A very good hotel! The room was clean, except for the floor covering, which is stained. And the double bed, although sagging, is quite comfortable. The bathroom is clean, toothpaste, brush, shower gel, slippers and towels are all available.
There is also a kettle, sugar, tea and water, although in small quantities.
The breakfasts, lunches and dinners are decent. The Wi-Fi is working fine.
The staff is polite and friendly.
I liked the accommodation here.

I would like more comfort in the hotel.
Change the mattresses to newer ones. The ones that are there are very tough. Plumbing is a separate song, everything pours out of the shower onto the floor like from a leaky trough. Mold in the bathroom. The coffee shop did not work. The on-site restaurant with Chinese cuisine. Children don't eat it. I had to run around looking for where to feed them.
One of the advantages is the polite staff, they go to a meeting. It is very warm in the room. The Internet was working fine.
But there is no desire to return.

The location is great, everything is within walking distance.
The room is spacious, but there is a lack of tidiness, everything is not very fresh. The hotel is tired, but the price is also appropriate. For a couple, three days will do. In the room: clean linen, no bathrobe, slippers, old towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, dental kit, water, black and green tea. There is a kettle.

We spent 2 nights as part of a tour group, the responsive administrators liked everything, the room was meant for 2 people, they asked for additional hangers and water, tea - everything was quickly brought, breakfasts and dinners were on the ground floor, there were not enough waiters, but it didn't matter. A very cozy and chic hotel at a very attractive price. And the fountain with fish in the lobby is simply fascinating!!! The city center is within walking distance: while we were on the bus and looking out of the window, the girls saw the evening city in all its glory and came to the hotel at the same time with us ☺️

The furniture is tired. The plumbing is leaking, the outlets were not working. They made an application, promised to do it, but they did not come in three days. It was cold, the air conditioner was blowing cold air, they brought an old heater that you can't leave overnight, that's all. I didn't like the restaurant. We took breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I didn't like anything. Everything is tasteless. You also have to go and ask for missing appliances, milk, tea, napkins. Dishes with chips and cracks.
Bathrobes and toothbrushes are available on request. The pastel is clean. Wi-Fi is available in the room.

We were in Astana for 3 days with an excursion tour. We stayed at this hotel. We liked it, got room 802. Large, cozy, warm. Comfortable beds. Minus: the inconvenient location of the faucet at the sink, the water flows past and the trouble with almost all hotels is that the shower cabin doors do not close tightly, respectively, the water also flows to the floor.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a trip to Astana. A very cozy and pleasant hotel, located near a nice park. The beds are large, so you can sleep well and comfortably. The food is delicious, the portions are large. There is a salad, and the first, and the second, and sweets for tea. The staff knows their job perfectly well, they do everything quickly, trying to provide maximum comfort to hotel guests. If I am still in Astana, I will be happy to stay in this hotel again!

It was dirty immediately upon check-in (crumbs on the shelves, dirty floors). Because we checked in very late and were tired, and the bed linen and towels turned out to be clean, we decided not to sort it out right away, wait for cleaning. The next day after the "cleaning" nothing changed, all the dirt remained in its place, although the cleaner definitely came into the room (towels and bed linen were changed).

disgusting Internet (connection is constantly breaking), disgusting heating in winter (there are no batteries under the windows, but there is barely warm air conditioning) - and this is just the beginning... We settled in some cold room at the beginning, we had to swear and demand to move to a normal warm room, because I stayed there for a month. In the shower cabin - all the water is poured on the floor, the drain in the sink is clogged, the room keys were blocked several times (they referred to a technical malfunction, despite the fact that the room was paid for at check-in in full a month in advance), and many more things, I don't even want to remember. If in one word and in short, then - darkness. I would never stay there a second time and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are large and cozy. They are replenished daily with 0.5 water per person, green and black tea, sugar and hygiene products (shower gel, soap, shampoo, paste, brush). There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV.
One of the disadvantages is that the walls of the shower are leaking, all the water is on the floor. The second drawback was that there was a lot of hair on the bed, on the carpet, as if someone had lived, but they hadn't done the cleaning, they just folded the bed back. From now on, I ask you to clean up more carefully. The staff is friendly. Everything is fine, but the cleaning needs to be done more carefully.

To be honest, there are practically no positive emotions. The only plus is the price. But it would be better if I spent this money on another hotel. For reasons I don't understand, this hotel is listed as a four-star hotel, but this absolutely does not correspond to the fact. Yes, another plus is good and stable wi-fi.
The whole hotel looks extremely "tired".
The entrance group requires renovation and cosmetic repairs. The easiest thing is to at least cut the grass on the lawn.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room.
All the furniture in the room was a kind of nostalgic immersion in the early 90s of the last century.
Breakfast for a 4* hotel looks like a mockery: the main course is a choice of 2 fried eggs or an omelette, 3 slices of cucumbers and tomatoes, two pieces of sausage (a poor Combination group with its retro hit), two slices of cheese, two fried toast and tea... Are you kidding? Four stars?
Chips were sent out on the carpet next to our room in the corridor, these crumbs lay for a day and no one cleaned them. Unfortunately, I do not know their further fate, because they left the hotel a day later.
All the towels looked extremely emaciated, the terry cloth was knocked out, the seams were worn to holes, the color was gray.
Location is a separate topic, it's kind of close to the center, but you can't call this distance close either.
In general, it's a pity for the lost time.
