
- adequate bartenders;
- without children, you can walk to Phaselis in an hour.
Minuses:
- about 30% of the rooms (including ours) overlook the economic block of the Rixos hotel, in addition to the actual view (this is clearly not a garden), powerful compressors work there around the clock. There are 6 of them, industrial, plus huge tin air ducts, all of which vibrate with terrible force. With a closed balcony, it seems that the air conditioner is humming at full power in the room, with an open one - that you are standing next to a running airplane engine. Periodically, trucks arrive there and start backing up, a sound signal will wake you up even with the balcony closed. This is despite the fact that we have an expensive hotel standard accommodation option. We could have taken a cheap club promo, but now it's scary to think what it would look like. The answer is the reception: "We have almost all standard rooms like this." If the rooms have obvious flaws, they should be "promo", with a discount. If the hotel is half full, then why are the guests accommodated in the worst rooms? To be bribed at the reception for a normal one?
- Wifi in the rooms between "very bad" and "not at all" at any time of the day. Even in the lobby, opening the page of the "native" fstravel site is a big problem, it seems to be a full scale, but the download does not go. Either there is simply no WiFi, or it hangs on receiving an address, or it breaks instantly. A batch of messages from the previous day may arrive at night. It feels like you've returned to the Stone Age. The answer is the reception: "We have a slow Internet connection in Turkey." Everyone has been fast for many years, but they don't. For those who need to be online, it is better to immediately delete this hotel from the list;
- the entry into the sea is amazing. One and a half meters of small pebbles, then cobblestones. Other hotels have piers with stairs or paths for safe entry into the sea, Sapphire has nothing of the kind. I've seen people with foot injuries;
- UAI means, among other things, imported drinks. There is one bottle of Balantyne whiskey in the Chill Out bar for the entire hotel. There are also Martinis there. Even in the lobby bar (the face of the hotel!) they pour exceptionally sweet Turkish whiskey. This is not particularly important to me, but the savings call into question the stated level;
- power supply for normal 4*. Chicken or turkey, inexpensive fish is always available, meat is usually in very spicy mini-cutlets or a thin layer of minced meat on top of vegetables. Well, or on a holiday that will be thrown. So that the windows in the restaurant are not empty, they are filled with sandwiches. The second half of May, and there are zero strawberries, instead of wooden peaches. Of the fruits, only watermelon and apples are edible. Although, after my operational slur to the central office, goulash and an Arabic frying pan for dinner began to appear. And 1(one) once 2 (two) pallets of strawberries were rolled out, this attraction of unprecedented generosity ended forever;
- the restaurant is small, there are about 120 seats in the room, people usually occupy the whole table, so it's really for 100 people. When it's cold (and the weather in May was not important), you have to sit outside in a jacket;
- a small territory, everything is occupied, there is simply nowhere to walk, and when you go outside, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center of the village on the road;
- a retaining wall is being completed on the beach, the fittings have already been installed, concrete will be poured soon, so part of the already small beach is closed, and the noise;
- one decent evening show per week, the rest is amateur or by the animation of the hotel;
- 70% of the guests are Russian-speaking, and only one of the animators understands, the rest are Turks and Equatorial Africa, French-speaking;
- at first, the TV did not have an image, the technician called quickly inserted the necessary contact (could it have fallen out by itself?). But half of the channels have sound only for the first 3 seconds, it's more of a system problem, they didn't make a fuss, they just turned off the panel;
- there is no ventilation in the bathroom, which is inconvenient for gluttony and, accordingly, increased gas emission.
I do not recommend it for all categories.
We rested from 25.08 to 31.08. We chose Kemer because it is 50 km less to go to it than to Alanya. But in the end we drove for more than 2.5 hours. I do not recommend traveling with small children. The hotel itself is generally normal, but the public toilets leave much to be desired, everything is broken, something is constantly not working. I also do not recommend this hotel for August. The restaurant area for a full hotel is very small. At lunch, and especially in the evening, I always had to stand in queues, and sometimes I had to wind circles to sit down. The food is very monotonous. Even I found it difficult to choose something sometimes. Almost every day I ate chicken and salad, because in fact there was no more. This is the first hotel that didn't have French fries. The youngest child can be said to have eaten only one pizza at lunch. But there was always a long queue behind her. The sun beds were always occupied too. What's on the sea, what's by the pool. It was necessary to borrow at 7 a.m. The room as a whole is not bad. They cleaned well. But the view was on the neighboring hotel, so to speak, on the kitchen. By the way, the restaurant area also goes out there, well, it was strange to eat in such a place. The staff is quite unobtrusive. On the plus side: there is a separate area with a swimming pool in silence, but it is strange that it is located in front of the hotel entrance. It's not very convenient to go there. You can wash children's clothes for free up to 7 years old, you can also take an iron for free to iron, the nature is beautiful, the sea is clean, the territory is good, the Internet catches everywhere. That's basically all. I'm definitely not going to this hotel anymore. You can go there in June, when there are fewer people and if you are not whimsical in food
In general, it's not bad, the beach is good, the sea is clean. The rooms are cleaned so-so. There is Wi-fi in the main building and a little nearby, but not in other places. The food in the restaurant is not all added, there is not much if it did not come to the beginning
NOISE AND DIN. I HAVEN'T HAD ENOUGH SLEEP IN 2 WEEKS
We came for the first time in 2012, everything was very good. After 10 years, everything has changed and, alas, not for the better.
I'll start with the location: one of the most remote, it's a long way to the shops, but you can walk if you want. It's always slippery by the pool, because wet marble is not wiped, I saw people falling.
The hotel is VERY, VERY noisy: in the rooms, either noise from the corridor, because the walls and doors are made of plywood, or noise from the air conditioner, or noise from the backdrop of the neighboring rixos, or noise from the disco and the pool, or crying and screaming children. The really quiet time at the hotel is the night, after 12 and before 6:30-7 in the morning. It is almost impossible to get enough sleep.
Food: monotonous, mostly tasteless, on the fourth day I want to go to a local restaurant. Everything that is fried has a terrible taste, in black oil. Fruits and vegetables are plentiful, but the same thing. Desserts taste the same, although they look different every day. There is no porridge for breakfast, unless the white goo with rice is considered porridge. There are often not enough tables for dinner. A canteen, you can't call it anything else. Tables, chairs and tablecloths are dirty, dishes need to be replaced, tables are stained, appliances look like someone ate them. Fried mackerel is generally a separate kind of art of disgusting taste. For breakfast, you will be served everything that you did not finish yesterday. What is called soups here is not suitable for people to eat - ground something or chemicals from bags.
I once saw the process of washing the floor during breakfast: a guy poured a bottle of water (which is for drinking in refrigerators) on the floor and then smeared it on the floor. The finish line!
Rooms: the economy version looks better than the standard, but it either makes noise like an airplane or stinks like from a sewer (especially room 2025). By the way, the large pool has the same terrible sewer stench as in some rooms. The plumbing in the shower is very sad and tired. It's like they don't wash it, it's all peeling, it's very unpleasant not to touch it. You'll be lucky if Condey doesn't blow on the bed. The mattresses are old, uncomfortable, the springs rest against the body. I REPEAT, THE ROOMS ARE VERY NOISY!
Room cleaning: regular, without complaints, but also without fanaticism. However, given the fact that the walls and doors are plywood, the cleaners are extremely sociable and vociferous, and there is an echo in the corridor, it is unlikely that you will be able to sleep after cleaning the neighboring rooms, even if you have a "do not disturb" sign hanging.
Sea: clean, very rocky, there are fish. There is an entrance. The descent to the beach is slippery, but God only knows how to go down the sloping part with baby strollers, because the slide is very steep and slippery. There is a risk of falling.
The beach is big, but there are always not enough sunbeds on the beach and by the large pool, in the morning people come, throw towels and leave, it is almost impossible to find a place at 11. There were broken sun beds. There are paid sun beds, always free. There are more free sun beds by the small pool than anywhere else. There is no toilet on the beach, only by the pool. Even on the beach, either fleas or mosquitoes / flies bite, and then there are red dots and itches.
THERE ARE A LOT OF CHILDREN IN THE HOTEL, which makes the noise even more. If you are not ready for constant shouting and screaming, look for another hotel.
The reception staff is boorish. The number is changed only with a scandal, despite the fact that they are aware of all the shortcomings.
When checking into the room, check everything at once: room 2025 stinks very much of sewage, and under it the technical floor is very noisy, the balcony vibrates (and in general it is impossible to fit on the balcony, because it is half a meter wide, but they managed to put 2 chairs and a table there, which it is unknown how to get to), rooms with a view of The backdrop and parking lot of the Rixos hotel are very noisy, like on a plane, it is impossible to sleep.
Sometimes they bring water to the room, but more often she went by herself. The mini-bar was not replenished.
Hotel guides do not help, they are not interested in your comfort, but only want you to buy excursions, which, by the way, are 2 times more expensive than the same ones, but in external agencies (which are many in Tekirova itself, if you move away from the hotel). You should not rely on the fact that external agencies are not responsible for you and do not insure you - this is a lie, your travel insurance is standard for everyone who takes you on excursions.
The territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to go, from morning to evening the music is boom boom boom. AND THIS IS BEFORE 12 and later at night!!! My head is spinning. Even if you want to go to bed early, it won't work.
The audience is mostly with children.
In general, not a foot here anymore, except for a massage, which is done well here, but this does not apply to the hotel in any way, and massage therapists move from hotel to hotel, so if there are personal contacts, there will always be an opportunity to find the right massage therapist. As well as nature and the sea, which are good in tekirova, do not belong to the merits of the hotel. I've never wanted to go home more than from this hotel. THE ADMINISTRATION DOESN'T DO ANYTHING WITH NOISE! MUSIC IS ANNOYING EVEN THE MOST ACTIVE PARTY-GOER, and given the concept of a family hotel for families with children, this is not respected here! There is no such noise from any hotel as from this one. I tried to be objective.
It's worth the money. In 2024, it became really better in terms of nutrition and drinks. Live music in the evenings. But the gardeners don't work at all. Lawns go bald from year to year.
I will be brief and objective. A decent hotel for beginners. I have something to compare with, so the score is 3+ / 4-
Advantages: beach, swimming pool, territory
Cons: food, animation, check-in
We were with a child 2.3 years old during the peak season. From 15.07 to 21.07. I had good impressions. To begin with, the child was not ill during this period. I was very afraid of the rotovirus, but everything went away. For me, this means that the hotel is good at monitoring the cleaning of the pool and the quality of cooking. The dishes themselves were average, without frills, there was fish, but I did not eat it more than once, I was not impressed by my appearance. There wasn't much variety. But the price of the ticket and the quality of service are all the same. Animation for children is good. The staff is friendly. I liked everything.
I stayed at the hotel with my daughters from 07 to 20 July 2023. The hotel is 1 star beyond the sea ( but this is not the merit of the hotel ) . In my opinion, the hotel is very survival-oriented. The staff is unfriendly . Sun beds had to be occupied at 6-7 in the morning by the sea. The sun beds by the pool could not even be occupied more than once in the afternoon, but it is probably necessary to occupy them at 6 in the morning. Most often, someone 's clothes and towels lie on the sun beds for several days . That is , it turns out that the one who rearranges the sunbeds does not clean them of other people 's things . The towels are not washed , they have a disgusting smell and everything is stained . The children couldn 't wipe themselves with them . The rooms are poorly cleaned , the floor has been washed once these days . it felt like they weren 't cleaning at all . The food is meager and monotonous , so it 's still all cherished . for example : rice is not salty , rice is salty and boiled, rice is boiled and salted. Unsalted pasta , mashed potatoes are not possible to eat . As we wrote earlier in the reviews about this hotel , about meat , although I am not such a meat lover - yes, there is almost no meat.boiled chicken , chicken steak , let 's call cutlets and overcooked mackerel . For the first time I saw such a delicacy as -hearts , chicken livers . A liver in a 5-star hotel is very strange. The next day -fried liver , nuggets , mackerel the same . God grant there are three types of cheeses , just slicing with a different knife . Flies are swarming , and the hotel does nothing to get rid of them. The hotel is crowded. the room was not changed after 5 days of our stay , at my request . Our room was above the restaurant, we wanted to change it because of the noise . All night long , the hotel employees rattle dishes , carry carts ) . The air conditioner works strangely-it makes a lot of noise. The entrance to the sea is ugly and rocky , the children were afraid to go into the sea , to the right on the beach there are fittings in the water . The sewer flush is always making noise in the bathroom . The smell of sewage in the room is constant. The mini-bar was filled once at the entrance and that's it , the next few days they sometimes put water on . The Ala-kart restaurant is generally a laugh , the hungry left it . The animation in the hotel is weak, not any. We have never wanted to go home as much as we left this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially with children.
We rested this spring from 16.05-27.05, four of us, the 5-star hotel does not pull, the old one is already old, the territory is big green, the playground is also old, it looks like it will collapse, the food is monotonous (quickly gets bored), the children's room works until 17 00, I would like to stay longer, animation is fine, discos in the evening, music is loud (although the children fell asleep). The rooms are shabby, they say they are doing repairs in the rooms, air conditioning was leaking in our room, there was always hot water. There are 2 pools, one by the sea, the second on the lobby side, several slides. In general, if you don't find fault with the little things, it will go, but 5k is definitely not pulling, the staff is kind.
I live in Turkey and drive around all kinds of hotels on weekends, trying to find the best one for myself and my child, so so far I haven't been able to find a better one in three years in terms of price-quality ratio! The animation is above all praise, the food is for every taste, the alcohol is local but good! I definitely recommend it!
Excellent location of the hotel, good territory. There are no questions about room cleaning and staff. There is a children's center. The food is good. In general, I liked everything.
We rested 2+2 from June 16 to June 25, 2023.
Well, perhaps for 333 tr. in 8 full days it's not so bad ..)
1. We flew from Nizhny Novgorod, the departures are the most inconvenient and steal 2 full days. We arrived there at midnight, and left at 4:45 a.m. Before that, we always flew with arrival in the morning and departure in the evening.
2. Check-in is fine, even though we arrived at night, we were given the largest and most extreme two-room room on the third floor in the first annex (A) and even fed dinner (!). The room itself is huge, the laminate is bulging, the entrance door is skewed with a gap to the street in 5mm in the lower corner, well, okay. The beds are comfortable, the kondey worked only in the first room, the largest with two single beds, the bedroom just blew warm air, they slept with the windows open, the benefit was cool after 22:00. The biggest disadvantage is the complete lack of sound insulation, which is not surprising, since it turned out that the entire third floor was built of plywood..) apparently they were later completed. The windows are practically without seals, one glass on a transparent sealant smeared with a finger, therefore, until the end of the discos (approximately 23-23:15), the effect of full presence on the stage was ensured, despite the fact that the "A" building is the most remote. It's just impossible to fall asleep, I imagine what happened in annex "C".
3. The food is fine, but not 5 stars, of course. There is no meat at all, chicken, turkey, offal, fish Thursday was over-dried tuna. Watermelon and melon are unsweetened. If you arrive an hour after the start of lunch / dinner, half of the assortment is no longer there and it is not renewed. There weren't many queues, but sometimes it was a problem to find a table. The snack bar and Grandma-gozleme are open from 11 to 16 by the pool. There is a 24-hour 18+ bar. A la carte fish and Italian restaurant (can be ordered once a week) must be ordered immediately upon arrival. We signed up for fish, because it's just not realistic to go to Italian, maybe because he worked 2 times in 8 days. By the way, the restaurant was pleased with the stewed shrimp, squid rings in batter and a hefty fried sea bass with a good side dish, plus dessert. Bottled water 0.33 is everywhere in the refrigerators on site.
4. The sea is excellent, slightly cloudy, because it rained for a week before our arrival. The pebbles are large, of course, there is only one equipped entry into the sea, but it was practically washed ashore on the first day and no one installed it back..) During our stay, there was excellent sunny weather, so we went to Olympos (Takhtaly), ordered tickets on the official website, there is a Whatsapp - I wrote, they immediately replied and sent me a scan of the ticket, transfer them from the hotel and back, everything is very fast and convenient, payment to the driver. $ 44 adult ticket, children's half and transfer 10 bucks for adults and 5 children. In total, they gave 189 for four, the guides did the same for 240.
5. The World map does not work, you can change the bucks and lira from the guides by transfer
6. The animation team is present, but very weakly, for a C grade. There is a Toucan children's club, they seem to be trying to do better there. Evening entertainment is present, but I'm not interested.
7. We sailed on a boat to swim to three islands and Cleopatra Bay (from Marty Mira at 10 a.m., 3 o'clock, 88 bucks for four). We saw a turtle, which is rare.
In general, for this money, it is probably difficult to find a better option to have such a nature, sea and atmosphere. Although 5 years ago we were in the neighboring Marti World and in this comparison, of course, the hotel does not pull at all. But now this Marty of the World is from the poll and above, so it's a sin to complain.
The territory is green, beautiful, pine trees, flowering ferns, palm trees (bananas even hang, green though), but not big, there is not much place to walk. The pool, the beach, everything.
There are already a lot of people and it can be felt - the bars, the restaurant, the main pool is crowded during the day, although there is another type of relaxation zone, but it is far away and there is a road behind the fence, so there is no relaxation in fact ..). Full of children, everyone is yelling, the music is rumbling, in general everything is as it should be. What will happen in August?..
The sea is clear, the town is close. The hotel is tired, the pools with bleach, the food is monotonous and not very tasty for my taste. But the price corresponds to the quality.
Duration of stay: September - October 2022. Yes, not the highest level among the 5*. But, there is absolutely everything you need to relax. Clean, well-groomed, odorless. The service is not intrusive, which is not typical for Turkey. Yes, it can be a little noisy, but this is not a hospital. The vacationers were absolutely adequate. The sea is clean, there are pebbles, it is better to have swimming slippers. In short, I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax in peace.
The best vacation on the Mediterranean Sea that you can imagine. Of the disadvantages, I can only agree with the condition of the rooms, which give reason to doubt the five-star hotel. But this sediment is more than covered by the decoration of the hotel as a whole, its large and clean territory, its luxurious trees and greenery, its reserve for small ones, its swimming pool, a bay with its own beach. And you immediately think: what did I forget in this room? I don't understand the complaints about food at all. There is a lot of food, the food is varied, it is cooked very well, the meat is different. Maybe someone is missing pork? Well, then why go to Turkey?... In general, you can have a great rest here (outside the room).
Great hotel, grounds, food, rooms - everything is great. Excellent, simply unrealistically delicious a la carte restaurants. I want to go back there again!!!
Compared to 17 and 18, it sucks, not a hotel. Saving on everything. It's not 5 stars. Not even 4. The food is scarce and ends quickly. The rooms are old. Everything falls off. If they used to keep an eye on the particularly cunning ones who scatter towels on the sun beds, now they don't. The staff tries of course. But there are not even tea spoons, which are 5 stars. In general, I will not recommend anyone to go to the hotel now. Until the owner turns on the head and returns it as it was
It seems like there are a lot of salads, but there are no ordinary steaks, well, that's why you can't do something that everyone will like dumplings-the Chinese have gone, the Russians too, the Georgians are all happy
I read the reviews of other people and thought, you won't please people again. And I'm not harmful, I never complain, the sea is important to us. But no, and it also turns out I want to eat. It's the same thing every day. It's like a diet. Tea is something until tateshka alone gave heat. And food is something.
Morning- egg, bread cheese butter tea.
Lunch - rice pasta chicken fillet
Dinner is the same . Fish is added . And so every day . Then she began to bend, went to the pharmacy and bought a pariet for stomach pains. In short, I will not come here again.
The hotel is completely unsanitary!!! The tables are all sticky, do not wipe, do not wash, wiped with a napkin, shook off the crumbs and it's fine. On the very first day, I caught a gut. The deck chairs are not washed, the floors are sticky everywhere. Everything is covered with ice cream, no one cleans anything. I've never even seen the janitor. The dining room is generally a septic tank. It smells like rotten vegetables. Most of the products are spoiled, it is not possible to look at them, not that there is. The whole area stinks of sewage, it's terrible! The rooms also have a smell. The air conditioners either do not work, or there are not enough of them, the stuffiness is impossible, it is impossible to eat in the dining room. A HUNDRED sweats are coming off. There are a lot of people in the pool, you won't be able to swim, they'll just flop down. There are never enough deck chairs. There is no place to sit. The hotel is dead, old, dirty! I don't advise anyone. This is the most disgusting hotel I've been to in 17 years of visiting Turkey.
In our case, the rest in Sapphire was great. All the stars came together, nothing spoiled the rest. We were with my wife from 23.07.to 01.08.2022.
Maybe someone was unlucky with a room or a hair dryer, a faucet, or with food or flies. Our stay at this hotel was positive! We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 (the last one on the route from the airport and the first one on departure). They were politely greeted at the reception, explained, offered to put things down, fill out a questionnaire, after which they put on bracelets (you can eat in the lobby, drink tea, coffee) and asked to wait until 14:00, a lot of tourists came, the rooms are not ready. We walked around the territory and to the beach, ate brunch, drank tea/coffee and at around 12:00 we went to the reception, where they were ready to check us in, at 12:00 we were escorted to a room in the main building No. 324 (in fact, 5th floor, mountain view). The room is renovated, everything is new, clean, excellent soft mattress, everything is fine. Cleaning every day with replacement of towels, the bed was changed on demand. (But people said that the rooms in the pool building are tired and the music is loud).
The food in the Sapphire is fine, standard Turkish feeding, plus there was always something else in the dining room and in the snack bar by the pool and in other bars, plus Gezelme's Turkish grandmother made tortillas with cottage cheese and herbs every day. Ice cream is distributed from 13.00. The canteen staff is in clean clothes, working fast like bees, constantly on the move.
I won't say about alcohol, I only drank beer, the beer was poor, I liked the good one. Alcohol after 23:00 could also be drunk in the chill-out bar by the beach for 24 hours. Turkish tea or coffee is available in all bars. As well as a variety of cocktails.
On the negative side, it is the habit of our tourists to occupy sun beds at 07:00, especially by the pool, leave towels, glasses, circles and there is no one all day. For example, they came at 9:00, there are no places by the pool, but there are no people all day. And we also saw how people occupied 2 places by the pool and on the beach, in short everywhere.... Somehow, but this is not a question for the hotel, but for tourists.
The sea beach is large, there have always been empty sun beds, the sea is excellent, the beach itself is clean, there are urns everywhere, garbage jugs, places for dirty glasses and plates. The entrance to the sea is normal, smooth, well, yes, pebbles, well, there is a bridge for entry.
WI-FI works great, almost everywhere.
We went to the "A la carte fish restaurant", signed up without problems around 12:00 (I read somewhere that there was a problem with recording strictly on time), somehow I had no problems. We arrived at 19:00, salads, a hot shrimp appetizer, then grilled fish – Sea bass, and dessert – hot halva with ice cream, cool, full. The restaurant staff tried very hard, they served quickly. I washed it all down with beer, my wife with wine, poured as much as they asked, for free (I read that someone paid money). There are paid services on the menu, but we didn't order anything else, there was just a lot of food, where else?
The territory of the hotel is clean, well-groomed, all the staff is very friendly, they try their best. The guiding hand of the general manager is visible, everything is for the guests. Thanks to the management of the hotel for the organization, keep it up!
The animators are a standard team, with evening shows and daytime programs, Tofi and others are on top, trying their best.
The agent at the hotel from F@S Ksenia is not intrusive, at the meeting she told about the village of Tekirovo what / where, other Turkish nuances, did not impose tours, in the end she distributed forms with excursions, who wants, who is interested…
In short, there is a lot more to add to the review, about working with children, about evening shows, about different bars in more detail, about the map of the world - works in Turkey, etc., etc. I have seen (few) people who are not happy, grumbling, demanding, I do not understand them at all, what else is wrong? And we had a full rest, everything was fine, we didn't pay attention to negative little things, we would still go to Sapphire with pleasure for a reasonable price tag, I recommend the hotel (if you don't overpay). It feels like one of the best hotels in all my travels.
So, the most truthful review! I'll start with the main thing-you won't be able to relax because of the constantly pounding music on the territory! It starts at 9 am and finishes at 23.30! My children absolutely could not fall asleep, no matter how exhausted they were during the day. The slotting is perfectly audible even with the windows closed. Think about how your children will relax in the evening ((( The sea-everything is fine here, if not for the sharp huge stones, it is almost impossible for children to go into the sea, take special slippers!
Food is a lot of everything, well, a lot, but God forbid you can eat 1/4 of the entire assortment. Everything is either over-seasoned with their seasonings, or over-salted. There is a children's table, it was very pleasant, everything is boiled / steamed there, it is quite suitable. There are no desserts, the eyes run away, but everything is tasteless. You will not stay hungry, you will find something to eat, but we have been very tired of such food for a week. The alcohol is local, we don't drink that. The ice cream is disgusting.
The numbers are terrible, for a solid three. They lived in the main building, and they were renovated there, I'm afraid to imagine what is happening in the promo category (where there was no renovation).
And now about the advantages-there are as many as 3 of them: territory, animation, a children's club! And this is really what pulls the hotel at least to some level! The animation team are super guys, they entertained us as much as they could every day and evening! The artists came from the outside, they also liked everything. The kids' club occupies: they sculpt, draw, get active, in general, thanks to this team as well! The territory is compact, but very beautiful! The trees are amazing, diverse, and everything is very well looked after. In general, to summarize, it is unlikely that I will agree to return to this hotel, only if the super price is, I will ask to settle me with a view of the mountains, because only there it will be quiet))) and I will endure with food, if anything, there is always rice and pasta with chicken, so you can live))
Not a bad hotel. The most surprising thing was the availability of dishes for people with stomach problems - a table with boiled potatoes, beef, chicken, vegetables, boiled buckwheat!. There is always oatmeal and rice porridge for breakfast. There are 2 types of soup , and one of them is borscht). Soups are not spicy. Minus - there are not enough soup spoons, always a problem. The beach is nearby. The sun beds are quite old. The area is pleasant and green. The hotel is located in the "hole-hole", Kemer can be reached by regular bus, the price of a ticket for two is 1.5 dollars one way, 20-30 minutes. You can take a taxi, it starts from $20.
Rest from 30.07.22. to 08.10.22.
Advantages: sea, territory. There are biting fish in the sea. Especially in the morning. That's where the advantages ended.
Cons: everything else.
The impression of the hotel was spoiled immediately on the day of arrival. A family room was paid for, a two-room room with one large bed and two separate ones. But we were taken to a room with one room. We refused this number. They took me to a family room with two beds. They refused again. On the fourth attempt, we were finally brought to a room with three beds. They seem to have settled in. But it turned out that the sockets were falling out, the toilet was leaking. In the morning, we moved into a similar one, but with normal outlets and a toilet. In general, the room stock in the hotel is not that tired, it's dead. You walk around in the room and constantly stumble over the beds. The laminate is shaking. The furniture is shabby. There was only one balcony, there was no view from the balcony. There was a table and two chairs on the balcony, and it was impossible to walk there! A table with these two chairs occupied the entire balcony. Here is such a large balcony... the kettle and the hair dryer were not included. An excellent solution from the hotel is to put paper cups for tea!!!!
About paper cups. They are almost everywhere. Even in the lobby bar, some bartenders there ask: "are you with yourself, or are you here?". Paper cups are definitely not 5*.
About the view from the room. 99% don't have it. This is either a view of the neighboring kopuses, the courtyard, or the road. 20 rooms in the entire hotel see the sea.
About cleaning the room. The linen has not been changed once. The floor is not washed or swept. Even the garbage was thrown out after a day or two. The maid also brought water. There were no problems with towels in the room. Cleaning for 3* maximum.
The animation is not intrusive. Exercises, zumba, darts, water polo, volleyball, water gymnastics, bocce. They didn't shoot a bow, they didn't. In the evening, there is a standard children's disco, concerts, performances, miss hotel, Mr. hotel, a couple of hotels.
I tried wine in Turkey 4 years ago. It's nothing. I didn't even try it this time. Strong alcohol from mini bottles. Yes! And these cabinets are in all the bars. The beer is good. They don't have Schweppes. And replacing the tonic is some kind of local bullshit. Therefore, the djintonic there is simply terrible.
The food is monotonous. We need to look for meat. A lot of chicken and tasteless fish. The lamb is only delicious while it is warm. At the end of the rest, my wife also got injured. Fortunately, the pharmacy is nearby.
Excursions. How fucked up they were with imports of textiles, oil, wine, stones and other crap. Because of this, we were left without dinner. Okay, adults, but children!
In general, the hotel is for a maximum of 4*! The hotel needs renovation.
You shouldn't go there.
