A 4-star stretch hotel. The location is convenient, there is a McDonald's, Duty Free, Mango Market with fixed prices across the street, and there is also a center with cafes and shops nearby.
The territory of the hotel itself is boring, there are few shady places. The pool is not bad, the water park consists of 4 slides. The beach is beautiful, you could always find a place, you can swim with masks and see different fish (there are shops on the beach where you can buy souvenirs, masks and corals).
Bars almost don't work, they always have something missing, or something is broken: (
You can eat something in the dining room, but the choice is so-so. There are a lot of incomprehensible dishes, most of them look as if they have already been consumed. Soups from the Galina Blanca cube, we never saw seafood, there was either chicken on coals, or some kind of sausages (delicious one day, not the other). There is no choice at all for breakfast, you can take an omelet and pancakes, but for some reason they are sour.
From fruits: unripe melons, overripe dates and grapes, once there was a watermelon and also unripe:(
As for the rooms, they are old, tired, plus or minus clean, but the cleaning leaves much to be desired. For 3-4 days we couldn't wait for the toilet to be washed in the room. So plus, the room was like a passageway, someone always came and without waiting for an answer, came in with his key, I wouldn't be surprised if they also came into the room in our absence.
Russian Russian staff is partly friendly, but they are more inclined to be non-Russian, most of them do not speak Russian or even English.
The animators are also not particularly friendly, but intrusive.
If it's your birthday, then you can be congratulated for your own money, the waiters will jump for two minutes, yell something incomprehensible and leave satisfied with themselves.
The Lounge Bar (paid) is not bad, they give snacks to drinks, but the food ... pizza is not pizza, salad is not salad. Everything from the leftovers from dinner was tasteless, but we ate it because we missed dinner because of the tour.
On the day of departure, they forgot about us, they had to remind themselves that we had a check-out. The bracelets at the reception were almost cut off.
In principle, we are happy with the rest, but we are unlikely to return here again.

We stayed at this hotel in August. The hotel is not big, there is an aqua slide for children, and a children's corner. There are a lot of lifeguards working near the pool. The approach to the sea is good. On the right side there are stones and small fish to look at, larger individuals swim near the buoys, in the evening stingrays come. The food was good, the restaurant is large, there are no queues for food, as in Turkey. For breakfast there was an omelette and waffles and pancakes, always a lot of pastries. Lunch, soups, meat dishes, fish. For dinner every evening, meat on the grill, pizza in the oven. From drinks. Sprite, cola, warm bottled beer. There were no problems with money at all. The guide was always in touch via WhatsApp, brought a change of 1 dollar at the request. If the money has run out, you can transfer it to his card, he will give it in cash. We were at the oil factory, we paid in rubles. Across the street to the right of the hotel there is a store 1kg of mango was taken for $ 1. Children's pool without heating (+16 water in it). The bottom is slippery, but rubber shoes are not allowed in the pool.
The rooms of the old foundation are inhabited by bedbugs (they even eat the furniture). A striking example is room 1127, where even the air conditioner did not work for heating in winter. Apparently for the same reason (bedbugs).

The hotel is not bad, it has a nice, well-maintained territory, there are small slides and not deep pools for children, one heated pool. We had a rest from 29.12 to 04.01.25. The hotel has nothing more than 3+ stars to rate! The location is very good, 1.7 km to the street with entertainment, shops, pharmacy, various cafes for every taste, I really liked cafe Julia, next to the hotel there is a McDonald's, Duty Free, Mango Market with fixed prices, excellent walking area, opposite the hotel there is an ATM for exchange, you need to know clearly that the exchange for local currency is made only at a bank branch if you have an original passport or an ATM cash machine (there are English menus), it is best to pay in local currency, because there is not always change in dollars and euros, plus change is given out in old bills ... and the exchange rate is not always profitable! The Fix Price store accepts only cards or local currency, the prices are fixed and very pleasant. The hotel grounds themselves are a bit boring, with few shady spots. I can't say anything about the pools, they haven't been used…The beach is nice and sandy, the sea is clean, although it is heavily fenced for safety reasons and therefore there is no depth, it was always possible to find a place, you can swim with masks and see different fish (there are shops on the beach where you can buy souvenirs, masks and corals). The animators are also not particularly friendly, but they are intrusive. The Lounge Bar (paid) is not bad. Since we organized our own leisure time, the old town, Soho Square, in principle, we are happy with the rest, but we will not return to this particular hotel, especially for such a price, we flew with an Egyptian airline that rescheduled flight 29.12. 2 times, but our tour operator notified us and, in principle, it was to our advantage, the last one the postponement was for 5 a.m. so we didn't take off at 5 a.m. ... it's better to choose Aeroflot! It's not bad at all. Good staff, excellent location, walking promenade, shops, cafes, markets nearby.Good food, fresh and delicious. The rooms are simple but clean, and the hot water is weak. Not a bad hotel. A beautiful beach with new and comfortable sun beds, nice clean and well-maintained territory. The food is normal and varied. The rooms are cleaned every day, comfortable beds, good linens, slightly tired plumbing. For a relaxing family vacation, I recommend it. Good animation team, entertained from morning till evening!!!

A three-star hotel. We had a family vacation in January 2025.
One of the advantages is the location. The hotel has the best location in Naama Bay - the cape is protected from the wind, the water is almost always calm, unlike the other end of the bay.
It takes 3-4 minutes to get to the beach from the farthest room. The beach is always cleaned, there are enough sun beds for everyone.
We can also mention the friendly staff. They will always help you with any question.
One of the disadvantages is the terrible condition of the rooms. It's the worst I've ever seen, even in treshki. The rooms are very tired, there is dust, age-old dirt in the corners, it is better not to enter the bathroom.
We had a shower stall in two places, and we have hot water in the morning and in the evening. It wasn't during the day. The toilet is terrible. There is no brush for excrement.
The food was good, everything was delicious, there were a lot of different pastries and bread. But there was only fish from seafood. Without an assortment. Grill every evening.
Another disadvantage is that the beach bar is paid only. Go to the pool for a freebie, and carry cups in your hands.
In short, the beach and the sea are top five, the food is fine, but the housing is in decline. If you are ready to face it, then you can take it.
I would hardly go to this hotel a second time.

The biggest minus is eviction at 11 o'clock ,bracelets are removed, walk all day on the territory, it is forbidden to use the restaurant and bars, go hungry all day....Our flight was at 23.40, they picked us up from the hotel at 8.00 pm.

The perfect beach for those who don't like reefs!!! There is sand, the best for children, but also for those who want to swim - expanse. Very cool animation friendly, sociable, try to help in any situation, even not related to their activities. The rooms are ruined, but as for me, it's enough to spend the night cleanly. The food is quite tasty, there is a choice, but small, both meat and seafood are cooked, we had octopuses, crayfish, crabs, and mussels. If it weren't for the tired rooms, the hotel would be 5 stars. But for 4 stars, it's just fine. Very close to the center, walking 10-15 minutes. In general, the pros are much more than the cons, so 5 stars. Good time of day.
I stayed at this Gafy hotel from 08/29.24 to 10.10.2024.
Plus the first line, the sea, the polonium sandy approach, the corals are dead but there is something to see, diving with a mask is just a pleasure, the beauty is not incredible.
There are enough sun beds,
The territory is really boring, there are few greenery, few shady places.
The rooms are old, but the room did not interest me much, since I only spent the night in it.
Of the minuses, this is a COMMON tin noise, so you don't want to be in the room.
The beds and mattress are comfortable and most importantly the beds are large (in Turkey, single beds are tiny, there is something to compare with).
The food is nonsense, you will not stay hungry, but the dishes look like they have collected food from the garbage.
Breakfast takes place in a calm mode, there are free tables and dishes.
Lunch and dinner is a whole quest, taking tables and quickly having time to take plates, then a queue for food, meat , chicken, fish on delivery.
Alcohol, drinks are given out in disposable cups, wine is poured in 50ml😂 this is tin.
All other alcohol is diluted so much that it is simply not possible to drink (bring alcohol with you)
Now the staff who are at the bars and in the dining room, the service is such (that they came here, poured with such a look that we owe them something).
There is practically no time for beer, they have a good one (it will be in 5 minutes, the result of the evening).
There are no questions for the rest of the staff, they wash and clean constantly.
There was no hot water in the room, I made a request, came at 00:00 to repair as many as 3 people, did not solve the issue))) then a few more trips to the reception, but alas, the issue was not resolved, so I had to wash under cold water.
In short, anyone who only needs the sea can go to this hotel.
The hotel is for pensioners and families with children.
Russophobia is very strongly felt, and the attitude towards foreigners is completely different.
There is a lot of knowledge of the Russian language in Egypt.

I was on vacation in November 2023 with a friend. The hotel is perfectly located in Naama Bay on the 1st line, has its own sandy beach with a gentle approach. The territory of the hotel is clean, well-groomed, and there are many beautiful plants. There is animation, and performances in the evenings. The promenade is a 20-minute walk to the shopping street. There are also shops across the street from the hotel. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the food. The chefs put meat and fish in small pieces. In the morning, I did not see boiled eggs on delivery, butter, jams at all. Cheese and meat cuts are inedible. Only the pastries are delicious.

Here are PP and HLS..rooms,bed linen and towels are normal,.there is hot water,.there is always enough food in the restaurant,. no one left hungry..With children, I still recommend going to a four-star hotel, BUT which is 25-40% more expensive than the price Gafi announced to you, and all your expected meals and services will be there...Near the main entrance to the hotel you will see an ATM where you can change dollars into pounds, Directly across the street is a McDonald's , to the right of it is the entrance to the arch, where there is the best pharmacy.!!!,. and to the right you will see the Bassem store, where you can buy 1.5 bottles of water (for pounds)...and to the right is the Mango store, which sells frozen mango smoothies and strawberries.. If you go to the promenade along the sea, walk to the Fixed price (which is new in the Golden Pyramid shopping center) it has everything at low prices and trendy Dubai chocolate..but ..for pounds only).. So Gafi is a combination of price and quality for adequate people who have come across the sea, and passive recreation.. There is animation, so be active yourself.. exercise, yoga, volleyball, zumba are normal, the show in the evening is minimal.. I recommend the hotel for the elderly with joint problems because the beach and rooms are very close. Massage in the spa center is very well done (the trick is to rub the legs).. We had a vacation with my husband in July 2024. Great beach! A huge number of fish. The food is good and varied. Do not believe the reviews where they say that there is nothing to eat. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and clean. There is a place to walk outside the territory, a walking path stretches along the coast past all the hotels. The number of rooms on "3" is old. But the room is cleaned every day. The linen and towels are snow-white. I recommend a massage at the hotel, I really liked it!

The GAFY RESORT 4* hotel is not 4 stars! This is a 3* minus. And I have not seen such an "all inclusive" yet! The room is normal, the cleaning is good, and if you leave a tip, it will be fine at all! There are no complaints about the beach and the hotel grounds either. But the service in the restaurant and bars that are "all inclusive" is just the lowest level. The restaurant is being stormed for lunch and dinner. In reality, there is a crowd in front of the opening, when the doors are opened, people break down to occupy the tables. We have seen conflicts twice, when if only a little more and a fight would have started. At breakfasts, lunches and dinners, something is constantly running out. If there is coffee, then there are no cups. If you have laid out tea bags, be sure there is no boiling water! Put out the sugar - there will be nothing to stir it with! There are not enough plates, there are not enough appliances, they do not have time to clean the tables. Alcoholic beverages disappear immediately, and for all that, the quality of these drinks leaves much to be desired. I understand that the tour operators are not to blame here, but this is the policy of the hotel management. Several times it happened that the bar was empty immediately after opening!! Is it all inclusive? The conclusion is that it is definitely impossible to offer this as "all inclusive". I certainly won't recommend this hotel to my friends.

Cozy clean bright, modern hotel, consisting of 2 3-storey buildings and 6 one-storey. Everything is made in the style of 1001 nights. The design of the buildings is chic, the rooms are spacious (but it would not be bad to redecorate the rooms and replace the plumbing), each room has a balcony. The rooms have a kettle, TV, safe. 2 restaurants. Good breakfasts, lunches and dinners (but the children's menu is poorly expressed) The staff is responsive, they try to speak Russian.

The hotel has a hammam, a spa.

Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from December 31, 2024 to January 08, 2025. After reading the negative reviews about the hotel, we were not ready for the most pleasant pastime. but! We were very pleasantly surprised.
1. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m. Of course, we were not immediately settled. At 12:30 (which is a plus), we were given bracelets (although check-in is at 15 o'clock) and given a key to room 1418, a 3-storey building, a deluxe room. The room was wet-cleaned every day, cleaned, refilled (1 0.5 bottle per person, but we had enough, at one point 8 bottles accumulated), towels were changed. Beach towels, keep in mind, are also in the room. There were no problems with toilet paper and paper towels either, there were soap accessories, but we didn't use them. The bed was made, but the linen hadn't been changed in 8 days. But that's not a problem.
PLEASE NOTE! In our room, the air conditioner only worked on cold air! It's not very comfortable for winter. We complained to the travel agency, the hotel responded only on day 6! They offered to change the number, but we didn't. For the inconvenience, we were asked to extend the room on the day of departure for 3 hours, which we were refused.
And the second point. The water in this hotel is heated only by solar panels, so there is simply no hot water after sunset (in January after 17). I had to take a shower around lunch.
2. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained and compact. There is only one heated pool, right next to our building, the water is like fresh milk. The rest of the pools are icy. There are slides for adults, and a slide area for children. There is also a playground for children. It is an ideal place for summer holidays, children will have a place to have fun.

I did not understand the purpose of the hotel management, not serving hot drinks in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, they can only be taken at the bar by the main pool (but walking from the restaurant to it is literally half a minute, not convenient, but not a problem).
