The staff is friendly, some speak Russian quite well.
The hotel has its own beach (1st line) and there are many sun beds on the beach, you can always find a free one.
Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby. There is a fee on the territory. I paid 17 bucks in 7 days.
If you want to arrive before two, then pay the money) I gave 20 bucks to the guy at the reception and was quickly taken to my room.
The rooms themselves are tired, it is clear that the old renovation, especially the bathroom shows it. But I'm not a picky person, so it'll do.
By the way, there were problems with electricity, sometimes everything went down 3 times a day.
Take shampoos, etc. with you, only liquid soap in the room)
They cleaned every day, but only the floors were washed (it didn't do much good) and the garbage was taken out. I think if you ask, they will clean everything up properly.
There is a pontoon on the beach, so it's better to go down and swim from it than on the beach. The waves are very powerful, they blow away, and there are cobblestones under the water, you can hit 🥲
There are three pools on site, one very large and two small, for kinders.

They were from July 21 to 29 in 2023 . I liked the hotel. Excellent food, although the hotel is 4 stars, the food is better, the room is 5 stars. Nice territory, everything is convenient. Excellent sea, go into the water gently sloping by 15 meters, the depth is about 1.5 m. The beach is large, there are many sun beds, awnings from the direct sun. Cons: The rooms are uncomfortable, a large bed with springs. There is no cleaning at all. The service area and rooms are teenagers of 17 years old. I would like to rate it even lower, but!!! Great food in the restaurant, for 5++!!! Very nice beach. Yes, it is sandy and pebbly, yes there are slabs, but such beaches are almost all over the Alanian coast, and Cleopatra has slabs, and the sand is imported. And the Mediterranean Sea is always beautiful!!! Rooms...everything is very, very bad, for two, along with cleaning. Permanent ants. In general, we cohabited well with them, very unpleasant, but harmless. Cleaning...teenagers are cleaning and probably this is enough to understand) the bed linen and towels are washed, but everything is stained. The air conditioner is installed clearly above the heads on the beds, this is the first time I have seen such an incorrect installation. Plumbing, air conditioners are all old and rusty. The balcony has never been cleaned.
The staff is nice, friendly, helpful. The hotel does not have a territory as such, only a swimming pool, which is located between the houses and a path, also between the houses, to the beach bar, through which you get to the slides (the children liked them, only two of the 3 worked) and to the beach. There were no free sunbeds anywhere after 11 a.m., but after 16.00 it is quite possible to find them everywhere)) We didn't stay at the hotel, we were constantly on excursions. Despite all of the above, the hotel was full, with many Turkish families. I will definitely not go to this hotel for the second time))) although nothing spoiled the impression of the rest.

Beer and cocktails were also available (included). I liked the fact that the hotel is right on the beach, there were always free sun beds. The sea is cool and clean. The beach was constantly cleaned. The child was pleased with the aqua slides in the pool and another huge pool, where the party did not stop all day. Unlimited lemonades. Rescuers are really looking out for safety. We had a rest in August 2023. Everything is fine in the hotel, pools, beach, bar, the food is excellent (chicken, turkey, dorado, lots of fruits)! For lunch at the bar there are snacks, fruits, burgers, ice cream.But the rooms are terrible, everything is old, the plumbing is rusty, the cleaning is terrible, there was never any toilet paper, I had to go for it myself. For 30-50 dollars, you can ask for a better room, good rooms by the large pool.

The hotel is good, the 1st line, a wide beach, the territory is small but cozy. Delicious, well-fed, lots of fruits (were in June) The big minus is the rooms, the old renovation, the toilet did not work (we went to the reception a couple of times and solved the problem), the air conditioner is old, but it blows. Basically, we only slept and prayed in the room. Convenient location, near the promenade and the market, the bus stop is not far away. We had a great rest)

One of the advantages of the hotel is a lot of varied food - fish, meat, including beef every day, something is grilled every day. Very tasty adjika-lecho!)
Fruits - apples, pears, melons, oranges, watermelons. Lots of sweets.
Among the disadvantages are the numbers). Unfortunately, I guess they're all dead, plus or minus the same. After checking in, I didn't pay anything, I asked to change the room, they gave me a little better, but not really. We had it cleaned once in a week, the linen was not changed, and the towels too. Although I asked several times at the reception.They give us beach towels, but we took our own. A piece of the box came off the door in the room, it was never repaired.
It takes 8-10 minutes to walk from the sea to the reception at a leisurely pace around the hotel. There are enough greenery and trees.
There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, two empty beaches nearby, you can go there. The entrance to the water is small pebbles, you can take special slippers so that it is not so hot to walk on the sand (the Turks all walk like that).
In general, if you go to the sea, it's okay to walk, and not sit in the room.
But it's not a four! Queues are everywhere.
I would like to wish the hotel to renovate the rooms and change the air conditioners, they are too old and I doubt they are being cleaned. Because the numbers are those that are now difficult to call even a three. Another of the wishes (well, this is my personal one), there would be fewer plastic cups, they are lying around everywhere, it's dirty on the beach in the evening.
It is clear that the animators are trying to have some kind of entertainment every day, if you have children and it is important to you, you will probably like it.
Cocktails with vodka or whiskey are poured at the bar (as far as I understand), from small bottles). Sprite, mirinda, pepsi, beer, white and red wine (not very tasty). In the morning, they make a mojito with fresh mint and lemon (then apparently it ends and they pour just syrup). To mix all sorts of syrups with soda for children is still entertainment).
Water in disposable cups (lid with foil), factory-made, this is a plus that you do not need to pour from the cooler (in the heat, it seems to me safer).
Also from life hacks, take glasses with a lid with you, it is very convenient to carry with you and there will be less garbage, because plastic, of course, well, sooo much remains after the guests (. Also take brushes, paste, soap, shampoos with you - there is only liquid soap in the bathroom (it smells bad).
Apparently due to the influx of tourists, sometimes the lights turn off in the blocks and the water runs out, but they fix it very quickly, 5 minutes and everything is OK.
There is a sec supermarket not far from the hotel, about 15 minutes from migros (near the gas station), prices there, by the way, are cheaper).
I wish you all a good rest, enjoy the sun and the sea, do not forget about the SPF, the sun is roasting here, and the sea here is wonderful - warm and pleasant.

We were on vacation from the 15th to the 22nd of August. The hotel is good, the territory is wonderful, the food was very pleasant. The only drawback is that there is no daily cleaning in the rooms. We've only had it cleaned once.
The entrance to the sea is good, Wi-Fi catches only near the lobby bar.. By the way, the drinks are good, not diluted, water at every step.
I think you should not give up staying at this hotel just because of the cleaning in the room. We liked everything else.

I had a rest on 07/10/2013. The hotel is large and clean. The room is good, cleaning every day,
three Russian channels. The food is varied, fish, meat, chicken and grilled, and baked. Lots of vegetables, a large selection of fruits, cherries, apricots. 2 pastry tables. A large air-conditioned hall, two on the street on the second floor and at the entrance on the ground floor. Two pools for children and two for adults. Animation every day. If you wish, you can order a free shuttle service to the shops. I liked everything, a great stay.

We vacationed in Ganita with my husband from July 27th to August 4th.
Starting with the reviews, we were very worried that the rest at today's prices would be spoiled, but we were very pleasantly surprised.
It was the best hotel out of the last 5 that we flew to. We settled in 5 minutes, had time for a night soup, there were also vegetables for it.
1. Nutrition - there are simply no words. Everything is very tasty and varied. Breakfast (pancakes, omelette, eggs, French fries, mushrooms, salads, vegetables, fruits), lunch (Dorado, several more types of fish, grilled chicken, side dishes, salads, pickles, greens, soups), dinner (trout walls, grilled chicken, ribs, lula, fresh vegetables, side dishes) a snack on the beach as a full meal (pizza, French fries and rustic, burger, onion rings, nuggets, pasta, vegetables, fruits) - sometimes we didn't even go to lunch. Ice cream during the break.
There was always a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits, grilled food is a fairy tale.
In general, my husband brought home + 5kg.
2. Alcohol is better than in many hotels. Beer is like from bottles, large glasses. Strong alcohol from the mini-bar is poured decently (tequila, gin, rum, whiskey, crayfish, wine of three types). The bartenders make great cocktails and are very tasty. The bars are open until 24.00 (pool and beach), there is no alcohol in the lobby, tea is made there (in Turkish cups, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, soda)
3. The beach, the pool and the moor - the beach is clean, there were enough sunbeds for everyone, even when they came at 10-11 o'clock in the morning. Comfortable solid canopy, no need to rearrange the deck chairs when the sun moves. The sea is clean, there were huge waves for a couple of days, a buzz. There is an entrance from the pontoon and there you can also take a sun lounger under an umbrella. The swimming area is large and the beach is not closed, swim at least at night (but the rescuers leave at 7 o'clock, then you are already at will). If the entrance from the beach to the sea is pebbles, but if you do not swim immediately, you may encounter cobblestones. There is a shower on the beach.
The pool is gorgeous, huge, although it is difficult to take sun beds from it, they usually came there in the evening. We swam even at 20.00. There is also a pool right by the beach with slides, also good, but small.
4. The animation is great. There was something new every night. On the first day there is a fire show, on the second acrobats, on the third a light show, on the fourth a cappadocia Fest (just a bomb) and so on. During the day there was animation at the pool, water polo, darts, volleyball on the beach, trampolining, aerobics.
Every day there is a disco, mixed music. In general, we were not bored. There were foam parties.
5. Rooms - yes, the rooms are old, but we did not come to sit in the room. We had everything (big bed, TV, air conditioning, shower and toilet), everything worked well. One day, the gasket on the shower came off, they said at the reception, after 2 hours everything was fixed. We cleaned and picked up the garbage every day (although the guide told us that we should do it every 3 days). They immediately put 8 towels, then changed them 3 times, changed the bed linen 2 times.
The reception staff is helpful. The safe deposit box is 10d, it is returned at check-out.
6. The Internet is in the lobby, weak, but on social media.there was enough network, they came at certain hours, for example, when dinner started, there was no one in the lobby and the Internet was flying.
In general, the hotel is 5+ at current prices. Yes, there are a lot of people, but it's even more fun this way. There are many souvenir shops near the hotel. We took an excursion to the Sea Park, spared no money. It was very cool, we swam with sharks, with stingrays.

Not a bad hotel, but obviously not 5 stars. Where from ? We were in 2019 , the beach with big rocks , plastic deck chairs , there are not enough places in the dining room. The kitchen is good , but not 5 stars 😅😅😅3+ yes; the rooms are small and shabby, cleaning is not every day. The pool smells strongly of chlorine, the animation is on 3. Will you have a good or bad rest at this hotel? It depends on the room you will be staying in. We got a nice room, without any extra charges, everything was fine, next to the sea. But more than once I heard complaints from tourists who did not have a toilet, air conditioning, in general, such vital things.
Beach. The entrance is small Pebbles, then 5-6 meters from the shore there are stones. They didn't bother us. There were waves on the beach, vacationers had fun on them and we did the same. The sea was calm a couple of times, but mostly there were waves. Therefore, for connoisseurs of a calm sea, it is better to choose another shore.
The ice cream is very tasty, but the queue is long.
Bar. The beer is delicious. I have not tried strong alcohol. At the beach bar, beer was poured constantly, you could come up and take it without waiting in line.
Mini club. My daughter didn't like it. The animators speak Turkish, only through a translator. In the evenings there is a mini disco.
Evening animation: shows, discos, very interesting variety.

Prices jumped a lot in 2023, so they chose from inexpensive ones. The hotel is simple, the rooms are not new and small, but it is clear that they are trying to make repairs. There is a large swimming pool and a small paddling pool with slides, which include 2 meals a day (and 2 times in the sun...)

In the morning I really wanted porridge, but porridge in their understanding is undercooked rice or just oatmeal filled with milk... Yogurts are weird... It's almost the same thing every day. But you will not stay hungry, you will find something to eat for yourself and your child. For dinner, you periodically want grilled chicken, turkey, fish, but you can catch all this in the first hour of dinner, later you will not get anything... Lots of spicy food-be careful.
Fruits : apples, oranges, grapefruit, plums, peaches, watermelon, melon.
Before that, we flew to Turkey to very good hotels, which this year have a price tag of x2 (350-500 thousand), so this hotel was very simple for us, but the main thing for us was to take the children to the sea.
This year we made a pier where you can lie down. The entrance to the sea inside the pier is apparently cleared, and there are large stone slabs on the sides of the sea. The beach has small stones with sand.
Conclusion: you can fly, because this is one of the budget hotels this year, but if you have been to good hotels before, then be prepared for the simplicity of the hotel))) as my husband said-a hotel for 30 thousand... 😁
And don't change money for lira! On the way to the hotels, the guide persuades you to change it for local money, but all in dollars or euros. Only payments in local shops and buses are made in lira. Buy excursions from local people - at local markets right at the exit of the hotel - prices are much lower there!

We were in Ganita in July, they scared us very much with bad rooms, poor service. We exhaled as soon as we opened the room, everything was fine, everything worked, they cleaned and mopped the floors for all 9 days. There is plenty of food for every taste, there was even sushi one day, there was fast food on the beach, there were a lot of cocktails (but we didn't really like them) the beer was delicious, the wine was also not very good (as in KB the cheapest) there was free ice cream, pepsi and so on. I liked the pools and slides , the sea too (first sand and pebbles and then there are plates) the pier is also normal, half renovated, every day there was an excellent evening program, a children's club is excellent, a mini disco, invited guests 👍foam was once 👍there are a lot of tents near the hotel , you can also take excursions there cheaper than at guide , 5-7 minutes there is a supermarket migros , next to the bus stop 3-4 small stops and a time center . It is better not to leave your alcohol in the refrigerator, the maids can drink it themselves. The territory is green and elegant. There is no gym for athletes. Running on a treadmill will not work(. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk from the reception to the sea slowly. Three pools. The beach itself is 50-80 meters wide. There are a lot of sun beds. There are no problems, you can always find them. The entrance to the sea is normal, but after 5 meters, natural slabs with cracks and pits begin, which can easily be injured. If you swim, it's okay. If you walk on the bottom, be careful. Near the shore, the water is muddy from excitement, closer to the buoys, it becomes cleaner 50 meters from the shore, who swims with a mask or glasses can see the bottom. By the way, the buoys are not that deep. 3 meters. There is an iron structure on the beach, such as a pier, you can enter the sea from it, by stairs.
There is a lot of different food in the dining room, you will not be hungry. You have to stand in line for meat for 5-10 minutes. From 14 to 16 they give ice cream, and you will also need to stand for 5-10 minutes.
As a result: the hotel is not for the picky. It corresponds to price-quality, economy class. In general, everything is great.

The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, there are many palm trees and greenery, there is a small swimming pool with 3 slides that work according to schedule. The only negative is the rooms, especially the bathrooms, very old repairs, but everything worked, both the hair dryer and the air conditioner and the TV. Free Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, the speed is enough for messengers and calls, there is a paid one for $ 2 /day working throughout the hotel. The key to the safe is given on deposit, in our case it was 200 lira, beach towels are given for free, the rooms were cleaned every day. Since the hotel opened on June 10, 2023, there have been many improvements during the 9 nights that we stayed there, the staff is trying very hard. The animation is cool every day and evening there is something new.

But at the reception we were told that there are interruptions now and it is better not to buy. Therefore, we decided to make a detox from social networks and it was the best solution. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby, but not fast. It won't work. To send messages - yes.

As a result of the bidding, we settled on the amount of $ 30. After that, they settled in quickly. But this is a complete disgrace!!!! The room itself has not been repaired for ten years. Very tired plumbing, diverse tiles, fungus in the bathroom and a complete lack of cosmetic kit, put in hotels of this stardom. There are only two soap dispensers - at the washbasin and at the shower. Cleaning and changing of towels was carried out daily at first, and on the sixth day of our stay they forgot about us. After two days of reminders, the third one finally came with cleaning. As everywhere, they wash everything with one cloth: the balcony, the room, and the toilet. Therefore, I recommend that those who are particularly clean take a rag with them. And definitely some kind of sneakers, because there are no disposable ones here.
Otherwise, I liked the area. It is big enough and goes directly to the beach. The staff keeps it clean. The food is organized very well. There are always vegetables and fruits, a huge variety of desserts, fish, meat, drinks. Alcohol and beer from local producers.

We went to this place to visit friends who had bought vouchers in advance - it's more fun to relax with the company. If it wasn't for our friends, I would never have come here for a vacation. The hotel grounds are large and tired. A lot of things are in disrepair. Of course, the gardeners try to keep it clean, but you can see the fatigue of the place. The beach is full of sunbeds, they are all under a canopy in the shade, but very dirty. No one keeps them clean. The tables on the beach are dirty too. There is a lot of garbage in the sand, cigarette butts, tubes, etc... The sea smelled of sewage, all 8 days. This smell is all along the coast, walking along which you can see the drains, from which a cloudy, fetid little water runs. the sea was mostly stormy and it is also clear that the sea is dirty, garbage is floating. A friend on the "happy wave" caught fuel oil on her neck, which was somehow wiped off with suntan oil. Room cleaning is simply not there. The rooms are all tired, the room is dirty. It's very dirty. It's unrealistically easy to get your room cleaned up properly. We were put in a dirty room by the pool. It is impossible to change the room, because there are simply no available rooms. Our friends' room was in the same condition as ours. There is zero air conditioning in the room. Day and night, you can hear everything-from quiet conversations outside the window to the bass by the pool. The room is full of other people's hair, dust everywhere. It's just terrible under the bed... if you have something fallen under the bed, you will have to overcome yourself very much to get it. There was hair and bags and dirt and other stuff under our bed. The floors were washed only 1 time in 8 days. Basically the cleaning is to take out the trash. That's it. Our bed linen has not been changed once. I read somewhere that the hotel had a renovation recently. Well I do not know. I don't think she was there. The walls in our room were painted beige 100 years ago and irregularities were plastered locally during the renovation. But they didn't paint it. Why, and it's okay. We lived on the ground floor. The curtains are wrinkled. Tulle of different lengths and in mold. We were also walking somehow, the cleaner was washing the balcony on the 3rd floor. And she just poured the water out of the bucket on the floor and the water flowed to the lower floors, where someone's swimsuits and towels were hanging. To say that we had a shock is to say nothing. There was also a situation where things were dried on the balcony. We didn't have a dryer, things were on the chairs. There was also an inflatable dog. So we come to the room. The dog is standing in the room, covered in some kind of black oil. Towels on the balcony are also in oil, things are in oil. It turns out that they treated the railing with some kind of garbage and did not even warn in advance. Well, eprst. Let's go figure it out at the reception. They promised that the cleaner would come and pick up everything in an hour. I arrived 2 hours later. In Russian, zero. No boom boom in English either... I only took the towels. I didn't take my things. We had to wash the dog ourselves. After some time, she brought clean numbered and dirty beach towels, said that they should be taken by themselves. Wonderful. Someone messed up, and the guests need to run! Then, I went to wash and already discovered that those clean towels that were numbered turned out to be our old ones, they were just folded evenly and passed off as new clean ones. Here is such a "Service". Rolls of toilet paper are lying on the ground floor, under the stairs without packaging. There's also a mop nearby. As I understand it, there are no household chemicals. I don't even know how they treat the toilet or the sink. Judging by our toilet bowl, it wasn't even washed. There is no office space, a warehouse for cleaners. In general, fuuu. We also witnessed one man swearing at the reception because of the cleaning, which is very dirty. He was told that complain wherever you want, we are not afraid. The bathroom is very small. There is nowhere to put your shampoos, washbasins, etc. The dispenser was constantly leaking, the toilet bowl smelled of sewage... they don't give household chemicals. There's a dispenser in the bathroom, there's probably some kind of universal soap... that's it. No shampoo, no hair balm, no body cream. The sun beds near the pool had to be occupied in the early morning. There are no more available at 6:30. The animators are great. Aqua aerobics, yoga, darts, water polo are a plus. In the dining room. Someone writes that everything is fine with the food. Well I do not know. Basically everything is monotonous and Turkish. All that is more or less a grill, so there are always queues. Chicken and fish. The fish is mainly sea bass. Dorado, apparently, is a luxury for this hotel… I had that come to the end of dinner, there was nothing from the grill anymore. I don't eat minced meat dishes outside the house. There are a lot of dirty dishes. You take a plate, and it's dirty. Forks on tables are also poorly washed. The coffee machines are dirty. The air conditioning in the dining room is very bad. There's a commotion everywhere. We had dinner on the roof in the evening, It's quieter there. The hotel is more like a 2k, not a 4k. We had a rest in 4 rooms in Kemer, there is something to compare it with. I want to go home from this hotel as soon as possible. Not to mention going back. Therefore, it is better to wait somewhere and buy a more expensive tour to a normal hotel than here.

I have not seen such dirt even in the cheapest hostels, please do not choose this hotel for any money. I was traveling with already low expectations because people wrote that if you don't pay attention to tired rooms, then the hotel is good. But what I saw was just terrible.

Good afternoon. We stayed at this hotel from 07 to 15 July 2023. We were lucky to check in, we arrived after lunch, and got a room almost immediately. The room was in terrible condition, dirty floor, disgustingly dirty bathroom sink. The air conditioner alternated between working and not working, as it turned out, the batteries were just old. With difficulty, but we managed to call a man who came with a huge number of remotes in his hands and could not figure out what needed to be done, and put some other batteries, also not new, from another remote control. Fortunately, the air conditioner started working, but it didn't last long, the batteries were still "harmful". I had to tap them endlessly from each other , after which the remote worked better . Only the TV remained. It didn't turn on at all. A man came who tried to turn it on several times, realized that we were telling the truth, took the TV away and brought us another one, immediately set it up. There were four Russian channels. After complaining about the condition of the room, two Turks came with a completely dry dirty mop and decided to pretend cleaning. After that, of course, nothing changed. I took water in my hands and poured it on the floor with them to show that cleaning should be wet. The Turk agreed, brought some dirty towel and hand-washed the floor for us. In general, when everything was completed on its own, it seemed to become very decent.
The food is very decent, there is a huge selection, but be careful! After all, our stomachs are very moody! There are always fruits, a large selection of sweets. A large dining room, the same outdoor veranda, they feed you constantly, you will never be hungry. For this, a solid "4".
The territory of the hotel is very large, beautiful, and if you like to walk, then this is for you. There are two swimming pools on site. One of them is very large, the second is slightly smaller, closer to the beach. There are 46 three-storey houses on the territory of the hotel. The worst thing is the room on the ground floor, as it turned out, the vacationers said, some things could just disappear, there are no fences on these balconies. The windows of the rooms can overlook both the neighboring house and the territory of the neighboring hotel. All the houses are renovated from the outside, they look very beautiful.
Beach. The entrance to the beach is pebbly, big waves, sometimes my feet sink into these pebbles, so I enjoyed the sea from the pier. There is a staircase where you can go down and swim, the sea is calmer. On the pier, as well as on the beach, there are a huge number of sun beds under the awning. There are no problems with this. There is also a constantly working bar on the beach, where soft drinks are poured, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and at certain times they constantly give some kind of food. For this, too, a solid "4". In the evening, this bar hosts some entertainment events, both for children and adults.
Summing up, we can say that the worst thing about this hotel is the condition of the rooms and their cleaning. Everything else is good.

A disgusting hotel, as well as the attitude of the staff, it is very difficult to achieve something, the plane was 5 hours late and at the same time the room was waited for 2 hours, the key to the safe was given only on the 2nd day, the rooms were completely miserable, the air conditioner worked, but in this condition, it is impossible to look without tears, bed linen, as if the beginning of the floor was wiped and then the beds were shot and never changed, the only star for the restaurant, the staff served clearly.
